Delicious food, great service!!!

Expensive goat cheese salad, with a tiny ball of goat cheese, without the caramelized onions, which are listed on the menu. Instead of raspberries, they had nasty sugared raspberry toppings. I opted for a healthy salad, but I got sugar on it. I also got tomatoes on it, which wasn't listed; I don't like tomatoes! Walnuts were also nowhere to be found. Not worth repeating.

Very nice and friendly restaurant, easily accessible, with parking on the street. The food is excellent. We had very good fish and desserts! Small changes or special requests for side dishes were no problem. We brought our dog, and he was also given a water bowl. The kitchen is open, so you can watch the chef preparing food – a great concept! We are vacationing from Germany. Definitely recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have a lactose intolerance and don't like much, but I do like pizza, so I ordered a pizza that naturally contains lactose. She took that into account and added as little cheese as possible. The pizza was so delicious that it was definitely worth the upset stomach. And the service was excellent. The lady was very kind.

We came with a large group for lunch and/or drinks. The staff really went out of their way to seat us and help us quickly. The food was delicious, and the iced coffee was wonderful! We enjoyed sitting on the terrace.

After 11 months, I came back to this place and everything has improved tremendously. The food is of high quality, the service is truly five-star, and the atmosphere is simply amazing. You can experience the styles and flavors of many countries—all in one classy and unique restaurant. A truly novel and unforgettable experience

The food here was once good, but it has fallen to snack bar level. Shame. We won't be back.

Had a great meal at Het Alternatief, the service is very friendly, helpful and neat and the food is really fantastic! Enjoyed a delicious duck leg, which was very soft and tender.

Very pleasant. The food is fresh and served quickly. Delicious tournedos with the taste of the grill. It is important to know that all dishes must be ordered separately. There are no standard fries or something like that. Furthermore, very attractively decorated. Price is a little higher but it's worth it.

The staff are very friendly and the owner is very welcoming. this place serves quality food and prices are good. we went there on a Saturday evening and able to find parking comfortably. All the best.

Nice atmosphere, but man, it was cold there. The employees had raised the temperature, but I ended up sitting under a blanket. Fortunately, the meal and hospitality make up for a lot.

Went again today and received a very hospitable welcome from the attentive staff of Het Alternatief. From the moment of arrival until the moment we left, the knowledge and expertise radiated. A fantastic experience where the food was discussed in detail with us and our wishes were taken into account. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail. In short, the price-quality ratio is above average and can even be described as excellent. For new visitors who are in doubt: you should not miss this restaurant. It exceeds expectations and is definitely recommended!

Enorm gastvrij en behulpzaam. Vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijke koffie perfect broodje brie. Echt een aanrader.

Door de jaren heen zeer stabiel. Voortreffelijke wijn/spijs combinaties voor een schappelijke prijs. Zeer gastvrij! De foto is van een (afsluitbaar) zaaltje achter in de zaak. Zeer sfeervol! Echt de moeite waard!

Het was weer heerlijk! Gastvrijheid ten top, je voelt je enorm welkom. Top avond uit!

Voor het eerst hier gegeten en het was erg lekker, ik heb zelf gekozen voor de Spare Ribs en mijn vrouw voor de surf en turf, beide aanraders. Er hangt een fijne sfeer met rustige niet te luidde muziek. Service kon iets beter door op te letten of drankjes al leeg zijn.
