What a nice beach house. Is an asset to Meerstad. Within cycling distance of the city of Groningen..

A nice place on the lake, with enthusiastic and friendly staff. The tea range is very limited and in winter it is quite chilly in the toilets, especially if you have to change your child there. The menu has enough choice for everyone, which makes up for it. And nice that there is a play corner for children.

A terrace with a beautiful view over the water. The flamkuche was tasty. However, the croquettes were quite simple, the bread was a toasted slice.

Wonderful company and also sustainable through extensive reuse of materials!!

A pleasant place to eat and sit comfortably. Quality fine. The area has a beach. However, it is quite atmospheric and bare.

Great to have such a place close to home, it is understandable that it is not profitable to be open every day, nice summer beach vibe in good weather, in the absence of staff it is an excellent choice to let people pick up their orders, nothing wrong with that. Hopefully it has a right to exist in the future and I will definitely come more often. Nice beer concept

Gem for Groningen! Delicious food and drinks for a good price with friendly service that does its best for you! The place to be in the summer if you are looking for a beach bar that is not located on the sea! You can also rent boats here and swim and lie on a nice beach!

What a great tent, we regularly stayed there by the water and had a drink and a sandwich or appetizer. A few days later we also had dinner, nice staff and nice owner. Let's sit down more often

It is a very chill spot with a nice view on the water. Perfect for a relaxed evening in the summer sun, eat with and/or have some drinks with friends and/or Friendly staf,f, sometimes a bit slow but all in all good customer service. Atmosphere of a typical beach bar. The pictures look nicer than it actually is, some maintenance/ upkeep would definitely help balancing out the price-performance ratio.

Super nice restaurant with excellent service. Food very tasty. Fair prices We were traveling through with our dog and stopped by the water. The day was hot, but we still found a shady spot to enjoy our really delicious meal. The service only speaks limited English/German - but it's not really bad. We felt very comfortable and welcome. Everyone is very nice and gives 100% - we would love to come back! Attention: dogs are forbidden on the beach!

Enjoy the terrace. The service is excellent and very customer friendly. It is definitely recommended!

I've been here before, they have good food, but if you've been swimming do you have to wear a shirt here? I didn't bring a shirt the last time because it was really too hot and I wasn't allowed in.

First time eating here with my wife. The welcome from the owner is proof of top hospitality. We received a very warm welcome and did our best to find a table (we had not made a reservation). Very smooth and friendly service by the ladies on the terrace and the food was very good. Very affordable and also in a great location!!! We will definitely come here more often. If only because of the warmth of the people there.👍🏻

Excellent service, friendly staff. food tasted fine but the prices are really absurd, main course was expensive but tastes good, but asking 10.50 for almost ready-made tiramisu from debic goes a long way.

Food was tasty! But young ministry, still a lot to learn and that's fine! Ask if our food is tasty, check in with us to see if we need any drinks, things like that. Otherwise a nice place, great weather, absolutely great.

I celebrated my 70th birthday with drinks and a BBQ. We were unlucky with a cold north wind, but inside it was very cozy and atmospheric, the children enjoyed themselves inside and outside, the staff was pleasant. The snacks and the Barbeque were delicious, extra wishes not stated were no problem (fries for the children and dessert) I come here regularly and always find it a nice place to be! tip: a better approach route (many potholes in the road) and an indication for a disabled parking space

It's just unbelievable how beautiful everything can be. We visited the restaurant twice because we liked it so much. The service is really very courteous and friendly, a big compliment to the staff and management!! The ambience is simply comfortable and invites you to linger. Big praise also to the kitchen, you know how to spoil your guests and the food is simply delicious! If we are in the area again, we will definitely come by!! Warm greetings from Germany

Very relaxed place, beautiful view, good, friendly atmosphere and people.

Delicious food, nice location and the service was also excellent. We were there with small children, there were some toys and the waitress soon came with drawing supplies. Atmosphere very relaxed

Shame on the name of Meerstad. It really looks like a junkie's house, squat house, junkyard, anything but a restaurant 🤮🤮🤮 The Meerstad agency should be held responsible for giving permission to such a dirty, shameful company. Not worth a star at all. Strondhuis is a better name for this.

雖然天氣不好，但用餐環境氣氛輕鬆愉快，餐點口味不錯，服務人員也很熱忱。唯一一個缺點是廁所沒開燈。希望下次天氣好時再去一次！

Ze bestaan helaas nog steeds uit containers en het assortiment ijsjes was zeer beperkt. De nachos zijn wel een aanrader maar ik miste wel de pepers of de pittige saus erbij.

Heerlijk 0.5 Vrijwitje op het terras.

Leuk dat er een strandpaviljoen is, maar voor ons niet wat we verwacht/gehoopt hadden. Erg lang wachten voor je bestelling wordt opgenomen. Als je een speciaal biertje wilt moet je deze zelf pakken. Voordeel is wel dat je hem dan ook meteen hebt terwijl de rest nog lang wacht op een glaasje fris. Het meest tegenvallend is een broodje geitenkaas. Voor €12,50 een broodje met 3 plakje geitenkaas van een cm of 1,5 daarop 2 dunne plakjes appel, 4 halve walnoten en een paar sliertjes rucola. Dit broodje wordt geserveerd op een groot bord met wat kruimels waardoor het nog sneuer lijkt dan het is. Zo'n prijs is echt niet passend! Verder zou ik hen aanraden om ook wat lekkere ijscoupes op de kaart te zetten die je overdag kunt bestellen. Inrichting binnen is gezellig en bijzonder.

Onverwacht leuke strandpaviljoen, had een heus vakantiegevoel. Leuk om in Groningen aan het strand te zitten met mensen die aan het zonnen en zwemmen zijn. En daarbovenop ook nog es een heel lekkere lunch gehad. Aardige bediening. Wat wil je nog meer.

Wij wilden hier spontaan wat eten. Jammer genoeg was er geen plek meer voor ons. Gemiste kans.

Leuke plek, heerlijk in de zon gezeten. Bierkoelkast erg leuk concept. Sandwich avocado gekozen, heel weinig avocado, veel veldsla. Smaak was ok, maar als je voor avocado gaat dan valt een broodje veldsla, 1 cherrytomaat, wat bacon en uitgesmeerde avocado wat tegen.

Geweldig restaurant om te eten. Heb mij echt als een gast gevoeld. Het diner was betaalbaar en echt heerlijk.

Altijd gezellig, prima eten en leuke locatie!

Update: op zaterdagmiddag biertje gedronken, wel wat prijzig, 6 euro per speciaalbier. Aanbod speciaalbier uit de walk-in was ook erg beperkt. Jammer! Wel leuk zitten aan het raam met uitzicht op de ondergaande zon en het water. Lampjes die het terras verlichten. *Ik raad het niet aan als je niet een dierentuin aan kinderen houdt op de zaterdagmiddag. Zoek dan beter een tijdstip op als de kids op bed liggen ;-) Update: Geborreld, helaas op zondag geen dinner, wel snacks. De bier walk-in vond ik erg leuk. Je mag zelf je bier kiezen uit de walk-in en het aanbod varieert per week. Pizza's afgehaald en ze waren heerlijk! Niet vettig zoals je bij de meeste pizza's toch ervaart. Ook goeie vegetarische opties. Favoriet is de Buffela! Personeel ook vriendelijk.

Eine wirklich schöne Umgebung indem sich dieses wunderschöne restaurant befindet das essen und die Getränke sind allesamt sehr gut das personal ist sehr zuvorkommend aber auch nicht aufdringlich, sehr professionell und das feeling im restaurant ist locker und macht spaß

2 pizza's en de kipsaté afgehaald. De pizza's zijn prima. Maar de thuissaté van kippendij een teleurstelling. De saté en de salade zijn samen in een bak gestopt. Bij thuiskomst helaas geen satésaus, maar een soepje. Zuur van de salade gemengd met de saus. Erg onsmakelijk. Gerecht kost €11,-. Tip verpak salade apart.

Mooi plekje in het mooie Meerstad.. lekker eten en altijd gezellig.
