Great restaurant with friendly staff and tasty food. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming — highly recommended!

Unfortunately, HFC on Nieuwe Binnenweg was a disappointment. For €17+, you expect at least a decent burger, but this didn't even come close. It tasted like it had been thrown together quickly and carelessly—and that's the feeling I got from watching the service. No passion, and you can taste it. It's a shame, because with a little more care, it could be much better. Please choose another place where they do make a burger with passion, like Hkiki or WOW burger.

Great to find a Halal Fast Food with a great variety of options to choose from. Staff were great.

Bad food. Too salty wings, soggy burgers, soggy chips, late delivery, doesn’t pickup phone, doesn’t return call/voicemail. Maybe too many people call to complain.

What a flavor explosion! The HFC Chicken Burger was perfect: crispy chicken, juicy on the inside, and the sauce made it complete. Every bite was a pleasure. Definitely one of the best chicken burgers I've tasted!

Had dinner with my kids for the first time yesterday, it was delicious and the service from the young man was great. My children said mom, what a sweet Moroccan man. Mr who was at the cash register around 11pm. We will definitely come back!

The Korean tenders were delicious! We always drop by when we visit Rotterdam. Of course it can and can be even better, but it is still the best HFC in Rotteram.

Yeah man, HFC is really tasty! That crispy, well-seasoned chicken with that crispy layer is simply great. And those sauces complete it completely. It's one of those places where you really enjoy halal fast food without sacrificing taste. I don't know about you, but I usually go for a tasty bucket with spicy wings and a few drumsticks. That combination of spicy and juicy is really perfect. And their burgers aren't bad either, especially the ones with a double chicken breast and melted cheese on top. What do you like best there?

I ordered coffee and got tea instead ( coffee machine was broken), beside that the food was good

Got rosti chicken as usual, but it was very mushy and the chicken was still a bit raw.

The chicken was raw, the rosti tasted chemical and our order was completely wrong. We received a refund for the raw chicken but it is still unacceptable that the chicken was served raw. They were friendly so that's good.

The food sucked, the service sucked and the manager thinks he owns mekka, he was very rude, what a joke. Dont go there.

Het was degelijk. Ik vond de prijs wel aan de hoge kant voor een fastfood keten. Het eten was er op tijd en het was te eten. Dat was waar ik naar op zoek was.

Went there at night around 21h or a bit before. As someone who knows how to fry chicken I was quite impressed! We got the spicy wings. The atmosphere is nice. The guy at the cashier was very friendly but he kept cleaning his nose with his hands which was rather disgusting. Wasn't sure if it was drigs or a cold. He seemed rather agitated. Anyways we'll definitely be back! A tip is to offer something to put the sauce in and offer wet tissues.

The service is very slow and they don't even give ketchup unless you ask for it.

What a beautiful and clean restaurant, delicious food, lovely staff, we had to wait in line for a long time, but they were busy, perhaps adding a cash register as a tip in the future!

The food was awful we waited over 50 minutes to get the food resulting in the chicken being raw and a good vet can bring it back to life we ​​will never come back because of the rude staff who serve our food without gloves and a delivery man came into the kitchen to pick up the food also the locals got priority over us who didn't speak their language

The food has really deteriorated recently. My husband's burger was cold by now when we got our order. I ordered a triple beef burger myself, but it was so dry I could barely eat it. 1 slice of pickle and tomato and a small amount of sauce above and below. There was nothing between the 3 burgers. Super dry, this was my last time here. The employee behind the cash register wasn't exactly cheerful either, despite Eid. They also don't have a baby changing area, which is strange for a family restaurant!

De medewerker zijn chill en heel beleefd en vriendelijk. De chicken burgers zijn lekker maar de rest van het eten is matig. Enige minpunt is dat je niet echt daar kan zitten en eten de winkel is daar te klein voor. Maar verder is het gwn goed.

Burger was prima! Friet was niet te eten. Leek net alsof de olie n lange tijd niet vervangen is. Het had geen lekkere smaak en het had was super droog en had zwarte vlekken overal. Aangezien wij 6 menu’s hadden is er veel friet weggegooid.

Patat was te zoutig, kip was geod gekruid en gefried. Ik denk dat het niet gaar genoeg was aangezien ik daar een voedselvergiftiging heb opgelopen en dit al de 5e dag is dat ik me down voel

De kipwrap is altijd lekker, de patat krokant en de chickenwings zijn geweldig. Consistent goede kwaliteit en een wekelijkse traditie voor mij.

Ich war erstaunt das es halal Vision von kfc in Rotterdam gibt. Das essen hat genau wie KFC geschmeckt. Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen 😍

Het stinkt er binnen heel erg en de toiletten stinken nog meer. De kinderen konden niet naar binnen, zo erg stonk het. Hier moet wat aan gedaan worden. Jammer dat dit al jaren zo is en niet verandert. De prijzen zijn ook gestegen. Een kinder menu met 4 nuggets kost gewoon 9 euro, sorry.

Erg lekker gegeten, een beetje frisjes binnen. Locatie erg vervelend, minimaal aan parkeerplaatsen, zwerfers in de straat, tram over de weg samen met auto's (igg gevaarlijk)

The food was delicious but the reason why I put 3 stars because it took 1 HOUR for the food to come and we where one of the first to enter the shop so it wasn't busy. And the staff didn't really care.
