Delicious food, beautiful place with even a prayer room. Unfortunately, the music is played softly. Otherwise, it's really great!

Simply a great place with excellent service and delicious food

Too bad, I thought it would be something really nice. In the end, it's really quite small and all very tight. It's all nice, but not for a nice meal out. The food was fine, nothing special. The room needs to be bigger, with different music and more tables for 5 people, because now we have to sit at a table for 4 with a chair pushed in. Nice, but not really anything out of the ordinary. It's a shame I haven't seen anyone mention this yet.

Be careful, never go here. They're professional, the food is inedible, and the prices are wrong. They're so professional that you end up paying double. It's a shame they're misusing A's name. Better go to McDonald's. Beware, some people gave high reviews. This isn't true. They're all friends and family. The real rating is mine.

Excellent restaurant, everything is clean, even the restrooms. Open kitchen, so you get what you order in no time. Unlimited drinks are also included. Fantastic! What would make it excellent is adding and changing the dish of the month each time. For example, bissara, lentils, white beans, couscous. So, one extra dish each month.

There wasn't even a welcome at the door, and it immediately became complete chaos: staff were just winging it and moving chairs everywhere. We'd called 15 minutes before our reservation to let them know we were parking, but only got a voicemail. The food was ice cold, and we had to wait in line for a buffet that wasn't worth it at all. I even felt nauseous. At the end, I asked for the bill, as clearly stated in the app: "A staff member will come to you." After a long wait, no one showed up, so I walked to the exit myself to report it. There, I was rudely told that "no one will come to you at all, ma'am, you have to pay here." I was so fed up that I didn't even want to argue anymore; I just wanted to get out of this restaurant as quickly as possible. This was the first and very last time I'll ever go to your place again.

Quality unlimited food. Realy good meats, fish and condiments. Nice deserts as well. Price is certainly acceptable and comparable for all you can eats. Halal and no alcohol, which will help as well to let me return here. Staff is also nice, helpfull and correct.

RECOMMENDED! We try new places and restaurants every week to create a good list of places to go. This restaurant certainly didn't disappoint. It's small but lovely. I didn't read the reviews before coming here, but I often walked past it because I eat at the neighbors' place. I thought, let's give it a try, and let's be honest, how many 100% halal all-you-can-eat restaurants are there in the Netherlands? From fresh salmon and shrimp to spare ribs, everything tastes good. They have salads, chicken wings and meat, rack of lamb, and spare ribs. Not to mention free Moroccan and Turkish tea. They even have unlimited burgers and desserts like waffles, crepes, pancakes with lotus, and Nutella. I usually take beautiful pictures of the food for the reviews, but I completely forgot because I was finally happy with a good restaurant after a few disappointments in the past few months. We will definitely be back!

It's good, but there aren't many desserts, and what's advertised as a main course on TikTok is either an extra charge or not available at all. They're very friendly, and if it's your birthday, they'll give you a delicious ice cream cake. An hour is plenty of time for lunch. Their mojitos are delicious.

A very good all-you-can-eat halal restaurant, tastefully decorated. There's a bit of everything: vegetables/fruit, soup, salads, meats, and even crepes/msemens. Tea is free 😍 The servers are very friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable.

We went here for both lunch and dinner. Both were excellent! The buffet has plenty of choices. You can also order additional dishes using the QR code on the table. These are included in the price and are freshly prepared. Highly recommended if you enjoy a generous buffet with fresh dishes!

From the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly welcome. There was more than enough choice of dishes, and each dish was perfectly seasoned. I was a little worried that the ingredients might be too overpowering, but luckily that wasn't the case at all; everything was perfectly balanced! 👌🏾 And to top it all off 🎇, my husband was surprised with a beautiful firework cake (is that what it's called? 😄) for his birthday. What a wonderful and well-organized surprise (I was surprised myself🤭)! It made the evening complete. Thank you (Shokran) to the entire team for the excellent service, warm hospitality, and attention to detail. We'll definitely be back, this time for breakfast and lunch, because you're not done with us anytime soon! 🤎

Ate here for the first time yesterday, it was amazing! Everything had its own unique flavor and was so tender, I can't describe it. I thought it was a junk food stall, but it was absolutely fantastic.

We came specially from Belgium to try this restaurant and we were not disappointed! The quality of the products, the varied choice. It is truly the best all-you-can-eat buffet I have ever had. Excellent value for money.

Really lovely people! Friendly and with a beautiful smile on their faces. We felt truly welcome. It was quite small, though. On social media, it looked bigger. I was disappointed that all the food was so cold. From the green beans (which were also too hard, so the seeds were hard too) to the chicken satay and the spare ribs. Furthermore, the meat wasn't good; the chicken was really red inside. The potatoes were also too hard. I thought this was all a shame and only ate a small amount. I won't be returning. It's not the staff's fault!

This is an all-you-can-eat Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner restaurant, but the food is not good. I know if it’s an all-you-can-eat restaurant, the quality of all items might not be the greatest, but this was just not tasty. It was very bland and tasteless. I paid €19,50 for one hour, but I stopped eating after 30 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

We were pleasantly surprised. Usually, all-you-can-eat restaurants have a lot of choices, but the food is of poorer quality. Here, the selection was a bit more limited, but still plenty, and the food was truly delicious! I normally don't like eating out with a toddler, but even she was able to wander around and choose what she wanted to eat, so it was really great! Mocktails are usually pricey, but this one was very reasonable, but I haven't had such a delicious mocktail in a long time! At the end, I fanned myself with my hand because it was very hot. The waiter came over and asked if the air conditioning should be on. I thought he was joking, but he actually turned it on! Truly excellent service!! Everyone was really friendly!

The place is nice but it was crowded. Some things were too oily especially kip filetand vegetables. You can order some food on the table which is cooked freshly that we liked. Also.much choice of fruits,deserts like cheesecakes were nice. They cost around 36 euros but drinks are not included but only tea you can have without extra pay. *Also they should mention names on the food,it was wrongly written and people were eating meets that they shouldnot*. Shrimp and salmon was nice

Bad experience at Palace House Rotterdam We arrived around 6:00 PM on August 23rd, without a reservation. The staff member said we could stay until 6:45 PM because a group with a reservation would arrive after that. No problem, we agreed. However, at 6:20 PM we decided to leave and ask for the bill. To our surprise, we were still charged the full price of the two-hour buffet: almost €80 for only 20 minutes of sitting and barely a drink! This feels not only unfair but also misleading. There was clearly no two-hour dining, and we were not offered an alternative. The service was businesslike and unfriendly, with no understanding of the situation. Definitely our first and last time here. Absolutely not recommended. 👎

This was honestly one of the best all-you-can-eat restaurants our family has ever experienced. It was truly delicious and fresh, and the staff was friendly. Everyone in the family agreed we'd go back. They have everything: salads, meat, fish, fried food, spare ribs, and more. You can also order larger meals using the QR code. Everything was clean, too. PS, the Dubai pistachio crepe is highly recommended.

Unfortunately, they have chicken meat from a slaughterhouse that also uses mechanical slaughtering. It would be good to source meat from slaughterhouses that only use manual slaughtering to ensure the continued existence of such slaughterhouses.

Everything is frozen. The pizza was underbaked, the nuggets and calamari were underdone. The restaurant was wet, and it was warm and stuffy inside.

All you can eat for 1 or 2 hours, not including drinks. The food was good, however, I think they're expensive to charge for drinks separately. And they won't let you stay at a table for more than 5 minutes unless you decide right away whether you're staying 1 or 2 hours (the time starts counting immediately). They don't take cash as payment, and they don't split the bill so each person pays their fair share. In the end, there were 5 of us. We spent €30 per person. With that kind of money, you can go to a good restaurant, stay as long as you want, and be very full.

Super fun spot! You're warmly welcomed by the host. The food is fresh and there's a huge selection. The menu is more diverse than most open buffet restaurants. The service is excellent: empty plates are cleared quickly. The price/quality ratio is also excellent. Rotterdam has another gem!

Top quality Top variety Service is always improving, but still too much on autopilot. Drinks are brought to the table. This isn't possible in a restaurant where you have to pick them up yourself. Prices could be a bit lower, as I think the transaction volume would be higher. Overall, an 8 out of 10.

Really rude staff. I went here during Ramadan with some friends. I accidentally booked the wrong date and called them to change it. I got a man on the phone who spoke to me in an aggressive manner. He said "What do you want bro just say" I didn't expect anything else from people who have a special 'ramadan rate' during Ramadan, where the bill is on average €10 to €20 more per person. Really scandalous. Don't forget Allah sees everything

I don't know if most of you who are giving 5 stars never been in a good buffet style restaurant before,because it's certainly not worth 5 stars. Food selection is just minimum, and most of the food is your typical dutch snacks you can get anywhere else. Basically you're paying almost 40eur just to eat snacks and if there is other food choices like chicken or fish they taste like paper,no seasoning, nothing. If the price for one person would been like 20eur, I wouldn't have any complains,but for almost 40eur p.p they're other much better buffets or even for that price you could just go to a normal restaurant and have much better experience. I have no complains for the staff,they were friendly and helpful.

We celebrated my son's birthday here, and at the end the staff surprised us with an ice cream cake and a birthday song. Super thoughtful! There were different types of dishes, all of them were delicious.

My wife and I went to eat at Palace House on June 20th. We were warmly welcomed and everything was neatly explained. We were allowed to order from the table and then a pager indicated when the dishes were ready or we were allowed to walk past the buffet ourselves. We did both and we both liked it. Everything is equally neat and hygienic. The chefs are neatly and cleanly dressed and work with gloves. The dishes can be called versatile, from vegetables, pasta, meat, fish, soup, fresh fruit and a delicious dessert buffet where I think everything is freshly prepared. The price includes tea, of which you can choose from several types. There were also people celebrating their birthday and they sang extensively for that and you get a large ice cream cake. I am not used to this in "Dutch" restaurants, what hospitality and quality.

We had a reservation from 19-21 hours. We were a quarter of an hour late because there was no parking space to be found anywhere. You would think that because you pay for two hours, you can eat until 21:15, but that was not the case. Once there it was very disappointing. There was little offer in terms of food. Drinks are not included in the price and you have to get them yourself at the bar. Bad service. The price quality is not what you expect.

The food has really gotten disgusting. When they opened, I was a regular customer here with my husband, but the last time I was here a few days ago, I found the food way too salty and actually disgusting. The desserts were great though and the service is really great too!
