The food was fresh, nicely seasoned, and the live cooking stations were a great touch. It’s a wonderful, family-friendly atmosphere, and I love that everything is fully halal and alcohol-free. Today I booked a table for 3 people; we came all the way from Texel to Palace House. The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was good. We can now return to Texel with a good feeling.

Excellent eatery, everything is clean even the toilet. Open kitchen, you get what you order in no time. Unlimited drinks have also been added. Super! Lots of variety of chicken, fish, meat, vegetarian options and a wide choice of desserts. Highly recommended, but reservations are advised, as the place is full every day. I recommend they move to a larger location. These people know their trade, big compliments!!

We went yesterday. The atmosphere was really good. The service was good, especially the girls working there, really friendly. The only downside is that empty plates are cleared away really quickly, even when someone is taking a last bite. The food was actually quite good. I only found the salmon—and I've noticed this often—to be fried in way too much oil, which makes the salmon not very tasty. If that could be taken into account, that would be perfect. And regarding the cutlery at the buffet: make sure there is a separate serving spoon for every dish. It's not just Muslims who come, and they eat all the different types of meat. Tip: to keep it enjoyable for all people and faiths, I would personally choose to put a different spoon for each dish. But to be honest: all in all, I thought it was worth an 8 yesterday!

Food: Highly appreciated the all-you-can-eat buffet. Service: Welcoming and friendly. Verdict: Approved by customers for its excellent value for money and cleanliness. Very disappointed by the lack of practicality. No disabled parking spaces available in front of the establishment, and it is extremely difficult to park nearby. A shame, access should be made easier for everyone.

Amazing food! For meat/seafood lovers!

I had lunch at Palace House recently. The waitresses were very friendly and the food was tasty.

The food was cold, tough, and lacked texture. I went home with a stomach ache and my toilet worked overtime all night, if you know what I mean… The staff was okay, but I don't think it's appropriate to inform the customer 20 minutes in advance that new customers are arriving and the table needs to be cleared so quickly. I also think a customer should be allowed to decide for themselves when they are full; a €5 surcharge to prevent waste isn't really fair. You are essentially asking the customer to go beyond their limit. As a result, while I was eating, someone threw up next to my table to use the toilet. Extremely unappetizing! I am deeply affected by this! I would not recommend this place; the hype isn't worth it. And €42 is really too pricey.

We had only been eating in the restaurant for 1.5 hours, but were already told it was time to leave, even though we had reserved for just two hours. This was extremely disrespectful. Additionally, they made up an excuse about the table being reserved by others, even though the restaurant was practically empty. Absurd! The food itself was actually quite good.

We had only been sitting for an hour and a half when we were asked to leave because the table was "reserved," even though the restaurant was not full. We received no compensation or another table, but still paid for two hours. The food was tasty, though.

When I drove into the street, I thought: “Oh dear, there goes another evening…” To be honest, I didn’t have very high expectations. But as soon as I stepped inside, my opinion changed immediately. The restaurant looks beautiful and the atmosphere is very cozy. When the food arrived at the table, I was completely sold. Wow! I really regret not discovering this restaurant much sooner. There is a wide selection of different dishes, and everything we ate was deliciously fresh and incredibly flavorful. I really enjoyed it! I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. It gets all the stars Google has to give from me. Absolutely a place I will definitely return to!

Food was good. However service was excellent. I must point this out. I would need a 2nd visit which will happen soon for a 5 stars but the food especially meat was excellent all the way. For me this is what makes a an all you can eat worthy of a 5 stars.

Most of the food is spicy. My family and I don't eat spicy food. They should have taken that into account.

We came to this place because we saw a very tasty-looking video on TikTok. But in reality, this place was a big disappointment. The food was very oily, the choice was small, and the restaurant itself was quite dirty. Alcoholic drinks are not included in the price, even though you pay 40 euros for 2 hours. The seafood that was shown in the TikTok video was not there at all. Also, the restaurant is in a very heavy traffic area, so if you want to make your reservation on time, add one extra hour to your trip. If your booking is for 16:00 and you arrive at 16:30 because of traffic, you will lose 30 minutes of your reservation. I do not recommend this place.

The food is tasty, though the selection is limited. This was my review of a previous visit, but I have a very different opinion about my recent attempt to visit. Long story short: you can't make a reservation for the breakfast menu – no problem. My girlfriend and I arrived, but there was no room inside yet, so we had to wait outside until we were told we could go in. In the end, we had to wait outside longer than expected, even though several people had already left. Eventually, another couple arrived and were allowed in immediately, after which we pointed out that we had been standing there for a while and they had just arrived. The response was that the host was looking for us, but according to him, we had left and he couldn't find us, causing our spot to be lost and us to have to keep waiting. By then, it wasn't as busy as when we arrived, and we found this strange since we never actually left and were still forced to wait. We left immediately after that. All in all, I find this a very unpleasant experience and I will never come here again. I almost don't dare say it, but I suspect racist and discriminatory motives. A real shame.

We spent a lovely two hours here this evening with a group from work. Everyone and everything was super positive. The food was delicious, there was more than enough variety, it was high-quality food and very filling. No nonsense dishes, just a well-filled bowl of food, from pastas to chicken, from fish to the most delicious meat dishes. A tiny nudge: maybe a little more zero drinks; there was a lot of choice in sugary drinks, but a little less in zero. The lady who greeted us at 5 o'clock could look a bit happier, and the background music wasn't entirely my thing, but that is really a matter of personal taste. All in all, top-notch, very good value for money, we all enjoyed ourselves very much and are very satisfied. Thanks :)

Fantastic restaurant! For €25, you can help yourself to as much as you like at the buffet. Absolutely delicious. Afterwards, there's a delicious dessert. They also have amazing cakes and ice cream. Drinks are included in the price. Highly recommended! Friendly service. Clean and great atmosphere.

You could also write it a bit more directly: I ate at Palace House today. Honestly, I don't understand the hype on social media at all. The food was dry, tasteless, and absolutely not what you should expect for these prices. The price-quality ratio is nowhere to be found. You pay a hefty sum, but get very little quality in return. Additionally, the hygiene was not up to par either. The chairs were dirty and the floor was so sticky that my shoes stuck to it. I went there with high expectations, but went home very disappointed. Definitely not a second visit for me. It's a shame, because based on all the advertising, I really expected much more.

Nice place, if you want to eat only halal food

We had a two-hour time slot, from 19:30 to 21:30. Because we were celebrating a birthday, not all guests arrived at exactly the same time. It is not unusual for some people to arrive a little later during a group outing, which meant we were ultimately able to really start about 20 minutes later. What I found disappointing was that various products ran out during our visit and were not replenished. The salads were practically empty and were not refilled during the time we were there. The strawberries were also gone. After I asked about this, they were unfortunately not replenished either. Additionally, the location was a letdown. I am not familiar with this neighborhood, but I did not feel the atmosphere was pleasant. There was a constant strong smell of weed outside, which did not really contribute to a nice evening out for me. Afterwards, I understood that the neighborhood is known for this, but I did not know that beforehand. In reality, I found the restaurant itself smaller than I had expected based on the photos. The staff was friendly, though; that was not the issue. However, I missed a warm and welcoming feeling. Communication often felt somewhat brief and businesslike, making me feel less welcome than I had expected. At the end of the evening, that feeling was reinforced when all tables were asked to leave at 9:30 PM because the restaurant was closing. We were still quietly enjoying a cup of coffee at that moment and felt quite rushed as a result. All in all, there were positive points, but due to the failure to replenish dishes, the location being disappointing for me, the restaurant turning out to be smaller than expected, and the lack of a warm, relaxed atmosphere, my experience was less positive than I had hoped, especially since we were there to celebrate a birthday.

The food was delicious service perfect

Genuinely delicious food with enough variety to suit every taste. From mouthwatering waffles to homemade chicken satay with peanut sauce. The spare ribs certainly shouldn't be forgotten either. You definitely shouldn't skip their starters and desserts when dining here. Now that drinks are included, it's a matter of stepping inside and dining without a care in the world. The open kitchen policy is a really nice addition, by the way.

On the recommendation of acquaintances, we drove here from Almere for a Ramadan iftar. Unfortunately, I have to say that the whole experience was disappointing... The food was almost tasteless (the first restaurant where I've had tasteless ribs), the service was mediocre, and there were no people to answer questions. The atmosphere was okay, but nothing special either. All this for a price of 34 euros p.p. It is not worth the price.

Too bad, I thought it would be something really nice. In the end, it's really quite small and all very tight. It's all nice, but not for a nice meal out. The food was fine, nothing special. The room needs to be bigger, with different music and more tables for 5 people, because now we have to sit at a table for 4 with a chair pushed in. Nice, but not really anything out of the ordinary. It's a shame I haven't seen anyone mention this yet.

There wasn't even a welcome at the door, and it immediately became complete chaos: staff were just winging it and moving chairs everywhere. We'd called 15 minutes before our reservation to let them know we were parking, but only got a voicemail. The food was ice cold, and we had to wait in line for a buffet that wasn't worth it at all. I even felt nauseous. At the end, I asked for the bill, as clearly stated in the app: "A staff member will come to you." After a long wait, no one showed up, so I walked to the exit myself to report it. There, I was rudely told that "no one will come to you at all, ma'am, you have to pay here." I was so fed up that I didn't even want to argue anymore; I just wanted to get out of this restaurant as quickly as possible. This was the first and very last time I'll ever go to your place again.

Quality unlimited food. Realy good meats, fish and condiments. Nice deserts as well. Price is certainly acceptable and comparable for all you can eats. Halal and no alcohol, which will help as well to let me return here. Staff is also nice, helpfull and correct.
