I was treated incredibly unfriendly today by the disinterested and unfriendly hippie woman behind the bar. Never again!

Excellent location, food and efficient but friendly service!

Had a great afternoon with colleagues at Hightide. Playing games on the beach, super tasty burgers from the BBQ with fries and various salads. Everything was great, including the service and game guidance.

Truly sublime experience at High Tide. We had a department outing of 60 people where High Tide provided drinks all day and finally a drink and dinner. Despite the large group and the warm weather, nothing was lacking: a 10!

It's not worth going there. Disappointing. It's more of a dog place. Both the restaurant and the beach. We had lunch there on some pitiful tables... when we got there there were Dutch people with their feet on the tables and they also had 2-3 dogs with them. While we were eating, dogs came to lick your feet. This is unacceptable at a place to eat. Poor menu... the food tastes great but the service leaves something to be desired. slammed on the table and scattered all over the plate. We went there on the recommendation and other reviews.... but... No. No..look for something better.

Nice tent. Had a drink after the blokarting. They have delicious sandwiches.

Stopped at HighTide after walking through the park. Needed to warm up and saw Fish Soup on the Menu. Nice and light, not too creamy. Saw the chef prepare it himself and add the final herbs at the end for a well balanced, freshly made, and tasty soup. The apple pie was also nice and the staff very friendly.

Great atmosphere, no service, waiting for your food with a pager. High prices: €24 for two sandwiches and two non-alcoholic beers.

At 7:22 PM we wanted to eat something at Hightide. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed from 7:15 PM. Kitchen closing time depends on how busy it is! No flexibility whatsoever to make us anything to eat. The Google info “closing time 8:30 PM” is therefore incorrect.

Worst burger ever with dry and small patty, no self made bad bun, and only a handful of fries. Not worth overpriced 20€.

Beautiful place and cozy atmosphere.

Super relaxed atmosphere, nice service staff. We came in cold and were able to warm ourselves up, eat and drink something from the warmth inside and from the outside thanks to a mega wood stove. We could have sat there for hours and enjoyed the hustle and bustle

Nice place, with good coffee, tasty cake and nice staff. It was quite busy today and therefore longer waiting times

What counts here is the relaxed, casual and friendly staff and of course the view of the sea. The food was tasty, but secondary. Breathing in the flair, the life and the people here was really, really good for me in my Germanness. 😉

Very nice to sit there after a brisk walk on the beach. To eat something small and have a drink. I ate apple pie there, it was very tasty.

Limited menu, Tex-Mex, salads, burgers and fries. But very cozy, affordable. Fantastic place. Really nice here. Love it

We just had a sundowner and enjoyed the sunset. Unfortunately there wasn't a big selection of drinks and the waiters/waitresses weren't very motivated, but since it closed at 9 p.m., they probably wanted to call it a day. But a great location right on the beach.

Awesome Surfshop with quality surfboards, great advice and awesome customer service! Next to that it’s a great place to chill and have some nice Mexican food on the beach 👌😎

Super mexikanisches Essen direkt am Strand. Hundefreundlich. Sparkling Icetea, Radler, Nacho mit Rindfleisch war lecker, aber Nacho mit Shrimps Mango und Avocado war der Hammer. Hinterher noch Churros als Nachtisch bestellt, ein Suchtfaktor! Mit Schokosauce übergossen und mit Zucker bestreut… Selbstbedienung an der Bartheke war kein Problem, so bezahlt man gleich und kann direkt gehen wenn man gegessen hat. Wir können das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Nice place and good service. Food is substandard. Chicken tacos were bland and made with tinned pineapple. Chorizo quesadilla came with just three super thin slices of chorizo - I couldn't taste the chorizo at all. Very dog friendly.

Super relaxte surfsfeer. Zo relaxed dat ook het personeel zich om niks druk maakt. Allemaal zeer vriendelijk, zo hoort een strandtent gewoon te zijn. Zon, zee, chillen 😎

Lekkere sfeer in no nonsens strandtent. Veel activiteiten te doen maar ook heerlijk om er te 'niksen'. Lekkere fajitas gegeten

Niet fijn voor veganisten. De vegakroketten zijn niet veganistisch en de vegaburger ook niet. Uiteindelijk konden ze de burger dan wel veganistisch maken. Maar dat waren dan wel twee burgers zonder broodje en zonder saus. En dat voor bijna 30 euro! Heb ik nog om patat gevraagd, nou dat kon dan wel. In eerste instantie waren ze de patat vergeten. Krijgen we na wachten eindelijk onze patat, zit er niet-veganistische mayo bij. Zucht. Hoe moeilijk kan het zijn om als je een restaurant runt een beetje rekening te houden met mensen en hun dieetvoorkeuren? Het was niet eens druk.

Machen den besten Kaffee in ijmuiden...auch sonst einfach super...

Nach einem 10km Marsch auf ein Bier eingekehrt. Freundlicher Service, frisch gezapftes Bier, das schneller im Glas war, als das Wasser. Ich hab noch zwei Tacos gegessen. Eine Offenbarung!!! Extrem Lecker! Toll hier!

Sehr idyllischer Platz am Strand. Hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Das Essen war auch super!

Relaxte plek voor een biertje na een lange strandwandeling. Helaas was mijn weizen niet koud genoeg. Mijn Grimbergen daarna was wel weer prima.

Sehr leckere und erfrischend neue Gerichte! Dazu sehr schön dekorierte Lokalität.

Nette Leute, einfache, gute Karte. Leckeres Essen, ansprechend serviert. Der Mexican Cheesecake war offenbar eine Offenbarung 😀. Hausgemacht Kommen gerne wieder!

Prima strandtent. Giede sfeer eneten en drinken. Alleen de openingstijden zijn van voor de oorlog. 12 uur open op de mooiste stranddag van het jaar......... al eerder voor gesloten deuren geataan in de ochtend. Volgend seizoen toch wat aan doen.....

The presentation is beachy, you can come in directly from the beach with sandy bare foot, order the food .

Fantastic mexican food, we got it quickly. Very nice staff, great music, the place has a really.nice athmosphere. The only negative is the chocolate milk which is made from Nesquik.
