2,75 for 5 fries...... 1,75 for sauce with the fries...... this is too expensive, if you tell them its too expensive they dont really care. we also all had stomach aches after eating and all had to go to the bathroom for a liquid number 2. enough said. terrible place, won't be coming here again. it's not litterally 5 fries, but for 2,75 euros per portion of fries i expect a medium portion of fries, not a small portion on a tiny plate.

You can eat well there and it's not expensive

It's a pleasure to eat here again. All due respect to the owner and his wife, who recognize and serve customers with a broad smile. This is what customer service should be. Many will consider it old-fashioned, but many businesses could learn from this example.

I find the owner and his wife appalling! When I arrived, there was an elderly woman, around 90? She needed to pee and went to the toilet. Apparently, the owner and his wife wouldn't let her, as they banged on the door and yelled at the elderly woman, "Get out! This is not a public toilet! Get out!" I find it truly awful! The woman told her she couldn't manage to go downstairs to pee, but no one heeded her. The man simply said she had to go and that he didn't feel like cleaning the toilet. RIDICULOUS! I left because of this, as it takes a while for them to come to your table, sighing and hoping you didn't over-order and leave quickly. I'm definitely never coming back! I absolutely don't think this is good customer service, and I hope the owner never experiences the way he treats his customers and staff.

Customer service is completely lacking here!! The prices are way too high for the disgusting food you get!! Yuck, never again!! And the owner is a truly awful guy! Close this place down and put in a proper snack bar!!!

Grumpy staff, they almost look you out of the store. Limp lukewarm fries.. burnt nasi slice.. Scandalous. Close it and put in a good snack bar, this one is worthless!

When it's busy they make too many mistakes. Not enough staff.

Zeer onvriendelijk personeel Ik gaf aan dat ik een eetlepel pindasaus en een eetlepel mayo voor een patat flip weinig vond. Toen begon de vriendelijkheid...... Vroeg gewoon om wat meer pindasaus...... De baas begon aan de kassa te schreeuwen en te schelden toen ik er wat van zei...... Kortom ik kom daar nooit meer Kleine portie patat heeeel klein beetje saus Gewoon oplichterij!!!

We had to wait a very long time for our order, even though it was not busy at all. The order itself went ok, the people behind the counter were not cheerful but maybe they had just been busy. I had ordered, among other things, double fries and the question was whether I wanted double sauce, and I did, but it was an extra euro, but fine. When we got home, the fries were fried in old fat and were really bad. The snacks were also not tasty, too crispy and too greasy. To top it all off, my double sauce was very little and lay loose at the bottom of the container of fries, so the entire bottom had a layer of sauce and nothing on the fries. All in all, the first and last time for us......

Food is OK but only 1 small fries only arrives 30 minutes after ordering. Man with glasses and grumpy attitude checks out his customers and employees and often gets angry. As a result, there is not such a nice atmosphere. There's always a fight between him and his customers. I was asked to move to a smaller table for 2 people while there were four of us. You are not allowed to bring your own drinks there because the man gets quite angry. I wouldn't go there, the sauce is a lot while you get small fries for 3.75, super stingy, he only does it for the money, there is always an argument, not fun and it is not hygienic, always dirty

Actually too expensive for what you get. Doesn't look very tidy. The atmosphere is mediocre. I am a real lover of satay and of course also a tastier satay sauce. Well this one is not that special and not really tasty. Possibly taken from a large bucket. Fries not really a nice portion, a bit small. Salad not really special either. My wife ordered a snitzel. Possibly fried in the fryer. Very dry there. Better fry in a frying pan. Not a place we will return to anytime soon.

Bunch of scammers, we ordered a burger meal. We just didn't get fries and sauce when we first asked for them. We asked this afterwards and then we were shouted at... Miscommunication is possible, but this shouting was ridiculous

Food took a long time and the owner was grumpy (never experienced anything else) my advice is to take a detour rather than eat here!!!

Unhygienic, woman was sneezing and coughing into hands and continued serving without washing hands. Milkshake without flavour, fries fried too hard, satay partly burnt, the hot chicken was anything but hot. Unfriendly owner who cooperates himself.

Kort na nieuwjaar was deze snackbar de enige open in de buurt en haalde ik een portie ffriet met snack. Toen ik het zakje kreeg was ik vol verbazing. Voor 2 euro 45 kreeg je een minimaal gevuld zakje de kleine friet bij mcd is groter. Toen ik vroeg of dit wel klopte ontplofte de eigenaar bijna. Hij smeet de inhoud van de zal in een fietbakje formaat vingerhoed en gilde dat dit een heeeeeel portie was. Hij propte het weer terug in de zak. Me niet op mijn gemak voelend de zaak verlaten om nooit meer terug te komen. Het portie woog 116 gram bij het thuis wegen!

Aardige bestelling van 25,00. Patat te doorbakken en lauw, bij de bestelde fricandellen speciaal, kleine puntjes ipv een fatsoenlijke bolletjes zoals dat hoort. Vlammetjes veel te doorbakken. Er was nagenoeg niemand aanwezig qua klanten , dus snap deze actie's niet. Heel matig, niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Had food at Holle Bolle Gijs. When I got home the hamburger sandwich was missing. I ordered two chicken satay sandwiches. Instead of a bun I got two dried out toasted rolls. Instead of 1 strawberry and 1 banana milkshake, it was 2 banana milkshakes. And I couldn't put a lid on the slush puppy while I still had to cycle home. So not really recommended!

This entrepreneur is worth a dime! You are always welcome here for fries from old fat or one of their cheap snacks. It's a different story if you come here with your child (2 weeks potty trained) and ask if you can please use the toilet because it is no longer possible to hold the message. This callous money-grabber will send you to the other side of the shop because he can't make any money from you! @Wereldhave N.V. Shame on you for these types of entrepreneurs/poor cleaners.

Omdat onze vertrouwde snackbar de splinter met vakantie is, vanavond hier sate en frites gehaald, wat een domper, alles zeer drooggebakken, hoe moeilijk is het om frites te bakken, ook veel te droog. En de prijzen, € 9,00 voor 3 stokjes sate en wat geroosterd brood. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Joined Holle Bolle Gijs for lunch. Table was not clean but was immediately picked up by the young man walking around. Unfortunately it didn't get much cleaner. This young man was walking around like he didn't feel like it. The food was fine. Sufficient and neatly served.

Food is perfect as far as a lunchroom goes. The decor is like an ordinary lunchroom, not great, but clean. There is no hamburger special on the menu, but they do have one, just ask.

Run by older people, you can tell. It could really be friendlier and neater. Smooth people in it. Much more can be achieved.

The food was delicious, but it looked like a senior citizen's club. More work also needs to be done on HACCP!

When I go shopping in Leiderdorp I prefer to eat at Hollebollegijs

After a long moving day with Johan and Gertjan, we decided to go here to have a tasty Fortnight burger, unfortunately they no longer have them. No chicken knuckle either, but a tasty burger and fries, highly recommended for a fatty snack!

My colleague and I had a separate order, both a container of peanut sauce, she paid 2.25 and I paid 4.25, I went back to ask what the price difference was, the owner immediately came over and I had to stand outside the store and took the receipts from my hands and knew why I came without having to explain anything. He was beyond reason and called me B*TCH I hope you get rich from my 2 euros, but I think that because of your shouting at me in your business you will lose many customers and your behavior will continue to spread!

What a nice lunch spot. The fries were really yum.

Leuke snackbar midden in Winkelhof. Het eten is dik in orde. Prijs voor eten en drinken is een stuk goedkoper dan elders in Winkelhof. Petra vond de koffie van goede kwaliteit en zij is een kenner. Tosti en Broodje vlees smaakte prima. De wc was ook schoon en opgeruimd maar alleen toegankelijk voor gasten.

Gezellig. Vriendelijk. Smakelijk verzorgd eten.

Eten en service was van hoge kwaliteit. Aanrader dus👍👍👍

Service mag door de jonge lui wel wat geïnteresseerde zijn zoals kijk de klant aan bij serveren.

Nu voor de tweede keer bruin vet in het zakje en in het plastic bakje als ik thuis de kroketten uitpak. De kroketten hebben ook een nare nasmaak hierdoor. Dit is voor ons het laatste bezoek geweest.

Ik snap eerlijk gezegd niet waar de slechte reviews met betrekking tot personeel vandaan komen. Wij zijn erg vriendelijk geholpen door de mensen hier. Ook het eten viel in de smaak, de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was ook prima. Zou hier zo weer aanschuiven
