Manager , your staff is not working. They act like they are in vacation.

Good KFC. Friendly staff and good, hot food. However, the staff could be a bit more active. Many employees were hanging around and chatting with each other, which meant there was less customer focus.

I love fried chicken and generally the chicken at kfc is good but not this time.

...KFC Leiderdorp is in a great location, right next to the highway to The Hague. I'm a fan of KFC products. I find the chicken well-prepared and the chicken tenders even excellent. The staff is well-trained and friendly. Worth a compliment and a mention. There are also nice booths where four people can sit comfortably. The restaurant looks neat and tidy. Definitely worth a visit...

Visit, Sunday, August 17th, back from vacation. Upon arrival, we found it quite quiet, compared to the M, which is across the street. Now I understand why; we couldn't order a deep fryer with our fries, and we couldn't order milkshakes either. So we decided to join the queue at the M.

Standard KFC, good service and exactly the food you'd expect

What a load of crap. Waited fifteen minutes for food, then got an incomplete order, and couldn't even offer an apology. Meanwhile, the Arab behind the counter was happily playing on his phone. First, but also the last time.

Great multilingual service and always fresh chicken. Much better than other fast food places.

Please note that if you have forgotten to personalize it, you may not exchange it for another burger.

Always delicious food for a nice price

We had to wait an incredibly long time for our food, and it wasn't just us. The service was chaotic even though it wasn't busy. We'll never go back.

Ask the employee if I would like it to be warm, well it was always fresh and warm according to him. Not so, tough chicken and cold fries. What a turn-off. Paid a lot of money for it in the trash

No atmosphere, dirty and unmotivated staff. Much of the menu was not available. But hey. Sometimes you have to do something.

Staff was really Nice. But is this a chicken and share mix? It was my first time to kfc and on the description, it would have "Delicious to share: 4 Hot Wings in a spicy marinade, 4 tender chicken tenders in a crispy jacket and 2 Original pieces according to the Original recipe." This does not look like 10 pieces of chicken.. Even the telephone number does not work on google maps.. What a disappointment

Don't go here if you're in a hurry. You'll wait 10 minutes for just a Coke, and that's only because you asked for it. There's hardly any staff, and half the interior is closed off.

Was delicious and warm, this time I had the chicken kapsalon

This afternoon I visited one of your branches and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I feel compelled to file a complaint about this, in the hope that this will be taken seriously and improvements will be made. First of all, the staff at the checkout were anything but customer friendly. There was little to no attention for the customer, no welcome or smile, and my questions were answered curtly as if I was a nuisance. In addition, I had ordered a Colonel Burger, but it was of particularly poor quality. The burger literally ran out of oil, which indicates poor preparation and little care for quality. It was far from what I would expect from an A-brand like KFC. Furthermore, I ordered a medium milkshake, but received a small one without any explanation or compensation. I find this misleading and downright unacceptable, especially when a medium is paid for. Finally, I would like to note that the overall service and organization in the branch was substandard. If this level of customer service and product quality continues, I will prefer another chain such as McDonald's, where I at least get what I pay for. I expect a response to this complaint in the short term, including an explanation and compensation

I tried it again, a snack box. Never in my life had such cold pale limp fries. The 'chicken things' also cold and inedible. Again very bad even with 2 years in between. At good KFC branches I like to get something e.g. such a tasty Whopper but not in Leiderdorp.

Friendly staff and good food and delivered quickly

This KFC looks nice. But it always takes a long time for your order to be ready. Whether it's busy or not. Last time we waited 20 minutes for 4 ice creams. All that time the tables around us were dirty and covered in fries. Tried again months later. Waited 28 minutes for our order.

Product quality is lower than other KFCs

It's strange why some KFCs have coffee and others don't. Otherwise everything is fine. Have a good day.

Fries were unbearable, burger was okay Cheap (I didn't have any money with me)

I thought for a long time whether I should write a review. After reading other people's bad experience I was convinced. Hopefully this means that change is coming. Here's my review: Mediocre, very mediocre KFC. I expected better. Firstly the staff. No one who works there has ever heard of manners. They are all very rude and don't know how to deal with people. Secondly, the drive-through. I get to the window and not even a good afternoon or any other greeting. Just money and very rude. I then ask whether my order also contains file bites. To which the response is with a very loud sigh. Perhaps this is also part of the personnel point, but I had to mention it separately. Finally, the food. I refer you to the photo. Do you call these chicken tenders? They are moderately coated with flour and also very soft and like a soup. This is very bad. They better give the location to another fast food restaurant. KFC Netherlands, DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

KFC in Nederland is close to perfection. The only thing i don t like is that the chicken is not spicy enough, no charging socket, no coleslow salad. It is very clean, also in the toilets, they use a system to reuse the plastic glases. Very good food.

The food didn't come to my table and there was the wrong sauce and I saw rats walking around + everything was sticky

One of the better KFC'S I've been to in recent years, the place is easy to get to, food and service is great, has plenty of parking space and there are chargers for electric cars

Poor services! Lazy staff! The sensor of the front door from the outside was not working and one of the customers saw us outside pointing upwards to the sensor and he told the staff; however, the staff didn’t deal with it directly. Instead, letting us waiting there for nearly 5 minutes. Afterwards, there’s a customer from the inside coming to open the door for us. Furthermore, after ordering a cone of ice cream from the machine, and waiting there again for a long while as the staff were doing nothing, but just standing there until I asked them if they were going to make the ice cream.

I ordered a menu and did not receive fries and I received Pepsi and ice tea.

First star out for waiting more than 30 minutes in drive thru. Where were 3 cars before us. Second one, for fries which were completely cold and third one for giving a hot cup of thee with a cup for cold drinks. Please, make a reminder for workers about the rules of the restaurant and maybe pay more... And get some more people to work...

NOT NORMAL I want to hand in a cup for a deposit and the KFC employee became angry and very irritated. I had handed in a cup several times in one day. And after the second time the employee already spoke angrily to me. Then I hand it in for a friend of mine and he refuses to give the money because we didn't have a receipt. But he never received a receipt because the machine was empty. I don't like being treated this way by the staff. This is very unfortunate. Hope this doesn't happen every day because then it wouldn't be a good thing.

Disappointing experience at KFC. The food was of poor quality, certainly not what you would expect, even for fast food. The instructions when ordering were unclear and confusing, and to my surprise, discount coupons didn't even need to be scanned. The sauce was poorly distributed throughout the food, which made it unappealing. In addition, the employee who took my order was barely audible.

Staff speaks poor Dutch. Don't understand you at all. They often don't have things you want to order. Vega options are always sold out. The salad is always sold out. And if you're lucky they have the salad. Then you get an empty container with a few pieces of lettuce, and if you're lucky, 1 cherry tomato. They always forget to bring the sauce and fork. That means you have to come back again.

Very annoying that the staff speaks very little Dutch, let alone understands it. So you have to say a thousand times what you want to order. Give them a Dutch course. Understand that everyone should get a chance.

Nasty! The chicken was not fresh (yellowish meat in the core), not warm and the layer around it was not crispy. Fries were weak, not warm enough and very salty. And also had to wait more than 20 minutes.

For the umpteenth time, they are not Chicken Tenders but lean chicken sticks. 12 euros for 10 pieces but it feels more like I'm paying 12 euros for 4 pieces...

The staff was very rude and this is what you get for 10 euros really can't be. It wasn't tasty at all!! I don't recommend anyone to go to this KFC.

A large group of non-Dutch speaking employees. Tragic gang communicating with them. The food is still okay, but that is certainly not always something to be proud of as a business.

The chicken is tasty, better get fries elsewhere

KFC isn't what it used to be. Downright bad. I ordered a bucket of hot wings in the drive through, drove away and found out a little later that the chicken was cold (lukewarm), dry and tasteless. I drove back to report this, I gave the bucket back and a little later I got the same bucket back with more chicken. Now I had even more inedible chicken… As if that was my concern. I'll never go here again.

Still a good KFC, they can learn a lot from it in Kampen

I think KFC is the one with the best price-quality ratio among the major fast food chains. Furthermore, it is of course just fast food, so it doesn't get higher than a three, but you just have the feeling that the chicken has actually been attached to an animal, unlike the chicken pieces from the competing Scottish specialty restaurant.

KFC is declining rapidly. We had a very disappointing experience today because we notice that the weather has deteriorated further. Previously, the corn cobs shrank considerably, you no longer get butter and the coleslaw disappeared. Today we noticed that the fries have turned into a soft, tasteless variety and that the crust around the chicken pieces was not crispy and was also tasteless. It's just not tasty anymore, while we always enjoyed it so much, especially the original chicken pieces. And then there's the cumbersome hassle with reusable cups, that should be easier!

I’m writing this while I’m here. I ordered the original and what I had is less than half portion !! When I asked them to change it the guy was why do you wanna change it !! The fries was literally cold. I like kfc I never had a terrible experience before in Canada or us or even Middle East. Regarding the service they are so miserable!! Customer service!! At least smile to the customer!! Never go back again. And I will tell my friends.

Never again KFC! First time ordering via the app where sausage indicated to be ready within 4-7 minutes. After waiting at home for half an hour until the indicated time to pick up the order and then drove to KFC. Upon arrival I had to wait another 20 minutes. I immediately noticed that there were excuses ready. When I arrived home I missed a burger. Called restaurant, couldn't contact them. 3 days later we were craving KFC again, this time everything was worse. Ordered again from the app and again I had to wait fifteen minutes upon arrival. Well finally happy to have received my order, 3 of the 4 ordered products are missing! Fries still half frozen and everything cold! We had to throw this away. Then again completely 0 to contact the restaurant. And head office messages are therefore pointless. Such a big company. You see that they can make anything. Never and never again!

Only pay in cash at the counter. Zinger box Euro 3.50 but the chicken is full of sins. Manager says YES, we get a lot of complaints. It is a new chicken thigh product. But thick strings of tendon (rubbery) dirty meat??? After much insistence, I receive 4 new strips, which taste very good and nicely seasoned.

The staff can’t handle the restaurant. Please change the team otherwise this kfc will have the worst review. I’m living near by for 6 months , coming here sometimes to check if something get better since I’ve been here first time but nothing. I love kfc but every time I come in this one it’s Just a big disappointment! 40-50 minutes Waiting time while in the restaurant is max 10 people is RIDICULOUS! Got corn at 7pm swimming in the water since morning, without taste and spongy 🤢 worst kfc I’ve ever been.

Got food here today for more than 30 euros. Unfortunately, the bucket boneless zinger was dry, tough and had been under heat for too long, like a piece of rubber. Fries weren't even done. How can you screw that up?! The order was also wrong instead of normal Pepsi we received a Pepsi Zero. All in all, a ball tent, no words to describe it, never experienced this before. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

The food is just good like any KFC. I am not happy with the service. When I was there, only one person spoke Dutch and that wasn't even the manager. They also had a public argument about who should do what. Finally, the return machine did not work either, so it was not convenient.

What a terrible company. I ordered via the app for the second time because they had another error. I don't get my food again. I have to call to get my money back because I ordered it online and not from Leiderdorp. I also ordered via the app last time. Called the app, never got a refund and now exactly the same again
