If you are on holiday in NL like me and want to try KFC, this is the only place to go. Beautiful quiet place, I recommend!

I was satisfied with my order. The food was hot and fresh. I will definitely come back here on my next vacation.

⭐ 1 star Very poor service. All the food we received was cold. We asked to replace the food with a hot order, but we were told that this was not possible. Eventually, we asked for our money back. Very disappointed in the service and the way our complaint was handled. This was absolutely not what I expect from KFC.

The fries were cold and inedible, and the chicken had been made ages ago, so it was also cold and no longer tasty or crispy.

What a great KFC, never eaten so well and so cheaply

Bizarrely bad experience. I had ordered over €60 worth of food, but the delivery driver eventually arrived with only the drinks. After contacting the restaurant by phone, it turned out that a KFC employee had simply forgotten to hand the food over to the driver. So, the food was just sitting in the restaurant. We were then told that no one was available to deliver the food after all and that we had to request a refund ourselves via Thuisbezorgd. So, after waiting for over an hour and a half, we were left without food, and there was no solution from KFC either. Very poor service and incredibly disappointing.

A bit hesitant after reading the reviews, but we had a delicious meal there. And what a beautiful, big place! Just a quick addition... The food is delicious, but the music playing is always terribly loud and droning.

They assign employees to the drive-thru who don't properly understand what you' ordered, resulting in an order with loose items. If you then ask for an explanation of the receipt, they don't understand it either... so, a complete waste of time.

I came specifically for the new menu and emphasized at the cashier that I wanted exactly that menu. Unfortunately, the corn was missing from my order. When I commented on this, the employee claimed that she had asked about it and that I had approved two portions of fries. This is incorrect; I simply confirmed the complete menu. It is a shame about the miscommunication and the handling of the complaint.

I ordered Kipsalon twice and received a half-filled container where you could literally see the bottom of the cardboard box. When I went to the counter, a child who didn't understand Dutch was speaking to me, and a team leader stood next to me with crooked teeth, just smiling a little. Very strange. Nothing resolved.

I ordered original pieces (5) and got the smallest of it (according to the standard should be at least 2 big pieces) and one of them was old and not eatable... last time there... be aware!

Great location. It is clean, though. Waiting half an hour for food at KFC is just crazy. The restaurant isn't even full. The wait was absolutely not worth it. I get extremely watery Fanta. Fries taste like mashed potatoes instead of fries. It's a shame that such a big chain can be so bad.

This KFC has a bizarre staff shortage, and that results in nothing but misery. I therefore do not blame the people who are still willing to work here, especially this franchisee and KFC Netherlands itself (this is actually the problem in Zoetermeer as well). I ordered online here 15 minutes before pickup; according to the app, it was ready 5 minutes after my order. Then I waited 15 minutes for my number to be called, only to find the Original Chicken was sold out. So I had to wait another 15 minutes just when I thought I could finally eat. Once back in my car, I discovered they had forgotten a whole bucket. Back to the car again, they had forgotten the fries. In the end, the chicken was inedible, and I threw away a number of overpriced Original Pieces and deleted the KFC app. I truly do not understand how a chain with unanimously bad service in every branch, an average price of 20 euros p.p., and such low quality can still exist. In the US, KFC would have gone bankrupt long ago the way the Netherlands does it. Do not go here.

My visit yesterday made me never want to go to KFC again. We've placed an online order which said it would be ready in 5mins. At the end we ended up waiting 45mins. for our food, and next to that we had to go back to the service counter twice because they had forgotten our variety bucket and second portion of fries. The food quality really went down compared to previous visits, e.g. the Originals were really soggy and lacking in flavour.

Fast service and the order is always correct

The food is pretty good and the shakes and ice cream are always good at KFC, but this location isn't exactly very clean and the floors stick to the soles of your shoes like crazy.

After a hot day, I went to get a milkshake with my little one at the drive-thru in Leiderdorp. We paid and waited by the window. We stood there waiting in the heat for 45 minutes for a milkshake; the three of them were standing there looking through the window and laughing at me. The child started crying, and then we just drove away. So, what should have been a nice end to the day unfortunately turned into a huge disappointment: paid for milkshakes and got nothing.

The slowest kfc I’ve ever been to. We had a variety box and a colonel burger and it took about an hour before we got our food. The place was crowded but not packed. Please choose to go to the Macdonald’s next to it.

The meal takes 20 minutes, the burger was soggy, the chicken piece drier than cardboard, loaded fries a joke, not loaded at all, very pathetic. Very expensive for bad food. Never again.

Gross! The chicken is super dry with a soggy crust; God only knows how that is possible. Loaded fries with remarkably few toppings. You feel instantly rancid after being here. Upon arrival, I thought there was a barbecue going on with tasty chicken, but it turned out to be the trash can, which was being extinguished with a bucket of soapy water by a manager who was just a little too calm. No fire safety and no pleasant atmosphere; just go across the street where you can eat like a decent person without the risk of being burned alive. Inside, it looks reasonably decent, but this is ruined after you take two steps; your shoes stick to the floor and you have to continue in your socks. It looks like it hasn't been washed in 3 months. Skip this place!

Very bad service took very long and the chicken was very dry and not crispy at all and as we were leaving i saw one of the employees extinguishing a fire in one of the bins with water and not a fire extinguisher with no safety at all

A nice, quiet, and relaxed place to eat for not too much money.

It is a very good place and the workers are awesome, I love it.

The shop closes at 1:00 AM. We arrive at the drive-thru at 12:15 AM on a Friday night. We are told, a car full of 4 hungry people, that we can't get ice cream or milkshakes and that the only chicken left in stock is just a set of 10 chicken strips and 6 hot wings. Scandalous.

Strange, KFC in the Netherlands is of better quality. Reasonable prices.

The food is always good here, though. But this is definitely one of the dirtiest KFCs out there. The floor and tables are always covered in trash, and the bins are overflowing. It’s a treasure hunt to find the least dirty spot. Every time I go, they seem even more understaffed than the time before. It’s a good thing this is the nearest KFC.

When we arrived it was quiet, and after us it got a bit busier. It wasn't surprising that it got busier, because by the time you get your food, the whole restaurant is full. We waited more than half an hour for our order. We did enjoy the food, though, but we decided not to order anything else, because then we wouldn't have left here by tomorrow.

Our friend bought a full 3 person menu at the competitor across the street. Their food was done in like 6 min. While we were still standing here for over 25min!!!!and still no food. Theres no cueue, no people waiting, were the first in line. Terrible.

No place of playing children/kids

Very clean KFC branch. Employee friendly and neat. Nowhere dirty, just clean. Also very quiet and easy parking right outside. Much better than all the KFCs I have been to.

We waited an hour for our food, and we got nothing. Asked for a refund and went to McDonald's. What a worthless restaurant.

Anita is very kind and extremely friendly. Our interaction with her was wonderful. I believe she deserves an Employee of the Month award, if you have one available. My child fell on the floor, and she comforted him and even gave him ice cream. If I ever return to this place, it will be because of her.

Ugh, it's so filthy here, don't go there!!! Even 1 star is too much Cold, greasy, tasteless fries. And the chicken was just soaked in old grease. The Mac was busy, that's why we went here where nobody was. Now I understand why🤮

Offers a typical fast food restaurant experience overall. The place is clean, the ordering process is quick, and the staff do their best despite the busy periods. The food meets KFC standards, especially the chicken products, which are satisfying. However, a bit more care could be taken in the preparation of the burgers. The presentation and ingredient placement sometimes feel rushed, which slightly affects the overall experience. Other than that, everything is what you would expect from a fast food restaurant quick, convenient, and filling. Overall, it’s an average experience that could easily become much better with a little more attention to detail.

The fact that you always have to wait half an hour to 45 minutes for your food here is really ridiculous. They use a screen with numbers that isn't even up to date... and they just pick up which order instead of doing it by number... there were people there where one person was already finished and the other hadn't received anything yet, and it turned out they had been waiting for an hour... seriously! Are all KFCs this bad? On top of that, you get lukewarm food to take home; when I got home I just put fries and chicken in the oven, and I live a 7-minute drive away. Terrible place..

Good KFC. Friendly staff and good, hot food. However, the staff could be a bit more active. Many employees were hanging around and chatting with each other, which meant there was less customer focus.

...KFC Leiderdorp is in a great location, right next to the highway to The Hague. I'm a fan of KFC products. I find the chicken well-prepared and the chicken tenders even excellent. The staff is well-trained and friendly. Worth a compliment and a mention. There are also nice booths where four people can sit comfortably. The restaurant looks neat and tidy. Definitely worth a visit...

Visit, Sunday, August 17th, back from vacation. Upon arrival, we found it quite quiet, compared to the M, which is across the street. Now I understand why; we couldn't order a deep fryer with our fries, and we couldn't order milkshakes either. So we decided to join the queue at the M.

Standard KFC, good service and exactly the food you'd expect

What a load of crap. Waited fifteen minutes for food, then got an incomplete order, and couldn't even offer an apology. Meanwhile, the Arab behind the counter was happily playing on his phone. First, but also the last time.

Great multilingual service and always fresh chicken. Much better than other fast food places.

Please note that if you have forgotten to personalize it, you may not exchange it for another burger.

Always delicious food for a nice price

We had to wait an incredibly long time for our food, and it wasn't just us. The service was chaotic even though it wasn't busy. We'll never go back.

Ask the employee if I would like it to be warm, well it was always fresh and warm according to him. Not so, tough chicken and cold fries. What a turn-off. Paid a lot of money for it in the trash

No atmosphere, dirty and unmotivated staff. Much of the menu was not available. But hey. Sometimes you have to do something.

Staff was really Nice. But is this a chicken and share mix? It was my first time to kfc and on the description, it would have "Delicious to share: 4 Hot Wings in a spicy marinade, 4 tender chicken tenders in a crispy jacket and 2 Original pieces according to the Original recipe." This does not look like 10 pieces of chicken.. Even the telephone number does not work on google maps.. What a disappointment
