It was frozen, as was the ice cold service, which was not there. We were not familiar with the concept and they did not give us any explanation. Furthermore, we had no interaction with the service and everything felt lacking in atmosphere. Price/quality, completely out of proportion, a waste of my money... Not recommended

The service is super good, the food is fine to the Chinese taste

Unfortunately, this was not our way of eating out. Upon entering we were kindly received and guided to our table. The waiter immediately asked if we were familiar with the “concept”. We weren't, so we were given a brief explanation: you choose a broth (or two) and then cook different types of vegetables, meat or fish in the broth. There is also a dipping sauce bar where you can create your own sauce. We chose a medium spicy broth and a mushroom broth. However, the medium-spicy broth turned out to be much sharper than expected, without many other flavors. The mushroom broth tasted almost nothing, very bland. So you really depend on the dipping sauces for the taste. There are two recipes for dipping sauces, but otherwise you have to experiment yourself. For someone who is not often in the kitchen, this was inconvenient and quite frustrating. We found the ingredients that you cook in the broth to be quite tasteless and inconvenient. After cooking you have to find what you put in the broth, which for us considerably reduced the pleasure of eating. The whole process felt cumbersome and not very satisfying. The service is friendly, but due to the self-service concept you hardly interact with them. The atmosphere was also not what we were looking for: the restaurant is located in a large glass building that does not exude much coziness. It feels more like a food court than a restaurant where you go out for a nice meal. In short, this was not our best experience. We didn't like the concept and the food lacked taste. Unfortunately, it was not worth repeating for us.

We had a very nice welcome, delicious food and nice service. The mildly spicy broth was already quite spicy, good to know! Parking garage next door.

There was a bit of confusion with ordering the food. We used two cellphones to scan the barcode on the table to place an order to which we were told, its best to use one. So we accidently placed a double order. This was sorted out by the staff really quickly and we still had a great time. After all was said and done we realised multiple phones can be used the system just puts the order through in rounds. The instructions on placing an order I think could be done a bit clearer for first time users. The food was good and staff were really lovely.

We had almost no contact with the staff. No good day or hello upon arrival, someone walked to the table but no explanation or drink was offered. It felt like we just had to start cooking ourselves in a bad atmosphere with overpriced meat that also arrived frozen. When my girlfriend accidentally dropped a glass, we had our first "contact" with the staff. A glass was put on the table and poured... So, you can try again... Well that didn't really feel like a warm welcome. For almost 100 euros per person you can cry.

First time hot pot and luckily it started well, super tasty meat in good portions. Also, spicy is really spicy here! Staff are friendly. very nice experience.

Everything was perfectly organised. We were with a group for a birthday and were given a separate room which was very nice. We received very friendly service from all the staff.

First and last time we come here, the manager (I think he is management since he hired us) was not guest friendly, spoke arrogantly, looked at us strangely and talked because we did not want tapioca with the milk tea. We are people who use HotPot more often and we were looking forward to it since this place is open in Utrecht and not just Amsterdam. The food tasted like MILK and the price was absolutely not worth it, you had little choice. The only good thing is that the server was very polite and nice. Unfortunately, we are not satisfied and I hope that the company can see it. I can also easily say that I can go out of my way at any time.

We had a nice meal. It's a fun experience to try a hot pot. At this restaurant you pay for making a sauce and also for the soup base. Staff are nice and helpful. Everything was removed in a timely manner and we were greeted kindly. The food was nothing special, but very tasty. The atmosphere is not necessarily there, but of course you have to create it yourself. The bubble tea choices were unfortunately many times less than what was indicated on the website. All in all a delicious meal and a nice experience.

Very disappointing food. The soup was just spicy and had no flavour whatsoever. In Hong Kong, hotpot soup has garlic, onions, coriander, ginger and spices to flavour the meat. We went to McD after just one round of food. Never coming back.

Generally known. Half of the dishes on the menu are out of stock. The only man dressed in black is a stress chicken. Didn't even say hello and told him we made a reservation. He just replied wait, wait and wait. The place wasn't even busy. I don't understand why such entrepreneurs started in the catering industry. Horrible!!!

Xia Huá was lucky, but in the end he didn’t count the money. And Longkou fans are all small and small. There is no spicy beef and many dishes are missing.

What a great restaurant. Upon arrival we were kindly guided to our table and the menu was clearly explained to us. 2 delicious broths selected to cook our fresh vegetables, fish and meat. There is a sauce bar where you can grab and refill your own sauces. It was a very nice evening, cooking delicious food, chatting and drinking. and the restaurant is pet friendly, which is great. There was nothing to complain about. Clearly worth 5 out of 5 stars.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hot&Hot Utrecht is one of my favorite restaurants! We like to come here from Almere for a delicious meal. 🥢 The concept is very useful. You can order via the QR code on the table, where you can choose different dishes. You pay per dish (great prices), and in the app you can see exactly what you spent. In addition, there is no time limit, so you can dine in peace. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and clean. Nice modern music is also played, and the music is not too loud.🎵 The toilets are also very clean and tidy. The employees are very friendly, fast and alert. Nothing is missing from this😊. A top 10 for the employees. The bubble tea is very tasty here!🧋 It is also nice that you can indicate how sweet you want it. A very small tip: in terms of drinks, I only miss the bubble tea with brown sugar, a cappuccino and some more types of beer. The restaurant has also added a number of nice desserts to the menu. Such as delicious mochi ice creams and other tasty things🍨. The parking has recently been improved, as a small garage has been placed next to the restaurant🚗. After dinner you can also order a bowl in the app if you want to take something home (doggy bag). In short: highly recommended! We will definitely come back again.

We reserved a table for a Friday night and had an excellent time. Super friendly cheerful staff, great food. We chose the "mild spicy" broth and found out it was not "mild" by European standards 😂. Delicious nonetheless! Some delicious boba tea as dessert soothed our burning mouths. Absolutely recommended.

We visited on a Sunday afternoon and were a bit concerned when we found the restaurant empty. However, our worries were unfounded as the restaurant was open, and we had a great experience. The service was very friendly, and they explained everything clearly. We ordered two broths: one spicy and one mild. The spicy broth might be the spiciest dish we've encountered in the Netherlands (though we didn't choose the maximum spiciness), and we were very satisfied. All the ingredients were excellent - very fresh and tasty. And, of course, the cooking process itself was a lot of fun. Each guest can also take unlimited different sauces (which costs 2.5 euros per person). Make sure to order plenty of water, especially if you're having the spicy broth. And rice was a good addition too. Overall, very delicious, very interesting, highly recommended!

Nice meal. Chosen a double soup base (mushroom and mildly spicy). There are many different ingredients that you can order and they were fresh. Not much can go wrong with eating this way. Pay close attention yourself ;). Very friendly people. It is more fun to go with at least 3 people, then you can choose more different things.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good quality. A new experience for us. Delicious, especially with the homemade dip, tried many different things, which made it extra fun. We had 2 broths, which was enough for us, the spicy broth is really spicy. Next time we will go a little less so that all our table companions can enjoy it.

Hot & Hot lives up to its name, a very fun and tasty HotSpot at several locations in the Netherlands! I have been to Hot&Hot Utrecht and really enjoyed this concept. You choose what kind of stock you want and you prepare your meat/fish/chicken/noodles in it and the flavor of the stock is absorbed into your dish, giving it a delicious taste. Definitely recommended again!

Despite the delicious and authentic hotpot, along with generally good service, slightly more generous portions, especially with noodles and potatoes, could make the experience even more appealing. Moreover, it was noticed that the wait for our drinks was quite long. Regarding parking, the challenge arose because there were no available spaces and the parking garage felt like a maze. A friendlier and clearer announcement of full parking spaces by the traffic controller could significantly improve the experience. Perhaps these points can be considered for a positive adjustment.

Delicious food !! And the staff explained everything very well, friendly. Everyone from the table was happy with the spicy soup and tomato soup. The meat had top quality we took the Waqyu,lamb and many vegetables. This place is the second branch we did go to. The food is the same but the place here was much bigger and more beautiful. We will come back to here for sure.🥰

Lekkere hotpot aan de ring van Utrecht in een gebouw waar meer eetgelegenheden zitten. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Persoonlijk vind ik deze locatie leuker dan in Rotterdam. Hopelijk de volgende keer wel het tofu toetje ik mis dat zo erg! Deze keer kregen we als toetje een white rabbit ijsje. Super lekker en het voelde heel nostalgisch. Parkeren is wel een drama rond etenstijd dus je kan beter een half uur van tevoren komen zodat je niet ver hoeft te lopen. Tegenwoordig mag je ook parkeren op het terrein ertegenover. Er is sinds mijn laatste bezoek een heel parkeerdek bijgebouwd maar helaas lost dit het parkeer probleem niet op. De parkeergarage stond ook helemaal vast doordat er geen duidelijke pijlen op het wegdek stonden.

De soepbasis die ik bestelde was heerlijk, de gerechten waren vers, de prijs was redelijk en ik heb ervan genoten om ervan te eten.

Een super hot-pot ervaring! Het eten is kwalitatief goed en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. We kregen een prettige uitleg van wat hot-pot is en hoe je het vlees gaart.

Een must-eat in de winter is de Hot pot，De bodem van de pot smaakt erg rijk， Geserveerd met verse ingrediënten，De service instelling is erg goed, een zeer aan te bevelen restaurant.

My rate: 3.5/5. The mushroom broth was tasty and it was a safe choice if you can't eat spicy food. Food was fine but not too special. The portion was small so you would order a lot. It's quite expensive. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Voor het eerst HotPot gedaan en het viel goed in de smaak. Erg vriendelijk personeel en leuke sfeer. Mijn vriendin was jarig en ze brachten een leuke cadeautje!! Zeker nog een keer!!

A nice hotpot restaurant with an easy ordering system via a QR code for the broth, drinks and ingredients for hotpot. Thank goodness they added an extra parking garage to deal with the parking nightmare around this food tower building. They have a sauce station where you can mix your own hotpot sauce. The staff was friendly and attentive and took the time to explain how things worked. Overall we liked the mushroom broth and variety of ingredients offered. We ordered the beef tongue, Australian wagyu beef, choi sum, japanese sausages, squid balls, mushroom mix, pork meatballs with cilantro and fried tofu. Next time we'll try a spicier broth!

Quality of the ingredients was overall really good. The mushroom mix and the beef tongue were delicious. I’d also recommend the rice cakes, ramen noodles, and bean curd. Spicy soup was truly sichuan spicy spicy! To me, the Australian wagyu was not worth it for the price. The stomach also wasn’t the best. I found the QR ordering system to be a bit annoying, with very little explanation about the soup bases and difficulty when multiple people are using it. Price was pretty good, about €40 per person including drinks. We were all very full. My only comment is that I think it’s a bit ridiculous to charge 2,50€ per person for the sauce and to charge for tap water.

wij hadden gereserveerd om 7:45 alleen moesten we nog wachten wat ook geen probleem is alleen het duurte opgeven moment wel lang. Dan duurde het lang voor dat we konden bestellen want ze hadden de tafel niet open gezet. uiteindelijk ben je dan half uur verder.

Leuk dat je ook toegankelijk Chinees fondue kunt eten in Utrecht. De gerechten zijn mooi en smakelijk en er is een verscheidenheid aan bouillons. Aan het eren en de service ligt het niet. Het restaurant heeft vrij weinig sfeer, en het gebouwencomplex begint te vervallen, leegstand, kapotte lift en roltrap werkt al tijden niet meer en parkeren is eendrama. . Wel vrij prijzig (ca €50,- pp), maar zeker de moeite waard als je weer een iets anders wil.

好久没吃火锅了这次去乌特玩顺便吃一下沸腾三国的乌特店 —交通：开车的话停车是非常方便的，但是坐公共交通比较麻烦，离乌特市区有点远 —口味：锅底点了青花椒和菌菇，青花椒锅底yyds，朋友还喝了两碗菌菇汤底；麻辣牛肉腌得特别入味，又嫩又香；点的凉菜蒜泥白肉比较一般，对我来说太咸了 —份量：比想象中的多，尤其是麻辣牛肉，盘子很深而且码得很实在；最喜欢的小酥肉甚至没吃完；不过感觉是不是可以出一个“半份”的选择，这样人少的时候能多尝几种菜品，不然真的吃很饱还能打包半盘肉带走 —饮料和甜品：奶茶单子蛮丰富的但是能点的不太多，点到的两杯都蛮好喝的，今天巨热到店先喝两杯果茶简直不要太爽，而且也没有很甜；冰粉是小红书留言送的，吃完火锅本来没肚子吃甜品了但是搞活动耶，小料给的也很足

Hot & Hot is the first authentic hotpot restaurant in Utrecht. There was many choices of ingredients. It is a pity there only two choices of basic bouillons. I prefer more choices of tasty bouillons than blanc soup.

Delicious food and friendly staff. We had 2 broth types, spicy and mushrooms. Big fan of the spicy one. Bit expensive. Parking is free but finding a spot during dinner time might be a challenge.

Ik ben hier laatst met mijn ouders en zusje gaan eten op een zondagavond en ik kan het echt heel erg aanraden. De sfeer was goed, super vriendelijk personeel en het eten was heerlijk!! We kregen zelfs een dessert van het huis :D. 10/10 ik kan het zeker aanraden!
