0 stars is still too many. Orders can take an extremely long time to arrive. Whenever I tried to call for an update, I was immediately sent to voicemail. Terrible customer service.

Very friendly staff. We got a free dessert, soy sauce, and wasabi. The sushi itself is delicious and very affordable; we had the deal of 24 maki for only €7😲, freshly made right before our eyes. Best sushi ever!!!

Super fast and friendly service. Normally always TOP. Today coincidentally a bit less because of a greasy fried crispy roll and lack of a certain sauce or flavor that I can normally taste. But well made with delicious desserts as a surprise!

I had delivery so no idea about the atmosphere. Payed a lot but got well done sushi rolls. Gyoza was fine and I got some small cakes just as a gift. That was sweet

Very tasty! We paid 26€ for two Person. 24 Maki, 1 Tuna Temaki, 6 crunchy Tuna Rolls and a Bottle of Water. Thats crazy cheap. We also got 2 little sweet boxes for free, thank you very much! :)

This restaurant has a new owner a week ago. I tried again. The sushi tastes delicious, the fish is fresh and the new owner is very enthusiastic. Here you will also receive a small dessert as a gift.

This might be seriously speaking the worst sushi place in the Netherlands. Run by incompetent bunch of children they simply do not know how to make sushi. What they sell is not to eat, it is not edible, for rolls they add tons of rice and the fish quality is simply awful. See the photo of the recent order. Avoid this horrible place at all costs.

I ordered a pokebowl and makis here, this was the tastiest pokebowl I have ever eaten, the sauce was delicious. The makis were also tasty and a good price.

Dont order delivery from this place if you are in a hurry it took one hour longer than what was promised.

Had a very bad experience. Ordered at 11:00 PM and the order was finally delivered at 1:00 AM. This turned out to be the wrong one and a much smaller order. After calling, the kitchen was already closed at this time and we were offered to have the order delivered at another time instead of having the money refunded. A week later we wanted to take advantage of this, but that evening it turned out that there were too few delivery people to bring us food. Ultimately, after a lot of hassle, we got our money back. Do not order here!!!

What terrible customer service! I ordered an hour and a half in advance and it still arrived 30 minutes later than the agreed time. My order also turned out to be incomplete! Called immediately and they would deliver immediately. After waiting an hour and a half I called again and got on the phone with a lady who has never learned how to deal with customers. She indicated that they had to deliver other orders first and mine last. She also repeated several times that there is nothing they can do about it. Who would ? You deliver too late and incomplete. I always ordered here, but for me this was certainly the last time. Never experienced anything like this.

Om 2030 besteld om 2200 ontvangen. Was niet de juiste box, kwaliteit erg slecht, de slechtste sushi sinds tijdens. Ik ben een groot liefhebber maar heb niet alles opgegeten. Hoop dat ze de keuken snel verbeteren. Sushi is duur maar dit zou ik er niet weer voor over hebben. ze krijgen 2 sterren omdat ik het eten uiteindelijk wel bezorgd kreeg

Lekker sushi en altijd extra sushi krijgen top service

Sehr leckeres, frisches Sushi (vegetarisch) und Lieferzeit völlig im Rahmen (ca. 50 min.). Wir waren mega zufrieden!

Errug goed eten. Ze gebruiken heerlijke bouillon in hun noodle soep. En aardige vriendelijke bediening. Een absolute aanrader. Misschien wel de beste zaak in Den Haag voor deze keuken

Bestel als ik in Den Haag ben meestal hier mijn pokr bowl..had eerder al review willen plaatsen. Voor mij blijf ik hier mijn poke bowl bestellen. Alleen kleine opmerking vorige keer zaten er nog paar graatjes in de zalm dat was minder prettig maar kan gebeuren!

The food was fine but the delivery took almost an hour and when we contacted the restaurant, the staff was rude and unprofessional and misinformed us about the delivery time.
