I Love Sushi in Centrum

I ordered here for the first time, and the bubble tea fell on the floor in front of my door. I called to ask if they could send it back, even with payment, but they declined. I'm not getting my money back either. It's a case of the first time and the last time. Wow!

I ordered a bubble tea here and was very disappointed. Firstly the main menu doesn't show all the flavours. I wanted to order taro but it didn't show so I ordered another one. Late done I noticed there was a small black board with additional flavours which were barely visible. Taro was there and when I asked to change they said it's too late it's now prepared. When I drank it the tapioca bubbles were over cooked and very thick and not great to eat. So overal it's was a waste of money. The flavour was absolutely useless and the bubbles not well prepared. The young workers are friendly but the asian owner definitely not friendly! I won't return and definitely don't recommend the place.

I ordered a box and indicated that I was allergic to tuna. Nothing was done about it, no communication, nothing was done after that, a super friendly employee called, but the chef found an adjustment too expensive and compensation too expensive, so really terrible money-oriented company, a little humanity would have been nice, now I have a box of 60€ of which half is inedible

Besides, the gentleman who works there doesn't speak a word of English, orders are always late. And today (Thursday, May 15th) he decided to open at 12:10 instead of 11:00.

Very good food and very nice employees. I enjoyed it very much.

We ordered a delicious vegetarian sushi box and got a free spring roll because we'd opted not to use chopsticks, wasabi, or soy sauce. Thank you!

Bubble tea is a scam, it tastes like water not like milk tea. I think it caused my symptoms of food poisoning next day

My recent experience with milk bubble tea was highly disappointing. The milk bubble tea I ordered tasted like water, with a flavor that was terrible and impossible to drink. It was so bad that I couldn't finish it and had to pour the entire drink out, because I was concerned that drinking more of it might cause some stomach issues.

Nice food. My whole family enjoyed the sushi.

It's completely rubbish. The atmosphere can't be faulted much since it's takeout only.

Wij hebben de crispy box gehad. Zo ontzettend slecht, en vooral misleidend. Beetje gebakken uitjes erover en hupsakee, nooit zo slecht meegemaakt.

I've ordered sushi several times. Everything is delicious: the mega box, the poke bowl, and this time the winter box with gyoza. We've been enjoying it again :) Everything was delivered on time, and the staff are very friendly!

Order never arrived, so you call them and no one speaks Dutch. They tell me that no one opened the door, which is special since we already had the door open for the cat…. If you ask for your money back they will have a hard time

Honestly, aside the fact they changed ownership.. the service has remained magnificent. Delicate sushi which is fresh, tasteful and albeit a bit pricey it’s absolutely worth every penny. Included with sauce, ginger and wasabi as well as a little present depending on the size of order. Will absolutely come again.

It's a shame that a lot of sushi now suddenly has extra things on it, such as spicy herbs on the tempura ebi... the avocado was very hard in the sushi. I always thought it was the tastiest sushi, but after the reopening it deteriorated considerably...

We were looking forward to the Sushi. Never had any complaints so far. The Sushi arrived warm. So far so good. We ordered Sushi with chicken, salmon and tuna. But a vegetarian friend could have just joined us for dinner. That was disappointing for the price we paid for it.

I'm so glad it's reopened! The sushi now tasted even better. 5 stars!

Ordered a delicious mix of all kinds of sushi at the reopening. We took the bowl home. Luckily they had packed it handy. We had a delicious meal at home. Every sushi was an exploration of flavors. Highly recommended!!!

I picked up 2 sushi packages of 24 pieces here this week, including salmon and cucumber. Took one in my mouth and the seaweed smell came through very strongly! The smell was so strong that I couldn't taste any of my sushi, but more of a putrid after smell that had certainly been in their refrigerator for a long time!! (Mass production) Definitely not fresh, damn it! I've never experienced this elsewhere. Very nicely packaged! But I had to throw everything away!! Never getting takeout here again. The aftertaste from my mouth and from my partner did not leave our mouths all evening. 1 week later we ordered the same thing from another Sushi collection point and what a clear difference!! Delicious! We also went out for dinner at world restaurant Westzaan and ate sushi there all evening, oh how delicious that was!!! Prepared deliciously fresh. Then I know the difference.

No pin option. Slow service. Cannot eat at the place, only take away. Unfriendly staff.

De sushi viel goed in de smaak en was zeer vers. Daarnaast was het ook redelijk goedkoop!

Echt heerlijk! Dit is pas verse vis en zelfs de rijst alleen is al zo lekker op smaak dat ik daar ook zo een bordje van weg zou kunnen eten

Mwoah... op zich smaakte sushi niet verkeerd, maar alles werd 35 minuten te laat bezorgt waardoor de warme gerechten koud waren. En het leek wel of de tas gevallen was, want alles zat aan de deksels geplakt en was naar dezelde kant gezakt.
