Don't order there, they lie on delivery sites, 20-45 min delivery time just becomes 2 hours and if you call annoyed your order will be cancelled, just pure deception, many other sushi shops in Alphen that are also better

How do I start…. Ordered at 18:10, called at 18:55 to ask when the order would be delivered (it was not traceable via home delivery…), the answer I get is that it is very busy, and the time they indicate on the home delivery app (25-55 minutes delivery time) that they cannot keep at all… they can also switch the button via home delivery for no delivery (due to the crowds)… Be warned if you are going to place an order, that you have to take into account about 90 minutes, at the earliest…. Oh yes… now delivered (way too late) but unfortunately they forgot the children's menu (my child does not like the sushi that I ordered..) with a child at the table without a children's menu… so I will still be worried… Unfortunately… but this is the last time for me that I order from this store… order of almost 100 €…

Top noodles with shrimps. Clearly prepared with love :-) Deliciously fresh. Delicious food. Tastes like trying more! And delivered quickly, so still nice and hot! Great!

Normally order sushi elsewhere but wanted to try the viral sushi sandwich. Well, 1 lump of fat and tough. Everything tasted like old frying fat and the sushi rice fell apart, which was not good! Next time just go to Mr. Brown sugar coffee milk was fine

Never experienced such bad service as here. You can buy a social deal voucher for this store. I made a reservation this afternoon to pick it up at 2 o'clock. So far so good. I'm going to pick it up and tell the guy no, we don't do the social deal anymore, the boss doesn't allow it anymore. I was able to go with my voucher, but I made a good complaint to Social Deal and was more than compensated by them. I'll never go here again. Kind regards, Debbie

The sushi is delicious and very convenient. Parking in front of the door is convenient. The boss is very talkative The most important thing is that the portion of sushi is very large and you feel full.

Very good pick-up point! The poke bowls here are always fresh and delicious. You don't get a lot of rice and just a little protein like most. Their poke bowls are always well filled. I have never been dissatisfied or sick from this! Highly recommended!

I have been a customer for years of the Amsterdam branch and a new customer for the Alphen one. Here the sushi is good and fresh, like the one I was used to in Amsterdam. Delivery never takes as long as it is predicted to take, if I order smt hot it is delivered very hot! The bubble tea is delicious, super recommend the strawberry one. I can’t say I have gone through the entire menu, but everything I have ever ordered was good, well-prepared, and fresh.

Bizarrely bad service. Ordered on Valentine's Day, so you can assume it will be a bit busier. But despite this, after an hour and a half I still call to see where it is. The answer on the phone was that the delivery person was on his way and it would be there in 2/3 minutes. Now more than 45 minutes later there is still no food and when you try to call the phone immediately goes into busy mode for more than half an hour. More than 2 hours after ordering, there is still no food and the restaurant is completely unavailable, so there is no way to ask how and what happened to the order for which more than €50 was paid. Really incredible. I have never experienced this before with any tent I have ordered from. So if you are hungry, I would get a burger while you wait for your sushi.

Ordered sushi and chicken karaage last night. My friend ate this and luckily I took a bite and noticed that it was soft and took a look and saw that this was done. Fortunately, as a pregnant woman, I immediately spit the leftovers out of my mouth. Went by the next day and they wouldn't admit it was done. According to the cashier, it was cooked well because she also ate it, it depends on the brand, the cooked inside is the fat and everything is okay. She does not want to understand the seriousness that this is causing someone to vomit and what dire consequences this could have had for me as a pregnant woman.

Got delicious sushi yesterday. Since there was only a limited amount of tuna available, we got 6 salmon sushis for free. Very attentive and customer friendly.

Food is good quality earlier experiences. But after 2 hours of waiting I had to refund the money for the order because I had to eat some leftovers... very bad ofcourse after 120 minutes we had to cancel.. Called them and they even put the horn on...

Open again after a long time with new owner, it would have been better not to go because what you get for your money is not about anything, ordered a large poke bowl but it was super small, only travels with soy beans and you had to look for the tuna with a magnifying glass, had I also took a portion of sashimi, I think it was 50 grams for 12 euros, I will not give this new owner 6 months once and never again

A large poke bowl is actually a medium but with much more rice. It barely contains any salmon (if you take it), much less flavor, and too expensive for what you get. Not recommended!

The food took super long, the meat also got cold. And for what we had, I think the price is really high. I do not recommend this sushi place!

Sufficient choice, room for input, friendly staff, delicious food (poke ball with salmon and tuna). And 8 sushi snacks with shrimp for free.

After 2 hours I called to see where it was, quite a story about the delivery person who was/wasn't there. A suggestion was made to take fewer orders per evening, but nothing was done about it Food was ok (and still warm...).

Nowadays I understand that good staff is difficult to find, and you don't have to be a rocket scientist to work here. But good service and clear agreements can be separate from this. If you order in advance, you expect the food to be ready. This was not the case, the karaage (chicken pieces) were not ready yet, no problem, so I asked the question when will it be ready? The employee said no idea, but would you like to pay? Ehhh yes, but I first want to know what time it will be ready before I pay for an order that was ordered more than 1.5 hours ago. The portions were large, but unfortunately the taste was a bit less. I've ordered once before and basically the same mentality. It's a shame because I really won't be coming anymore.

Bad service. Maki mix from 6.95 pay for 7.00. Rounding up was the first answer from an uninterested employee. Later no, it costs 7.00. Poster says 6.95 but that is old. So never go there again.

After waiting an hour and a half we decided to call to find out where the order was. I got a boy on the phone, very grumpy, I had to come pick up the order from him. I then indicated that that was not a possibility for me. His response was a very deep sigh and 'explain me how to drive if I really have to'. Neatly explained how to drive, then another sigh in response and the connection was disconnected. Waited another half hour, so called again. Indicated that I would get it myself, walking.... Apparently he still had not left. Very bad experience, while I was always very enthusiastic about this restaurant. Now unfortunately I got a bad picture.

Good amount of food but not the fresh quality. The last time I ordered a large sushi and within a few hours I had incredible stomach pain.. The next day was horrible.. In retrospect the sushi came out remarkably quickly and was warm...Never again

Delivery to us takes approximately 15 (to 20) minutes of travel time. They only do this for orders over €50, so don't do it, and never again.

The tastiest and best filled poke bowls we know! Delivered here on time (never had any problems with it, but I order on time) and even the (free) roll was delivered afterwards because we received the wrong one. Nice service, thank you! Okay, afterwards an adjustment to 4 stars because the same mistake is made (again the wrong role) with the next order...

28/02/21 The food was really delicious. I ordered my food at 6 o'clock with a friend and an hour later we still hadn't received anything, then I called you and they offered an apology and they said they would get it done right away. We also received some free sushi. Fine, but more than 2 hours later we still had nothing and of course you have a curfew. Then we called again and they said it was on its way. We didn't get our food until Quarter past 8!! Unfortunately the food was really late, we had to eat really quickly and we couldn't really enjoy it, it wasn't that tasty. That was just a shame.

Ordered a little longer than a week ago at half past six, even the site said it would take about half an hour. At a quarter to 7 I had not received anything and then called. At first we were told that it was very busy and that we might be better off picking it up ourselves, well, sorry, but that was obviously not the intention. Called again but all they could say was that they were on their way. They arrived at half past eight and all of us were warm and cold and something had leaked, so we were all wet. Again we were told that we were not satisfied at all, the director would call back, after calling back 4 times, we still have not heard back. Scandalous!!!

Placed an order yesterday at half past six. At a quarter to 7 I called to find out where the order was. The delivery person was on his way, it was said. But unfortunately no food yet at a quarter past 7. Called again. At first the phone was not answered and we were then put on hold for 10 minutes. Finally picked up the order myself. I didn't think it could really be called good The pieces of crispy chicken were as if you were eating chicken. Crispy was hard to find, it was not freshly made straight from a bag from the freezer and there were only 4 to 5 pieces in the container and that for that price. Too bad, but from now on I will go somewhere else where quality comes first. Staff were just hanging around, 3 people needed to make the fryer cozy, of course, and then also wear face masks under their chins.

After an hour an employee calls to say it will be late and will take another half hour. Already waited two hours (with guests) after ordering and still nothing! Very bad, next time one of the other shops.

You have to wait a very long time for your food. You are being lied to because every fifteen minutes they say: it will be ready in 15 minutes. So after almost 1.5 hours of waiting we got two cans of drinks to 'make up for it'. They do their best, but.... sorry. Not again.

Switched to I Love Sushi because the delivery time was faster than the rest. Of course we understand that in the current circumstances and on Saturday evening it may take a little longer. But to have to wait more than 2 hours is, in my opinion, very exaggerated. There was nothing wrong with the food, by the way.

I was really hungry and immediately drove to the Herenhof in Alphen. This poke bowl salmon bandit was the winner. I waited 5 minutes and then it was ready. Staff friendly and polite. The poke bowl was very tasty and will definitely come back here again.

Delivery took forever (despite the fact they were delivering by car, so you would expect them at least to be fast if they really do not want to use the bike and be more environmentally friendly) gyoza were bad, the rest of the order was average quality.

We have been waiting for the order for over 2 hours. Called for over an hour now and they said it was on its way. We live just around the corner, so when it still wasn't delivered 25 minutes later, we called again. A rather confusing story followed but it was still on its way.... Very bad this. So never again.

Address is 5 minutes by bike from the business, but it should still be possible to walk in that time. Strange story on the phone, they have no idea which order is with which delivery person. ???? Delivery was right on time, but there were no chopsticks, wasabi or soy sauce included. This made the sushi taste less delicious.

I ordered a few sushi dishes online a few hours before pick-up, it was ready at the agreed time. The quality was fine BUT, if you write on your site that the 24 makis consist of cucumber, salmon and tuna, you should not just put surimi in it instead of tuna............. hence only 3 stars.......

The website looks good and they have many interesting boxes and offers. The delivery did not go well. We had ordered 3 items at 5:45. At 7:34 we still had nothing and we called, the receipt was no longer there so the delivery person would be there in 15 minutes at the latest or we could call back. At 7:50 we had the phone in our hands when someone rang the doorbell. Unfortunately with only 2 of the 3 items. Called and we received item 3 at 8:37 which did not even have the correct composition. The quality varied. The cucumber maki was a lot of rice and little cucumber. The tamago nigiri fell apart when you looked at it. The rolls were very tasty and the wasabi was very sharp. The salmon and tuna were good too. I hope the next review is more positive and this was only due to the start-up phase and unfortunate events.
