I ordered sushi, it arrived relatively on time... but one item was missing. I called right away and they said they'd deliver it right away. Now, two hours later, I still haven't received anything. I called again and they said it would be delivered right away. What a joke, and you wait your whole Saturday night for that.

We didn't have a positive experience with Sushipoint Alphen. Our order, which stated a delivery time of one hour, was delayed by another 45 minutes. In the meantime, we called: we were put on hold for 20 minutes before someone answered, and it took another 15 minutes to figure out that the delivery driver was on his way. The result: the hot dishes were cold, and the cold (crispy) sushi was disappointingly chewy. The €10 voucher we received was a joke. A few days ago, the (national) family promotion was €20. No response to the contact form submitted (twice) via the website: poor service!

Ordered sushi last Monday. Sushi rice cooked too much, no taste, unedible! Called sushi point. I had to throw everything away. I would be called back the next day or Wednesday. This didn't happen! Very bad.. not recommended!

Ordered sushi for 2 people on Sunday afternoon at 4:59 PM. At 7 p.m. I called myself. Was told the delivery person had just left. Because the employee also thought it was taking a very long time, I would be called back the next day. The sushi was finally delivered at 7:18 PM. And of course no call back. What a shame. So you're done with sushi point Alphen aan den Rijn.

We like to ordering sushi once in a while and have some preference of sushi shops in Alphen. This time we wanted to try one that we had not order in a while. This was quite a disappointment. We ordered (among other things) two of the soft shell roles, which are more expensive than the standard sushi roles because they usually have some doubles salmon or tune. But in our case the fish was pretty hard to find. The salom role had a small slice of salmon on top and a minimal piece in the middel. The mango role had even less salmon. Most was cucumber, avocado and rice. These roles are 15 euros each and the amount of salmon is just shameful. As a comparison the images from the website below. Hope this was a one time thing but for us the last time we ordered here. To be fare, we dis have some other roles that where nice but the price for the soft roles is just ridiculous.

I ordered on 06/07 an order including a tuna sesame salad. The order was delivered after 40 minutes and without the salad. I called back the same day and they said I would be called back after working hours (never happened). I tried to contact you again to get my money back, again the same response (Yes sir, apologies, we will call you back after our working hours) again, nothing. This has to be the worst customer treatment ever. I will never order from this place again. I can't give Hellas less than one star.

If you are a big fan of delicious, fresh sushi with a pleasant smell of fish, or you want to try it for the first time, eat at a Japanese restaurant or cook it yourself. This sushi does not have high quality and taste, no freshness, no taste, not properly cooked rice, strange taste buds will make you think "What am I eating?" Unfortunately, in this establishment, like in most places, they do not know how to prepare rolls correctly; soy sauce will clog your receptors and leave an unpleasant aftertaste. I have no idea whether the food is tasty. Ordered online to pick up before 5:30 PM. Upon arrival it turned out not to be ready, but it arrived shortly. Okay no problem. After 20 minutes I asked where it was and it turned out that they were not working on it at all because the equipment was missing. You could have reported it right away. Bad service and so I went home without food. No excuses or amends, nothing.

Very tasty meal but very disappointed after a miss. We have been ordering from sushi point for about three years and it is always delicious. Not the best sushi ever, and certainly not the cheapest, but the vegetarian sushi was always tasty enough to order again. Sometimes they were very late, sometimes parts were forgotten and other times the fryer was cold, but you usually just deal with that. The last time the food was really substandard. The (new according to the owner) ebi tasted like rubber, the sushi smelled of smoke, or that the driver had been smoking in the car, the fryer was cold and the sushi had largely fallen apart. Called the owner and she was able to offer me a €10 voucher for an order of +-€70. After this it was increased to €25. Scandalous for a restaurant where we have ordered +- 50 times. This was the last time for us, they have lost us as customers, and if they continue like this, I think many more will follow.

Normally I am very happy with the poke bowls so I tried sushi. Ordered over €40 worth of sushi (New York box) and it really wasn't tasty. The smoked salmon could not have been good because it contained tough pieces of salmon. Very unpleasant. I was really looking forward to it, but was very disappointed 😞

Tasty food, lovely staff. The service was fast and correct. And you just notice that they really go for quality. Delicious!. We were able to enjoy the extensive range with 15 people and I must say that of all the available sushi places, the sushi point is really at the top for me. I will definitely order here more often.

Just opened, looked good and immediately ordered for tens of euros, but it was already indicated that the expected delivery would be more than 80 minutes, okay, agreed. Still 20 minutes late! Expected at 9:00 PM and arrived at 9:20 PM. Finally the order has been received, but I don't expect any mistakes for the money, spicy tuna maki has been replaced by salmon. According to the flyer, there is an ice cream in the kids box, which is also missing (see photos), I immediately called but no answer! 3 days later I received some sorry receipts to make up for it, which is a nice concession. Taste of the food was otherwise okay…

Always been a fan of SushiPoint, previously we were regular customers of the Hoofddorp branch. However, after moving to Ter Aar, unfortunately Hoofddorp is just too far for takeaway. Saw yesterday via social media that they just opened their 35th branch in Alphen aan de Rijn, so I put it to the test today.... and I can tell you they have a new regular customer! Top quality and top service (Hopefully quality and service will remain on the same line, if not better.

Don't order there, they lie on delivery sites, 20-45 min delivery time just becomes 2 hours and if you call annoyed your order will be cancelled, just pure deception, many other sushi shops in Alphen that are also better
