Ordered this afternoon at 13:30, delivery time 17:00, to date 20:00, nothing received. They don't answer the phone. Cycled to Tiel and came to a closed door but there was a light on. Knocking on the windows had no use, nothing was done. My son lost his €55. What does the head office and the inspection service do? The money will be demanded back!!! People never order here!

Ordered in the evening, great sushi. You get more than enough soy sauce and wasabi. Even got some extra sushi. Unfortunately not on time, but it was also dinner time, so I don't blame them.

Since moving to Tiel this place has quickly become our favourite food-spot for 2 reasons: A charming and talented itamae called Tyro, and the fantastic sushi that he makes. Always makes us feel welcome, and has gotten us addicted to sushi. 100% recommend!

This is the worst thing I have ever eaten!! First of all they sent something different than what we ordered. The picture on the website shows something, but in reality it is something else. I have to wait 2 hours for my order and I get a replacement dish that I didn't order. I have not received anything that is out of stock. E.g. A California handroll without salmon eggs.

So far, every time I order there, we have to wait a very long time, sometimes an hour. My sister had worm in her tuna sushi. Often there is a bag of uncooked rice with hard pieces in it. Been coming there for years and within a year it has deteriorated considerably and I have always been able to eat very well

Ordered food at 5:09 PM with the option of delivery time as soon as possible. An hour later I receive an email that they are on their way and at 7:15 PM the food has not yet arrived. Worst sushi ever eaten. First waited 2 hours for order, but received a €15 discount for the next order. Sushi rice is very soggy, fish is not tasty and pieces of the avocado are brown. Not to mention the sushi that is swimming in the sauce and the tempura shrimp that has been cut in half is in the roll. Not recommended :)

What a shame to call this sushi! The Gunkan with salmon eggs that I ordered was a completely different product, without salmon eggs and completely dried out. The tuna from the rainbow maki has become crab sticks. The sushi also fell apart. This is just a scam! Paid €45 via home delivery. It also arrived an hour later than what I requested as a delivery time via home delivery. No message from the restaurant. Never again!

Sushi was only delivered on Tuesday evening after a 1h40min wait after I called twice. The company has noted the complaint and has agreed to provide financial compensation for the next order. Hot sushi and snacks were cold, sushi did not taste special. Salmon sashimi was very tasty, soy sauce seemed diluted.

After 1.5 hours finally the delivery person. And that young man indicates that the rice still had to be made. So someone is lying here. Looking further at the presentation of the sushi, it looks quickly thrown together. Fortunately, the taste is okay but not great, hence 2 stars for the food. After the 2nd call, I was offered compensation for the next time, but we will not order from here again. So I turned that down.

The maki are mini, just cut in half you just miss a row. Breaking the stick that has been changed and the soy sauce seemed to have expired, was sour and seemed to be diluted with water which I am not used to at all from I love sushi. I order here more often. I think it has been taken over by someone else. I think this is unfortunately the last time we will steal from here, it was our go to sushi place. 😔

Last years order sushi because from our area this sushi "shop" is more tasty. Last year only problems. 1.place an order around 14:00, that I want sushi at home 19:00. You have 5 hours. But anyway you will be late for halfhour at least. 2.always most sushi is broken and all the time there is 2-4 sushi less then it must be. Last time was this week. Set 66 pieces but there was 62. 3.i receive a call before delivery and guy told me that they will give me extra sushi set for a good review online. Sorry, but at least extra sushi set (rice with komkommer) can be good done? Half sushi is broken. Sorry guys, but after last order this week, I'm really done. No more orders here.

Ordered sushi at 9:54 PM with the instructions that we were promised 2 outside rolls, since our previous order and the order before that had a waiting time of more than an hour and a half. It is delivered at 23:01 and they delivered the wrong rolls. In the end we were able to wait until 00:05... Otherwise okay sushi, but not worth the 2 hour wait.

We ordered food from ilovesushi Tiel at 6:30 PM. It would arrive at 7:50 PM (!!!), which we thought was extremely late. Then after 8:10 PM it was still not there and we called the branch. We received an incredibly grumpy employee on the line who had the audacity to dismiss our legitimate question with "it will take another 20 minutes" and not to take our complaint about the fact that it is taking a very long time seriously. The only thing he could offer us for the inconvenience was a 15% discount on our next order. Which of course we are not going to do, we also told him this after which he had the nerve to say “that's up to you ma'am” and then hung up without saying anything else.

After first ordering via home delivery, we called to see if we could pick it up earlier, it was no problem, we were able to get there straight away, 15 minutes later we had to wait another 20 minutes and the staff was still too lazy to look out of their eyes and the music was even louder than in a disco so next time I'll get it somewhere else

The food was really not tasty and the delivery took way too long. We ordered on Sunday at half past six, expected delivery time would be 20-45 minutes. Finally it said it would be delivered at 7:00 PM. Then at 8:00 PM nothing had been delivered and we were called that it would take a maximum of 20 minutes. We did get extra sushi as compensation. Only at 9:00 PM did we receive our food without chopsticks, without the extra soy sauce, instead of friend chicken roll we got a vegetarian option that we had not ordered and the other sushi was bad! Huge disappointment! Ordered €50 worth of sushi, but everything looks and tastes like smots. The avocado is brown and the sushi is falling apart.

I ordered a sushi box, then it said it would take another half hour, but then I got a call that they were on their way and that they had a free roll worth it. Via thuisbezorgd kon ik geen review achterlaten, dus dan via hier. Super snelle bezorging, binnen 20 minuten. Het was erg lekker en we hebben zelfs nog extra sushi erbij gekregen! Ik bestel hier zeker nog een keer.

Tot vandaag was I love sushi mijn favoriet onder de Tielse bezorgsushi. Vandaag valt het dubbel en dwars tegen. Om 17.30u plaats ik een bestelling met een box, edamame, fried gyoza, extra gember en mini loempia’s. Gewenste bezorgtijd eerste mogelijkheid 18.30u. In bevestiging is geschatte bezorgtijd 18.45u. Om 19.00u gaat de bel pas. De sushi is duidelijk met haast in elkaar gezet (grote hompen rijst, weinig kuit om californiaroll, sashimi robuuste blokken ipv nette plakjes), de gyoza en loempi’s lauw en niet knapperig, edamame een enorme hoeveelheid koude boontjes ipv de voorheen warme bonen in peul. Ook ontbreken stokjes, wasabi en sojasaus. Op de bon 10 cent voor een plastic tas, maar wordt in papieren tas bezorgd. Helaas geen mogelijkheid om mail te sturen (ik geef men liever de kans eerst te reageren alvorens een slechte review te plaatsen) en de telefoon wordt niet opgenomen.
