I Wok & Go in Binnenstad

I ate there today after a long time because the food has always been excellent. Today, the food was so incredibly salty it was simply inedible. When I pointed this out at the counter, the staff looked at each other like sheep, but absolutely nothing was done to accommodate me as a customer. This is definitely the last time I'll be there, and I advise everyone to avoid this place.

I don’t understand how this place has a 4.1 rating on Google. The food was terrible—unbelievably salty. I ordered the Thai curry sauce with Chinese noodles, and it was way too spicy, even for someone like me who usually handles spice well. The portion was big and the price reasonable, but the taste was just awful. I couldn’t even finish half of it without needing a drink after every bite. If you're looking for good Asian food, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place.

We came for a too good to go, so it was late and they were already closing. Someone was cleaning the extractor hood, and to reach it it was ON the griddle/stove. With shoes on. Super unsanitary. We did eat the food and it was quite tasty, but I don't know if I want to come back to a store where they deal with hygiene regulations like this.

I have eaten here before and it was delicious. The past few weeks I have been getting food. Last week I had a delicious wok meal with rice, satay and tasty vegetables and now delicious sushi. The staff is friendly and the food is of good quality.

Delicious food. You can compose your own wok via a screen. It is brought to the table. The space is not very atmospheric but the food is good!

Very rude reception! When I said I didn't want anything to drink, they asked in a short tone which vegetables I wanted with the rice. The food was unpalatable, I ordered black pepper sauce, but apparently they had added x10 to the rice, which literally set my throat on fire. You are eating in the middle of groups of “delivery people” who do not give you the chance to eat in peace because they are sitting next to you shouting and jumping up and down. This is very unprofessional in a “restaurant”! I don't recommend this place to anyone who wants noodles or rice. Not even worth 1 star in my opinion.

ordered food through thuisbezorgd, i got the rice bowl with chicken and veggies. first of all, the smell was unbearable. i think the chicken/veggies were literally rotting. 3/4 of the box was full of this and at the bottom there was a small layer of rice. the sauce was just so bad. don't let the cheap prices fool you, i'm never ordering from here again.

We ordered wok from here, it had absolutely no flavour, no salt, nothing. We had to cook it over again adding at least sone spices so it can be enjoyable

Delivery takes time long. At Eazie they deliver faster.

Asian bowl fast food. The rice is indica rice, which is thin and dry. The steak meat tastes like rubber. But it seems popular. Maybe because I'm Japanese, I'm really interested in this kind of taste.

I recently ordered food from I Wok & Go via one of their delivery partners and had an amazing customer experience. I ordered the Pokebowl Crispy Chicken and rice with fried veggies and chicken. Unfortunately, one dish contained chicken with some bones, which was a terrible experience. I immediately called the restaurant to address the issue. We understood that it accidentally happened. A very polite lady on the other end of the phone understood my concern and promptly arranged for a fresh new portion to be delivered as quickly as possible. This exceptional customer service turned the situation around, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. I Wok & Go not only serves delicious dishes but also ensures customer satisfaction with their prompt and courteous service. Highly recommended!

Very tasty food for a not too high price, and delicious tomato soup

Food took a very long time to arrive. In addition, the delivery person cannot recognize a front door and he also had the nerve to call me anonymously 5 times throughout the evening to ask if he "could join me for dinner" (after he had delivered it?) very funny, but I order here I'd rather not anymore.

Waited way too long for food!!!!!! Had to wait almost 1.5 hours for 1 bowl of wok...... Also ordered sushi, it was not even delivered... Then had to wait another 30 minutes for the sushi! 0 sympathy

Ordered food. After an hour and a half and 6 calls because no one answered, it finally arrived. Missed half the order too. Called 5 more times without response until they finally answered and then had to wait more than 40 minutes for the other half. No compensation or nothing and they didn't seem to care. Scandalous tent

My girlfriend and I ordered sushi + 2 sets of pasta, we haven't eaten such nasty food for a long time, terrible Unfortunately, we threw the pasta in the garbage, it cost almost 40 euros.

Delicious and healthy food with fresh ingredients and nice service. The portions are very big! Was my first time in this place and I loved my vegan meal. I cannot wait to come back.

We ate here every week but never again after today, we were eating here with our 2 daughters aged 2 and 4 and the youth who deliver there were in a group and all that came out was cancer here cancer there cancer sister cancer so I spoke to the boys and said hello, we are here with 2 small children, pay attention to your words... then it continued, we left, the owners were addressed and explained, they looked quite strange, yes... we said that last time we ate here, the only thing we were told was okay, thank you...

Concerned: Ordered noodle soup today, I have been doing this for years but today it was unusually tasty. The proportions of all 5 vegetable ingredients and chicken were great! Not too many noodles but just enough and the chicken was very present. Enjoyed it very much! A big thank you to the people in the kitchen.

Vegetarian meal tasted strangely like fish and seemed a bit spoiled and I found piece of chicken in the meal. I didn't eat the meal anyway

Ordered chinesee noodles, got Japanese. Order cucumbers, got pockles. Its a fine line between these, and if its presentable on the page it should be carried out.

Beste wok uit omgeving tilburg. Alles is vers, ziet er goed en fris uit. Ook bij bezorging, snelle bezorging en altijd lekker eten.

Een netjes review. Eten werd bezorgt en de sushi is door de bezorger zijn tas gevlogen lijkt het. Kan het restaurant niks aan doen. Ook werden er geen stokjes bij geleverd of iets waarmee je het kan eten. UPDATE De sushi zelf was lekker. Ook de ramen was lekker. Zou het eten een 7.5 geven en de bezorging een 2

Lekker eten voor een schappelijke prijs. Wel jammer dat ze geen bami hebben als keuze.
