Familiewok really feels like a family. The food is tasty, the selection is slightly smaller than at the wok I'm used to. Despite that, the quality is high.

We had quite a nice dining experience here. The food was replenished quite quickly, making everything look fresh (especially the sashimi). What also struck me was that the people in the kitchen had a language barrier, but were still incredibly friendly. Additionally, our empty plates were cleared away smoothly. All in all, just a cozy place to eat.

The quality of the food was reasonable, but unfortunately the grill section was too greasy. Furthermore, the sushi section, rice, and desserts were very tasty. In terms of service, it was a huge disappointment; the man with the scorpion tattoo at the grill was grumpy and not customer-friendly. (He really needs to take a course in customer service). The burly waiter was also rude while clearing the plates. He was pointing and leaning over the food. One plus point was the somewhat older ladies behind the cash register. The atmosphere was pleasant; it was busy and full, but overall a nice atmosphere.

This "all you can eat" place is unfortunately far too small and offers very little choice of food. We arrived around 7:45 PM to eat. On the way, we called to ask if a table for three people was available, and fortunately, that was not a problem. However, once inside, we noticed that the bottoms of most of the containers were already visible. Additionally, much of the food was dried out and didn't look very edible anymore. When we pointed this out, the response we received was that this was to prevent food waste. That may be a reason, but then you cannot charge the full price while a large part of the selection is no longer available, or barely available. Furthermore, they started clearing up around 9:00 PM, even though the place doesn't close until 10:00 PM. We don't think that is polite. You shouldn't start clearing up while guests are still eating. For us, this was unfortunately a disappointing experience. Next time, we will give this place a wide berth. And I am not going to give more stars than this!!

Cozy, friendly people and good food 👍

Downright bad. It started upon arrival with them still having to set the table, even though we arrived 5 minutes past our reservation time. Then we were given a table that was actually too cramped, and my companion's chair was pressed against a windowsill, preventing her from sliding back normally to stand up. Next, I had mushrooms and a piece of cake that tasted like fish. And a very limited selection. Actually, nothing positive to say. A shame. But I won't be going back a second time.

Good food at a reasonable price

It is a bit massive, though, which comes at the expense of the atmosphere. But the food is simply very good; there is little left to be desired there.

You can enjoy a delicious meal there: sushi, various types of meat on the griddle, stir-fry, and traditional Chinese food. The price includes drinks.

The food was really good, but it was located in a bit of an odd spot between the industrial area and the highway. The building also looked a bit old. All in all, we had a nice meal.

We can't even say anything about the food. Upon arrival, we indicated we had coupons (which we'd checked beforehand for their expiration date). We then stood at the cash register for over 10 minutes. The lady seemed very rushed with our payment, even though we tried to explain to her that we had coupons. She then called someone and went to the kitchen, only to return and say it wasn't possible. She claimed she had to sign with the coupon organizer, which was obviously a bogus story as an excuse to use, because the coupons stated they were still valid. We even showed the lady on the website where we had the coupons that their branch was participating in the promotion. All in all, our advice: don't bring coupons here.

We had a delicious meal, and the staff were incredibly friendly. There is plenty of space to sit, and there is ample food and drink available. There isn't really anything for children, but fortunately, with some improvised coloring pages and felt-tip pens from home, we were able to keep them well occupied this time.

Small-scale all-you-can-eat. Clean, cozy, and above all, delicious food. There's plenty of choice, but not too much. Sushi, stir-fry, fresh fruit, nasi goreng, bami, fish, and desserts. When stir-frying/grilling, you can take as much meat as you like at a time, which significantly reduces long lines. Here, the buffet is replenished in smaller portions at a time. This keeps the food delicious and fresh, but if it's empty, it's replenished immediately. There's a wide selection of soft drinks, juices, and alcohol. Fortunately, there's also alcohol-free options. One downside: there's only one coffee machine, which can lead to a long line. Affordable enjoyment in these times at a truly charming restaurant. We are regular customers.

My compliments to the hardworking staff. We arrived on a very busy Saturday. Everything was constantly replenished, the tables were cleared promptly, and the staff was very friendly. The food is delicious! Enjoy stir-fries, griddles, or buffets. They've thought of everything. Even a fresh juice machine. Weekdays are less busy than weekends, which we personally prefer, but despite the crowds, everything went relatively smoothly. Once again, compliments to the hardworking staff. We had another delicious meal.

The dirtiest restaurant in Tilburg!!!! The meat was simply rotten, and you could tell by the color that it wasn't good anymore. The atmosphere was awful, and the staff constantly stared at you as if you were a thief. The food tasted like it was two weeks old, and I ordered the chicken wings because the other one had rotted, but I couldn't even take a bite because they were so hard. What kind of restaurant is this? They didn't even refill the rice. A restaurant like this shouldn't exist. The restroom was beyond words... literally so filthy, women's bras were literally on the floor. A terrible restaurant! Don't waste your money at this restaurant, or you'll get food poisoning. Don't come here, please. It's a waste of money.

For ordering via the website you have to pay an extra €0.50 with absolutely no explanation of what you are paying for and when I wanted to call and order food in advance so I wouldn't have to wait I was told that I had to order via the website when I objected that there I had to pay 50 cents and I don't know why I was told that I had to come and order on the spot when I said that I didn't want to wait I was assured by the service that I wouldn't have to wait. And that's why I'm writing this review now because I've been waiting here for 15 minutes and I have nothing to do, if I didn't have to wait here I wouldn't have time to write this review. And still the food that I had to pay for immediately is still out of sight.

Been here for the first time. It is a well-known formula for an all you can (and drinks, soft drinks, coffee and tea, orange juice are included, I don't drink alcohol so I don't know if that is also included) Delicious food, plenty of choice, various soups, noodles, rice, seafood, chicken, steak, fries, etc, etc, also some delicacies and 5 types of ice cream. 37 euros for 2.5 hours is perfectly reasonable. It's that I don't live nearby... otherwise I would have gone there more often. And...nice staff And...free parking is also nice.

Had a nice meal today at this All you can eat & drink venue. We sat in a quiet corner, but there were places that were closer together and therefore caused more crowds. The food was fine. The grill and wok very good and fast. It always remains amazing how the chef still knows what everyone should have on his plate. Plates were picked up quickly. Service was friendly. Free parking. We had a great evening. Excellent price-quality👌

I would like to compliment the young man at the bar, he was wearing glasses. I walked to the soft drink for my children with an empty glass of wine and he saw that, approached me and asked me which wine I wanted. Edit: Don't go on the weekend or Friday evening. The place is full of disgusting people. Customers are making video calls with loudspeakers, shouting as the children drop a glass or a plate every 5 minutes. Families who put their stroller with a crying baby next to the table. In addition, children should not be allowed to grab food without supervision, as they do not use tongs and touch everything with their dirty fingers. Truly the largest collection of cool people I have ever seen. Payment upon entry, drinks included in the price & lots of choice. Tip: go as early as possible so it is nice and quiet.

Good restaurant with reasonable prices. The food was good, the staff friendly, the choice is quite wide, including drinks that you can get yourself (i.e. self-service). Only the atmosphere could be a bit more modern, this is a classically decorated wok restaurant that is also quite noisy. There is also plenty of free parking on site. Highly recommended in itself.

Great restaurant when you go around "dinner time". Indicate that they are open until 10:30 PM but start cleaning up at 9:00 PM. If you have booked at 8:00 PM and paid 37 euros, you also expect to be able to sit for 2.5 hours if the opening hours indicate 10:30 PM. Instead, nothing is added anymore. And they start looking out the door at 9 p.m. We still had a full hour and our cutlery was removed from the table in front of our faces. And they even started emptying the bins. So you couldn't grab anything anymore. You can't charge full price for something like that and certainly don't indicate that you're open until 10:30 PM. If you were already trying to chase people out the door at 9 p.m. Really ridiculous, not the first time I've experienced this. Not customer friendly at all. Very bad service.

After reading the reviews I expected a big food shop, but I got an old-fashioned local Chinese where time has stood still. No complaints, the food was tasty and good. The service was friendly and good. I can't guarantee whether the chefs spoke my language (and I spoke theirs), but I didn't care. We understood each other; I gave a plate of raw food and got a plate of prepared food in return. That's fine. For once the plates were not snatched from under our hands, but simply collected on time. Again fine. Late on Sunday evening (around 8:00 PM) there were still plenty of replenishments, even though there were not many people present. There is a sign above the refrigerator stating that waste is not appreciated and that a bottle of drink that has not been drunk will cost you €2. Good plan, after all I can take as much as I want (including fresh orange juice, even though I don't understand the machine). There was plenty of choice. Starter main course dessert. Hot buffet, cold buffet. The only thing that was striking: a plastic curtain at the door and at the passage to the toilet, but who cares. Had a good meal at a local Chinese who charged a reasonable price for all-you-can-eat-and-drink. In my opinion, a fairly small parking lot, but hey, that's all. It remains, in my opinion, a local Chinese, but good food...

Prima restaurant, maar de chinese bami en nasi werden sowieso na 1930uur niet meer bijgevuld.....dat was wel jammer, daarom 3 sterren voor de service.

Bij drukte lange rij bij wok en grillplaat.

Goed eten voor een lage prijs. Dat is denk ik de beste opsomming. Er is veel keuze dus voor een ieder wat wils. Het eten wordt vers bereidt en dat smaakt daardoor prima. Qua sfeer is het een ouderwetse vreetschuur. Niks mis mee overigens, maar verwacht geen fine dining. Kortom voor wat het pretendeert is het meer dan prima.
