It's one of the tastiest ice creams ever, IJs & Zo is really a competitor of Lucianos down the road. I had stracciatella, and after eight, which were both delicious. I do recommend it for a sweet treat.

Nice selection of varieties. Unfortunately it looks like more than it is. Personally, I think that if there is an opportunity to sit down, I would also like an ice cream menu with different cups. The conditions are very nice and the prices are reasonable for today.

This is the best ice cream shop yet! Why? Because: - ice cream is traditionally made and has the correct colors and flavors - they also make delicious milkshakes - your soft ice cream or ice cream on a cone can be dipped in really tasty dark chocolate! So no nonsense sprinkles on top, but a real dip! - the cones are always fresh and they have cones with chocolate on them and other flavors. We like to go there, even though I have to cycle 14 km there and 14 km back with my family. Hmmm, lkkr!!!!

Very tasty ice cream that certainly competes with the other place in Wassenaar... and so far friendly service every time. Just a little different taste and flavours... so we alternate depending on what we feel like. We had already met ice cream and such at the lock in Leidschendam.

We walked past this on our way to the competitor. “Hey, let's try it,” we said. Thank goodness, because the ice cream was remarkably delicious! My favorite: Key West lemon pie. From my husband: dark chocolate. Or the passion fruit sorbet ice cream. Or at least the coconut flavor. Ps. I just read the last review before this one of mine: a wonderful reproach. It seems unfair to me that this company gets 1 star in this way.

After a company outing we passed by your business. My colleague actually didn't want ice cream. But when he saw your inviting place and I also took 4 scoops, he changed tack. He had already completely eaten himself and still had 4 scoops and whipped cream too! It was gone in no time. On the way to the piano bar in Scheveningen he became nauseous. So because your ice cream is so tasty. My evening and that of 2 other colleagues came to an abrupt end. Thank you for ruining our Saturday night!

I bought a soft serve ice cream here a few weeks ago. This soft ice cream only cost €4.50, which is ridiculous. I won't be coming back here again, and your soft ice cream really wasn't that special.

Great ice cream. Very friendly staff. Had always shopped at Luciano ice cream wassenaar on our previous 3 visits. However once we had this one we didn't go back.

There are a few ice cream shops in Wassenaar and this is online of the best. Reasonably priced ice creams and sorbets of all varieties and flavours. A vibrant colourful shop with polite staff and outside seating. Not as busy as some other well known ice cream shops locally but just as good if not better.

Lovely, friendly service and a large choice of lovely ice creams and sorbets. 1 Euro Sixty was a real bargain for one scoop and a cone. Saved a fortune by going there instead of ordering restaurant desserts. Opened till 10pm too!

Excellent ice cream! I particularly discovered the “Extra Dark Chocolate” variety. There is outside seating, but these are only equipped with parasols, so you often sit in the sun, depending on the position of the sun. Well, if you rest, you rust, right? The passage is otherwise quite shady.

I went there with a friend and the place looked very cute. I loved the theme and there was a very cute swing. It also cost 20 cents less for a scoop here than it does at lutianos. However the ice-cream tasted strongly of yogurt and it tasted very artificial. I do not know what they were thinking when they chose the location because it is one block away from lutianos; the beloved Wassanar ice-cream parlor. Because of this I am rating this a three star.

The icecream tasted artificially flavored and my friends and I had about 6 flavors between us, and none of them were enjoyed, I don't recommend thus place for more than an aesthetic

From now on, walk past that "One" famous ice cream parlor that everyone comes to Wassenaar for, and go to IJs & Zo! Ended up here by chance, but what great ice cream! I had pink cookies, marrow bones and goat's leg ice cream. The taste is exactly what you expect and very well filled. The other varieties also look very good! We also found the staff very friendly.
