As expected, there is always a wait at this ice cream parlor. When we finally got to our table, an employee immediately spoke to us in German. The employee was very unfriendly and rude and treated us as if we hadn't come. The ice cream costs €2.20 per scoop, but it's a bit cheaper if you order two. The cone was very small and we had to eat it very quickly because it threatened to melt quickly with the small cone. In our opinion, the ice cream didn't taste any better than at a nearby ice cream parlor. Here we were also greeted and welcomed a little more politely.

What’s not to like at this place after a refreshing cycle ride. Amazing flavours and very friendly staff. We tried ice cream, frozen yoghurt and stroopwafel cannoli. Will happily come again. Plus - there is cycle parking opposite the place.

Very tasty and delicious ice cream 🍨 There's a lot of flavours, some of the flavours are very unique and refreshing. The little disappointment was the price / portion ratio which is quite bad, but the taste is very good and compensate for that. Beware of long waiting lines (could be more than 20 minutes waiting) In conclusion, if you're there, it's definitely worth it But don't go there especially only for the ice cream.

I have been coming here on vacation for almost ten years and your ice creams are delicious, never disappointed in that regard. But this year, we were very disappointed to see the differences in the size of the balls from one evening to the next. Last night, it was a young woman, and I hesitated to ask because she had made such ridiculous portions. , not even a third of the other servers. And the other nights were very random too.

Spectacularly great ice cream parlour. Awesome way to end a day at the beach. The coffee looks good too. There's usually a queue but it's well staffed and there are a lot of seats. If I had to criticise it, I'm struggling a bit, but the fan is extremely loud in the toilet. 😁

Everything is the best from the ice creams to the milkshakes. Prices are very good value. The only thing that isn’t good are the long queues sometimes but they are only long because everybody wants to get something. Just awesome.

What a great ice cream shop with lovely staff and although there was a big queue they were happy to take the time and let the children choose what they wanted with no pressure.

Luciano ice cream shop easy to found in the legendary Frederick Hendriklaan, the shop where is the longest cue. In the ice cream shop you can choose between many kind of flavor. Have more not average flavor too. If you have sugar problems don’t need give up the ice cream made satisfaction have no sugar ice cream too in more kind of flavors. If you have enough patience visit the most LEKKER ice cream shop in The Hague! You won’t disappoint.

On the bank holiday it was one of the few places open. We had a hot drink each and were pleasantly surprised to get a cute and very delicious ice cream with it. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

Delicious ice cream but the information on the signs was incomplete. It said 'Tony chocolonely ice cream'. I thought 'That must be just delicious milk chocolate'. But it turned out to be caramel sea salt (which I don't like). Then we went back and said that, and asked for a stracciatella, but then he gave me a salty caramel ice cream!! Then he scooped it out and I got what I wanted, we didn't have to pay for it.

Had ice cream at this Luciano on Sunday October 29, 2023 with my son and mother. We actually wanted to go to IJs en Zo (around the corner), but unfortunately it's closed😭. We found a good alternative in Luciano. The advantage is that you can sit inside and eat your ice cream in a relaxed manner instead of in the cold outside. I had a luxurious cone with a scoop of Snickers and dark chocolate sorbet. I had the cone filled with pure chocolate via the chocolate tap. My son had exactly the same thing but with 2 scoops of Twix white. My mother had a regular cone with 1 scoop of yogurt and forest fruits. We really liked our ice creams!! The flavors were great! The luxurious cones were very thick. The chocolate in the cones was still liquid/syrupy at the bottom and did not taste very good. Next time we won't do the chocolate tap anymore.😀 You can sit comfortably inside. Everything is well lit. In the winter (when IJs en Zo is closed) when you fancy ice cream, Luciano is the way to go.

Could not recommend this place enough. Ice cream was probably the best I've had anywhere in Europe/UK and at €1.80 per 'scoop' it was a relatively cheap dessert option for every night we stayed at Duinrell. The espresso with the mini ice cream was also perfect. Staff were all friendly and spoke excellent English. If you're staying at Duinrell you absolutely have to visit.

Probably the best ice cream I have ever tasted! We got both strawberry, chocolate and mocha, and it was all ice cream with lots of flavor and just the right texture. It is possible to sit on the spot and enjoy the ice cream and a cup of coffee if you wish. The service was excellent, and it is definitely recommended to visit the place if you have a sweet tooth. In addition to ice cream, they also have macarons. 🍦
