We used Luciano's ice cream cart from Woerden at our party and it was a great success. The ice cream tastes great. The guests loved the ice cream, and the cooling elements ensure it keeps for a long time.

At our company BBQ, we had delicious ice cream served by Luciano's ice cream parlor in Woerden. The cheerful staff with beautiful ice cream bars, everything was perfectly arranged, thank you.

Fantastic ice cream and super friendly service!!

I think this is a really great ice cream parlor. The ice cream is incredibly delicious and the staff is incredibly nice. They always give you a warm atmosphere and there is good service even when it is busy. The new owners are also super nice and it is nice to have a fresh look in Woerden. I thought the old owners were quite focused on money and a bit sneaky... But luckily that has changed now and this ice cream parlor is worth 6 stars!! Jan-Hermes signing off now!

It used to be our favorite ice cream parlor. The owners were always there and chatted with everyone when there was time. The atmosphere and the look have changed now. My favorite ice cream flavors are no longer there. I'm afraid we went for the last time. Too bad. (Good for the figure though 😉)

For a party at work, 6 ice cream cakes delivered by Luciano. What a good choice that was. Good service, the cakes were beautiful and super tasty.

Here they really know what customer experience is. All attention for you, good service, pleasant seating (living room atmosphere) and a wide range of ice cream cakes. The flavor 'mango sticky rice' is really recommended! I will definitely come back here. And look how cute this mini ice cream to taste a flavor!!

Today my brother and I stopped by Luciano's to get a milkshake and a coffee. Normally you get a small scoop of ice cream with it, which is always a nice gesture. Since we were in a hurry, we kindly asked if we could take it with us. To our surprise we were told in a rather blunt and unwelcoming tone that this was not possible. What bothered me most was that the people next to us did get a pat on the back — this really gave me a feeling of inequality and even inferiority. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have felt treated differently here. That makes it an extra shame, because I always liked coming here. Even the milkshake was disappointing this time — whether that was really the taste or the unpleasant experience, I don't know, but it was disappointing. Hospitality and equal treatment are part of good service, and I missed that here.

What a great ice cream shop this is!! We have been coming to Woerden for our annual outing for years and can certainly add this address to our list. It was difficult to choose from the attractive and really different flavors so we will be back 😊. Enjoyed the tasty ice cream on the bench outside in the spring ☀️.

Very ‘welcoming’, instead of greeting the customers and selling the icecream, the lady starts giving orders where to park our child’s mini scooter so we don’t scratch her icecream fridge (the scooter is rubber covered, by the way) I would not spend a single cent in this shop with such ‘friendliness’. Reply to the lady: when you step into the shop and the first thing you hear is orders and prohibitions, it says a lot about you. We didn’t even come close to your holy expensive icecream fridge. That’s not the way to treat people. Fridges are more important to you then people. Your ideal customer has no children, scooters, and he flies over the floor to not damage it.

I must say it's really delicious ice cream, but the scoops are really too small. The top ball was more of a half ball, the bottom one was not much bigger.

There was a long line on a hot day, but it went quite quickly. Wide choice of different ice cream flavors. We were very pleased with the choices we made. We opted for a bowl. Tip: the staff should make sure that you get the same amount of each ice cream scoop.

We regularly get ice cream here and at Christmas we order ice cream cakes here. The ice cream is always super tasty and the owners are always friendly. Definitely recommended to get a delicious ice cream here!

A beautiful ice cream parlor in the center of the city center, beautifully situated at an intersection of the walking area, with the Woerdens museum around the corner. The ice cream is excellent and there are surprising flavors. This time I ate bokkepootjes ice cream. The bokkepootjes were very recognizable and the ice cream was very tasty. On top of that I had a scoop of coffee ice cream. That is often a disappointment, but here you tasted the quality of good coffee. Is there no criticism at all? Yes, the quality of the cones was not bad, but could really be better, to match the ice cream. You can sit inside or outside, the people who work there are very friendly.

Every day the children ask: Are we going to get an ice cream from Conny? Favorite with all of us! Delicious ice cream, nice service - just really enjoy! Recommended for all visitors and residents of Woerden.

A very nice location is the center of Woerden with 2 very sweet and nice owners who are passionate about their profession. You will always receive a warm welcome and will be helped quickly, even when it is busy. The ice cream, coffee and pastries are always of the highest quality and always served nicely.

Last night my daughter really had to pee. No one in the store very kindly asked if my daughter could pee quickly. Was looked at strangely and said only for people who buy something. I understand that if it had been me I would not have been allowed. But this was about a small child...

Friendly staff and original flavors. I don't like every flavor equally. For example, banana does not taste sweet at all. But there is no arguing about taste and I like many flavors, and they regularly change with new flavors. In the past you could buy a cone with two scoops for €2 in the Netherlands. That time no longer exists, but you cannot judge this case on that basis

Received very expensive and watery milkshake. Really terrible. Lost 5.50. Really scandalous. This ice cream parlor was recommended to me. Never again!

After having eaten an incredibly delicious Inaya dark chocolate sorbet last year (in Wassenaar, it really tasted like dark chocolate), I unfortunately had a lesser experience at Luciano in The Hague and last Sunday in Woerden. At these locations the ice cream tasted like (pure) flakes, i.e. imitation chocolate, which does not seem to me to be the quality that Luciano wants and says he stands for. I'm really disappointed, because because it is a chain, I won't be choosing this flavor, which was so delicious last year, or this chain at all. Maybe it's different in Wassenaar, or maybe I should give it another chance by trying a different flavor. Only really good dark chocolate, that's my absolute favorite.

Delicious ice cream! An enormous amount of choice!! And very friendly staff!! There is plenty of room outside to sit for a while. This can also be done indoors. We will definitely come back here more often!

The ice is fine. I get ice cream from various ice cream parlors in the area, but here you get very small scoops. Of course, ice cream is more expensive everywhere, but the ice cream was served in very small scoops. I even heard from other customers outside that they also thought the balls were very small. All in all, great ice cream, but you could get a little more bang for your buck.

Our favorite ice cream parlour! We like to drive from Bodegraven to Woerden for Luciano's delicious ice cream. Not one address in the Netherlands has managed to surpass this ice cream for us. Range is wide, pure flavors where you really taste the ingredients (instead of artificial flavors) and the owners here are super friendly! Great business!

It was busy because of the anniversary of the granting of city rights and the nicer weather. Yet they came out very kindly with that one cup of iced coffee even though my wife had offered to wait a while for it.

Rejected here in a very rude manner after asking whether the store was open yet with a 'what do you think?!' and 'you can see that I'm not open!' And that with a door that was open. Amazing communication style for someone who is in contact with people and children all day long. We will happily walk past this door from now on!
