Ijssalon Mosaïque in Nieuw-Bergen

The ice cream parlor was closed, even though Google Maps said it was open. Drove out of my way for nothing.

After a hike/bike ride, we stumbled upon the Mosaïque ice cream parlor quite by chance, and the visit was definitely worthwhile. The ice cream was incredibly delicious, creamy, and absolutely flavorful. It was just the thing for a refreshing treat after a day in nature. The ice cream parlor is centrally located in downtown Nieuw Bergen, making it easy to combine a visit with a stroll around town. Many other shops are within easy walking distance. We'll gladly come back on our next visit.

I’m not sure why this ice cream parlour doesn’t get more love from locals online. We stopped by on a sunny day while cycling between Arcen and Nijmegen and it was just what the doctor ordered. Good selection of flavours and plenty of seating both inside and out.

The ice cream is delicious, but it's completely unclear when the parlor is open. The opening hours on Google are wrong, and there's no information on the door either. I've often cycled for fifteen minutes to find the door closed.

Not tasty ice cream, little flavor, lots of coloring. Blueberry ice cream is very sour.

We visited this ice cream parlor for the second time. The first time wasn't that bad, but the last time was a disappointment. We ordered a single-scoop container. The scoop was so small that we felt completely ripped off. We won't be returning.

Insider tip. We practically stumbled upon this place during a hike. We've rarely had such good ice cream. It's very dense and firm. Not watery, and the price is right. Three scoops, quite large, in a cup for under €6. It was worth it. The staff also spoke German, which made it easier for us.

Fair! It was wonderful to watch others enjoy the ride(s). Enjoy the coffee and smoothie; soak up the sun! Oh yeah, the music could be a bit quieter (hahaha).

Has many flavors of ice cream. Caramel and chocolate very tasty and creamy! Cappuccino and latte also good. Service was very friendly! I recommend it.

Lang wachten op een ijskoffie excuus was dat het apparaat nog schoongemaakt moest worden. Toen wij binnen kwamen waren er geen klanten personeel zat gezellig samen aan een tafeltje. Mijn inziens had het apparaat dus al schoon kunnen zijn voordat wij bestelde

Het favoriete ijs van mijn man beschikbaar in maar liefst 3 smaken, yoghurtijs naturel, abrikoos én kersen. Daarnaast nog volop andere ijssmaken.

Wij wilden net een lekker ijsje halen bij ijssalon mosaique, op de site stond dat ie tot 21u open zou zijn, wij kwamen daar om half negen en de hele zaak was al potdicht.... Beetje jammer dat er op internet iets anders staat dan werkelijk is. Vooral met hete dagen zoals nu, zouden ze meer verdienen als ze gewoon open zijn volgens de reguliere tijden of desnoods later sluiten. Nu lopen ze extra geld mis, wat ze aan ons vieren hadden kunnen verdienen.

Leuke zaak wel een beetje duur.

Lekker ijs en ook enkele mooie originele smaken. De uitstraling laat wel wat te wensen over. Binnen en buiten vormen geen geheel en het voelt gewoon niet gezellig. Maar het ijs is natuurlijk het belangrijkste.

Lekker ambachtelijk ijs met een verse krokante wafel erbij. Het personeel was super vriendelijk!
