Very friendly ice cream parlor in the center of Amsterdam. Fast service by a friendly team. The selection of ice cream flavors is varied, without venturing into strange taste experiences. The price-quality ratio is really good for an ice cream parlor these days! I highly recommend a visit. The ice cream parlor is close to the center and the red light district, so it's a great place to stop during your evening stroll.

One of most amazing combinations. I personally liked this mini cup of icecream which had coffee chocolate and vanilla flavour. I just loved it. The portion is good for one person.

I was looking for a good artisanal gelato like the one you find in Italy, and I have to say I was satisfied. The staff (truly Italian) was very kind. You can tell it's a quality gelato.

It's the worst I've ever eaten. Because what they sell isn't ice cream at all. It's just frozen fruit-flavored water. When you eat it, the consistency of the ice cream doesn't stay in your mouth; you can tell you're gnawing on ice. Luckily, the ice cream cone was real, and I was suspicious that it was made of cardboard.

Really good ice cream. Sad that the staff is so awful. Wanted to order more and got an attitude and a smug “we’d like to close, you know” an hour before closing time. Rude and arrogant for no reason.

I really enjoyed the dark chocolat milk flavour and stratiacella. you can feel very well the taste of milk.

We paid 4.50 for two tiny scoops of gelato. We got dark chocolate. It is the worst gelato I have ever had. And we’ve been many places in Europe. It was grainy, almost like there was sawdust type texture in it. It didn’t taste like sugar granules but flex of some substance that we couldn’t identify. The taste was horrible. We thought about going back and returning it, but we didn’t think that they would take it back just because we didn’t like it. It may have just been the dark chocolate. You may have better luck with other flavors.

Really authentic italian ice cream, coffee and most of all Panini. I loved every bite and every sip. If you are looking for a simple but delicious snack you should definitely visit. The Cannoli are amazing too! (I think the prise is reasonable for this kind of quality, but of course everyone has different budgets and opinions!)

Was the ice cream good? Yes The service? Awful The staff was rude and unbothered. My standards are low and usually I am content with just a hi and thank you. Which they didn’t say. Honestly, i wouldn’t recommend it.

I loved the gelato ice cream I purchased here. The flavors are delicious, especially the lemon, blood orange and chocolate flavors I ate. They also serve coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and sandwiches here. I tried their hot chocolate which tasted okay, nothing extraordinary. Customer Service is great with nice and friendly staff. I have been here 2 times and would love to go again!

Cada vez que voy a Ámsterdam me paro a tomar café en ese bar y estaba todo perfecto, esta vez fue una chica china que la vez nos vio hablar por teléfono venir y hablar muy grosero y a gran voz y decirnos que salgamos del bar, pedimos hablar con su jefe pero ella sigue hablando tan mal, dejamos el café allí incluso que pagamos por ellos. Así que gastamos como 20 euros y no disfrutamos de nuestro pedido. Muy decepcionado

Coffe is good but the employee is very very bad

I was drinking coffee there and the Chinese lady who works there was so rude, she comes to our table screaming and saying us to go out of the bar because she doesn’t like us, i tell her to call her boss but she continues screaming and yelling. It was and another girl italian that she was very lovely and familar with customers. Every time that i come to Amsterdam i go there to take coffee but this time was my last and never come back. The girl I had to specify the nationality because you have more employees not just one, you have camera in your bar and you can open to see, she never come to speak to us politely and even if I tell her why you are screaming she contnued to scream and tell us to go out of bar, if you think that your employer is telling the truth I suggest you to open the camera and see. And when I was to go I speak with another girl saying like “bye” and she tell her dont speak with them. This is the truth sir. Im so sorry but very disappointed with your employer. She dont have the right to talk to customers in that way.
