We were here to get an ice cream and really loved the Italian gelato taste they had. The staff was very courteous and would highly recommend to anyone in the area, looking for a good ice cream/gelato.

The ice cream is super yummy especially the vanilla ice cream, the woman that served us was super nice. Its a nice cute Space which is very clean!! Very reccomended <3

One of the best ice creams I have ever had in my life, pistachio and mocca and you can't fail, waiting to come back to try the coffee. A purely Italian place

Was the ice cream good? Yes The service? Awful The staff was rude and unbothered. My standards are low and usually I am content with just a hi and thank you. Which they didn’t say. Honestly, i wouldn’t recommend it.

I loved the gelato ice cream I purchased here. The flavors are delicious, especially the lemon, blood orange and chocolate flavors I ate. They also serve coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and sandwiches here. I tried their hot chocolate which tasted okay, nothing extraordinary. Customer Service is great with nice and friendly staff. I have been here 2 times and would love to go again!

The best pistachio ice cream I have ever had had. But seriously, we ordered 4 scoops of various tastes and all of them were just amazing. Balanced and not too sweet

Really tasty ice cream ! Very aromatic

We ordered 5 flavors to share and it was delicious, but a tiny bug came out of the lemon gelato. I just removed the bugs and ate them. The taste is very delicious

Every time I go in amsterdam I stop to take coffee in that bar and was everything perfect, this time it was a chinese girl that the time see us speak on phone come and speak very rude and with loud voice and tell us to go out of the bar, we ask to talk with her boss but she continues to talk so bad, we left the coffee there even that we paid for them. So we spend like 20 euro and we not enjoy our order. Very disappointed

I was drinking coffee there and the Chinese lady who works there was so rude, she comes to our table screaming and saying us to go out of the bar because she doesn’t like us, i tell her to call her boss but she continues screaming and yelling. It was and another girl italian that she was very lovely and familar with customers. Every time that i come to Amsterdam i go there to take coffee but this time was my last and never come back. The girl I had to specify the nationality because you have more employees not just one, you have camera in your bar and you can open to see, she never come to speak to us politely and even if I tell her why you are screaming she contnued to scream and tell us to go out of bar, if you think that your employer is telling the truth I suggest you to open the camera and see. And when I was to go I speak with another girl saying like “bye” and she tell her dont speak with them. This is the truth sir. Im so sorry but very disappointed with your employer. She dont have the right to talk to customers in that way.

The ice cream is good, but it's not a big deal. Prices have gone up a lot for what it is. Now 1 small scoop of ice cream costs €2.10. Basically a tourist site. And there is no bathroom

The ice creams are super delicious. They have a variety of flavors. If you like sour lemon, ask for it. Plus we didn't queue much.

Me and my friend came here randomly and we found out this place has such a good gelato that you can get in Italy, the good one!!! So much flavour in it, we loved pistachio, lemon, mango and dark chocolate

We loved snacking one evening at their place. Like at home. Fast and available service. We ordered as we went and they served us kindly. Nutella waffles that I have rarely seen so filled!!! Amazing. The ice cream was good too. I really liked the authentic decoration.

I would have liked to leave a nice review of this ice cream shop which is owned by one of my fellow villagers, a Lucca native, but instead I feel like leaving a star for the terrible service I received. At the entrance, the young girl behind the counter didn't even say good evening to us, and continued to look at us in the 2 minutes we were inside the ice cream shop in a grumpy manner, as if she were almost disturbed by our presence, let's order the ice cream and we go to pay, she tells us "€7.40" and my friend gives her €10 in 2 pieces of €5, without even checking she nervously repeats "I said €7.40" and when my friend he points out to her that they are 2 pieces of €5 she replies “ah for me they were only €5”, we go out and again we don't hear anyone say hello or thank you. The ice cream is very good, but the service leaves something to be desired, I for one work in catering and the customer is always welcomed with a smile regardless of everything, and it certainly doesn't make me want to return to a place where behind the counter I find a person of the type. Choose your employees better or teach education.

Delicious authentic Italian ice cream, family business that has been here for decades. From the end of October to the beginning of April they are back to Italy and the business is closed! Local shop where many local residents. Come and get a cup of espresso in the morning when the sun is on the terrace. Delicious espresso and cappucino were prepared here before it became a hype everywhere. My favorite ice cream flavors are currently Spicy Dark Chocolate and ginger ice cream.

I'm satisfied with the kind shop owner, the Italian ambiance inside the store, and the delicious gelato.

Very nice staff. Clean establishment and not overcrowded. It was also in an area that felt safe. We tried going to a different restaurant, but it was in an area that was a little iffy in the safety department.

Schönes ursprüngliche italienische Eisdiele und Lokal mit verschiedenen kleinen leckeren Speisen. Eis und Cappuccino sind lecker und für Amsterdam vom Preis echt ok.

Ice cream is very good (according to my daughters, and they know what they are talking about when it comes to ice cream). And the coffee is excellent (according to me, I don’t know if I know about coffee). A ramshackle looking place but that gives it a certain charm.

Average ice-cream. Prices are lower than average in Amsterdam but portions are also much smaller. I do not see the reason to come back again.

Buen sitio para comerte un helado cerca del centro de Amsterdam, el helado no es nada del otro mundo pero es realmente económico para lo que puedes encontrar en la ciudad.

Regelmatig zit ik op Tofani's terras, op een doordeweekse avond. Altijd genieten, top kwaliteit ijs en goede espresso! Het Parool erbij, wat kan je meer wensen.
