Very cozy atmosphere and delicious ice creams

Came there because of advertisements about the Dubai strawberries. She was in one was a bit busier. I wait patiently for my turn. After waiting a while I gave my order whereupon she asked me if these were enough strawberries and was it okay. And that she doesn't have any more. I didn't think this was nice if you also offer this make sure you can offer it otherwise you wait and you also come for nothing!

Went here for coffee today with a friend. We noticed that an incredibly (racist) annoying customer was bothering the lady behind the counter with articles on the internet about her political opinions. The lady behind the counter remained very polite, friendly and calm despite the provocative attitude of that customer. This business should really clap their hands with an employee like you Fatima! Until next time! ;-)

(2) After years back here. They also have exotic drinks that go well with the warm weather. Got a few of those watermelon drinks here. Depends on who makes it. After a while back here and got a milkshake with macaron flavor. The macaron ice cream is delicious. That's why I chose that. Although the lady was very friendly, she mixed the milkshake for too long, which meant I just got juice with the flavor of macaron, instead of it being a bit thick. That's why I took off a star. ============================== (1) They just opened. Got ice cream here this week. Lots of flavors. When I walked by a day later, I saw that there was only 1 display case with flavors instead of 2. It seems like they're going fast. Make sure you always have some in stock! Friendly and helpful service. Keep up the good work! Quite pricey but you do get your cup or cone filled with ice cream as it should be (not like some ice cream parlors where you pay a lot for a scoop of ice cream that is gone in 3 bites).

Was there today and the employee helped me well, she was friendly, definitely worth repeating.

Unfortunately, the service was disappointing during my visit. The employee behind the counter seemed very grumpy and didn't smile at all. Her rude attitude made me decide not to buy anything. Friends of mine did order something and liked the food, but as long as this employee is there, I will avoid this place.

The ice cream is délicieuse, the place is clean and the staff is very nice! I didn’t try macarons.

was there on Sunday September 15, 2024 around 8:10 PM and got some ice cream for my kids. the lady who worked there was not very polite, she was giggling all the time with her male colleague and when paying she turned around and started giggling again, I didn't think that was a professional. I would say behave a little, you come across as quite childish that way! Didn't see me there again!

The girl on shift was on the phone taking it easy, despite 30 people were waiting and complaining outside.

Premium prices for powder/fake ice cream. Shame.

Went there yesterday to have coffee and eat a macaron. Macaron was very tasty! Just a pity that the coffee is served in a paper cup instead of in a glass while you drink it there. Made the coffee less tasty.

SCAM! Avoid the place at any cost. You will get the smallest possible and smallest portion of ice cream you have ever seen. 2 balls here is less than 1 ball anywhere else in the world. Quality also not the best and most definately does not taste like homemade icw cream

Delicious macarons and an incredibly wide range of other fresh delicacies that are a true explosion for your taste buds. Wide choice of flavors for delicious ice creams and they are wonderfully creamy. I like coming here with my children and the atmosphere is nice! Great!

Came by with my mother, the first and the last time I visit here. The girls who work there are ill-mannered, don't greet the customers, and when you are thinking they sigh in front of you, gossip about the customers together and are on their phones. Disgusting tent!

Too bad cold hard macarons and actually all the cinamon buns and Berliner buns I had tried were too sweet and too much of a good thing….

What a ridiculous, very unfriendly operator this place has. I live 40 minutes away. from the shop and was willing to go that way for the delicious macarons (which sometimes go through quickly). That's why I decided to call the store to ask if my favorite flavors are still available. The operator indicates the following: it would be really strange if we didn't have macarons, since we are a macaron business. So I respond to this with: 'It has happened to me that you have sold out, because it happened very quickly. Hence my call. Rude operator: No, that's not possible, we are a macaron shop. I was so in shock and responded with a questioning tone: okay? To which I got OK in response. If you don't feel like working, stay home. Bagger service sincere!

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great and the service was great. I'm happy to see how well the new owner tries to make something nice out of it!

I absolutely love this shop! The sweets, such as macarons and croissants, are irresistibly delicious. What really makes it special is the extremely friendly staff. They are so sweet and hospitable. An absolute must for lovers of delicious delicacies and a warm atmosphere!

New ice-cream and macarons place in osdorp. It's advertised as halal. Good - open till late (in our case till 2300) - fancy interior - sufficient choice of macarons and ice-cream Improve - ambiance music for dine in guests. - customer experience should match the high(er) price.

Ice cream tastes 100% synthetic aromas. Not sure if it saw a gram of real fruits. Certainly will not come again They should have the quality of more know places, not just the prices

Beste ijs van Amsterdam, vooral de pistache smaak is een aanrader, de dames Inas en Soumaya waren superlief. Ga der zeker vaker langs!!!!!!!!!!

Over het algemeen heel lekker! Ijs is hartstikker lekker! Alleen de macarons kunnen beter heb letter crackers gekregen in plaats van macarons waarschijnlijk waren die gwn niet vers jammer!

Nieuw geopende ijssalon waar je ook macerons kunt krijgen. Erg leuk ingericht en een zeer schone zaak. Hier smaakt de ijs prima en ook de macarons zien er goed uit. Genoeg keuze uit diverse smaken en gastvrij. Complimenten en aanbevolen!
