Currently (February 2018), his bakery is still under development and he only bakes a few days a week, but he already has several sales outlets (in addition to the bakery itself). I fully endorse this passionate man and his love for bread!

Delicious bread! Organic, nutritious, light, and crispy. If you order something with nuts, seeds, or fruit, they're generously added. A truly passionate baker. Highly recommended!
