Good food, but it took quite a while and I would have liked more chicken on the pollo. Fresh ingredients and a nice owner.

Picked up pizzas and enjoyed them at home. In one word: Pico Bello (actually 2 words). Not a word of French. The pizzas were very tasty. Cees Mostert & Els Jochems.

Found this pizza shop via Google and upon arrival outside the shop seemed closed. Just to be on the safe side, I walked over and the entrance door opened. When we entered we were kindly received and directed to a seat. Ordered a pizza twice and was served a little later with a pizza roll cutter. This is a bit difficult, but you can ask for a knife and fork. It is not a very large pizza with, in our experience, mediocre taste. (I've had better and tastier elsewhere)

Had a good meal for my birthday. The owner / chef clearly does his best to make it pleasant for guests. Came to have a chat and clearly has a passion for his profession. Nice simple menu with dishes that are well executed. Portions of starters more than generous, main courses beautiful, pizza crust a bit dry in our opinion but delicious with some olive oil. Our only point of criticism was the slightly young service, who could be a little more proactive at the table or occasionally walk around and ask if there are any wishes (you also get more turnover). Empty plates were on the table for a long time, ordering drinks and food took a long time, no cutlery / napkins were given with the starter. Perhaps some improvements could be made there, but all in all it was a good meal.

Nice, quiet place and most importantly: good food. Good service and highly recommended for all kinds of occasions.

We had a lovely meal once. That's why we wanted to come back again, but the owner indicated that the place was still too cold. The heater hadn't worked that day and that had just been fixed, so he advised us to come another time. So nice how he thought along with us. Thank you. We'll come back soon

Waited a long time, after 1 hour and 45 minutes a wet, undercooked pizza, which I sent back to the kitchen, Owner at the table with excuses story about calling in sick. We would be called by him the next day, but that has yet to happen, SO .... NO FOOD, the wine, 4 glasses I had to pay for, 20 euros. . WASTED MONEY.

A real Italian pizzeria with an excellent menu. Not too extensive but good. Beautiful decor and hospitable and professional staff. Affordable prices. Situated in the center of Roosendaal. Parking spaces nearby.

I tried the pimonteze pizza and it's one of the best ones I have ever had! There was great service, they were fast and friendly.

After a lot of good news, I decided to try it myself. How disappointing that was. We knew they had a small menu, but make sure you have enough stock. It's Friday evening, after all. Tap didn't work. And then you order that beer of which they only have 1. In the restaurant it was neatly covered, in the conservatory it was simply not covered at all. Looks very uncomfortable. Service was friendly, but served with stains on their shirts. And we were very early, so they had just started. It's not that neat. Starter was fine, but then the pizzas arrived. They were tough and very thinly topped. I had four cheeses. Only the gorgonzola had taste, the rest tasted bland. We didn't order dessert. We had to pay 78 euros after we said we didn't like it. You could just tell that she didn't understand what to do with this "feedback". Just order your next pizza from Domino's. We won't go here again

Really terribly bad. I had a pizza quattro formaggio and there was little flavor to the pizza. Only on the pieces where the gorgonzola was, there was more flavor to the pizza. But there was no tomato sauce on the pizza or anything else (it was just dough with cheese). At checkout we were asked if everything was satisfactory and we said that it was very bad. I also indicated that it does not state anywhere that there is tomato sauce on the pizza. Then it turned out that they call it San Marzano cap in Italian. Nice and clear. I've never seen a quattro formaggio pizza without tomato sauce, but whatever. My friend thought the pizza was okay, but there was little cheese on the pizza. Also the pizza was way too small and the crust was too thick. Very unfortunate. We also agree with the other reviews regarding the atmosphere. From the outside it looks very austere and inside we were in a recess where the walls and a pillar consisted of wallpaper, but that was completely loose. The couch was also not comfortable.

The food was incredibly tasty! We went for the truffle pasta and the cannelloni with spinach and ricotta. Highly recommended! The food was lukewarm, but this was rectified by a dessert on the house (2 desserts). Super friendly lady at the counter who received us well! Thank you! 🙏🏼 We will definitely come back :))

Friendly welcome, you immediately feel welcome. Authentic dishes using quality ingredients. Neapolitan pizza as it should be, compliments to the chef. Prosecco delicious, the espresso: perfect 👌 we live far away, but if we were in the area again, this would be number 1!

Very long wait. We were the first in and were greeted kindly by a young lady. We were quickly asked for something to drink and she came to take the order afterwards. It took quite a while for the starters, bruschetta and scampi, to arrive. There was a long time between the main course and the starters. Nothing to complain about the pizza, just a very good pizza. The pasta, pepperonata, was simply tasteless, not spicy, no trace of peppers or garlic or any salt. In my opinion the pasta could have been a little longer. After dinner we waited again, no one came for dessert in the forgotten conservatory corner. Decided to just settle.

Had a delicious meal here for the second time last week. The chalkboard appetizer, the burrata, was really delicious! The pasta & pizza were also delicious! The pizza was even possible as a calzone. The simple site says nothing about this beautiful, atmospheric store You just have to go here. nice atmosphere, very friendly owner who was happy to talk about the menu And everything could be combined. Listening to the customer's wishes. We had a really delicious meal Pizzas were really tasty. But the pasta and lasagna were delicious Everything is homemade. Children now know what real pizza should taste like. All praise for this beautiful tent/the owner, and certainly the rest of the staff.

Had a telephone consultation with Erik in advance about the options for a very picky eater. It turns out that they have specially purchased everything to prepare a fantastic meal for our fussy eater! Super fijne bediening, fantastische gastvrijheid. Vanuit Friesland op vakantie even een restaurant uitzoeken waar we kunnen eten. Van te voren met Erik telefonisch overleg gehad over de mogelijkheden betreffende hele moeilijke eter. Blijken ze speciaal alles aangeschaft te hebben om voor onze moeilijke eter een fantastische maaltijd klaar te maken! Fantastisch! Pizza's heerlijk, alle 5 kids hebben fantastisch gegeten en wij ook! Ambiance, goede bediening, heerlijke wijn en bovenal fantastisch gegeten. Vooraf de burrata welke we deelde. Goed op smaak en leuk gepresenteerd. Als hoofdgerecht een fantastisch lekkere pizza. Pizza zoals een pizza hoort te zijn. Als 2e gerecht de Risotto Fungi. Een smaaksensatie en grote aanrader! We komen zeker snel weer terug!

Gisteravond ter gelegenheid van de verjaardag van mijn moeder weer es gegeten bij Il Gufo. Geweldig om te zien dat je nu ook pastagerechten kunt eten bij Erik. (Immers, smakelijke pizza's kun je ook bij de welbekende grote bezorgketens bestellen. ) Anyway, mijn favoriet vanaf dit moment: Funghi ("Funky" ;-)) ) Bosco di Tartufo ! Echt, 3 schalen wegwerken zou ook geen probleem zijn geweest, genieten van de eerste tot de laatste hap... Verder voor degenen die Il Gufo nog niet kenden: Kleinschalig opgezet, goede sfeer binnen en buiten in de serre, vriendelijk personeel. Kortom, Paolo en Carola zullen inmiddels trots zijn met de transformatie die Borsalino heeft ondergaan de laatste jaren. Na de eerste 'hobbelige jaren' sinds hun vertrek schrijft Erik nu dan toch met Il Gufo weer een mooi nieuw hoofdstuk in de enorm lange geschiedenis van ons ouwe trouwe Italiaanse restaurant op de Kade. Tot slot nog wat suggesties: - @Bezoekers: Op tijd reserveren, reserveren en nog es reserveren - zeker in het weekend - om een tafeltje veilig te stellen - @IlGufo: Ik zou het zelf enorm gaaf vinden als er nog meer (ook traditionele) pastagerechten zouden worden toegevoegd aan de menukaart - @IlGufo Mijns inziens zou qua naam 'Il Gufo Pasta e Pizza' (of zonodig dan nog maar even 'Il Gufo Pizza e Pasta') inmiddels beter bij het restaurant passen en de lading beter dekken.

Het eten was heerlijk. De pizza Margherita had de juiste balans qua tomatensaus, mozzarella en oregano. Vaak wordt er veel te veel kaas op een Margherita gegooid en dat is zonde. De bodem was ook erg goed. Ik ben zeer blij verrast, eindelijk een plekje gevonden met een goede, simpele basis. De bediening was goed. De eigenaar deed zeer zijn best. Hij kwam ons persoonlijk begroeten, stond niet alleen in de keuken maar nam ook jassen aan en bracht anderen drinken. Ook zei hij persoonlijk gedag. Zeer klantvriendelijk en gastvrij.

Voortreffelijk restaurant met heerlijke gerechten

Fantastico! Fantasticooo! Wat een knusse ambiance in het mooie pand aan de Kade. De leuke informele setting geeft je een fijne ongedwongen sfeer en zeker met de persoonlijke bedienig. geweldige pizza’s kwamen de keuken uit, voortreffelijk gegeten en ontzettend leuke bijpassende wijnen. Wat een aanwinst voor deze stad👏🏻

De pizza zijn erg lekker en het bestek ziet er heel schoon uit! Soms duurt het een beetje lang voordat je de pizza's krijgt maar daar heb ik geen problemen mee :)

was helaas vol toen we aankwamen en er was geen plek voor ons. hebben mij terug opgebeld wanneer er een tafeltje vrij kwam en we konden direct terugkomen. Raad dus aan om een reservering te maken zodat je niet hoeft te wachten. Verder was het erg lekker eten en de pasta smaakte echt authentiek. Zeker waard om te proberen.

Heerlijk gegeten! Gerechten zijn mooi opgemaakt. De eigenaar is een zeer enthousiaste man die hart heeft voor zijn bedrijf en aandacht voor de klanten. Een aanrader dus! Groeten uit Ommen.

Il Gufo is een fijn Italiaans restaurant met lekkere gerechten op de kaart. Prijs-kwaliteit vond ik prima. Wij zaten op het terras met vrolijk gedekte tafels. Gerechten mooi opgemaakt en op de pizza's kon je zelf nog ingrediënten toevoegen als je dat wilde, geen probleem! Ook pasta's en antipasti te verkrijgen. Heerlijke tiramisu! Het personeel is nog jong en iets minder ervaren, maar enthousiast, beleefd en vriendelijk. Super vriendelijke kok en eigenaar die, toen hij even tijd had, kwam informeren of alles naar wens was.

Fantastisch eten! We komen inmiddels een half jaar zeer regelmatig over de vloer bij Il Gufo. De pizza’s waren vanaf het begin al super, maar sinds dat er ook pasta’s op de kaart staan genieten we daar ook lekker van; écht Italiaans eten voor een leuke prijs. De bediening is erg vriendelijk en er is een gezellige sfeer met leuke muziek op de achtergrond. Sla vooral de limoncello niet over ;)

Nieuwe zaak waar veel tijd, geld en liefde in is gestoken. Komt allemaal goed. Moeten nog even hun draai vinden. Gewoon vol houden. Aanwinst voor Roosendaal!

Het restaurant is heel kill, muren zijn erg kaal. Mis wat accessoires. Het eten duurde heel erg lang voor dat het kwam. Ook Tussen het voorgerecht hoofdgerecht. Als je met een groepje bent dan kan het ook zijn dat er 1 iemand 5 a 10min later zijn eten krijg. De bestelling opnemen duurde ook vrij lang. Verder wel goed eten.

Het eten was goed,maar moesten heel lang wachten tussen voorgerecht en hoofdgerecht. Miste ook de aankleding op tafel,zoals zout,peper en olie.
