We had Christmas dinner here. The three of us. It was cold -3 degrees Celsius outside, but inside it was no more than 15 degrees, freezing cold. We were shivering. We had two carpaccio starters and one tomato soup, which was decent. But the main course was very poor. The spare ribs were tough and cold (after we told the staff to order it a bit warmer). We had to ask for a salad, and after a 10-minute wait, we finally received a very small container for two people. One of us ordered lasagna but received something else. After we pointed this out, I received the lasagna after a good 10 minutes. The lasagna tasted okay. A small plus was that we received three free soft drinks, considering the situation. The dessert was small and not a real treat. When paying, I was asked if I enjoyed it. I told them it wasn't great. The staff member replied, "It'll be fine." In the end, €114 for three people was absolutely not worth it! When we got home we had stomach ache (complaints)

We had to wait an hour and a half for our food; the menu never arrived, nor did the drinks or food. At one point, we were laughing with other customers about how bad it was. People walked out because of how long it was taking, and someone's order had been lost after waiting over half an hour. We received a soup we hadn't ordered and a different dessert than we ordered. The drinks weren't entirely smooth either.

I called at 5:30 PM to make a reservation for 6:15 PM, but the man said only 6:30 PM was available. We arrived at 6:30 PM, and were stared at for five minutes. Then we told him we had a reservation for 6:30 PM, and the man casually said, "I have no room, the restaurant is full." I said, "Yes, but I called an hour ago and made a reservation. Yes, you can, but the restaurant is full." You can sit with that large group of people; there are two seats left... uh, well, no thanks. And off we went home without a peep, which is remarkable, considering we're not from around here at all.

What a complete disaster! We arrived early in the evening and had to wait an hour and a half for our main course. We even had to ask ourselves if we could order drinks and an appetizer. The planning and management from the kitchen were complete chaos, while three people were loitering around disinterestedly behind the bar. One person ordered a medium tenderloin, but it was overcooked and tasted more like a shoe sole. A second tenderloin was ordered medium but was served rare. During our visit, about 15-20 people simply walked out because they couldn't order. Fortunately, the staff recognized that the evening was completely stalled and adjusted the price. That was a one-time experience for us, but never again!

We ate here with the social deal. It took a whole hour for our starters to arrive. The food was good, although the soup was very salty. The service was somewhat incompetent, but friendly. Otherwise, the setting wasn't very welcoming. But for the food and the friendliness of the staff, I still give it 3 stars.

The food is good, but the whole restaurant is total chaos. There is no organization, and the employees cannot do their job properly. After ordering two portions of pasta, the app informed me that the food would arrive in 54 minutes. However, after calling twice to ask about my order, I received the food after 2.5 hours. Additionally, the Coke I ordered and paid for was not delivered. The delivery driver promised he would return and bring it to me in 3 minutes. He didn’t do it. This is disrespectful and a scam for money!!! I will never order from here again, and the owner should hire better employees who can do their job and are organized. Shameful!

Very friendly service. We had a pizza quatro formagi and a pasta alla carbonara: excellent!! The pizza was wood-fired and delicious. The menu listed pasta alla carbonara with cream sauce, but at my request, they made the "real" version (which the chef completely agreed to!), without cream sauce but with egg yolks. Delicious!! The fish soup also had a pleasant flavor. A bit too little fish, but the taste was good. Compliments! The special wine complemented the whole experience. It's a small restaurant; don't pass by, give it a try!

I recently ordered from here (during the week). Delivery time was about 35 minutes! Excellent! After 70 minutes, I called them to ask how far it was, since I had an appointment and couldn't wait much longer. "The delivery driver was on his way," great! I live only 10 minutes away. After another 20 minutes (90 minutes total), I called again to cancel the order and ask for a refund! The man was angry, yelling, and constantly talking over me. I kept an eye on it for a while, and after two weeks, the refund still hadn't been refunded, and the order was marked as delivered. I called again and spoke to a friendly employee who apologized and offered to redeliver the order. I told him I'd like to use this offer later. Two days later, I called again... again, the same angry man on the phone who was unreasonable and blamed Thuiszorg.

Perfect restaurant! Delicious food, good wine, and tasty desserts.

The decor may be a bit lacking, but the service and food are just as good. Delicious dishes at a reasonable price.

Maar niets was minder waar: het was niet gewoon slecht, het was super slecht. Als je zulk eten serveert, heb je werkelijk geen enkele passie voor je vak. Ik heb alles netjes ingepakt en zelf teruggebracht. Het geld zouden we terugkrijgen, maar tot op vandaag geen cent ontvangen – ook niet via Thuisbezorgd.nl. Ben je op zoek naar écht Italiaans eten? Vergeet deze zaak. Che vergogna!

Delicious food and very friendly staff! You can tell they genuinely want to please their guests. Even a small mistake with the order was resolved very quickly. Highly recommended! Not a large, crowded restaurant, but truly "small but nice"!

It was delicious. We spontaneously went for dinner with 18 people. The service was very hospitable, very attentive, and there were accessible restrooms. Everyone went out of their way to help! We'd be happy to go back!

In a word: a disgrace!! They're completely exploiting the Social Deal concept; it's beyond words. The starters are limited to two soups, the main course is pizza of your choice, with incredibly meager toppings and a poorly cooked crust. Dessert is again limited to two choices: tiramisu or limoncello. It depends on your taste, and the Social Deal website advertises five dessert options. Absolutely no atmosphere, the atmosphere is very cheap, with Ikea furniture and everything looks cheap. If the food were good, it would be okay, but everything was a huge disappointment. With or without the Social Deal, we would never go back. The staff is busy catering to non-Social Deal guests and clearly leaves Social Deal guests waiting for ages and left to fend for themselves. We heard others around us complaining exactly the same as we're saying here. We can easily afford it; it seems like a nice change every now and then, hence the Social Deal, but it really can't get any worse than this!

We had a three-course menu with a discount code. First, I had to mention it again when I checked in, and we asked for a carafe/bottle of white house wine, but we were given THE special white wine from Sicily (€60.00 per bottle!!!) I didn't ask for that!!!! So don't fall for it, dear people, ask for the exact price!!!!

Friendly service, but it took a long time to take our order. The food was way too salty, the soup was meh, and the pizza was a surprise from the chef. Well, it was indeed a surprise... a pizza that was too thick/tough and only contained ham. Too bad, but we won't be back.

The order hasn't arrived after waiting three hours. We called four times, and each time we were told it was on its way. They marked the order as "delivered" even though we hadn't received anything yet and had repeatedly indicated this. Because the order is marked as "received," it's unlikely we'll be able to get a refund. Never order from Thuisbezorgd here!

Booked via Social Deal. Seemed like a good deal, 4 courses for a good price. Friendly welcome upon arrival. Restaurant was empty and looked dirty. Greasy floor. Ordered a beer but the tap was broken, it can happen but to serve lukewarm beer from a bottle is not nice. Starter very salty. Took a very long time despite the empty restaurant. More than an hour between the other dishes. It did get a bit busier but with 4 staff this should be easy to handle. Despite that I had to keep asking, almost begging, to be allowed to order drinks. The only positive thing was 1 boy from the service and the quite good pizzas. Everything else was really terribly bad. I really don't just post something negative, but this is really ridiculous. On our dessert, 2 scoops of chewing gum ice cream, had to wait 45 minutes and had to ask 3 times where it was. And even at checkout we had to wait 25 minutes, wrong products were charged etc. We were completely done with it!!’ Never again!

Ordered today at 5pm for delivery at 6pm/6.10pm. Called 4 times with different messages several times. 1. Delivery person is on his way, there in 7 minutes and then the phone was hung up. 2. Pizza is not baked yet, we are busy. 3. Pizza is not baked yet, we are going to put it in now. 4. I will bring it personally within 5 minutes with 3 cokes from the house. At 7.50pm a non-Dutch speaking man (so not the person who said he would come himself.) was on the doorstep with 3 wilted pizzas with a tough crust. Looked like they had reheated it because the rocket was wilted and 2 cans of coke as compensation. First time never again for us. Too bad!

Food was fine. Pasta Carbonara was tasty and not too salty. Pizzas were good. The decoration of the place leaves something to be desired. Little atmosphere. Toilet loose tap, given other reviews this has been the case for some time. It's fine for taking away food, but you don't have to do it for the atmosphere.

Floor is not really clean. Sticker still on glass. The service is absolutely nice, but not knowledgeable at all. Some things went wrong and an offer was made to make things right; a glass of wine with plastic in it did not have to be paid for. Prices on card do not match prices on site. Dishes were Italian, but certainly not authentic. The toilet appears to have been cleaned, but the tap is not attached to the sink. If we had known all this, we would have made a different restaurant choice.

We booked well in advance and were given a secluded spot at the top of the restaurant where we sat alone and where the heating was not on. Had to go downstairs to order our drinks. It took a long time for the food to arrive. And the food was nothing special. Wouldn't go back there again.

Took a very long time before we got anything. After waiting more than an hour, I received pasta with cheese, even though I asked for it without. No apologies or anything. After 10 minutes we received a second plate, without cheese, but also half smaller. Too bad, and I was already so hungry after an hour of waiting. Not nice either by the way.

Yesterday we had dinner here with the family after the Theater performance 40-45. The hospitality is unprecedented, many restaurants can still learn from it. There is real attention for the guest and nothing is too much. We had nice conversations with the owner, but also compliments for the other staff. We all ate something different, pizza, pasta, chicken and salmon dish. It was all top class. Thank you for the pleasant evening, see you soon.

Heerlijk gegeten. Kok deed erg zijn best om goed eten te maken. Serveerster was heel erg vriendelijk. Aandachtspunten: trek doordat de deur niet goed sloot en toilet is wat smoezelig.

Last night we had dinner with 7 people (including 3 children). The pizzas are baked in a real wood-fired oven. We had to wait a while, but the kids had fun. The portions were more than sufficient and the kids almost ate their fingers and said 5 times that the pizza was so delicious. The prices are actually far too low for what you get and we also had a discount promotion. This restaurant deserves to be full every day!

What a delicious meal we had here. Really nicely prepared. In terms of furnishings, it could be made a bit more attractive. Also outside to attract guests.

If this isn't money laundering then I don't know what is 🤣. Pizzas left in the oven for too long, large plates of soup still on the table when the main course is served. Main course half cleared when desert arrives. This is a waste of money.

Verrassend goed restaurant. Na een heerlijke appetizer kregen we ons voorgerecht. Mooi opgemaakt en pure smaken van verse goede ingrediënten. Gorgonzola, gegrilde courgette met meloen en rucola met zongedroogde tomaatjes. Perfecte bijpassende huiswijn (Merlot). Als tweede gerecht hadden we gerookte zalm met salade. De hoofdgerechten waren een perfect Napolitaanse pizza met tonijn en een authentieke lasagne met een zeer smakelijke ragu (Bolognaise saus). Een aanrader! Zeer vriendelijke gastheer.

Gezellig restaurant, prima personeel, gastvrije gastheer, tot zover prima. Voorgerechten met name carpaccio is onder de maat, zeer beperkt vlees, veel rommeltjes. Hoofdgerecht prima, heerlijke pizza’s, mooie korst. Neem wel de tijd voordat het eten begint, daarna komt het veel te snel, voorgerecht was net opgegeten en de borden stonden er nog toen de pizza’s werden gebracht. Nagerecht was drama, belangrijke ingrediënten ontbraken in de gerechten. Geen derde keer hier

We had a delicious meal at Il Miogirasole. The bread came from the wood oven and the pasta with ham, mushrooms and cream was delicious. The pizzas from the wood-fired oven were also characteristic and delicious. The cooking was really done with passion and we received a very friendly welcome. Delicious Italian music in the restaurant, as befits a real Italian restaurant. We had a wonderful evening!

BAD! DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET OUT! 1.First, very unskilled staff. Just one example: “I don't know which wines we have and whether there is a sweet wine.” 2.We had to wait a really long time! After 20 minutes and after extra insistence we received wine. 3.No menu! We had to wait 10 minutes for a menu because they didn't have enough. 4.The staff touched our two-year-old daughter a little too often and the staff did not allow her to walk around. 5.My wife was chewing on a piece of plastic. 6. It took at least 10 minutes to pay because everything went wrong in front of us in the checkout line. 7.The food was mediocre!

Here we ordered a pizza, lasagna and tiramisu. The pizza was not what you would expect from an Italian, a lot of dough instead of a thin dough base. Lasagna was actually quite good. We hoped that the tiramisu would make up for it, but unfortunately it tasted old and was not tasty. We did get a coffee on the house while we were waiting so that was very nice. The owner was also a friendly man, unfortunately the food was not what we expected.

Firstly, the delivery was too late and then it turned out that we had received something that we had not ordered. Or maybe the meat was gone or something... All in all, I cannot recommend this and we will not order from here again.

We have only good experiences with this restaurant. Very friendly welcome and service. Soup (both tomato and fish soup) was very tasty. The pizzas are deliciously prepared in a classic pizza oven and topped with a little olive oil as it should be Dessert was a little less (Tiramisu and limoncello cake) but still okay. We hadden beiden pizza van het huis besteld. Laat je verrassen. We vroegen of ze twee verschillende pizza’s konden maken. Dat ging niet, want de pizza van het huis was altijd hetzelfde. De pizza was een pizza met kaas parmaham burrata en rucola en kruiden. Het pizzadeeg leek wel poffertjesdeeg. Echt niet lekker. Jammer!

Upon arrival it turned out that SD's reservation had not been received correctly, but a spot was quickly created. Young but friendly service that was still a bit searching. Owner also very friendly. Pizzas were very tasty. The only downside is that we had to wait a very long time for it. Hence the 4 stars. If this had not been the case, then definitely 5 stars.

After waiting 2.5 hours the order was cancelled, the delivery person was supposed to be on his way an hour ago. We live 5 minutes away. Ridiculous!

Online gereserveerd, echter bij aankomst was hiervan niets bekend. Het restaurant ziet er sfeerloos uit. Groezelig menukaart. Bestelden pizza Calzone, spaghetti carbonara met spek en lasagne. Lasagne met teveel kaas en weinig smaak, Calzone zaten grote stukken uien in en amper gekruid, dus smaakloos. Spaghetti dreef in de (waterige)saus en er zat een vreemde smaak aan. We hebben dan ook onze borden niet leeg gegeten. O ja….ik keek op mijn telefoon naar de reserveringsbevestiging en dan vind ik het niet prettig als het ongevraagd meekijkt op mijn telefoon. We komen hier niet meer terug.

Dog welcome. Food is right. The rest don't. Reservation made, but no table available. We are taken upstairs. It's like a children's paradise there. Very simple decor, not a wide choice of (Italian) soft drinks. Large bottles of San Pelligrino are gone. 2 cups of coffee takes almost half an hour. In all honesty, I don't understand the high scores. Staff, one in particular, smoke outside more often than serve guests inside. Lots of room for improvement.

Extremely bad service. 3 teenagers who do not understand their profession, are not attentive and cannot even muster kindness. The Pizzas were very mediocre. We found this really disappointing. The tiramisu was fine, but came from the wholesaler or supermarket. Too bad, but we won't come here again.

Haven't eaten this good in a long time! I lived in Italy for years, so I can modestly say that I have experience with Italian cuisine, also because I was married to an Italian chef. Well, il mio girasole has such excellent and authentic food that I felt like I was back in Italy! With Italian hosts and pizzaiolo the picture was complete, not to mention the espresso that was served at the end. You won't find it this tasty anywhere, yes in Italy! In short, I am happy with this discovery and will definitely return! Ps: then I also hope that that very nice waiter of my age (60+) will be there again 🤩
