Cold food and too watery never again

A wonderful pizzeria with a warm, cozy atmosphere. The pizzas are freshly made, generously topped, and perfectly crispy. The service is friendly and fast, making you feel immediately welcome. Absolutely recommended for anyone who loves authentic Italian pizza! 🍕

Today I ordered three pizzas for €33 at Il Trullo, but unfortunately, the experience was anything but positive. The quality left much to be desired. The pineapple chunks on the Hawaiian pizza were rock hard, as if they weren't ripe. The chicken pieces were also hard and dry, not tender at all. Moreover, when we opened the boxes, there was an unpleasant odor that didn't exactly make us want to eat them. All in all, a very disappointing experience. We won't be ordering pizza again. Think twice before ordering a pizza here!

At best average. Ordered pizza and pasta. The pizza was completely cold and looked like it had been in a python for a few rounds. The pasta carbonara was still warm but just not good. Mixing cream, bacon, and spaghetti doesn't make pasta carbonara. Maybe give this mix a different name, or was the chef sick? I gave it 2 stars to encourage better quality. You understand that a delivery like this deserves a star less 😉.

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd at 7:50 PM, called at 9:15 PM and said the order was on its way. It's now 10:15 PM and I still haven't received anything, and you guessed it, the restaurant is closed and won't answer. Disgraceful!

Unfortunately, the quality of the pizzas is no longer what it used to be.

I had to wait two hours for my pizza. I called twice, but each time I got the answer, "No, they're on their way." After two hours, still no pizza, so I called to ask for a refund, but that wasn't possible either. This is the last time I order from here.

The food is delicious but we had it delivered and the order was 1.5 hours late and we called but they said it was on its way but then we called again 30 minutes later and it still wasn't on its way

Two wonderful weeks off End your holiday by not cooking yourself... or even ploughing. A risk, absolutely. But we know a takeaway pizzeria that's absolutely fantastic! We thought. 40 euros for 3 pizzas (1 of which was a Magherita). I ordered the carpaccio pizza with Parmesan. It turned out to be grated cheese. I'm not going to say anything about the carpaccio. Partly because I'm still trying to get the tough meat out of my teeth. I won't say anything about the aged black olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Perhaps my standards are a bit higher because (without shame) we can cook perfectly well ourselves. My sweetheart chose the seafood pizza. The shrimp literally crunched between my teeth. Unfortunately, not because it was crispy, the intestinal tract... fully present. Truly all the delights of the sea on your pizza. We're ending our wonderful two weeks off, with delicious food and wonderful people around us. Ended with a failed takeaway pizza that ended up in the trash, tear-jerkingly bad. Thanks Il Trullo for this ending 😢 Unfortunately, the few slices of pizza we did eat, being Dutch, turned out to be a waste of money. Kept us up all night. Last time I'll order from here.

The fresh pastas are our favorite! The Frutti di mari, the Salmone, and all carretiera, among others, are superb. Everything is delicious, even the pizzas. Fast delivery, hot meals, and friendly delivery staff. It's appreciated if you're a regular customer. It's nice that we were surprised once with delicious croquettes and panna cotta. Thank you!

Super delicious pizza. The dough is delicious and perfectly made, and the ingredients, along with the sauce and cheese, give it a perfect flavor. We've been coming here for a long time and will definitely remain regular customers. The customer service from the gentleman at the counter and on the phone made me feel I had to leave a review about my satisfaction.

Today, we unfortunately received the wrong dish, but when I called, he immediately informed us and was already preparing the correct one. After 20 minutes, it arrived, and it was delicious again. I can't comment on the atmosphere, as we only ordered chicken for home delivery.

The order arrived way too late, I called twice to ask where my order was and they said just a little while longer, and it took an hour and a half before it actually arrived, it was not prepared properly, old dirty carpaccio on the pizza, no sauce even though I asked for it, pizza was way too greasy and limp, I would like my money back for the two pizzas. Both ended up in the trash.

We often order pizzas from Il Trullo, and they look delicious and taste truly delicious. Their pizzas are always freshly made with their own dough recipe. They look fresh from the oven and are well packaged. The staff is fantastic and the service is excellent. You taste real Italian pizza made by a real Italian chef.

Crazy long delivery time of over 2 hours for a pizza... and then you call where it is and they lie to you that they are almost there. It takes another 40 minutes Far from satisfied

I trullo pizzas are fine when you're drunk or otherwise. Such as the kapsalon pizza. But if you go to the Italian dishes such as carbonara, cream is added that is not supposed to be added and the egg that went in was already scrambled and became lumps of egg, so it is too hot and it is very simple to make pasta egg salt pepper bacon and parmesan cheese. And the lasagna was not that tasty either, I can make it much tastier myself with Marzano tomatoes soffritto and Italian red wine and meat of course.

Ordered pasta pesto, after waiting an hour and a half and having paid at 3:35 PM, I received pasta cabonada... the best man called to inform me that they had delivered the wrong pasta, the delivery person came with the correct pasta and I had to order it again. pay. Ordered 2 pizzas on location. They were ready quickly and delicious, just like a real pizza should be. Next time we will try the pasta. We will definitely come back.

Great food if you go for takeaway, but don't try to order from them, because the food only arrives after 2.5 hours. I gave them the chance twice and it happened that way both times. They say the delivery person just left and that he can confirm that and then after an hour nothing. Then you call them again and they give the same answer. It also took 3 weeks before I got my money back after having to call 6 times. The food is fine, but I would just drop by. Unfortunately, no more Il Trullo for me.

Ordered at 5:00 PM and we were able to pick up the food at 5:45 PM after a phone call. We finally got our food at 6:45 PM. Pastas were delicious but waiting times are abnormal and very poorly managed. Hopefully they will do something about this by, among other things, correctly displaying the delivery times on the website so that customers can decide for themselves whether they want to wait an additional 1.5 hours because they are fooling customers. People just accept everything even though there is no capacity.

I think il Trullo has been taken over by another owner. Everything tastes different, it has NOT gotten better. Too bad.

An excellent first taste experience; highly recommended Pizza Calzone Fantastico with extra minced meat and Mozzarella. Excellent service; the Chianti was no longer in stock and after consultation by telephone I was provided with a good alternative; TOP!

Always tasty no matter what you order

Were 45 minutes late. Pizza had little taste, pasta pesto lacked a good pesto taste. In my opinion, this used to be one of the better Italian restaurants in Zoetermeer. Too bad, hope you get back to your old self soon.

Ordered pizza today at 6:15 PM. 7pm message is on its way (we live 5 minutes from you). Called at 7:15 pm, yes, it's busy, but it's on its way. It's now another 30 minutes and when you call you get a band, this number is now not available. No chance.... Especially since the new owner. 1 star is already too much. Always delicious food, but now less often. And you can't leave the house even if it's 5 minutes away!!

We had a delicious meal, pizza pollo & pasta carbonara. Good taste and fresh ingredients. It was a bit of a wait because of the crowds, but then you have something.

Something went wrong with my bank and the order was placed twice. Il Trullo was able to resolve it nicely with me. Pizzas are delicious, the dough is crispy, the sauce is very good and the pizzas are generously topped. Il trullo is certainly one of the better pizzerias in Zoetermeer. Highly recommended for all pizza lovers.

Very weird. Order was supposed to be delivered at 7:30 PM. More than an hour later and it's still not here. It remains to be seen whether I will be able to receive fresh food later..

Good. It's just a shame that when I called to see if my order had been received, I got someone on the phone who gave rather unclear answers. If you work for a company, it is useful to mention the company name when you answer the phone, I think. But it's not that bad, we were 30 minutes late. They were never late before so hopefully it was a one-off.

the pizza here is a lot more authentic compared to the other major pizza makers with a crispy crust and more flavor. guests who work there are relaxed. great waiting area, just a vague location on an industrial estate (but you can also order). the price is a bit cheaper than the big franchises. 10/10 would buy again!

Ordered pasta carbonara and an Italian cheese board. Delivered in 17 minutes! Pasta was excellent, cheese board was not quite Italian and there was some cheese that tasted like cardboard. Nevertheless, a great experience, I will definitely repeat it!

Good food but unfortunately delivered much too late for the umpteenth time (not delivered). Ordered online at 3pm for delivery around 5:30pm. Not delivered at 7pm. Phone is not answered. Very bad! We will never order from here again, shame about the delicious food. Finally contacted at 7:50 PM, according to Il Trullo it was delivered at 6:30 PM, not so. We have canceled the order and will get our money back if all goes well....

Our order was only delivered after an hour and forty-five minutes. Cannelloni and pizza were okay but nothing special. I won't be trying again anytime soon

Delicious food. When you pick it up, it is made quickly. However, there are many boys messing around in the foreground while the hardworking Italian chef is busy cooking. It is a shame to see that they have no empathy for the image of the business. Furthermore, the best pasta carbonara I think I have ever tasted in the Netherlands.

The quality, but especially the service, is declining rapidly. In the past it was certainly one of the best delivery restaurants in Zoetermeer, but nowadays there is not much left of it. I suspect laziness has crept in, with delivery times of 45 minutes they only manage to deliver after 2 hours. The coordination is no longer good, which is why this has happened several times. Very unfortunate, I hope they will do something to match the service and speed of a few years ago.

Fast delivery and free drinks with some orders. Carpaccio is delicious.

Received a delicious, very well filled quattro stagioni pizza delivered quickly and warmly this evening. The mezze lune alle noci surpassed everything: super delicious, fresh and still as warm as if it came from your own Iranian kitchen! We do this more often!!
