I've ordered from Inci a few times, the food is good and delivered on time. What's striking is the childish and lousy behavior of the staff. You only ask for sauce in your burger, but it gets all sorts of stuff. They even try to give you less in change. It seems they'd rather lose customers than be customer-friendly, though there are plenty of seats available.

I knew your delivery people were awful, but this guy is banging on my door really hard even though it still says "DOORBELL DOESN'T WORK PLEASE CALL THIS NUMBER." Is he going to come get all grumpy? I'll order from somewhere else from now on, you weirdos.🤨🤨🤨

Today I had a terrible experience walking next to Inci. I was walking by with my girlfriend and suddenly heard a strange comment from a delivery driver standing there. Nasty remarks like "Do you want to give me a blowjob?" I've been ordering from Inci for years, but after this experience, I won't be ordering from them again. NEVER AGAIN INCI ROTTERDAM. DISGUSTING DELIVERY PEOPLE.

These people leave your food on your doorstep and don't wait to see if you take it, at least not if you're dark-skinned. If you're white, they'll politely point it out. Also: hair in the food. We used to order from here often, but NEVER again.

The fries in the kapsalon were clearly overcooked – tough, dry, and tasteless. A real shame, as it ruined the whole meal. Not something I'll order again. Delivery was quick, though.

I recently ordered food from this Turkish restaurant, and it was a disaster. The food arrived cold, and although it still had some flavor, I immediately got diarrhea. Absolutely unacceptable! When I called the restaurant to complain, the response I got was, "Next time we'll deliver hot food." As if that's the solution! There will be no next time; this was the first and last order. Poor service, poor hygiene, and absolutely no sense of responsibility.

Very unhygienic place that sells expired food! I have never been so sick from food as here… an acquaintance even told me that he saw mice/rats running around through the window in that place after closing time..🤢🤢 Rotterdam is big, there are enough other food places where you can eat much better and hygienically fresh. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Waited almost 2 hours for my food. Arrived cold. Was also inedible. I wouldn't even give this to my dog. I called and the owner didn't come up with a solution and was super arrogant on the phone. First time and never again.

I would like to share my experience to warn others. Unfortunately, after eating at inci I got serious symptoms that match food poisoning. Within a few hours of my visit I suffered from nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. This lasted for a few days and was anything but pleasant. I am not normally someone who complains quickly, but this was really serious enough to report. Hygiene and food safety are extremely important, and I hope the owner takes this seriously and takes measures to prevent this in the future. Be careful if you eat here. I hope my experience was an exception, but I want to spare others the misery that I went through.

Worst restaurant in all of Rotterdam

Very disappointing experience - got food poisoning! I ate here and it was a complete disaster. First I had to wait almost two hours for my order, which was already very frustrating. When the food finally arrived it was of very poor quality - it looked messy and tasted absolutely not fresh. However, I ended up eating it because I had waited so long. In hindsight a big mistake, because a few hours later I became very ill. I have had all the symptoms of food poisoning and still feel awful. This is really irresponsible and unprofessional. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Very dirty place, I understand from the staff that the doner meat is partly pork. The couriers also work illegally. I call on both the Food and Commodities Authority and the Labor Inspectorate to pay a visit because this place literally and figuratively smells! 🤢🤢

They are now promoting on social media that their delivery person delivers within 10 minutes. But I also read that their delivery person died at the end of 2023 because of that "fast fast" delivery

I got food poisoning from your spareribs. After I ate, about 2 hours later, I had to vomit, cramps in my stomach and diarrhea for hours. I haven't been able to go to work for 1 week. My doctor said it was food poisoning! I will never, ever eat with you again. You can be glad I'm not filing a complaint.

Kapsalon was delivered flat, resolved well, received a new one within 10 minutes.

Ik kreeg de verkeerde kapsalon, na lang volhouden dat het niet zo was en vragen of ze het een andere dag goed met me konden maken… wat is dat überhaupt voor vraag als iemand eten bij je besteld heeft? Zijn ze toch een nieuwe kapsalon komen brengen maar ook die was niet geweldig.

Zelf even langs geweest. Ter plekke besteld. Bij binnenkomst geen begroeting. Was ook niet duidelijk waar ik kon bestelling, bleek verderop te zijn. Dürüm döner was lekker. Cola vond ik duur.

Deze eethuis gaat de slechte kant op vroeger vond ik het pizza's echt lekker maar laatste paar maanden is het schandalig..! Elke keer aangebrand, zijkantjes zijn gewoon niet te eten..! Het smaakt ook niet meer zo lekker..!

Ik had een pizza en kroket besteld. Kroket was lekker (is ook moeilijk te verpesten). Maar die pizza, te veel kaas en weinig smaak. Ook was de bezorger totaal niet bezig met zijn werk en was het volgens mij allemaal te veel moeite... jammer

Het eten was lekker. De bestellingen worden a.d.h.v. een modern computer systeem afgewerkt. Binnen 10 minuten hadden we ons eten.
