Called 50 times but they don't answer!

I just wanted to ask if my order had arrived because I've had problems with home delivery before, so I could contact TB if I didn't. This guy on the phone is being rude. I think it's just a yes/no question. I understand work can be stressful, especially around this time, but just act normal on the phone. The food here is usually good.

Horrible service. You get something different than what you ordered, and when you call, you get a rude young woman on the phone who argues with you but refuses to resolve anything. I tell her that my order was wrong last time and that it would be corrected for the next one, but that hasn't happened. I tell her I'm not interested in false promises. She tells me she can't help it if other colleagues are like that and that her word is trustworthy. That's useless.

I had a great soup here. Good and inexpensive! It's not a place to sit and eat in peace. But if you want a quick and tasty meal, this is the place to go.

The owner is so rude and aggressive person .. I just don't understand the language and asked a few questions, to which they answered me take your food and get out of here. I was really surprised by how delicious the food was there. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. All the surroundings are tourist traps: restaurants with overpriced prices. This place is really delicious, and for €9 you get really good food that you can put together yourself at the counter...! I'll be back again. TOP! (But please don't raise the prices ;)

I've been coming here for 15 years, but unfortunately, it's not getting any better. The delivery took almost 50 minutes for a distance of just 1.3 km. The food arrived wet and leaking. Even though I ordered extra vegetables and meat, the container was 80% full of rice. The previous order was even canceled completely after 40-45 minutes.

I've been coming here for over 10 years; the food is super delicious and addictive. But it's a shame they're so unfriendly now that they're making so much money. They never want to be helpful when they make mistakes. I've had hair in my food more than once, even plastic once. Oh, and not to forget, I even had a bug in my food once, and the answer I got was, "What do you expect, what's in vegetables?" 😂. They never offer a solution. Today I ordered wok again, and this time I just got wok without sauce and two wrong noodles. After 15 minutes of trying to explain that we'd received the wrong order, the owner literally started yelling and then just hung up because they're so stingy about sending new food or refunds. They don't care about customer service at all. It's a shame that we've collectively made such people rich. People who only think about money and don't care about the customers. I'm really curious about what goes on in the kitchen and what's put in the food. I always get diarrhea after eating wok. Threw away another €40 today, unfortunately without getting anything back.

The food was incredibly delicious! Those were literally my words to the lady behind the counter last night. Wow, that was delicious. I just managed to restrain myself, but I almost ordered a second helping. Not because it wasn't enough, of course, but purely because of the excellent quality. You'll be seeing me back here often!

Today I placed an order via their website and did not choose fish, but when I picked it up the dish turned out to be full of fish. I called to report it, but the employee refused to give me my money back or make a new order. The receipt suddenly said that I had chosen fish, which I did not. So there was an error in their system, or they did not check properly when preparing it. According to the Consumer Act, I am entitled to the product that I ordered. If something else is delivered, it is their duty to resolve this. Instead, I was fobbed off by phone and not taken seriously. Bad service, unprofessional and taking no responsibility at all.

Food was made incorrectly compared to what was stated, when trying to report the problem I was pushed away 10 times by phone, no contact possible...

Staff are absurdly rude, asked about the price increase and was told I can have it for free next time if I pay the rent.

Today we decided to eat at iWok & Go. For this we have to travel 40 minutes with the family. Unfortunately, upon arrival we were faced with a closed business, while it said online that it would be open. It is a small effort to adjust the opening hours etc via Google. THANK YOU.

I go here regularly. And the food is always good! Nothing crazy but always tasty. Well prepared with several variation options. It is affordable and I am a satisfied customer! I have been there at least 10 times in recent years

I have never had any problems with the experiences I read below. The staff is always friendly, the food is good and you never get too little.

The food was very tasty. The service was ready very quickly. And very nice place.

I simply asked if he did not want to add salt and pepper to the noodles because I have an allergy, at first they pretend not to understand you and then he got angry, my order was only 8 euros, I was told, then you should not make so many demands, was the owner's story. I already said that he could give me a refund so that I could get my food somewhere else, but this was not an option, in fact, he didn't even want to tell me how many vegetables I could choose with the meal, he started to act so childish. I have been the wisest and have waited half the time, but this is not the way it should be in my opinion. He was a small arrogant busy man. I must add that he did not take the allergy I have into account at all, he added chicken stock to the meal, which was completely new to me. So if you are not someone who just swallows everything without a doubt, I would still scratch your head before you eat here because I have the feeling that you only know half of what you are eating when you eat at i-wok to go in Eindhoven.

If you don't have enough staff and capacity for delivery, then you simply shouldn't offer it. It takes an hour to an hour and a half each time before you get your food. Way too long. March 25: still bad. Delivery takes a very long time or doesn't even show up even though it says it has been delivered.

This is a Subway-style Asian food restaurant. I wanted to go to Wok N Wok in Arms, but I couldn't, so I looked for it. There are some differences in the types of noodles, rice, and sauces, but the systems are similar. There was an English menu and the staff was very kind and explained how to order, so ordering wasn't difficult. After ordering, choose 5 vegetables and they will be brought to you when you sit down. I ordered fried rice and two egg noodles, and both were okay. The teriyaki was delicious with the familiar teriyaki sauce flavor, and I chose a spicy Thai curry sauce with three peppers on it, which is about as good as Shin Ramyun. For the money you pay for one meal of Takumi Ramen, you can get two meals of Wok & Go. Good value for money.

I didn't want to post a review at first because my experience almost sounds like a joke, but since I read several reviews about how poorly they were treated, I'm going to share my experience as well. I called today because I wanted to place an order via home delivery, but on the home delivery site there is always a sauce missing from the options, I had forgotten the name of the sauce and wanted to add it in the comments. I called and asked what the sauce was called. I immediately got a blunt answer back that I just had to choose 2 options. I replied with: 'Yes, I know, but I would like to know the name of that sauce.' The woman literally responds with: 'If you know, why are you asking?'. I asked her if there was a problem as I didn't like her tone at all. Then they just hung up, I then called twice more because I really wanted to have a wok, but nope, they didn't answer anymore. You have lost me as a customer. On the other hand, the young man who worked there a year ago (don't know if he still works there) has always been super polite and customer-friendly towards me. Don't know if this woman was the owner, but please do something about your customer service. This was really bizarre. And if it is a regular employee, I hope she is spoken to about her behavior because she is really driving customers away with this.

So far I have eaten there often. Unfortunately, they regularly add the wrong sauce. This was the last time I ate there. I found a hair in the wok and brought it back. They asked if they should make me a new dish, but I saw that the chef continued to cook without a hat or anything on his head. Really unsanitary and annoying. I'll never eat there again.

If you politely ask if the chicken can be cut into smaller pieces, you will immediately be treated arrogantly and sent away from the store!!! I understand that you are having a bad day, but expressing this to the first customer is not acceptable.

The food on location really delicious, this unfortunately in contrast to the food that was ordered via thuisbezorgd. On location this restaurant is an absolute must, however I will not order again quickly to have it delivered.

I have eaten here before and I have never experienced anything like this. There is a hair in my food and I am really sick and shocked.

First time here and the staff seems to think I should know exactly how they prepare food. No patience to explain even though the restaurant is empty. Then we ordered one sauce that they said was japanese soy sauce, but then it was extremely sweet. Not coming back.

Super unfriendly on the phone. Chinese don't speak abn and don't listen. and no service.

Ordered food. Best against cases. Ordered chicken sweet sour with fried rice, But got it with white rice. Must have with magnifying glass to find the chicken pieces vegetables was enough. Egg noodles taste very overpowering with vetsin, noodles were all short broken, no long strings of noodles.

What a rude owner! I ordered 2x thick noodles with beef, one had to be without vegetables, so I asked the lady if I could get extra vegetables with the other one. The restaurant recently had a service, the inside is neat. Unfortunately, prices have risen; and owner remains quite arrogant. That's why 4 stars otherwise 5!

Delicious food! I ordered Japanese Udon Noodles with Chicken in Black Beans Sauce. It tasted close to authentic Japanese Udon and overally I enjoyed my first visit here. Good value for money and proper atmosphere. Staff note: don't use photo without my consent, thank you.

Quick lunch or bite is ok. Cooking smoke was a bit but not too much. Wouldn't make your shirt or suit smelly once leave the restaurant. Pokebowl with crispy chicken was good taste. Fresh! Noodle was warm for such cold weather.

Allowing the customers to choose toppings allows the chance for your dish to end up tasting less than optimal. I'd prefer if they had the existing choices of dishes, but the additions to these dishes were set to the way the restaurant intends for the dish to taste. Overall the food tastes good. Place gets busy at peak times & tables to dine in becomes a premium. They only accept cash or Dutch bank cards, no credit cards, so be warned. Stop in for a quick tasty, economically priced meal!

I liked the vegetable soup with Chinese noodles, everything is prepared for you right there and you choose the vegetables you want and the meat service is not supplied and they should have another person because you have to wait in line.

The food is not that bad. However the service is quite unfriendly and rude. Ambience is bad - the restaurant is not clean, and needs painting and some basic decoration. Worst of all...they do not take VISA and MasterCard! unbelievable....will not return.

They are right next door to sky bar. Fantastic customer service. Fresh, yummy and halal. Highly recommend if you go there. Super helpful team so don't worry if you feel you might have a language barrier. I would have had photos but I had tucked in pretty quickly 😂

9,80 Euro for the pasta that tasted disgusting. I had to throw it in the trash. There was almost no chicken. The sauce was sour and the noodles were to much boiled . I love Asian cuisine , but it 's the worst I 've ever eaten

Al bijna 10 jaar gegeten hier, en het is zo heerlijk. Ik raad het je aan. Binnen zitten is wel minder klein geworden, maar met deze zomerse weer lekker hoor op het terras.

Gisteren wok besteld om mee te nemen. Hele volle bak met veel garnalen en groenten. Kortom waar voor je geld. Lekker even buiten gezeten op het terras om op het eten te wachten. Uur later was het eten nog lekker warm :)

Un repas à composer soi-même pour moins de 10 euros, il y a plein de combinaisons possibles et on est servis très rapidement. J'y ai passé un très bon moment. Il y a également des choix végétariens avec du tofu.
