What antisocial staff: They just hang up the phone with a tone that's completely unacceptable. The guy was angry because I asked if I could order takeout. He replied: "No, come pick it up yourself, bye!" When you call back to say you're not happy with this, they don't answer. I'm not here, yuck!

It's not busy, but the tables aren't clean; everything's sticky. Furthermore, I order something and they simply forget to make what I ordered. Then they just add mushrooms even though I'd told them not to. Then they forgot to add my extra fried onions. Everything is geared towards minimizing the cost. I definitely won't be back. The staff doesn't really seem to enjoy serving food.

The food was delicious, but that's always from wok to go, which is why I love coming here. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is good; the tables are a bit crowded, but I don't mind :)

We came from another city, after reading the positive reviews...what a disappointment!! Food is mediocre, I'd say just eatable, service is fast but workers are unhappy or angry,they do not smile or even say hi even when bringing your food...the portion is a normal size,but for 13 euro I've had much better meals in Eindhoven centre, with much nicer workers,who know how to treat customers! A real let down, we'll never return again 😭 NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

I am a regular customer and the quality and the price is amazing. Super nice service as well and the interior looks cozy. I always take it to go but while I wait I seat on comfortable chairs. Its also super clean and you can see the kitchen where your food is being made. 5/5 stars from me and I will come back for sure.

I loved the wok I ordered; it was freshly prepared, and you could definitely tell. The bubble tea I ordered with it was also delicious! The staff was friendly, and I received excellent service.

Edit 07.2025: After a long absence, I saw new staff and the food was tasty again, there was no shortage of ingredients and the portions were large, just like when it first opened. The noodles with sause is nice but every order I get less and less indian cheese… I remember how it was after opening. Now it’s not noodles with indian cheese, just a lot of vegetables

Eaten here before, one time great, the other time flop. Still want to give them another chance, I try to call them first, they don't answer a quarter before closing, and then I walk there, you can't order anything anymore because they have turned everything off. In the meantime they are actually still open for 10 minutes. So want to leave at 9 o'clock sharp so that they are home quickly. Because I think open until 9 also means until 9 o'clock the possibility to order. Otherwise you should just close the doors at a quarter to nine instead of opening them wide. A nice experience with the wok to go . The best thing was taste and freshness of food and staff was friendly. Portions sizes were also decent. There is an option to pay at the counter or pay at the machine. The shop is located on back side of KFC and there is plenty of paid parking.

The food is absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the order is almost never correct! For example, you get rice instead of noodles and the extras are often forgotten. If you take the order home, you can't do anything about it. It is correct on the sticker. Too bad!

Wok to Go Eindhoven is really my go-to place when I feel like something tasty and fresh! I always put together my own wok and have never been disappointed. The flavors are great and you can tell that everything is prepared with care. The staff is also always friendly and thinks along with you. A really nice experience, every time!

I'm not usually one to post reviews, but I couldn't resist this time. My wife likes to eat wok, I was never a fan of it before. The food was delicious, I had black pepper with steak and it exceeded my expectations. Friendly and neat staff, hygiene was also great. They'll be seeing me here often!

Spicy sauce is really spicy. Just as it should be. Broccoli still crispy, chicken nice and tender. Friends had other combinations and everyone was satisfied.

The portion size was generous and we were satisfied with that. Unfortunately the taste was disappointing. The teriyaki sauce was very bland and watery, lacking depth or a spicy kick. Both the Udon and the nasi goreng with beef had little flavor, which was disappointing — I think I could prepare this even more flavorfully at home, as a non-Asian cook. I ended up adding some soy sauce myself to flavor it a bit more. The concept is good and the restaurant looks neat, but in terms of taste we expected more.

Wok To Go? Prefer Wok To Skip. Bad experience. Rice was dry and had a strange aftertaste, more like reheated leftovers than freshly fried. Not worth repeating.

Delicious Tornado shrimp with noodles. Well filled plate with fresh vegetables and quite a lot of shrimps. Top. It was very cold in the restaurant, which is a pity. Luckily the shrimp warmed me up.

This place is a mixed bag for me, I love the wok when the older men (40s or 50s) are working, and I stopped going there whenever I see younger guys working there. After many many visits I noticed that 80% of the time that young people are working, they mess up my order, missing drinks, wrong ingredients, missing extras or wrong sizes, I've dealt with all of it. When the older guys are there, I often want to lick the bowl and repeat.

Takeaway restaurant for wok dishes. There are also all kinds of drinks for sale. There are some tables to eat at.

Ordered and waiting time would be between 20 and 40 minutes, I ended up waiting almost 1.5 hours for my food!!!

3:50 am: I've been sitting on the toilet for half an hour now, shitting myself empty from the food I had there last night.

! ! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE TO EAT / PICK UP / DELIVERY! ! Recently picked up 2 x chicken and 2 x beef from wok to go Woensel, both beef eaters spent the rest of the evening on the toilet.. Next day complaint via web form to Woensel location: no response. A week later, complaint via email to 'head office': according to email response 'escalated internally; location will contact you'. Never heard anything about it again. Something can always go wrong with hygiene, but wok to go Woensel clearly has no need for any feedback, let alone an excuse. You can usually wait at least half an hour for your order, so there is plenty of time to watch the activities in the kitchen and it is 'remarkable' to see where the hands of the 'cook' (always neatly wearing the same black glove) all travel during preparing your meal... The franchisee of wok to go Woensel Eindhoven only needs to rake in the money with as few costs as possible. This finding is supported by staff (under)staffing and staff turnover. So I bought bad meals, gave the entrepreneur twice the opportunity to respond, but only silence; read a big middle finger to the customer. If you still want to spend around 14 euros per person, there are better locations in Eindhoven where the owner is willing to take responsibility for his products. So dear potential customer; take all the warnings you read here on Google to heart and avoid this place! P.S. This is the first time I have reviewed an entrepreneur after years of 'Google membership'. This indicates that I am extremely disappointed with the entrepreneur's performance and his (lack of) response to it. Don't expect anything more from 'the head office' than a statement of 'an unpleasant experience that we will escalate internally'.

We went here for dinner. The food was ok, not special. The mocktails in the picture with fresh fruit were actually just expensive lemonade without fresh fruit. And serving something without onions was not possible, because I still picked half an onion from my food. There was a strong burnt smell that worried me. The music is not for everyone and the appropriate Bumra Stemra rights are not granted. (Aka free Spotify). Definitely not worth the money.

Normally always very helpful. Now for the 3rd time it was delivered on time. 5:30 PM. Then my order was wrong so I called. Received a friendly gentleman on the phone who said that everything would be resolved and that a new wok would be brought to me. An hour and a half later, still nothing... I called to ask again, he said it was rush hour so it was very busy. Which I can also understand but it was coming. 7:00 PM Another hour later it still wasn't there. I call again and I am told "yes, madam, we have not heard anything about what you are saying now and your wok was just right". Luckily I kept the receipt so I had proof that it was incorrect. I asked if they could still bring it because I was also at work. That was no longer possible because the delivery person had already gone home???? 8:30 PM. In the end my friend had to pick it up... really poorly organised!

I'll call again, I could come by and he would warm it up 🫣 what do you think? So never order here again.

For me the most important thing is that the food is good. The chicken wings were good. But what are you actually going for? Namely the wok dishes were bizarrely bad. There were two of us and one of us had shrimp sweet chili and the other had chicken sweet chili. It was a stir-fry dish with lots of shrimp and enough chicken. But it was greatly compressed by putting so much sweet chili sauce on it. You no longer tasted chicken, shrimp, rice or noodles. I also stopped eating my wok because the excessive amount of sauce made me feel nauseous. If you want a delicious wok. Then you better go to fuso in the city at Stationsplein 15. That is definitely recommended. Maybe even a bit cheaper. But quality cannot be compared. Namely, much better!

Had dinner here on the recommendation of a colleague. I'm very happy that I got to know this place. Very nice decoration and delicious food! My choice was the Sweet Chilli Beef with a Bubble Tea, and it was delicious. I will definitely come back here again when I am in the area.
