Instead of offering a solution, such as re-delivery or compensation, I was simply told my money would be refunded. It's a shame that so little effort is made to properly inform customers or help them with these kinds of errors. This type of service means I won't be ordering from them again anytime soon.

Yesterday ordered fries and chicken doner sandwiches for three people. Drama last night was shitting and puking.
