Delivered a little later than indicated, but very tasty dishes, meat nice and hot and tender. Fries nice and hot and delicious. Really excellent. Definitely worth repeating.

Just delivered and eaten, the meat on both dishes was wonderfully tender. And most importantly, it was still piping hot. Excellent, the last time was also delicious.

Disappointing experience at Mr Giros – way too expensive for what you get Yesterday I ordered gyros for 2 people at Mr Giros in Zoetermeer. For 55 euros you would expect a reasonable meal. What you get: a barely adequate portion of meat, one small container of sauce and a bag of fries with maybe 15 fries in it. Really minimal. The taste is fine, but the price-quality ratio is ridiculous. For that amount I expected much more. I will not order from here again. Next time I would rather drive a bit myself for better food and decent service

Delivered almost an hour late, had bad experiences with this before. The food was also good and tender, but the onions smelled so bad that my appetite was spoiled

Amazing authentic Greek food! One of the best I have tried in the Netherlands. It is always difficult for me to decide what I want to eat since everything tastes so good. The owners and the personnel are always friendly and cheerful! P.S. Especially the eggplant salad (melitzanosalata) is from heaven! Give it a try!

Fantastic food and highly recommended! Unfortunately, they are often closed unexpectedly, even outside holidays and on random days such as Mondays. This is really disappointing because the food is great and I would like to enjoy their delicious dishes more often.

Ordered from Mr. Giros several times and it is always very tasty! We often order the giros platter for 2 with extra tzatiki. The portions are large, so they are also good for three people.

I ordered pita bread for my child. Super nice lady who talked about how her daughter also eats the pita without sauce. When we get home, the sandwich is completely covered in sauce. I thought I'd call to say that I was disappointed, but I got a shouting gentleman on the line who claimed that there should have been sauce. Then I was told by someone else “ah, it was a miss communication” But I threw 20 euros in the wheelie bin. A plan B was activated for dinner. It's not worth this to me. It's a shame that they handle a justified complaint in such an unsportsmanlike manner. The extra star is for the super nice lady.

Food is good, but it turns out that if you have already paid your tip for the delivery person via the app, the delivery person does not receive that money. That's what Mr Giros himself thinks.

1st order I place with this company. 1 star is too much! I order on their own site. so not via Thuisbezorgd or Uber. I usually do that, as I know they have to pay a lot of commission at the dining platforms. I spend minutes putting together a menu, I want to pay, but that doesn't work. Message 'There is no delivery to this zip code'. euuuhhhh less than 300 meters from the company? I call: She: "Yes, ordering online costs money," says the person on the phone. ME: "euhhh I order via your own site?" Her: "It also costs money!" She: "You can order by phone" ME: "Then take your site down!" I say. I'm quickly done with such a company, despite the reviews I read that the food is good. I wanted to order for 52.- euros. If my money is not appreciated, then not. I'm going out for dinner tomorrow, with a Greek or somewhere else. Bye-bye Note: ordering a lot of money by telephone, which is certainly black money, is not registered anywhere. Think that's more.

Delicious dish picked up here. Very generously sized portion and everything was delicious. I liked the giros the best.

Gyros is very tasty, I would recommend picking it up instead of having it delivered. Then you can be sure that you will be warm and on time :)

Regular customer here, food is always good and portions are big enough. It's just a shame that delivery is only possible above 20 euros (this never used to be the case).

Ordered here for the 3rd or 4th time; always tasty and better than the competition. Just ordered now, and I asked for extra gyros (knowing that I pay a little more), I receive a call asking if I agree with those costs... first company in years that treats their customers so politely, I have decided to only stay here to get gyros. Bottom line, these are real bosses.

Had to wait 2.5 hours for my food. Ordered at 5:10 PM and it arrived at 7:30 PM. Call you. Yes it is busy. Yeah come on...meat wasn't grilled properly. Was cooked more. Fries were great. Unfortunately, this was the last time for me.

They themselves provide an indication of time. When you comment and indicate that you have already ordered regularly and it is always too late and they can give something away at Mister Gyros. You get a big mouth and they shout loudly that you are crazy and ordered too little for 2 people. This was also the last time. Better pay twice as much as someone with a big mouth on the phone. Truly an entrepreneur who does not understand how customer friendliness works.

Good food and delivered quickly, but the delivery person would do well to first give the change back and leave it up to the customer whether he or she wants to give a tip instead of taking 20 euros and then saying thank you or do you want the change back 😂

This place has even better souvlaki than the one you can find in Greece! Very recommended!

If you pick it up yourself, you get delicious Greek food for little money, recommended if you want to eat well but don't feel like cooking and still want to eat at home.

Food was no longer grilled and cooked and I live less than 5 minutes away. from there and it was already cold when I got home and I didn't know that a giros sandwich had fries in it. This was the first and last time that I got something there, the only thing that was at a good temperature was the taziki, which was already cold.

We are normally satisfied although the times can differ greatly from what is said. Today I found a hair in a piece of meat which I pulled out. I called to see if the hair cap was being used. I was called a liar and the men had very short hair, I had to come and see who was working... very unpleasant and dominant and anything but respectful and misogynistic. New portion could have been refused!

The food is good, but it is a pity that if you pick up your food at the time we specified, it is not ready yet and you then have to wait another fifteen minutes! I don't think that's the intention

Here you can have really good Greek food! Meat is of good quality and nice and tender. When you enter here, a very friendly lady will be there to take your order. In addition, hard working men behind the grill! Highly recommended!

Ordered at 5.30 pm via their own site, as that is how they advertise. Was supposed to be delivered at 6:20 PM. Called at 6:45 PM to find out where the food was. It was busy and they couldn't tell me when my food would arrive. This was also my own fault, sir, because I live 3 minutes away and won't pick it up myself. Good point from gentleman in corona time. Follow his advice and will never have anything delivered by them again. There were competitors a little further away where I could perhaps expect timeliness. Food was otherwise ok. Not special, not bad. Too bad the souvlaki dish doesn't come with gyros. The food arrived at 7:20 PM. An hour later than stated

Ordered a delicious ACROPOLIS dish for 2 people tonight. Everything was delicious, but actually too much😊🍽 A delivery time was agreed, I was called well in advance that it could possibly delay slightly, but it was negligible. But well done to me as a customer. The delivery person also delivered everything correctly to the door. This was the 4th time we ordered via their own app, well organized! We will definitely order more often👌👍

Had dinner after 1.5 hours. She called politely to indicate that it would arrive later due to... the crowds. Large container full of food, nice and warm and good fries. Unfortunately, there was a lot of fat and tendons in the gyros, which I found very disappointing and it went into the bin.

Had to wait almost 2 hours for your food. The app states a specific delivery time. When you call fifteen minutes later, you are told that the delivery person will be leaving in 10 minutes, it is very busy. Half an hour later I called again. The delivery person leaves in a minute. Then you just have to come and get it, it will be faster. If you then get angry, the connection is broken. Pity.

All praise for Laki!!! (apologies if I misspelled the name). Placed an order more than a week ago stating my children's allergies. I received a call with the message that we could not place an order because of the ingredients. This created a major (personal) problem for us. Laki unexpectedly solved this wonderfully for us, and I am very grateful to him! I don't have any allergies myself, and I placed an order once before and was very satisfied. And now it turns out that the service is heart-warming! A big 10, or 5 stars!

Ordered a meal from MrGiros again last week. Was refused. For the third time now. I was initially told something was wrong. After asking questions, it became clear to me that they no longer wanted to deliver to me because I had left a bad review. I find this strange. I read my *** review again. I mentioned there that my Bifteki was not cooked, but I also mentioned that they had delivered me a new one. So very good. However, delivery was very slow. As I can read from other reviews, this happens very often. Reviews are a learning experience for the restaurant and for future customers, what they can expect. I don't think it is right that restaurants are now starting to argue that a bad review no longer means delivery. I don't think that's possible. As you have read, I still want to order from this restaurant. The food is good, but the delivery is often delayed, so Mr. Giros would say do something about that, not about the food, because that is good.

Definitely recommended if you like Greek cuisine. Delicious.

Delicious Greek food, delivered on time. We had the Artemis dish twice with gyros, souzouki, suvlaki and chicken fillet. The meat was all very nicely seasoned and the fries and tzatziki were also very good. The portions were really large, two dishes could easily feed three.

If you are hungry you better not order here!!!!! I just waited for my food for 2 hours!!! It's definitely not worth ordering something here. It's okay if it's busy, most people understand that. But you can wait for 2 hours without hearing. They certainly won't bother to call you "our apologies, we're busy, we'll get there as soon as possible". No, I had to call myself and I was told that there was nothing they could do other than an apology. VERY bad way to act!!!!!

Real Greek with a limited menu, who mainly relies on takeaway and delivery. So not a real restaurant. A business with a passion for Greek food. Fresh, homemade and good ingredients. An entrepreneur with a passion for his work. Highly recommended. Getting it yourself works best.

Never again! It was the 1st, but also the last time. Pyta sandwich was very thick, I didn't eat it, it was half cold and the worst thing was that the sauce had fallen, it didn't look good! That's why my pyta bread was soggy!!!! The delivery person apologized, I called immediately and received new sauces 30 minutes later. Hence worth 1 star.

The wind was probably not taken into account when granting the permit. Pipe is too short, does not extend above the houses. So the door and windows have to be closed regularly.

Just ordered and the 3 lamb chops were not included with the Knossos dish, so I called and was told that the lamb chops were in the gyros. When I said that I normally get it on the bone from them, they said that it must have been somewhere else. But I order this more often from mrgiros and so far I have always had the chops with bone. I also double checked with my old orders. So I think it's a shame that I'm being fobbed off that it's my fault. So we don't order here anymore.

Placed an order, called after more than an hour and was told it was a bit busy so it would take another half hour. Called again after 40 minutes. Was told it's the next order out. Hopefully after a 2 hour wait a simple pita sandwich. How hard can it be. Never again Mr. Giros. I will go to a company where I don't have to wait 2 hours. That's not that difficult....

Delicious Greek food. Very tender meat, delivered well heated and the various Greek salads were delicious. I will definitely order here again next time. And also delivered on time to the minute.

Varying quality. We ordered two dishes. The fries from one were tasty, the fries from the other were soggy. The meat was tasty but very salty. Trays of vegetables just came out of the freezer. All in all tasty, but room for improvement.

Good food for that price on normal days. We skipped on Boxing Day (we were forced to take food from home), because then they charge double for all dishes.

Usually the food is very tasty and fast delivery. But what happens to the chicken gyros is anyone's guess. Of the entire container, maybe 1/10th is chicken, the rest is skin and fat? Very distasteful
