I waited an hour and a half, and no one answered. I drove there, and they were closed. Why would Uber Eats take your order? I paid, and the store was closed. I filed a complaint with O Tacos. Never heard back. Paid 20 euros. Purmerend.

If I could i would give them zero stars. Absolutely a waste of time! I placed an order online and didn’t receive anything. I tried to call two different numbers but no one answered. I was onhold for 30 minutes. I had to cancel the order. Rubbish!!!

I ordered from Johnny's last weekend and was very disappointed. First of all, the delivery took an hour and a half. When the order finally arrived, we were told they were out of onion rings, so we received the cash for them in a bag with the order. Then, upon unpacking the order, we discovered that none of the side dishes we paid for had arrived, and that the toppings we had paid extra for had been completely ignored. We called Johnny's to ask if we could still get our side dishes, including replacements for the missing onion rings, which a staff member agreed to. However, when we subsequently delivered the order, the delivery driver insisted on refunding the cash, even though it wouldn't have amounted to the final amount even without the replacement side dishes.

Ugh, ordered an hour before closing, never got anything, and I can't reach them anymore after trying to call for hours. What kind of scam is this? I've ordered before, but we won't be doing that again, sigh.

The new owners and management are excellent. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. The staff is friendly and always helpful. A top-notch restaurant!

NEVER AGAIN! Unfortunately not my first bad experience with Johnny's Burger in Purmerend. Last time I ordered here the food was cold and delivered too late. Today I thought after a while I'll try again but this time it was even worse! Not was the food cold tasteless and delivered too late also it was dirty and the lettuce spoiled from my chicken burger. And I received the wrong drink that I had ordered. I will NEVER order here again!

Never done a review before, but this was terrible. Cheese bacon burger tastes fine but not worth 10 euros. Potato wedges and jalapeño balls were tasty. But that strawberry milkshake terrible, how do you make a strawberry milkshake so disgusting. Really dramatic it tasted melted with large ice crystals and damn sweet. Drama. In addition, the price is also really unbelievable. Good and fast delivery. Delivery person was friendly. But start throwing away that milkshake machine man. Strawberry and milk how hard is it man hahahaha. I had already done this review a year ago but apparently it was not posted. Maybe they are better now but I don't think so hahahah go eat healthy people and skip that fast food crap.

The burgers were deliciously juicy and well seasoned, with fresh toppings. The fries were also crispy and tasty - really enjoyed it!

I made the mistake of ordering the Boss Burger menu at Johnny's Burger, and I won't make that mistake again. The three cheeseburgers in it were a disaster-rubbery, tasteless and extremely processed until they were unrecognizable. The texture was like biting plastic, hard to chew and just plain unpleasant. If you're looking for real taste and quality, look elsewhere. This was a huge disappointment

Two days ago I placed an order from this restaurant, and I am extremely disappointed. The fries arrived completely cold, the chicken was totally tasteless and unsalted. Moreover, the chocolate I paid 15 euros for was never delivered. The telephone number on the Thuisbezorg website does not work, which only makes things worse. These are just scammers selling junk. They changed their name on Thuisbezorg specifically because no one wanted to buy from them anymore.

Disappointing experience Just received my order and it was a real disappointment. It seemed like the frying had been re-fried several times, which made it not taste fresh. Additionally, my cold drink was placed on top of the warm tacos, which isn't really helpful if you expect your food to stay warm. In addition, I had ordered a Red Bull Juneberry, but received an original Red Bull instead, without being called to discuss this. A simple question if I wanted something different would have helped. Unfortunately I will never order from here again.

Normally I never write a bad review, but in the time we had to wait for our order and how everything went, it is certainly worth warning others NOT to order here. After a long day at work, my friend and I decided to order tacos from O'. Ordered at a quarter to 6. It would then be delivered in 40 minutes, which was of course no problem. After 1.5 hours we had not seen and/or heard anyone(?) so we decided to call. On the phone, the gentleman indicated that the delivery person had an accident. They use this excuse more often if you look at the reviews, ridiculous! The gentleman also indicated that the food would be delivered to us within fifteen minutes. Three guesses... After half an hour we still hadn't seen and/or heard anything, so we decided to call again... The gentleman who answered indicated that the order was on its way. When we asked if that was really the case since we were really starting to get hungry and would otherwise (however ridiculous) come pick it up. Then the gentleman suddenly indicated that it was better to come pick it up, while it was already on its way (?!?!). Because of all this, we do not recommend anyone to order here!!!

Very tasty food and respectful staff

The food is always incredibly tasty and it is usually there right on time, only yesterday we had to wait an hour longer than the time I had indicated... that can happen of course, but we called twice and was told twice that the delivery person was with would drive 5 minutes away. In the end, the burgers themselves were incredibly tasty and fresh, but all the side dishes had become cold... Still highly recommended to order here once (when it is a bit quieter perhaps)

My friend had Brussels sprouts in her chicken classic: this is certainly not recommended if you like chicken burgers, I also ordered this for myself and after 1 bite I had enough... Not edible, no taste and nauseating. The potato wedges had also been fried or baked for too long, so they were no longer crispy. Milkshake was fine but you can't go wrong with it. Yesterday was my wife's birthday and we thought we had visitors coming for a nice meal... unfortunately things turned out differently. The burgers were good, but the accompanying fries and onion rings were as good as cold. In addition, when distributing the food, 2 items were missing. We immediately called and were told that the delivery person had forgotten to give us a bag, which would be delivered later. It is now 10 o'clock the next morning and the delivery person has still not come to the door. Last time there was something available every time, so this was certainly the last time we ordered here. My favorite burger in Netherlands! Halal, bigger in size and different variations. Most of the time, I order from home. Their shop is small but good for having a bite there if you want. I also liked their onion rings.

My fries and taco were cold, I had to reheat them in the air fryer so I could eat later.
