Yesterday I had to make do with something that looked like a melted sundae. I did get it with a smile, though.

Just at the right temperature and no mess with sauces.

That woman dropped my drink and had to clean it up herself… REALLY BAD HERE!

I was wondering if we were out of ice cream? This is less than half full. €7.20

I got the special McFlurry, which turned out to be just a cup of soft serve ice cream with caramel popcorn when I got home; they just forgot the sauce 😔

Bad service, often given the wrong amount at the drive-in. Is very slow in the morning when you come to order breakfast.

A young customer dropped his drink upon leaving and seemed to want to run off without saying or doing anything. He was politely approached by an employee. Unfortunately, the customer chose to leave without cleaning up his mess and/or offering an apology and/or even mentioning that the hallway was completely wet. The employee cleaned it up with their head held high. I have respect for that. Yes, it is your job, but sometimes you get such simpletons in your establishment. That is sometimes harder to work with than a wet floor! Our order was delivered warm and complete, with eye contact and a smile. The parking lot was clean. Thank you and see you next time.

The food was tasty, though. But the ordering screen was very difficult to use; clicking wasn't easy and the QR code scanner didn't work, so I had to manually enter the code from the app. Also, I received a milkshake very late, even after I had walked to the counter to ask where the milkshake was. The employee wasn't very friendly and said, somewhat irritated, that it was because the milkshake machine was empty.

Excellent McDonald's, top-notch service, impeccable cleanliness, better than in France, what a shame! Thanks to the kind gentleman; I didn't dare ask his name, but he was very friendly and smiling. I'll be back! 😄

I ordered a plain burger, then I got a burger with everything on it.

The trend of only half-filling the fry trays continues here, even after complaining 10 times!! It is ridiculous beyond words that you can pour the fries from a large menu into the small bag of a Happy Meal!! A good way to make money. When you walk up to the counter, they don't even look and just hand you a new one, so it is apparently a well-known “trick”. The food is often cold, and when you call, you only get a lame excuse! People, a golden tip: check the bag of food while you are still standing at the drive-thru window, because then you can return it immediately! I have raised this issue so many times by now, but unfortunately, every single time, it’s half-empty trays of fries!

It took quite a long time to get a bottle of water and a milkshake.

Terrible service, employees are not friendly, the food is terrible and you are lied to. I ordered a large portion of fries and I got medium, I ordered 9 chicken nuggets and only got 6. I would actually like my money back.

The Polish employee was very nice. Unfortunately, the food was poor, with two uncooked nuggets. I've included a photo below as proof.

A lick-me-version manager. Wrong menu twice, sent back twice, milkshake undrinkable because of it. Big mouth and then wondering why people get angry; this is really a very bad situation.

First time I went to this McDonald's and the person who prepared my single Big Tasty menu is a legend! The food was top-notch! Juicy burger, cheese well melted, and fries nice and crispy.

Overall, a fine McDonald’s to get your food. I have actually never had any problems here. However, the customer service could be a bit better. On June 15 at 23:52, I placed an order via the McDrive. When it was time to pay, I still had two coupons I wanted to use. The employee reacted to this with visible frustration, using a lot of hand gestures and sighs. He then said that we should indicate this at the ordering station next time, even though this was not asked about during the ordering process. Too bad, because otherwise, experiences here are usually positive.

So and so Mac Donalds. Low on lights making it a bit weird when you get in. Not please. Food was good

Tasty and freshly prepared and friendly service

They always forget part of your order. And when you call back, they can't do anything either because it goes through Thuisbezorgd—no, it goes through Uber—and so the excuses go on. Even when I drive past the drive-thru, sauces and other essential goodies get forgotten, even though I paid for them!? What a hassle.

Nothing fun about it. You do it for your (grand)children. For the first time, the food wasn't lukewarm, but at the right temperature.

Had a delicious meal! Self-service!

Industrial area stupid location

This McDonald's is easy to drive to. The food and drinks are definitely well-known😋. I find the restaurant a cozy place👍🏾.

For a quick bite. Kentucky coffee is also available.

I have never missed so much on my McDonald's order! (Which were, of course, on the receipt. Perhaps because it was busy, but surely a McDonald's should be able to handle that. The burger was unfortunately cold. The coffee, ordered later, also took a very long time. All in all, it was very disappointing. The staff were helpful, though (that's why 3 stars).

I ordered a sundae and, as you can see in the photo, there was hardly any sauce. I politely reported this to the staff member and asked if they could add some more sauce. He refused to do so because he didn't have time.

I'm don't particularly like McDonald's. It's emergency 'food' or for the children. This location however deserves 5 stars. The Manager is absolutely delightful. I've NEVER EVER seen a McDonald's SO clean INSIDE AND OUTSIDE! It was spotless every time we went there. Nothing broken, missing, smelly, unpleasant. The staff should be commended. They're obviously working very hard.

In short, severely disappointing. Nowadays I pay €4.50 for a cup of ice cream that isn't even half full, fewer toppings, and minimal sauce. When you complain about it, the floor manager says, "This is already more than normal." Next time, I'll just drive on to another McDonald's. Perhaps it would also be a good idea for the management there to hire capable staff.

Tables could be cleaned more often, and sometimes it seems like the staff just don't want to be there. And if you ask the staff for something, you get practically a side eye... very disappointing.

Like other McDonald's branches, only half of the tables, sofas, and chairs were not clean, and the floor didn't look fresh either.

Cappuccino with pastry. It is then served without a fork and sugar. Apparently, according to the wait staff, you have to indicate that when ordering.....

I ordered 1 x 9 nuggets and 1 x 6 nuggets. This comes with 3 free sauces. The gentleman at window 1 is trying to rip everyone off by ringing up the items separately. Pathetic little man; I understand there is a crisis. But this is a very sad way of doing business, just to rake in some extra cash. After I confronted him about it, his reaction was: "Yeah, you're entitled to your opinion." Perhaps you should let go of this municipal subsidy staff. And hire normal people. 1 star is already too much; unfortunately, you can't give 0 stars for this worthless shop.

Due to an allergy, you get the burger without tomato without sauce; they can't speak Dutch anymore at the McDrive these days.

I went to the Drive-Thru at McDonald’s Purmerend today at 12:00. It was extremely quiet and there was no one in line in front of us. Yet, we were given cold food. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. It is a disappointment every single time. All we ask for is simply hot food when we order. That doesn't seem like an unreasonable expectation at a fast-food restaurant to me. Hopefully, this will be looked into seriously, because this is how you lose customers.

This is the worst McDonald's. The coffee is always cold, and the food is ALWAYS missing something or the order is wrong. The manager is nowhere to be found; the teenagers here can't handle it. If you order coffee, you have to wait 15 minutes.

Whenever I go through the drive-thru, they often forget the condiments, and they cost 85 cents each! It's just that it's McDonald's; otherwise, I would never have eaten there again with those lazy people behind the counter and in the kitchen.

There's always something going on at this McDonald's. Sometimes the order is wrong, sometimes the ice cream machine isn't working, sometimes they don't dare do anything to troublemakers, and today (when you just want to grab a burger after a long night shift)... sorry sir, we don't have any fries, burgers, etc. Just that awful breakfast. You're a burger joint, and they can't serve burgers. It's about time a chain comes along that competes with this place in terms of opening hours. Things are getting worse and worse there.

I like to come here with my son and his friends, I can quietly find a place to sit, the food is good, the toilet is clean

In the morning I went for a cup of coffee with my daughter and some breakfast. It was very quiet, but we had to wait so long before we got anything. This made no sense at all, having to wait almost half an hour. Things often go wrong here. From now on, if we go via the drive-in, we will check whether everything is in there.

Oh... uninterested at the window. Not a smile and not a word. The food was fine.

Just got some McFluffies for 3.60 each with 45 cents plastic tax on paper containers and I think the ice cream is gone because there was almost nothing in it, unfortunately (less than half).

We were lucky that everything was fine and it wasn't busy. Food was excellent. Coffee was good. Toilet - not clean!

As usual....easily accessible from main road. Has its own free parking.

If you order your menu, you won't get fries. But that little midget who walks around there like a gnome is great.

There is nothing to complain about as far as the food is concerned. A negative point is the following: missing items at McDrive pick-up! You will often find other customers here who react angrily and leave as soon as they see that their order is incomplete. This really needs to be paid more attention to!

The order was unfortunately incomplete, but after a while at the counter, we finally received the missing parts of the incomplete Happy Meal. This did mean everything had gotten cold.

Come on, guys! The coke had no ice! Just lukewarm! The milkshake cup was half full! Twice the medium fries, even though I paid for a large. The burger had the wrong cheese! How many mistakes can you make with one order? Check before you leave!

What a filthy, disgusting pigsty this is. The trash is all over the tables. Everything is sticky and stinks. We, as customers, have to ask for wipes to clean a table and bench. The photos are only of one corner.

The staff is great, but the guests are a bunch of sleazeballs. They make a mess and don't clean up after themselves. They wear hoods and helmets. They're utterly disgusting, yelling at the staff. They drive fast in the parking lot and double-park.

We ordered two drinks, then received two McFlurries. We pointed out that this wasn't correct. The woman who helped us said "oh," and that was it. She closed the window and left. We waited there, hoping she might bring us more drinks. A little later, she returned, irritated, and told us to move on to the third window. At this point, she still hadn't apologized or clarified the situation. After waiting quite a while longer, we finally received our drinks, or rather, only one. My partner pointed out that we'd ordered two drinks (we were being helped by another woman, who was very polite). She immediately started making a new one. Meanwhile, the woman who helped us initially gave us a nasty look and told us to drive away. My partner asked about our drinks, and she responded with an irritated tone, telling us to park at the blue sign. Later, the woman who was polite brought our second drink, and she was the only one who apologized for the inconvenience. What's going wrong here? A piece of trash on the side of the road gets treated even better than we were. We'll definitely never be back.

Ordered two double cheeseburgers, and they delivered one double and one single. I returned. I had to wait extra long to get the right one. It was great, one person had already finished their food, the other had to wait, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. Reading while ordering is probably very difficult.

Very mean Ukrainian girl, I had a MacFlurry that was almost empty, I asked if there was something else I could add and she angrily replied with "go to my manager" then every time she looked disgusted and laughed out loud.

Well, no more or less than a Mac.

We did not get what we ordered after addressing the employee the unordered drink was put aside and the correct drinks were brought, at least that's what we thought, what's so difficult about 1x large coke, 1x small orange juice and 1x medium strawberry milkshake? Because it was wrong again, after addressing the employee who brought it the second time the order was finally complete.. then you listen to what's happening around you and then you see that other people's orders are also incorrect.. I think a number of employees need to go to Hans Anders. Reading is not difficult I think and when you see their receipt I don't understand why it should go wrong.. sorry Mcdonald's Purmerend, this was a one-off, you won't see me here again.

I will never order via uber eats again. Ordered McDonald's. It would take 20 minutes. Then 1.5 hours later, finally the food. The food is cold, the milkshake melted and things are missing from the order. The fries were also not cooked properly. Then I only get 12 euros back, on an amount of more than 40 euros. Contacted uber eats. Chat keeps getting disconnected or I get automatic emails back that I have to continue the contact via the chat. While I can't write anything in here anymore. Also contacted McDonald's by phone. Not treated friendly at all. It wasn't their fault at all, but that of uber. Filed a complaint with McDonald's. Eventually they called and it was very customer-friendly and neatly resolved by them!! 👍🏼

Busy and messy which is what you would expect

After my last visit, Mc Donalds P’end has improved in terms of service; clean tables, etc. The food was good, fries crispy, cheese burger well cooked. Greek burger was less but cheese bitterballen really tasty.
