McDonald's in Wijk 04 Gors

Just got some McFluffies for 3.60 each with 45 cents plastic tax on paper containers and I think the ice cream is gone because there was almost nothing in it, unfortunately (less than half).

We were lucky that everything was fine and it wasn't busy. Food was excellent. Coffee was good. Toilet - not clean!

As usual....easily accessible from main road. Has its own free parking.

If you order your menu, you won't get fries. But that little midget who walks around there like a gnome is great.

There is nothing to complain about as far as the food is concerned. A negative point is the following: missing items at McDrive pick-up! You will often find other customers here who react angrily and leave as soon as they see that their order is incomplete. This really needs to be paid more attention to!

The food was delicious, the place was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. It deserves 5 stars.

The order was unfortunately incomplete, but after a while at the counter, we finally received the missing parts of the incomplete Happy Meal. This did mean everything had gotten cold.

It's and will always be a fast food joint. Many love it, others don't. Something for everyone.

The burgers have improved a lot in quality lately. Easy parking, spacious place, and okay service.

It's sad how often orders go wrong here. Simply following a receipt is a serious challenge for these people.

Come on, guys! The coke had no ice! Just lukewarm! The milkshake cup was half full! Twice the medium fries, even though I paid for a large. The burger had the wrong cheese! How many mistakes can you make with one order? Check before you leave!

What a filthy, disgusting pigsty this is. The trash is all over the tables. Everything is sticky and stinks. We, as customers, have to ask for wipes to clean a table and bench. The photos are only of one corner.

Great restaurant. Very busy sometimes great team.

The staff is great, but the guests are a bunch of sleazeballs. They make a mess and don't clean up after themselves. They wear hoods and helmets. They're utterly disgusting, yelling at the staff. They drive fast in the parking lot and double-park.

Sometimes they forget something but they remember it well

The food is delicious and there's nothing else to say about it. The service is okay because they're very friendly, but they often forget things you've ordered, so you have to wait even longer for your food. The atmosphere isn't great. The food is also very expensive.

We ordered two drinks, then received two McFlurries. We pointed out that this wasn't correct. The woman who helped us said "oh," and that was it. She closed the window and left. We waited there, hoping she might bring us more drinks. A little later, she returned, irritated, and told us to move on to the third window. At this point, she still hadn't apologized or clarified the situation. After waiting quite a while longer, we finally received our drinks, or rather, only one. My partner pointed out that we'd ordered two drinks (we were being helped by another woman, who was very polite). She immediately started making a new one. Meanwhile, the woman who helped us initially gave us a nasty look and told us to drive away. My partner asked about our drinks, and she responded with an irritated tone, telling us to park at the blue sign. Later, the woman who was polite brought our second drink, and she was the only one who apologized for the inconvenience. What's going wrong here? A piece of trash on the side of the road gets treated even better than we were. We'll definitely never be back.

Ordered two double cheeseburgers, and they delivered one double and one single. I returned. I had to wait extra long to get the right one. It was great, one person had already finished their food, the other had to wait, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. Reading while ordering is probably very difficult.

Very mean Ukrainian girl, I had a MacFlurry that was almost empty, I asked if there was something else I could add and she angrily replied with "go to my manager" then every time she looked disgusted and laughed out loud.

Well, no more or less than a Mac.

We did not get what we ordered after addressing the employee the unordered drink was put aside and the correct drinks were brought, at least that's what we thought, what's so difficult about 1x large coke, 1x small orange juice and 1x medium strawberry milkshake? Because it was wrong again, after addressing the employee who brought it the second time the order was finally complete.. then you listen to what's happening around you and then you see that other people's orders are also incorrect.. I think a number of employees need to go to Hans Anders. Reading is not difficult I think and when you see their receipt I don't understand why it should go wrong.. sorry Mcdonald's Purmerend, this was a one-off, you won't see me here again.

I will never order via uber eats again. Ordered McDonald's. It would take 20 minutes. Then 1.5 hours later, finally the food. The food is cold, the milkshake melted and things are missing from the order. The fries were also not cooked properly. Then I only get 12 euros back, on an amount of more than 40 euros. Contacted uber eats. Chat keeps getting disconnected or I get automatic emails back that I have to continue the contact via the chat. While I can't write anything in here anymore. Also contacted McDonald's by phone. Not treated friendly at all. It wasn't their fault at all, but that of uber. Filed a complaint with McDonald's. Eventually they called and it was very customer-friendly and neatly resolved by them!! 👍🏼

Busy and messy which is what you would expect

After my last visit, Mc Donalds P’end has improved in terms of service; clean tables, etc. The food was good, fries crispy, cheese burger well cooked. Greek burger was less but cheese bitterballen really tasty.

Hamburgers and fries were cold, the milkshakes and ice creams were at room temperature. The only thing that had the right temperature was the happy meal toy. Food could go straight into the bin. Poor service "Unfortunately bad luck: food and money gone"

Nice modern and very clean McDonalds. Service, toilets... everything is TOP. Of particular note: An employee who keeps an eye on the entire restaurant area, brings food to the table, keeps everything on the tables clean, and spreads a good mood in this store with his friendliness, which I have never experienced anywhere else at McDonald's. Not that there aren't many other great fast food restaurants in this chain, but everything here is just right and this one employee simply makes the difference between great and great.

Sad intention. I received my order in full on King's Day in Amsterdam. Today I went again for the first time in a long time, I got: big tasty with bacon, without bacon; chicken nuggets menu with a big mac instead of chicken nuggets; normal fries instead of twister fries, orange juice instead of apple juice. It can't be that you have to check your order here as a receipt for €400 at Lidl. Outrageously bad. Unfortunately, this restaurant is here to stay.

It is becoming less and less at McDonald and especially in Purmerend. Cold fries, a half-filled milkshake and a big mouthful are what you can still order here.

Your employer/branch manager must ensure that you have change in the cash register. If I have to pay for something that ends in 35 cents and I pay with 40 cents, I should get 5 cents change back, but on the other hand I was told by the cashier that she had no 5 cents coins in the cash register and therefore could not give me the correct change back. If it had been the other way around and I had been 5 cents short, I would not have received my order.

Today at McDonald's I ordered two portions of fries, two apple juices and a portion of 9 chicken nuggets for the kids. To my surprise I counted 10! Distribution suddenly became a lot easier. Maybe a mistake, but if this was an extra bit of service, it would certainly be appreciated!

This is the 3rd time half forgotten, giving drinks with the lid loose, someone behind the food counter coughing up everything, a Big Mac drowning in sauce. How difficult can it be to follow an instruction list that literally tells you what to do.

This is the place to go, where sour servers slaps down the tray in front of you. A tray containing an incomplete order, a cold portion of fries and a lukewarm quarter pounder. The salad was fresh but the dressing was so cold that the oil in it had solidified and turned white. When you address the missing item from the order it takes the server a little eternity to scrutinize the receipt before rectifying the order. No napkins provided at any time. Seriously, perhaps I was unlucky, but this experience on the eve of 19/2/2025, was so unnecessarily poor that it is hard to blame only the server I encountered. In retrospect the experience at least has entertainment value.

Incompetent and disinterested staff. It looks amateurish. Seems like the staff is not properly instructed and trained. Many staff also speak very poor Dutch.

Surprisingly, the nicest McDonald's I've ever visited! Staff is sweet and generous. Especially Jordy who treated us super friendly.

The service is getting worse overtime, they miss orders, and delay it for 30 min plus, even when there are the least amount of customers. Also you cannot get a straw now for drinks, so what about kids who cannot drink well yet, this regulation is super wrong, now my kids are not willing to go anymore, and we go to KFC instead

Everything takes too long. Your food has already seriously cooled down waiting for what they couldn't deliver immediately. The frappecino contains clumps that must first melt before they come through the straw. All in all, not a best experience, but one that confirms the declining quality and that at an increasingly higher price, but as long as everyone keeps coming, this will not change 😔

Arrived at this McDonald's around 10 am. When paying at the self checkout, no number plates, no cash register roll. Went to the coffee corner, well it hadn't been cleaned in many days. I asked for a sweet, they didn't have it. Unfortunately not a good experience at this location

The grounds around the MC have become beautiful after the renovation. It is now easier for you to grab a snack.

Today December 25th there was a man working in the service that was so polite!!! What an older man! And it cleaned incredibly well. What a great tent this is. That man is great!!

If you only look at the taste, then you must say McDonald's is just average in taste, except their fries are out of the world. I ordered one lemonade, which contained 75% ice, i don't know what i had paid for. The ice or the lemonade. But their service makes them what they are. This specific location has a very nice staff. No matter how busy they are, they treat you like human. All respect for management.

Mc Drive done, everything hot, well stocked. Employees friendly. Maestro Cheeseburger was really tasty. Nuggets, fine as always. All in all great!
