Johnsons, Specialty coffee bar and Good food in Binnenstad

Yesterday my daughter and I had a homemade, vegan, glutenfree and sugarfree piece of blueberry cake at Johnsons during our daytrip in Vlissingen. It was delicious! This place has friendly service and nice lounge music playing, so I can recommend it to everybody especially those who are looking for vegan and glutenfree options. Good food and good vibes at Johnsons!

I was on holiday in Zeeland and I went to Vlissingen to visit, I stop at this little cafe for a quick lunch and I was happy that there are many vegetarian and vegan options! The bagel was very tasty! And the people are very friendly. Until next time! 😊

A small family party celebrated with a vegetarian/vegan brunch. This was excellently provided by Rich & Saskia, with fantastic snacks, creamy smoothies, coffee, tea and sweet desserts. Brought to the table by friendly service. 5 ***** should actually be 6 ******. Gr. Lok.

If you want to drink good coffee / espresso in Vlissingen, you have to go here, as the best is prepared there, at least according to our taste. Beautifully located on a small square in the pedestrian zone, it invites you to linger. The Popeye smoothie is also highly recommended. Super friendly owners! All the best and keep it up!

Well-marked menu (vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free) We ordered the delicious falafel bowl. There are also vegan milk alternatives for the coffee!

The coffee and the ambience is good. I asked for water with my 2 lungos and they charged me 2 euros for 2 small glasses of water. I was not told beforehand about this, and it was also not written on the menu. Quite ridiculous to charge 1 euro for a glass of water.

Great experience this afternoon. Healthy meals for good prices. Generous portions. Very friendly owners. Delicious coffee. Dogs are welcomed with a warm heart. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come again!

Enjoyed our coffee and homemade cake there. Very friendly staff and owner. Lovingly and interestingly furnished. Inside and outside. The coffee was really very good. Not off the shelf and actually had good flavor without being too strong. To the point. The homemade cake tasted homemade and was worth every penny. By the way, it's also a nice corner to sit in in general. You can see people strolling and having a good time!

Best hot chocolate I can remember, nice atmosphere, service friendly but not intrusive. We had board games at the table to pass the time in the rainy weather.

My son and I got stranded here for lunch. Was a good choice. Both ordered a bagel. He the kids bagel with vegan chocolate spread and super delicious varied fruit. I like the red bagel with avocado, sun-dried tomato, cucumber and more. Super tasty and fresh. We wanted to go back tomorrow (Sunday) but unfortunately they are closed.

Food on the neighboring table looked very tasty. Unfortunately we didn't get around to ordering anything and had to wait a long time for our coke. We didn't feel very welcome. Paying was also difficult as the waitress never came to our table even though it was very busy.

We stumbled across this cafe and won the lottery, literally. Banging coffee house blend with the vegan wrap being out of this world. To top it all off, the icing on the cake were it's owners and staff, connected with Richard who made us feel so welcome 🙏 Thank you to the whole team for giving us a memorable experience never to be forgotten. We had to wait about ca. 30 minutes for two wraps, even though there was hardly any other customer. When I took a closer look at my mint tea, which I had already drunk from, I saw a large caterpillar !! When we complained if they were not washing the things and looking closely, they said they take it out of a bag... We have lost our hunger and trust in the rest of the food too!

Nice nice little one. Dear friendly owners. The salmon bowl was delicious and my daughter loves the cheesecake! The carrot cake is also tasty, both not too sweet and not heavy.

Sit down with 2 people for a healthy lunch. A wrap with chicken and mango and a bagel with salmon and herb cheese. Seriously exceeded expectations! Super fresh and delicious food. The service was also very friendly and attentive. Recommended for everyone!

We had a delicious lunch here with natural ingredients: a bowl with falafel and a bagel. Not too salty, sweet or greasy. The latte macchiato with almond milk was also very tasty. Nice that this business collaborates with a local entrepreneur, resulting in delicious cheesecake. The range of sweet snacks could be expanded slightly, with cookies, for example. And homemade lemonades would also suit the type of guests who like to come here (now the iced tea came from a can).

Great coffees and a very friendly owner! We had a coffee here two days ago during a day trip to Vlissingen. The coffees are really good and made a nice chat with the owner. Very unfortunate that he started this place just before the covid pandemic. I hope he will make it!

This afternoon we had a great time at Johnsons during our holiday in Vlissingen. Fresh mint tea with ginger and lemon, a bowl with quinoa, mango, dried tomato, concumber, peas and chicken. Maybe we will go there again tomorrow, because we still want to eat the bowl with falafel and edamame.
