Jongerius Bakker in Oosterheem

I entered and saw that three employees were standing behind the counter. None of them greeted me or offered assistance. After waiting for some time without being spoken to, I decided to leave. I find it remarkable and disappointing that a customer is completely ignored and not helped in this manner.

Bread and other food items are simply grabbed with bare hands and put into a bag. Subsequently, the money transaction is also processed with the same hands.... Who's next?? Enjoy your meal! By the way, you do pay top dollar for that service.

Nice bakery with friendly staff

For New Year's Eve, in addition to the delicious monk's doughnuts, I also bought apple fritters because they've always been delicious. Unfortunately, the fritters are very sparsely filled this year, making them a rather large doughy mess. They're €2.50 each, which is too expensive for the current quality. Too bad, Jongerius. I hope they'll adjust to the quality they used to be.

Very unpleasant service by a very unfriendly young man. A waste of all the delicious food.

Today I popped in specifically to get egg cakes and chipolata pie, even though I don't live nearby. Unfortunately, I left with a bad taste in my mouth—not because of the pastries, but because of the way I was treated. I politely asked if the (quite large) chipolata could be cut in half so my companions and I could share them. But we received a very curt "no." We then asked if we could have an extra box so we could share the pie ourselves. Another blunt "no," without explanation. When we asked why that wasn't possible, we were told: "Those are our principles." When asked, "Not even for a fee?", a blunt "no" was given for the third time. When I indicated that I didn't find this customer-friendly, there was silence. I eventually paid, despite being tempted to walk away—the pastries are delicious—but this was the last time for me. It's a shame that a beautiful business makes so little effort to be friendly and helpful. Customer service costs nothing.

I picked up a box full of filled cookies as a thank-you gift to a supplier. Delicious!

A nice bakery in the neighborhood. Sometimes it is too crowded and you need to wait longer than expected but still is worth it.

The bread and oliebollen are tasty...but very unfriendly. I certainly wouldn't put up with such an unpleasant visit. So, I'll be back next year to enjoy everything at PicNic! :)

A great bakery with a nice selection. Monk's buns are highly recommended in winter. The lemon cheesecake is also delicious.

Tastiest bread of all, friendly staff.

Het brood van deze bakker is erg lekker, maar als je niet van alle soorten brood houd zal je het moeten bestellen of er vroeg bij zijn, anders is er niks. Wat mij vooral tegenstaat is dat je bij winkelcentrum Oosterheem voor zo'n beetje elke winkelsoort meerdere keuzes hebt, maar niet voor de bakker. Het brood wat ik koop is niet bij de Turkse bakker verkrijgbaar, dus ben ik aangewezen op Jongerius. En dat vind ik jammer. Ik ben zelf 6 jaar bedrijfsleider geweest van een speciaalzaak, en je klanten op nummer 1 zetten is voor mij de kern van een speciaalzaak. Of de andere klanten vinden dat niet boeiend, of ze hebben geen zin om naar een andere winkel te gaan, maar ik wil graag wel "gewoon" met respect behandeld worden. En als er iets respectloos is, zeker in een winkel, dan is het wel uitgebreid met je collega blijven praten terwijl er klanten binnen komen.

Hele fijne bakkerij, aardige medewerkers en vaste bestelling ligt altijd al ruim van te voren klaar

Heerlijke bakker. Zowel voor brood als gebak en chocolade.

Fijne bakker, wij halen hier ons heerlijke monniken brood met pompoenpitten.

Best een dure bakker maar heeft wel lekkere dingen.

Prima (banket)bakker. Zeer goede kwaliteit en variatie.

De betere bakker van Zoetermeer

Haal hier altijd regenboog gebak enige minpunt ik merk dat personeel soms chagrijnige is maar goed ik kom terug omdat jullie regenboog gebak heerlijk is!

Lekkere broden en gebak. Veel eigen recepten die zeer lekker zijn. Jammer dat het voorraad brood vrij snel opgaat zodat je weleens mis grijpt. Maar je kan ook van te voren bestellen. Al met al een geslaagde bakker en een begrip in Zoetermeer.

Heerlijk brood en andere lekkere dingen. Topbakker. Erg blij mee!
