Ordered three portions of spare ribs, surprised by the amount of salad and fries and deliciously tender ribs, fast delivery too!

Simply good, delivered hot in Tegelen, good quantity and delicious taste

The spare ribs were delicious. The XXL is truly XXL. The only downside is the location; it doesn't look clean or hygienic.

You can order something and then call an hour later to ask what time the food will arrive and then say, "I don't have delivery drivers, so I cancel the order..." What a service!

They sent me random things I didn't ask for, and the food I ordered had tin foil inside & was not properly cooked. Plus it took over 1 hour and a half and the food arrived almost cold.

A cozy restaurant with super-friendly service. The ribs were wonderfully tender and perfectly seasoned. Definitely recommended; I'd love to come back!

The food is great, I'm a big fan of spareribs but can't give positive opinion for how they treat customers. They all the time close restaurant when it should be opened. You should change hours on your site and thuisbezorgd because this is so frustrating when you preparing your order and suddenly restaurant is closed while it should be 2h more.

After being closed for a long time, they are open again for orders. Quality is still good, although prices are slowly becoming too high for what is offered. 7 euros for a shawarma sandwich and 12 euros for a dish are high prices. By the way, it is not recommended to have orders delivered, there are long waiting times and the order is not always correct.

How disgustingly bad this (grill room) has become. No delivery ok Pick up yourself is also ok. Ready in 10 minutes. But then you come home with your XXL spare rib dish and the meat is almost cold inside. Get in the microwave. You open the bowl of salad, it smells sour and you haven't dared to taste it yet. This company only gets 1 out of 5 points from me because the fries were warm.

I think they were renovating. So things may get better after this.

If you go for the food, the best place in Venlo. Don't expect high-end decor, you sit down, order your food and leave. Everything on the menu is worth it, and the portions are large. Sauce always plentiful and the food always the same (good quality) Parking in front of the door is not possible, and it is always difficult to find a spot during the weekend at normal times. Prices are okay, especially considering the large portions. When ordering, there is often a long waiting time (1 hour), which can certainly be improved with motivated delivery staff.

It looks unkempt and is not cleaned properly (thick dust on the cash register). The toilets are not maintained. Fries were tasty, gypsy sauce not like the real gypsy sauce, home made with lots of onion.

WARNING! DO NOT ORDER (DELIVERY).. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR FOOD.. it's been more than 2 hours and still nothing! Worst part is i already paid.....

Delicious food, good portions and friendly employee

Sometimes you have to wait a long time but it is worth it. You get a lot for little money...especially if you go the first of the month. All dishes at 50% unless the first one falls on a weekend or public holiday. Only applies if you pick it up yourself.

Ordered at 5.45 pm 1 large hot shawarma 1 large exotic shawarma With extra feta We were already eating at 6:15 PM. What a huge difference from a few years ago. The food is perfect and beautifully finished. The fries nice and warm. But that salad... My god it was so delicious....it was back then too.... But I have to say, sorry Francis, but you can still learn something from this. Then your dull salad.....that ends up in the trash every time But this salad all the way down to the last bit.... I think I'll switch to Joseph again...you can't beat the price. In a word MAGNEFIC....

Best spare ribs roasted on coals

Very, very bad. It took over an hour and fifteen minutes for it to be delivered. And when it was finally delivered, they added the coke to the salad, which had started to leak over the can because it wasn't packaged properly... yummy. And in addition, they had forgotten to supply cutlery. When I then called the delivery person and indicated this, I was promised to come by within a few minutes. But after fifteen minutes there was no delivery person and then there was no answer, after which I called the owner of the business who came up with the stupid argument that he had no cutlery because "he was a restaurant", after which I told him that he also offered delivery services, so why not arrange some plastic cutlery such as a fork?! but I was waiting in the cold thanks to those cookie bakers, on a food court, with my food 250 meters away, while my food was getting cold! I ordered for over 20 euros, this was the first but also the last time. Not even worth that one star!! ps. I hope you were ''happy'' with the ''surprise'' I left for you for the business, for such a sewing area :) .

After almost 2 hours our food finally arrived, we ordered 2 spare ribs dishes, one hot and one sweet, well it was both the same, there wasn't even any sauce on it or anything, the fries were also inedible, and had a bowl of satay sauce on the side. ordered, they also dare to charge 3 euros and it was just water and had no taste, I will never order ball tent from here again

Top quality food for a good price. Parking is free and almost on the doorstep. Enough space to sit. Delivery leaves a lot to be desired in terms of time and order is not always correct, never had any problems with collection. Friendly staff and lots of choice on the menu. Best spareribs in Venlo.

Order paid via iDEAL, still nothing received after 1 hour, so I called the company and then you are told that you have to figure it out yourself because they don't have time, so they were ripped off for €20 and had nothing to eat, so never order anything from this company again. case

For me one of the best in Venlo and the surrounding area. Delivery can take 60 minutes but then you get value for money.

Extremely customer unfriendly!!! I ordered food by telephone last Thursday, March 23, '17. This for my 6 year old son because I had the flu myself and was unable to cook. The food would be delivered in 30/max 45 minutes (asked if it wasn't taking too long due to my bedtime of 7 p.m.), more than an hour later I was called back to verify whether the address provided was correct and to inform them that the food was on its way. .. (no excuses that it took so long) but 25 minutes after that phone call there was still no food (more than an hour and a half after the telephone order) I called to say that I no longer needed the food because my son had to go to bed and it was much too it was late, I can't eat the food I ordered because I'm sick. Well I was called a liar over the phone because according to him the food was still within the maximum delivery time of 45 minutes (90 minutes = NOT 45 minutes) and I had to pay for it (screaming owner on the line)!! Sorry, but if you order at 5.20 pm, you are told a maximum of 45 minutes, then the call is made at 6.30 pm, it is now on its way and you live a maximum of 5 minutes away from the restaurant, I think it is very normal that I no longer need that food. at 7 p.m., and I am completely within my right to cancel it! I find it NOT ACCEPTABLE that you are then shouted at as a liar, barked at and downright disrespectfully snubbed. You hang up because you cannot communicate properly with that ill-mannered owner, then you are called back and shouted at again... and he keeps shouting to pay half!!! These people do NOT make a cent from me whether they can cook or not!!!

Waited 1 hour and 50 minutes after 45 minutes was indicated. Chicken fillet from the grill was fine, but the rest was far from it. Paid €36 for spare ribs without meat and mixed meat that was tough and half warm, with little taste.. Way too expensive and not enough quality.
