Incompetent staff; they don't keep track of who's order. We ordered one simple pizza, but it was given to someone else. When we pointed out that we hadn't received anything, we were ridiculed. Someone from the kitchen intervened and finally got us our pizza. We had to wait over half an hour for one pizza. Customer service is nonexistent.

Very friendly staff. But the shawarma tasted poorly seasoned and reheated. The garlic sauce was small and also bland. So, unfortunately, only two stars, despite the friendly staff.

Eating there is delicious but do not order. I waited an hour and a half for my order and some things arrived lukewarm. Also the fries were really not edible at all and the döner was very dry.

I ordered on Takeaway 1 hour and a half ago. Still not here !!! Very disappointed! Never again! I don’t even feel hungry anymore

Delicious pizza and even better garlic sauce

All 3 pizzas were great, the chicken fillet was very well seasoned and the kebab was also great. Everyone was friendly and the store was very clean

That was disgusting, all meat totally tasteless and more boiled than grilled, oily and greasy, no spices whatsoever .The accompanying salad had apparently been prepacked a couple of days ago ... we binned that ! Won't order here again

Ordered a large doner kebab, received a "normal" kebab, didn't even want to know what a small kebab was. I've eaten fresher and warmer kebabs. Hot sauce was delicious

The food was delivered cold within 20 minutes. The fries were lukewarm and the döner simply cold. Just nasty! And then you call to say something about it and they casually say it's not our fault. What a worthless service. A lesson in customer friendliness would be appropriate here. A tip from us, just don't order here.

I was there to watch some matches of the football world cup, since most places in Venlo did not even have the TV on these days on the channels that the matches were played on. We ordered sometimes pizza and sometimes share food on a plate. On my mind it tasted delicious and was really worth it. It was fresh, since they made it right away and was cooked just perfect. The atmosphere was good in my mind, even though we were the only people at the shop, since they are mostly working with deliveries. We were able to watch the matches like we were at home and I personally really enjoyed it. Overall I definitely recommend you going or ordering food from Ormix, since my 2 times experience was really good there.

Food always great! Don't order döner, it's never tasty here, I would always opt for pizza, delivery takes an average of an hour if you live within 3km of the business, otherwise you could have to wait 2/3 hours.

I ordered the Chicago pizza and it was alright. I appreciated they were open late but they don't take Visa or MasterCard credit cards. There was outdoor seating but I would try a different place next time.

Hadn't been there in years and the food still tasted delicious. The interior looks new, sleek and neat. The menu has also changed and offers many new menus. Dishes look well cared for and the portion is large. The pizzas still taste delicious. Entrance is wheelchair friendly, but the toilet is unfortunately not free. Payment can be made in cash or by PIN. Parking is available nearby for a fee. There is also a terrace with several tables with a nice view of the parade.

I ordered lasagne formaggio and i got lasagne bolognese. On leaving the restaurant the employee started yelling at us that we hadn’t paid! We were only guests in restaurant and he forgot that we payed exactly to him!

Such a shame, this has been a regular customer for years... First they forget the shawarma rolls and then you order doner fries, it looks like you ordered children's fries with a hand of doner... and you pay 8 euros for that... a bit of a shame.

Took over 2 hours yesterday for the food to be ordered. And then blame the home delivery site. Had to call twice to find out where the food was. This is very unfortunate.

We have been ordering from Ormix for quite some time and have never had bad food until now. Nice delivery people. Food is on time and hot. They already know who they are dealing with when you call and give them your address. Great so far.

Due to crowds and bad weather, we had to wait a little longer for the order, unfortunately the wrong order was delivered, but the correct order was delivered within 15 minutes + a bottle of coke as a saving grace... Great service ormix👌

Nice place, friendly staff. Simple but clean and neat furnishings. Ordering is fast and efficient. Prices are comparable to the area. Food tastes good, salad is fresh and sauce is unlimited. Toilets are clean. Parking is very expensive and not in front of the door. Highly recommended for a quick bite.

Difficult to give the right stars here. The 3 pizzas were really delicious!! But initially it was indicated that it would be a 35 minute wait, but this soon changed to 1 hour, eventually receiving the pizzas after 1.5 hours, which meant my husband arrived very late for his Christmas drinks...not fun. ## Ordered again now, this time everything was great!

We received an extra pita bread free of charge. I'M GOING TO GIVE ADVICE. Look away from Germany. Do not use pita but Turkish bread. Or roasted Italian bun. These are slightly larger than the pita bread, so the meat fits completely in them. Can be made thinner with feta cheese and sauerkraut with vegetables

I think I saw that they had ENCKO brand burgers. And this meat dealer does NOT sell Halal products, which I was able to look up on the internet!

I had just called to have an order delivered to my home in Tegelen. but some employee said that they don't even deliver in Tegelen, while she delivered to me in Tegelen 2 or 3 days ago. Pizza was very small and very thick!! Like I was eating a double cheese and tomato sandwich! A thick ball of dough! Too bad I can't post a photo, the dough was 2 cm thick in some places!
