I ordered takeout today, but upon arrival, the order was nowhere near ready. Many people were waiting, and new orders were simply being taken, with no clear overview or proper handling. I had no confidence in a positive outcome! I asked for a refund and ended up getting my own food. It's a shame, as everything has always been handled well here in the past.

Food was disgusting and poor quality. Service was poor and incompetent. Atmosphere: cheap junk. Inside. Mice were crawling under the cabinets near the pastry display... The food inspector should come here sometime...

Ordered yesterday for the whole family. (15 men) I can really make a comment about everything. We were supposed to pick it up at 6:45 PM. It was ready at 6:15 PM. Everything was cold, fries were raw, croquette fell apart because it was still cold inside, etc. We really regret that we had not ordered from another snack bar. They don't even have to get the one star. No go for us!
