The waitress seemed a bit bored, but she helped the customer before me quickly, and then me too! And after that, I was able to catch my train easily. And the mozzarella sandwich I got was delicious! Fantastic!

Worst tasting coffee ever, stay away

If you are in a hurry and the three employees are sitting around doing nothing, shouldn't it be possible to order directly and not be sent to the machine?

Very mediocre meal. A pasta carbonara with little sauce and a few scraps of meat. You get the food in a cardboard box which is fine for a takeaway meal, but in my case there was still a large puddle of water at the bottom because the pasta had not been drained. The bottom half of my meal consisted of cold pasta, without sauce, with water. Thrown away. I won't be back, but still a tip for the chefs: mix the pasta and sauce well before you give it to them, then you avoid eating a layer of sauce without pasta and then pasta without sauce.

Ice coffee was more like a cup of dirt, wtf. Ive never had such bad experience anywhere. Better be thirsty on your journey than getting a drink here.

Terrible overpriced pizza with zero flavour!

I have had several occasions where I have been given the wrong sandwich while stickers are placed on it indicating which sandwich it should be.

I’ve drunk the coldest coffee latte at Julia’s.. After I asked to make it warmer, they put some drops water in it and it made even worse:/

Ate pasta pollo several times, and it was delicious. The case has no seating options.

The brown guy overheats the milk and makes no eye contact whatsoever. Cappuccino is ment to be drank right away, not to keep with you for 1 hour. Provide the brown colored guy with a barista course please, at Utrecht central station the baristas don’t overheat and create beautiful latte art. This isn’t the case at the Hague Central station unfortunately.

I’m afraid I was food poisoned by the pizza I ordered (half sized pepperoni). I consumed it immediately after purchase. Server was friendly though.

Almost everything has suddenly become vegetarian. Very nasty, leaving the choice to the customer instead of imposing vegetarian options.

New ordering and payment system on screens is impersonal! No chat and less contact with staff. Not even when it is quiet. No added value for me. In addition, dirty finger prints on the screens. Zombies are made! I won't buy anything here anymore....

Is the plastic surcharge still mandatory? Rules remain in place, no enforcement for the time being. This essentially means that you can decide for yourself whether you levy the surcharge or not. It remains mandatory to offer guests a reusable alternative or to allow guests to bring their own container or cup. The ILT will therefore enforce this.15 Dec 2023 You should stop that ridiculous scam of still charging a 30 cent plastic tax. This is no longer necessary. And you don't offer an alternative either. Just extra income for you that your customers throw in the trash 10 minutes later

That ordering system absolutely doesn't work. Very slow, staff is not nicer either. Chaos about where people are or are not allowed to stand. Another 2 stars because the coffee tastes good

Awful customer service. The lady handing out food ordered at the automatic machines was very rude and would roll eyes at customers on their faces. She shouted our numbers and threw our food at us as if we were doing something wrong by being there. Now, you have to always order at the automatic machines even though there are a bunch of unoccupied staff around.

The waitress has an attitude that I don’t like. Overpriced, you can go to D.E out of the station for a way better drink and setvice with less price.

I had ordered tuna pasta, a boy had prepared it, I bit into something hard, it turned out to be bone, I looked at it, I was looking at raw, finely chopped meat, I thought it contained pork pieces... and I don't eat pig, it was horrible, I told them, that boy was no longer there, a girl who worked on the other side for sandwiches went and told me in the kitchen, another woman arrived when I told her that there were pieces of meat in it, she said sorry and went back to the kitchen... actually there is not even 1 at all. worth a star.

Rubbish. Ordered via home delivery. Whole bag was leaking from the pesto. No solution delivered from home or from the business. Also no number for this branch to be found. In addition, there wasn't even chicken in my pasta.......

I had their vegan bread which was delicious and comes at a perfectly reasonable price. The lady at the counter was very nice and made everyone smile :)

The juice is getting less and less. Most of the juice given by each employee is different. It loses the taste halfway through the meal. Is the business too good and the employees are too busy? If you add more juice, there will be fewer customers.

Pasta hard and tastes like cardboard. Chicken is ridiculous. Pesto tastes special. Not to be eaten. Price quality quantity ratios are not ok. Never again.

Disappointing when you have ordered ravioli, open the container on the train and find another dish... Too bad I only read the reviews afterwards. Here too a watery, tasteless pasta with little sauce and accessories. Not worth the price. Please pass by here. Pastas from AH taste better and are a lot cheaper.

A watery pasta with a ready-made sauce. If you add chicken you have to look for the pieces with a magnifying glass. They dare to charge 11.60 for a container of 350 grams. That is less than a ready-made meal from the supermarket, and it contains almost nothing. I would say: pass this place by and go eat better somewhere else.

Picked up some pasta a while ago. The tasteless bowl was half eaten on the train, not much later it all came out. Never again for me.

It's unbelievable how much waste you can create for two rolls. Two bags and everything additionally packed into a carrying bag. Sustainability doesn't seem to have arrived here.

A measly cup of coffee that passed for a latte for no less than €3.20. Only asked for a coffee with a dash of milk in it, but that was not possible. Never come here again for coffee because I can get better and cheaper elsewhere.

I stopped to buy myself a sandwich, but the employee who was serving me decided to serve 5 people after me . So I was waiting 10 minutes for the sandwich that I did not receive in the end because I had to go catch the train and go to work . Maybe you should focus on one customer and then serve another one or change your employees because this lady clearly did not want to work there today. It was my last visit in this place.

The worst pasta I have ever eaten in my life, my god, how awful

Expensive and therefore price-quality very low. penne pasta pollo contains almost no chicken (as if they added chicken in spray). The same goes for the bacon with the carbonara. Pasta carbonara tasteless. Carbonara sauce way too watery. And for each cardboard container you pay €0.35. First and last time at Julia's The Hague CS.

Bad food. Staff is friendly. But you pay a lot of money for bad food.

Very disappointed. I used to be a fan of Julia’s pasta. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated so much in the last years. The pasta is not worth the price. The pasta is cooked and then placed in the box while the sauce is poured over top. This makes the pasta stick together at the bottom. If you try to mix it the pasta breaks and then mushes. To avoid this I asked the employee if he could place the pasta in the sauce on the stove so that it would be mixed and I was met with a very rude no. I do not recommend this place at all.

This afternoon I was treated so unthinkably rude that I can hardly believe it myself... I had ordered 3 drinks, tea, chocolate milk and cappuccino, the gentleman arrives with a cappuccino, and then starts working on the next customer's latte. While I try to get the gentleman's attention by calling him several times to ask whether I will also get the rest (he may have forgotten), he does not respond. After more than 5 minutes I finally received my drinks, in which the cappuccino was of course already cold. Then the gentleman claims that I was impatient and didn't let him do his work or I was already calling him. So he admitted that he had heard me, but was completely ignoring me... if this were my staff I would be ashamed! Employer, do something about the customer friendliness of your staff! The numbers don't lie... this is my first experience, and you can count on me, along with many other customers, not to come back...

Options are not unlimited but it is ok and there is always one I like. Portions are good and also topings are applied generous and not too expensive.

I don't know, but with your long hair always above your food and then you keep throwing it back, act normal man!!! If women have tight hair, let men do something about it too! Hopefully my food will be good today, otherwise I'm in double bad luck, I ordered 2 large ones and I couldn't see what they were doing.

Ik kwam in het verleden hier wel eens en genoot altijd van de snelle service, pasta en de pastasauzen. Afgelopen week viel tegen. Ik plaatste mij bestelling en toen was er niemand om het eten klaar te maken... uiteindelijk duurde het 10 minuten eer er iemand kwam. Gelukkig had ik de tijd genomen maar vond dit wel vreemd. Ook viel me de pasta pollo tegen. Vooral heel veel saus en weinig tot geen kip...

Heerlijke koffie, alleen jammer dat er op het broodje tonijn zo weinig tonijn op zat. Handig om hier op te letten. Zeer vriendelijke bediening.

No caps for coffee cup - such a shame. I guarantee you'll spill your coffee at your clothes once you reach your train - done twice. Though coffee is good.

In the past I've stopped here often for coffee (they have havermelk and good quality coffee). Today the batista was so slow and talking to his co-worker that even though I ordered ten minutes before my train I left without grabbing the coffee I paid for. Probably won't be back, there are plenty of other places to grab coffees in and around the station.

De pasta was top! En we hadden een foutje gemaakt, door te vergeten om te vragen of hij zonder kaas kon voor mijn dochtertje met koemelkallergie. Ze maakte zomaar een nieuwe voor haar (gratis). Top service!

Ga hier vooral niet heen als je snel iets wil halen voor in de trein. Ik dacht, er is maar één wachtende voor me, besluit dat maffe kind achter de balie een heel lang small talk levensverhaal te houden met maar één kassa open. Werk dan bij een buurthuis of zo. Niet op een treinstation.

No matter if there are more staff than customers. You'll always need to wait, beg for a napkin, a lid for your coffee, very messy in the morning. They need to work on a system to serve customers decently, especially considering they charge more than anyone in the same station for breakfast.

Ravioli was weinig maar goed ingevuld met spinazie en kaas. Helaas was te vet.

Slechte sJulia's. Focaccia caprese is mijn favoriete broodje bij julia's dus die eet ik regelmatig. Laatst in Eindhoven heerlijk vers knapperig broodje goed belegd met frisse basilicum. Ze vragen of je nog zout,peper of olijfolie op je broodje wilt. Echt super. En wat ben ik vandaag weer teleurgesteld op Den Haag Cs. Het broodje was al ingepakt dus geen peper en olijfolie. Broodje was zacht de tomaat ondermaats en de verse basilicum verlept. Op het moment was ik de enige klant en personeel stond achter de piano lollig te doen. Dus druk was het niet.

Het is een traditie bij mij geworden om bij Julia’s op Den Haag Centraal een latté te drinken in de ochtend voordat ik een trein neem voor een dagwandeling. Ik word snel geholpen. De koffie smaakt lekker en… belangrijk voor mij is warm! Soms met een croissant erbij. Een goed begin 😀Het personeel van de koffie werkt snel en is vriendelijk.

Vanochtend weer lekkere koffie gehaald bij Julia’s. Goed van smaak en warm! Geholpen door vriendelijke knul; moet wel naar de kapper 😂 😂 mijn favoriete koffie to go Place !

You can choose a variety of sauces. The suaces of the paata are wonderfull, but the paata is to "all dente".

Good strong cappuccino and attentive service

I could overlook the fact that they charge you extra for chili flakes if their pasta wasn't the blandest I've ever had.

My wife and me had penne pasta and it was really delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.
