Extremely slow service with the pasta, it seemed like they’re on slow motion while they still had enough time to chitchat on top of the food. I ordered pesto pollo, worst pesto I’ve ever had, and there’s as little as one spoon of shredded chicken in there… totally a waste of money

Ordered at 5:02 PM, delivered at 6:40 PM. At that point, I don't care how it tastes. Customer service? Nonexistent, because you can't even call them. I wanted to cancel because it was taking so long, but that wasn't an option either.

I often get my food there, and it's consistently good! But i wanted to share my appreciation for one of the staff particularly. A girl with brown curly hair helped me during a panic attack today (I'm autistic) and even came back to offer me water. Her kindness really helped me get through the morning. Thank you so much 💜

I tried a salmon sandwich Relatively small, not fresh rucolas, delicious salmon though... You can check inside the sandwich as well in the photos (I took the first bite before taking the image so I can discuss the taste in the review as well 😁)

I ordered a latte macchiato. Stated price was 3.35 was charged 3.45, don't know why. Coffee was nothing special, even Kiosk is better.

The advertisement shows a beautiful latte art heart with smooth microfoam—looks inviting and professional. • The actual latte served in the paper cup looks quite different: • Foam is uneven, bubbly, and not silky. • No latte art, just some random splashes of coffee on the foam. • Overall, the real product doesn’t match the marketing image in terms of aesthetics.

I specifically ordered without cheese; that went wrong. I saw the cheese being put on, and at the same moment, she realized she hadn't done it right. She asked if it was a problem that there was a little bit of cheese on it. Yes, it was. Okay, then she would remake it, but it would take a bit longer. Okay, hopefully in time, because I didn't have much time left before my train. Meanwhile, four people who had ordered after me had already been helped. I thought that was strange. Oh well, mistakes happen. In the end, I got the right one; she could have offered to add something extra as an apology, but alas. Not even the word "sorry" or "please" could be said. With 30 seconds to spare, I luckily caught the train. Then it turned out that the pasta was incredibly mealy and covered in a ton of sauce. On top of that, I was regularly grinding my teeth. But from what?? I don't know if I want to know... I ended up with quite a bit of pasta left over, floury pasta, with way too much sauce, but no chicken or spinach left. It was very unevenly distributed. And then there's the "medium" size, which isn't a very large container, but you pay a whopping 10 euros for it. Ugh... I'm not buying from Julia's anymore.

Service was fast and the staff were really nice, but the food ended up being mediocre and really disappointing. The pasta with the sauce was tasteless and I swear I didn’t see any kind of protein even though I ordered it. Burger King right in front is a much better value for the same money.

Just stood at the cash register for 5 minutes and while there were 2 people working on 1 order at the same time, none of them thought: "Gosh, there's someone at the cash register. Maybe I should help her" If it had been busy, I would understand, but there was one customer before me... If it takes that long for my order to be taken, I certainly don't have half an hour before it is prepared. Very disappointing!

I bought pasta with extra chicken, they charged me for it and what they gave me was extra spicy, I couldn't eat anything, horrible

The girls who work there (I've been there 7 or 8 times now) are definitely not the friendliest... no please, thank you, hi, when asked what size pasta you want, only the word comes up. “Mate?” Out…. etc. what you can least expect. Food is sometimes cold.

Yes, it's a great option if you're in a hurry and want a hot meal. Pasta was al dente, lacked some salt and I didn't think the arrabiata was spicy enough (but I have a fairly high limit). When I asked for extra pepper/spicy I got black pepper instead of chili, but maybe I wasn't clear enough. The veggie bolognese had a distinct spicy taste, which was not my preference. Furthermore, they should have mixed the pasta and sauce, but now the bottom was a bit dry and stuck together. We were helped quickly.

Last time I go to Julia's at Eindhoven Station. The employee was very rude. When I asked if the bag on the counter was for me I got the response 'yes there is no one waiting for you anymore' and then I had paid and asked if I could scan the lekkeronderweg qr code I got the response 'you should have done that in advance, now you're out of luck'. This could have all been MUCH friendlier and the employee should also say that I have to scan the qr code in advance before he lets me pay calmly. The pastry with lime is very tasty.

Disappointed to open my pasta box and see that my order is wrong. I ordered carbonara, so I don’t know how you can serve carbonara without Bacon! Honestly not going back, there’s always something not quite right and this time they messed with the bacon 🥴🙄

Tasty pasta in itself and ready quickly, but I thought it was a bit expensive for what you get. The employee was friendly, but specifically asked without arugula, but she added it anyway.

Pasta carbonara was ready quickly without compromising on quality. Definitely happy with the service, it was cheerful and good, and on New Year's Day ;-)

We went yesterday, Monday, December 2, in the morning to buy hot water for a Stanley thermos so we could drink mate 🧉, the clerk laughed when I gave him the thermos so he could put the hot water in, he made comments with his colleague, although the one who was laughing was he …. I bought the hot water but I left with a bitter taste…

Got a cup of cappuccino, what an incredible mess in the coffee department. Cappuccino not drinkable, espresso much too bitter. Shame about my order, but what do you want when coffee is made where it is a mess!! Keep it clean and the espresso will taste 10x better!! Maybe the NVWA should pay a visit here!? Downright terrible!

I order a carbonara and the bacon pieces are 2 mm2 size, and just a few of them, no cream also on it, just cheese and pasta. A very profitable business, for them of course

I grabbed a meal at the train station, and I have to say, the pesto pasta is a better option ! It's hands down the healthiest and most filling option I've found here and its warm. If you're in a rush, especially heading to the airport, this beats the usual coffee and bread any day. So delicious and satisfying! Highly recommend it!

I ordered a bowl of pasta pollo with chicken. However, no chicken to be seen, just a lot of pasta and sauce. Not worth the money at all.

Your coffee is bad and that is not because of the beans, not because of the equipment, but because of the (in)skills of the baristas. Take (or demand) a course and taste what you prepare for yourself!

Tasteless but expensive, anyone can make better pasta at home

They have the delicious Illy crema iced coffee, I always love that! It is always quite thick, so you get a spoon with it. But, that's so sharp that I cut my lip with it 😖 Hence the low rating… We also got 2 sandwiches, which we still have to eat, but they looked good. Better prices than the pastas, which are quite expensive for takeaway (but are a great alternative to not cooking 🤪).

Nothing Italian about this place. I pass by it every day and I knew is no need for me to spend money on that pasta. However, today I felt like proving myself I was right. I ordered Pesto pasta, although knowing this is only some pasta in some sort of water. So do not waste your money and get a honest burger. Make your own pasta at home I bet will be better. As for the real pasta lovers this is an abomination.

Worst experience overall with the service. I ordered pesto penne pollo, the lady in the counter said, they don't have penne, and asked if she can replace the pasta type with farfalle. I understood that she just want to only replace the pasta type. And then she made a completely new order of Arrabbiata farfalle which I only understood while collecting the order. She didn't mention that she is completely replacing my order! She also asked if she can add cheese, without mentioning it charges extra. Well I don't mind paying but I must know what I am paying for! And of course, there was no trace of cheese in my pasta at all, so I don't know why did I pay extra! The only good part of the experience was the guy who was cooking the pasta, he understood that there was some problem and apologized while the lady shrugged off as if it was nothing! Food was nothing great, just okay. I have tried other locations of Julia, which are good and service is nice! But this one is the worst! Never going back again.

Large pasta pesto pollo for €12. Mainly pasta, a little sauce, a little chicken and a few spinach leaves. It really wasn't edible, so I threw it away.

Friendly employees and the pastas are ready quickly and very tasty. I just think it has become quite expensive.

I have been going to Julia’s for the past two years now and every time I come in I get the same thing. Every day the same thing? I thought I would get bored of it after a while but no the pasta is so flavourful and the people are so welcoming. They even remember me:) only love to Julia’s. I have never missed a train due to Julia’s

Terrible service. I ordered a pasta and waited 20 minutes for it (being the only client there). When I asked where is my pasta they just forgot about my order while chatting and laughing with each other (there were 3! people). I would understand if they were full on orders, but my order was the only one.... Missed my train. Not recommended.

Normally always satisfied with this case. I ordered a sandwich. Get some flakes of cheese on top. I ask if I can add some more cheese. I have to pay more for that. Uhm, sorry... A decent bit of cheese is also allowed for 5.25 per sandwich. Also the last time I order my sandwich from this person. I'll go to the AH to go again.

Ordered a large bowl of pesto pollo pasta but the chicken was nowhere to be seen. I wonder what they charge 12 euros for if you don't even put chicken in it. Expensive bowl of wheat and sauce

Het allerenigste zaakje binnen het gehele station waar betaalbare producten te koop zijn! Ik koop namelijk geen plastic verpakt broodje voor €6. Bij Julia's wordt het vers gemaakt, ziet er goed uit, en dus qua prijs zeker nog reëel om af en toe lunch te gaan halen! Luxe in 2022!!

The location on google maps is a bit confusing because the cafe is actually inside the station. Ravioli were delicious! Warm, fresh and the middle size portion was actually quite big. The workers are very friendly and nice :)

Was me ijsthee vergeten, beschouwd het als een giften. Pasta was goeie. Nieuwe houte vorkjes zijn zo bot dat ik de pasta er niet op krijg.

Heerlijke pasta's en vriendelijk personeel. Het eten wordt snel klaargemaakt en is ideaal om mee te nemen. Julia's is mijn eerste keus als ik wat te eten wil voor op het station en/of onderweg!

Top koffie! Fijne mensen en ook lekkere pasta die je helemaal zelf kunt samenstellen. Tot de volgende keer.

De kwaliteit van de koffie is niet consistent. Vaak staan er mensen achter de espressomachine die er niks van bakken. Piston wordt niet schoongemaakt voor er nieuwe bonen in gaan, geen flush voor de piston in filterdrager gaat, melk diverse keren opgeschuimd zodat er geen stretch meer is en is ook vaak veel te warm. Ik kijk eerst wie er aan het werk is voor ik mijn koffie bestel want €3,30 voor een grote cappuccino verwacht ik wel dat deze met zorg bereid is. Geef de medewerkers een fatsoenlijke cursus want het kan wel goed zijn weet ik.

Geholpen door een snelle en vriendelijke dame. De ijskoffie is zalig!

Al een paar keer een croissantje kaas op. Was erg lekker. Vandaag weer een besteld, liggen plakken op van een halve centimeter dik. Niet lekker. Liever dunne plakjes, dit smaakt niet.

Ideaal voor een goede maaltijd voor onderweg

Gezond vergeleken met andere opties in de buurt, personeel is vriendelijk en werkt hard door. De pasta mag van mij alleen minder lang gekookt worden.

Mooi concept! Makkelijk om het gerecht, wat je zelf samenstelt, mee te nemen in de trein. Leuk en praktisch opgediend in het kartonnen doosje met vork, snel klaar en erg lekker. Porties zijn mijn inziens voldoende. Zeer zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Behoorlijk aan de prijs maar in het uitzonderlijke geval dat ik een daadwerkelijke maaltijd nodig heb kort voor of na een treinreis stap ik hier met regelmaat binnen. Smaak en service is oké. Indeling van de zaak is echt niet handig, als je optimaal gebruik wil maken van je vierkante meters is een deur in één hoek en een paal middenin gewoon niet handig, in de spits moet je soms dringen om buiten te geraken, hier moet gewoon een deur aan de zuidkant bij.

Super koffie! Alleen mogen ze wat doen aan bet personeel. De wat ‘oudere’ dame is zo traag als dikke stront en dat is behoorlijk irritant als je de trein moet halen... anders 5 sterren!

Makkelijk en snel en vullen doet het zeker! Vriendelijk personeel die de gasten betrekken bij het bereiden van het eten en vollig het roer in de handen geeft. De kwaliteit van het eten en de service weegt netjes op tegen de prijs. Daarnaast is grotendeels van alles wat geserveerd wordt biologisch en erg gezond voor een stationhapje!

Julia's hardly ever disappoints. The pasta is freshly cooked, the sauces taste pretty good, regardless of which Julia's you go to, and the service is good. The only disappointment are those locations where you can't sit down to eat there when you don't want it to go and that some locations sell Prosecco while others don't. Big plus: Julia's has added some new sauces to their menu so that you can now choose between tomato and cream-based sauces. Definitely a thumbs-up!
