I ordered two pizzas and they didn’t bring it

Food was very bad, currently I am eating the worst pizza of my life.

Worst place in all of Eindhoven. The most unfriendly and aggressive kebab shop guy I've ever encountered!! He even tried to overcharge me, and the food, which is what it was, didn't match my order and was also inedible. A very dissatisfied customer!!! That's probably why there was no wait, because there wasn't a dog inside. I'm usually not one for bad reviews, but this was absolutely ridiculous!!

He started yelling at me in Arabic and banging on the currency exchange because I asked him for a 3-digit receipt for the meal to justify it as an expense to the company where I work, and the payment terminal is old and doesn't accept cards. It's very violent for a civilized setting. Not recommended.

I waited way too long for my food. It was as dry and tough as can be. I do not recommend it!

First they say 20-45 minutes, eventually they say about 59, then after an hour and a half still not delivered, the food was terrible, where is the cheese, there were strange things on it, spontaneous stomach ache immediately, avoid this business and do not respond to your phone calls, really avoid this filthy company

We ordered 3 pizzas: they were fresh and delicious. We asked for a thin base so they would be nice and crispy, and that was exactly the case. Really enjoyed it! The delivery guy was also a friendly man.

Had food delivered to the Bastion Hotel. Delicious Durum chicken doner. I would recommend. Ordered through the Dutch version of JustEat. Payed cash. Rang restaurant to confirm order. All good.

I ordered here last night on 1 pm. It took them 1.5 hours to deliver, the food was cold. The cheese on the kapsalon wasn't even melted. It was just raw cheese. The day after I woke up with food poisoning.. never order here again

I ordered food here but it was disappointing. I ordered a shashlik, but got what looked like leftover döner instead. For almost €15 you expect quality, but it was definitely not that. In addition, I ordered sis chicken fillet, but I only received small pieces of chicken, which did not match the description at all. Definitely not recommended.

The best broodje döner I had so far in Eindhoven. The meat seasoning doesn't compare to other places. Very good garlic sauce also. And the staff is very friendly. Wednesdays are always a sad day, since they don't open.

Ordered food, pizza and doner with lamb skewer. Unfortunately it was gone. They tried to call but my phone was on do not disturb. Solved by using lamb shawarma and a little doner for the dish. It was really what I didn't want, but anyway, I called them and they just let me bring it back (the pizza I kept was good). Return of mix dish. Really great how this was handled!!!

I have been a customer at Kelebek for a long time and it used to be a top place. But I think there have been new staff since 2024 because, Jesus, it's gotten really bad for me. I keep getting the wrong order (if you order chicken doner you just get doner) the prices have risen considerably and the food is downright bad. The fries are old, hard and full of oil, the meat is dry with burnt edges and the lettuce is so old and soggy that it tastes spoiled. In addition, I live 5 minutes away by car and I still get cold food delivered. In addition, the delivery person is really rude. Calls to tell me that I have to hurry up to open the door because he doesn't have time and then just leaves the food at the door. I will never order here again, I would rather have a moldy sandwich than spend my money at Kelebek. And if you eat on location, you don't even get the sauce bottles on the table. You get 1 container of garlic and when you ask for a bottle (which they just neatly place on the table everywhere) they say it has been stolen.. Nice story. Too bad because it used to be a really good store with delicious food.

top tier kebab, not even the kebabs I hate in the center, not even Mr Kebab tops this one, this kip fillet Kapsalon just amazing, the fries are not being burnt and getting too crispy like in other shops, gladly eating here 3-5 times a week, my pockets hurt but I'm satisfied, thank you for your food.

Just super bad; wanted to get something to eat after going out, but was immediately refused upon arrival. Don't go here!!!

Lots of fake 5 star reviews. Ordered food and it takes at least 3 hours to deliver it (home delivery says 60..?), crappy food and crappy staff when you then contact them. Enjoy going to Hizmet, highly recommended.

Ordered for 18 euros. First told that the delivery person cannot find the address. So no food. Called the next day for a solution, but now they say that it has been delivered to the door. Pure fraud

These reviews are definitely not real. I mean, you wouldn't order food from such a small place at 1 o'clock in the morning... but if you pick it up it will probably be good and don't be so difficult. cool tent

Lekker eten voor een normale prijs.

Na een avondje stappen toch maar even een pizza besteld. Dit was zeker een topkeuze! Heerlijke pizza, goede dunne bodem, niet te vettig, kortom precies wat je wil hebben. Zeer tevreden en zeker een aanrader.

Service is goed, eten is niet halal Man beweert dat eten halal is terwijl hij alcohol verkoopt!

Ik had het super broodje döner en deze was werkelijk heerlijk. Ik heb met name genoten van de döner die zonder enig andere topping op een broodje zat. 10/10 would order again!

Kom hier echt bijna iedere week top tent lief personeel en snel gemaakt en helemaal vers.

Gezellig restaurant. Uitgebreid menu. Lekker eten. Vriendelijk personeel.

3.5 euro's worth of fries according to them in their depressing place. Not to me. 6/10 hygiene of that place. Soggy fries after 5 minutes of buying. Not gonna order "kapsalon" from this place online again.

Na dat ze nos vergeten hebben bij de van der valk heb ik bij kelebek besteling geplaatst bezorgd.nl met mijn nummer in opmerking als ze bij de slagboom zijn bellen. Beste meneer moest extra 5min wachten tot dat ik beneden was. Bestelling was eerlijk en koud bier. TOP

Eten smaakt goed, en qua bezorgen zijn ze altijd optijd en bezorger is altijd vriendelijk en vrolijk.

Fantastische service en heerlijk warm vers eten! Ik had per ongeluk kapsalon met rijst besteld ipv met frietjes, zwaar teleurgesteld natuurlijk toen ik het opende.. ik gebeld en wat een service, de vriendelijke meneer kwam gewoon de kapsalon met frietjes nabrengen zonder kosten! Terwijl het niet eens hun fout was! Top zaak! Volgende keer weer hier. Heerlijk gegeten ook!
