Slow service, 20 minutes waiting for coffee, and if you mention an old, dry, unappetizing piece of walnut cake, you get the comment that it's the favorite cake of the person you're paying with, and you just have to pay.

Pleasant atmosphere and good food and drinks! The reason for three stars is that we found the service very poor. We saw that it was very busy, but the café was therefore understaffed. In the two hours we were there, not a single employee came to our table. They also weren't walking around, so we couldn't speak to them or signal them. I went to the bar twice. The first time, an employee said they would come by, but this didn't happen. It then took another half hour before I went to the bar a second time, as we hadn't been helped to our table by then, and I also saw an employee on their phone despite the crowd. A real shame for a lovely café.

Fast service and good food. We visited on a Sunday afternoon just before it started getting busy. We were helped fast, and enjoyed excellent lunch here. Keep in mind it's a popular place, can get busy, and people were waiting for tables to become available.

We had our coffee break here on a quiet workday. Seated by the window, the lady quickly asked what we wanted, then again when we wanted to order from the menu. The carrot cake was delicious. The artwork certainly added to the ambiance. The restrooms are in the back, but we preferred going counterclockwise, which was quickest and without stairs.

Delicious lunch, but clearly understaffed. A simple question took at least 20 minutes to answer (after 15 minutes, I had to go inside and ask myself, and then I got the answer again). We waited 45 minutes just to order food, and then another hour for it to arrive. Please don't accept extra guests if it's too busy/understaffed, and have staff check on visitors occasionally. Not once did they check on us or ask if we needed anything or if everything was to our liking, which is a real shame.

It seems the service is understaffed. There's a lot of walking back and forth. It might be helpful to not only check on a guest several times, but also to acknowledge that you've been noticed and will be back soon to take an order. The food was good, and the service from the kitchen was also excellent. The kitchen staff even took my empty cup and immediately asked if I wanted another drink. Attentive and excellent. The food itself was excellent. The plates were a bit small, making it easy for the food to slide off while cutting. The acoustics are pleasantly noisy.

We have been in Amersfoort for a week and we have breakfast there every day. Everything was delicious, fast service, the girls were very attentive, the place was very spacious and the tables on the street were perfect.

Super nice Café, it is beautiful inside and the food is tasty and very affordable. The staff is definitely the highlight; cozy, sweet, hospitable and of course very handsome.

Uitgebreid menu met vegan opties, de paddenstoelen kroketjes waren heerlijk. Ook genoeg opties voor kinderen! Gezellig interieur en genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. We komen hier zeker vaker terug als er weer een nieuwe expositie is!

Hier gemberthee gedronken, die heel goed bereid was. Geschaafd in plaats van een in stukken gesneden gemberwortel!

Eerste TGIF disconight, topavond, smaakt naar meer. Topkocatie, dansvloer vol en heel gezellig!

Stylish and friendly! KAdECafé zit in het bijzondere Eemhuis en heeft een frisse en kleurrijke uitstraling. Het vriendelijke en no nonsense personeel helpt je vrolijk. Qua eten en borrelen heeft het café een mooie kaart die wisselt met de tentoonstelling in de galerie. Probeer vooral de verrassende soepen van Coen, de lekkere tosti’s en als dessert een Christientje, een superlekker mini gebakje.

Heerlijke lunch met goed brood en gegrilde groente en nog meer lekkers. Een 10+ voor dit goed belegde brood. Erg vriendelijk en snel personeel. Gezellig ingericht. En museum ook een aanrader. We komen terug

Come here relatively often. Coffee is nice there and the people who work there offer good service. Good place to sit and work for a while on a not too busy day

Erg gezellig en vriendelijk personeel

Excellent place to have breakfast, lunch or anything in between. Coffee is great and the freshly pressed orange juice is great too. With home made soups by the owner, great sandwiches and even eggs sunny side up (or omelette if you're that kind of person), this is the place to go. Staff is friendly and swift. A little off the beaten path maybe, but if you're here to look at an exposition or visit the magnificent Eemhuis, this should be your next stop.

Bij het plaats nemen op het terras had ik de volste vertrouwen. Al snel merkte ik dat we zeer lang moesten wachten voordat iemand ons kwam vragen of we iets wilde drinken. Toen ze ons 3x aankeek en er andere mensen in onze buurt kwamen zitten; werden de andere mensen eerst begroet waarna ze naar ons kwam. We vroegen om smoothies, voor 4.25 per stuk verwacht je toch redelijk wat. Redelijk kansloos kan ik je zeggen, ik heb betere op, bij een chiquere tent voor minder geld. Maja, bij onze buren werd ook het een en ander vergeten. Zoals een heel gerecht... wij kwamen er goed vanaf

Tsja, het blijft jammergenoeg nog even behelpen: er is een 'take away', de veelkleurige stoelen staan opgestapeld in een hoek, het virus heeft de sfeer voorlopig tenminste - onder de duim. Nog wel, volgend jaar wordt het beter. De spetterende muur- en plafondschilderingen houden in elk geval de moed er in.

Na het bezoek aan de Kunsthal en bibliotheek is dit een goede plek om onder het genot van een drankje en hapje even bij te komen van alle indrukken.

Relaxed café in mooi stukje Amersfoort. Gezellig.

Kleurrijk en leuke sfeer in dit Kade Café. Ik heb een heerlijke latte gedronken, smakelijk en zonder gemors geserveerd door een vriendelijke jongedame. Wil je rust dan is dit niet de plek er heerst een gezellige gedrevenheid.
