I've been coming here (Kafkas supermarket) for several years specifically to buy baklava. It's always delicious! The atmosphere is great for a supermarket, as far as creating a good atmosphere goes. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

What a fantastic owner! We came back from our vacation in Switzerland and stopped by for dinner. The food was good, and the people were so friendly! The kids were a bit fussy, but the owner kept them entertained with coloring and some toys. Simply fantastic and delicious food! Highly recommended.

Nothing special. The mutton meat is very thick pieces, which I personally don't like. I came back here after a long time and I definitely won't come back for a long time.

Nice eatery for a quick meal. I ate a Yaprak döner sandwich here, the meat was a little overcooked on the skewer but otherwise tasted fine. The rolls they use here are elongated instead of the round döner rolls that are offered at most döner places. You will also receive sauce bottles at the table to put on your sandwich.

I don't recommend this Kafkas they are idiots ..they confuse the orders ...you ask for chicken 🐔 but they put pork 🐷 you don't even know what pork or chicken tastes like...but they give you everything mixed .I found it and they seem to be on their way .ableaaaa

Had dinner here with my husband today. You notice that the owners are new. The service is good. The ladies are very friendly. What I really like and didn't expect is that there are mainly ladies working there. The restaurant is also cleaned well. The tables are wiped down thoroughly after each guest and any food scraps that fall on the floor are cleaned immediately. At the end of your meal you will also receive Turkish tea on the house.

Food was tasty. We had eaten iskender on site. Not as in Turkey but good to eat. Friendly staff and it was clean both in the kitchen and the sitting area. What we find very important. We found it very warm inside. No air conditioning I think. After dinner we had Turkish tea. If we feel like iskender, it is certainly worth repeating.

Order placed, half not delivered and wrong. Called, misunderstanding on the phone. Placed an order online and would pick up my order at 5:15 PM. The order did not arrive due to their computer malfunction. Well that can happen. I had a köfte dish with extra meat, and then got a normal dish. I also ordered 2 fries without, but I did not receive them. The food was lukewarm, and I had to wait a total of 50 minutes just for the food. Never come here again, waste of your money.

The last 2 times I was there, not the same quality. A bit soggy and the doner was already pre-cut in plastic containers.

Had a delicious meal at Kafkas eatery. The Turkish doner and other dishes tasted great and the quantity was fine. The dish looked neat. You get more than enough for the price you pay. Staff was friendly and took order quickly. The free Turkish tea and coffee on the house tastes great. Enough seats available. Free parking spaces. Entrance and toilets are not wheelchair friendly. During the weekend it is very busy, so your ordered food may take a while to arrive. Payment can be made in cash or by PIN. If you want to withdraw money, you can do so at the machine outside this location.

We were looking for a Turkish restaurant in Venlo and found Kafkas eatery. It was worth it when we got here. The staff was very friendly. They welcomed us very well. The food was also very tasty. The prices are also very affordable. After the meal they served tea and baklava. An eatery that we can recommend.

It is very difficult to find fresh Turkish cuisine. Here, very tasty and fresh food is combined with very courteous service and very humane prices. We'll definitely be back, especially from Germany. We are pleased to have found you. See you soon

Too bad there is NO HOSPITALITY ANYMORE, they only think about their pockets. Even the Chinese Erbaast was more hospitable than KAFKA. Pity that CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED THIS WAY AND ALSO LOOK REALLY SORRY AT YOU THE OWNER AND THE WIFE MAJA MORE THAN ONE COMPLAINT IS NOT POSSIBLE Ordered a doner sandwich and wanted to pack it separately so I could make it myself at home. Only got sandwich and meat. Pay extra for sauce and probably get the salad too

The portions were pretty big in size and presentation was also spot on but the taste was just very average. Everything was overcooked and not having much flavor to it. The staff was very friendly though.

Unfortunately, after the change of team and owner, the food lost its quality and quantity. Prices are the same, even higher in some items, and much less food. Kapsalon used to be literally a mountain of food. And now ? A handful of fries, as much meat as the cat cried, and the rest are vegetables. The decor may be nicer, but everything else has changed for the worse. We used to come here regularly for the best kebab and capsalon, unfortunately now it will change. Real shame !

New owner of the Kafkas. Unfriendly staff. If I want to order, I receive a summary of the menu. Can't I choose what I order? You can also address customers as madam/sir/you. And let them make a choice calmly. And don't order here quickly.. Went to Kapsalon last time, very little meat/fries, it was more of a salad. Meat/vegetables are put back into the containers. What falls off from other sandwiches. This was the 2nd and last time with the new entrepreneurs in that business.

I dont want come there... changes by personal is very bad. Dont treat klient good so i will not recommend this place...

Found this location via Google. We had dinner with a large group. Friendly lady who spoke to us. The pizzas were very tasty. The döner dishes are also recommended. I thought the lahmacun was on the expensive side. Dishes were well priced. At the end delicious Turkish tea and baklava. All in all a nice meal. Ellerineze sağlık.

Parking in front of the door is often difficult due to the crowds, but fortunately it is free. Atmosphere is what you can expect from a döner shop, basic and on the small side. But the food is what it's all about. Lots of choice and very reasonable prices. (Edit 10/31/23) The prices have really increased extremely and the food is no longer worth it. 6.50 for a small Döner or €5! For a portion of fries, that's really not possible. You can also go here for pizza, shawarma or fries. Service is okay, often very busy so everyone needs to be helped quickly.

The staff is not quite up to par, but all the shortcomings are covered by the delicious food
