Kafkas Eethuis in Wijk 22 Blerick-Noord

For €9 you got very little doner kebab.

The doner kebab was relatively expensive and not very good. In addition, the staff was very unfriendly and the restrooms were unhygienic.

Strongly discouraged! Ordered food early this afternoon for 6:00 PM. Received updates that it was confirmed, being prepared, and on its way with the delivery driver. Kafkas is only 3 minutes away from here, but at 6:20 PM there was still nothing. Contacted them... Turns out the order was cancelled. Only informed of this after contacting them! Great, isn't it? You're sitting there waiting for your food with 2 kids who have to go to school tomorrow! Terrible business!

Had a doner drum, it was tasty.

The food at Kafkas Eethuis was a huge disappointment. We won't be coming back here for takeout. Very soggy fries, little flavor in the meat, hardly any sauce, lukewarm (more cold than hot), too little food (had to fry extra fries for the kids at home), and on top of it all, expensive. Spent a lot of money for a bad experience. That sums it up pretty well. Never again.

I don't recommend it. The food still hasn't arrived after two hours. The app showed we'd renewed it, but we hadn't discussed it.

Unfriendly staff, absolutely no understanding. The food is unappetizing and not fresh. Had to wait 3 hours for food, then a pizza was forgotten, and the Calzones contained something different than ordered. It also doesn't state that they contain vegetables and mushrooms, even though you have to pay an extra €3 if you want them, and when you point this out they get angry and you have to chase it up yourself for hours. They ruin your evening, so never order from them! They also handle an order of nearly €80 like this.

We had to wait a total of 2.5 hours for our order, called twice to ask where it was, and then got a very unfriendly man on the line who talked over us and just kept shouting “is on its way”. An hour later, we still hadn't received anything. Furthermore, the fries were cold and soggy, and the sauce we had ordered was missing.

It was my first time here. I don't think it will be my last. The service was very friendly, and the portions were delicious. As part of our exploration, we were given a small treat, a piece of meat. It will definitely be my next choice, as it was absolutely delicious. See you next time. Best regards.

You can wait a long time, but let others go first. I went to someone else. They'll help you.

We'd been customers here for years, and that's why we were extra disappointed. We'd called ahead for Yaprak doner because we had to travel a long way. They said there was enough on the phone. When we arrived, there was nothing left on the skewer. When we told them otherwise, the employee said it had just been cut and was still fresh, and that I should take his word for it. I normally never do that. It really should be cut for you. We came with a group and ended up with leftovers. Dry meat and dry bread. We also learned that the owner had changed. Why would they change the doner and bread supplier? People have been coming here for years just for the Yaprak doner and bread. This really wasn't a smart choice! Unfortunately, we won't be back. It's a shame, because it was one of our favorites!

I had a delicious meal here. The döner they sell is called Yaprak döner, and you can't find that easily here in the Netherlands. I'm from The Hague and was driving through Venlo, so I definitely recommend it to everyone. If I'm ever in the area, I'll definitely eat there again!

Great hair salon! Highly recommended!

The portion was ample, and we enjoyed our meal. The Turkish tea was also delicious!

Delicious food, super friendly staff and big portions!

Very good food!! Friendly service and generous portions of high quality. It's near me, and it's a pity I didn't go there sooner

Waiting time is ridiculous,...! once I decided to order for collection... Got the msg saying it was ready for pick up, when I got there... Surprise surprise... It wasn't even done! I just couldn't belive it! Other than that... It's all good!

I've been coming here (Kafkas supermarket) for several years specifically to buy baklava. It's always delicious! The atmosphere is great for a supermarket, as far as creating a good atmosphere goes. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Not worth a star Had to wait an hour and 45 minutes There was mold on the pizza crust The döner sandwich wasn't a roll, but a kind of panini The sandwich was completely wet, barely any meat on it, which tasted like nothing. The vegetables served with it were more like meat. The previous owners can't hold a candle to them Never ordering from here again

Shady business where you don't feel at home, food not cooked properly and sometimes dry, a foreign business in the Netherlands

What a fantastic owner! We came back from our vacation in Switzerland and stopped by for dinner. The food was good, and the people were so friendly! The kids were a bit fussy, but the owner kept them entertained with coloring and some toys. Simply fantastic and delicious food! Highly recommended.

The knowledge is really tasty thanks

Doner didn't taste like anything. It was incredibly wet, and I couldn't taste any meat. She also didn't understand the order and paid for extra fries.

I recommend it. Large portions. Service was OK.

Best kebab in the city full of flavors! I really recommended 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Nice shawarma place with delicious chicken doner. Friendly owner.

One of the best kebab in town ! 100% recomand!!!

Kabsalon is great. Tortillas too. There's Yaprak, or "fudge," at a price commensurate with the quality. The guy speaks Polish well.

The new owners are incompetent and downright losers. I've been waiting for my order for over an hour now.

🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪 The food at Kafka's Ethuis in Venlo was truly delicious and freshly prepared. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant, making us feel at home. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would gladly repeat! --- 🇳🇱🇳🇱🇳🇱 The meal at Kafka's Ethuis in Venlo was truly delicious and very enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant, which made us feel very welcome. It was all a fine experience that we will definitely keep for a long time! --- 🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷 Venlo'daki Kafka's Ethuis'te yemekler gerçekten lezzetli ve taze hazırlanmıştı. Personnel can be trained in the yard. Ortam gayet rahattı, kendimizi rahat hissettik. Genel olarak tekrar yaşamak isteyeceğimiz güzel bir deneyimdi.

Nothing special. The mutton meat is very thick pieces, which I personally don't like. I came back here after a long time and I definitely won't come back for a long time.

Good atmosphere and good service, I wish it was homemade food and not industrial, but oh well.

The worst kind of meat you can see and smell

Very friendly service..quality not always the same.

Unfortunately, I found the doors closed, although they said it should be open

Very good kebab, great service, we were treated to delicious tea. We will definitely come back 🌸😊

Delicious food, super nice staff. Got all kinds of extra tasty things! Were treated like 2 princesses. After dinner we received a delicious Turkish tea on the house.

Cozy atmosphere, good service, and the best kebab I've had in a long time

Very neat place and a delicious döner sandwich. Everything taken care of down to the last detail. In addition, very friendly owner. Highly recommended if you are in the area. Really worth the money.

Nice eatery for a quick meal. I ate a Yaprak döner sandwich here, the meat was a little overcooked on the skewer but otherwise tasted fine. The rolls they use here are elongated instead of the round döner rolls that are offered at most döner places. You will also receive sauce bottles at the table to put on your sandwich.

Just had dinner at Kafkas on December 10, 2024. Pizza 🍕 margaritas Duner Hair Salon Fries with hot wings. Supper was delicious, we liked it (4) Kapsalon was prepared and I really like it. Keep up the good work Eethuis Kafkas

Roasted leaves are very nice and satisfying in quantity, I recommend it 👍

Wow, it's really delicious. The owner is a very nice lady and only women work there. Respect for this job... Recommended

Literally everything is recommended!

Best place for kebab in region! Great!

Very good and plenty of chicken kebab on a plate + drink €14.50 and mix €16. Nice service, lots of space. I recommend.

I don't recommend this Kafkas they are idiots ..they confuse the orders ...you ask for chicken 🐔 but they put pork 🐷 you don't even know what pork or chicken tastes like...but they give you everything mixed .I found it and they seem to be on their way .ableaaaa

Super good service and the food was delicious

No matter what you grab. It's tasty

Very tasty food. Friendly service. Very child friendly.

Found it by chance and super satisfied 😍

I really give this restaurant a 10. I had a great meal here with my family. The pizza was nice and crispy, mercimek was delicious (haven't had better yet), kapsalon was well stocked. Real toppers. Thanks for the nice meal

The food is amazing, I have no idea who makes the sauces there, but it's a shame for them. Everything fresh and really huge portions. I have never seen anyone or anything left on their plate.

Really nice food, atmosphere was perfect, next time I’ll buy two

Received warmed doner from a container instead. Freshly cut . Not worth ordering again

Great food, the lack of air conditioning is unbearable, especially on hot days.

Had dinner here with my husband today. You notice that the owners are new. The service is good. The ladies are very friendly. What I really like and didn't expect is that there are mainly ladies working there. The restaurant is also cleaned well. The tables are wiped down thoroughly after each guest and any food scraps that fall on the floor are cleaned immediately. At the end of your meal you will also receive Turkish tea on the house.

Food was tasty. We had eaten iskender on site. Not as in Turkey but good to eat. Friendly staff and it was clean both in the kitchen and the sitting area. What we find very important. We found it very warm inside. No air conditioning I think. After dinner we had Turkish tea. If we feel like iskender, it is certainly worth repeating.

Highly recommended, always very friendly and great food, definitely worth a visit and definitely value for money

It may be, but I thought it would taste wow!

New owners, super friendly people, the food tastes exceptionally good, I can only recommend the lentil soup and the hot wings (freshly prepared!!!) and more than great service. Moreover, it is also very affordable. Top dining!!!

fresh veg on kapsalons perfect matching sauce , nice and fast staff

Very nice staff, Enjoy your meal and feel full I'd say everyone go in there!!!

Order placed, half not delivered and wrong. Called, misunderstanding on the phone. Subsequent delivery was made, they say that the address cannot be found, etc. Bullshit on the phone, they have to pick up instead of delivery!! I paid for everything but only received half of it. Super unfriendly woman on the phone who even starts shouting! Bah bah never again!

Unfortunately the Chicken Fillet Dish was not tasty and neither were the fries. and a delivery person who didn't even speak Dutch and was somewhere wrong that you had to walk down yourself

Nice cozy place. Portions are good. They gave me 4 sauces. Nearby there is a grocery store of the same name with Halal products. Come in, I hope you like it too))).

I come here regularly. The food is always good. Staff are friendly. The tent is clean and hygienic.

Mmmm mama miaaa, perfect, I'm there every other day, the best in Venlo

Masha'Allah what a service! Nice abla, also offered us tea and baklava after a delicious meal!

Placed an order online and would pick up my order at 5:15 PM. The order did not arrive due to their computer malfunction. Well that can happen. I had a köfte dish with extra meat, and then got a normal dish. I also ordered 2 fries without, but I did not receive them. The food was lukewarm, and I had to wait a total of 50 minutes just for the food. Never come here again, waste of your money.

The last 2 times I was there, not the same quality. A bit soggy and the doner was already pre-cut in plastic containers.

Really delicious food, highly recommended😇

Super tasty food, very friendly staff and nice and clean inside.

The food is ok, the prices are ok. There is an ATM and a grocery store next door

Isn't what it used to be, bread is rock hard and doner meat is not tasty. It used to be better.

The treatment was nice and the food was fast and hot. It deserves four stars

Had a delicious meal at Kafkas eatery. The Turkish doner and other dishes tasted great and the quantity was fine. The dish looked neat. You get more than enough for the price you pay. Staff was friendly and took order quickly. The free Turkish tea and coffee on the house tastes great. Enough seats available. Free parking spaces. Entrance and toilets are not wheelchair friendly. During the weekend it is very busy, so your ordered food may take a while to arrive. Payment can be made in cash or by PIN. If you want to withdraw money, you can do so at the machine outside this location.

Very nice service, tasty food , fresh and served quickly despite heavy traffic. I recommend it to everyone. 🙋‍♀️

Good food for an excellent price

We were looking for a Turkish restaurant in Venlo and found Kafkas eatery. It was worth it when we got here. The staff was very friendly. They welcomed us very well. The food was also very tasty. The prices are also very affordable. After the meal they served tea and baklava. An eatery that we can recommend.

It is very difficult to find fresh Turkish cuisine. Here, very tasty and fresh food is combined with very courteous service and very humane prices. We'll definitely be back, especially from Germany. We are pleased to have found you. See you soon

I have eaten at many places throughout the Netherlands, and this was definitely the place with the best service, friendly staff, and delicious food! If you happen to be passing by, be sure to stop in!

The portions were pretty big in size and presentation was also spot on but the taste was just very average. Everything was overcooked and not having much flavor to it. The staff was very friendly though.

Too bad there is NO HOSPITALITY ANYMORE, they only think about their pockets. Even the Chinese Erbaast was more hospitable than KAFKA. Pity that CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED THIS WAY AND ALSO LOOK REALLY SORRY AT YOU THE OWNER AND THE WIFE MAJA MORE THAN ONE COMPLAINT IS NOT POSSIBLE Ordered a doner sandwich and wanted to pack it separately so I could make it myself at home. Only got sandwich and meat. Pay extra for sauce and probably get the salad too

Very disappointed today with 2 dishes, 2 hair salon and pizza polo special. This was ordered for iftar. Very sorry. Everything went to the trash. At least never again...

Unfortunately, after the change of team and owner, the food lost its quality and quantity. Prices are the same, even higher in some items, and much less food. Kapsalon used to be literally a mountain of food. And now ? A handful of fries, as much meat as the cat cried, and the rest are vegetables. The decor may be nicer, but everything else has changed for the worse. We used to come here regularly for the best kebab and capsalon, unfortunately now it will change. Real shame !

They don't have time to take orders :) The service in the old coffee shop is more organized

Very good meal with very good service.

Before was good, after renovation I do not recommend

New owner of the Kafkas. Unfriendly staff. If I want to order, I receive a summary of the menu. Can't I choose what I order? You can also address customers as madam/sir/you. And let them make a choice calmly. And don't order here quickly.. Went to Kapsalon last time, very little meat/fries, it was more of a salad. Meat/vegetables are put back into the containers. What falls off from other sandwiches. This was the 2nd and last time with the new entrepreneurs in that business.

I dont want come there... changes by personal is very bad. Dont treat klient good so i will not recommend this place...

Nice place, friendly staff, large and tasty portions. The price is quite reasonable. I recommend visiting 👍

We had a nice meal with our family. The sandwiches, fries and lentil soup were fine. There is a new owner in this business (family business). Friendly and enthusiastic service.

I came back here after a long time and I had the impression that something had changed - unfortunately for the worse. The team that was there before made much better food than what is served now. This was my favorite kebab place in Venlo, but unfortunately it's time to look for something new...

Waited 30 minutes for food that was really bad and they forgot alot of things. Save your monney dont eat here

They forgot to put sauce in two kebabs.

Everything was delicious. All employees smiling. Thank you

Found this location via Google. We had dinner with a large group. Friendly lady who spoke to us. The pizzas were very tasty. The döner dishes are also recommended. I thought the lahmacun was on the expensive side. Dishes were well priced. At the end delicious Turkish tea and baklava. All in all a nice meal. Ellerineze sağlık.

Great taste, lots of smiles, perfect service, prices and very reasonable treats, it's definitely a place you should visit...

Super tasty food! Dishes are well stocked and nice people work there. What you pay is little for what you get, it's cheap! Free baklava and tea after dinner. Thank you dear people, we enjoyed it and will definitely come back!
