Few restaurants have received this rating. And I'm impressed. There's still room for improvement... The wine is too cold, but my enthusiasm is too great. I've never experienced a restaurant that performs so consistently and at a high level every time on all fronts... With one minor exception... Works. To be continued. This sommelier's first choice.

We're so glad we're back from vacation and were able to visit our favorite sushi place. Top quality, wonderful people, truly the best in the area!

After a quick check of the reviews, we made a reservation at Kaiseki. After a friendly welcome from the young staff who clearly enjoy their work and are passionate about the business, my wife and I opted for the chef's 7-course menu. Kaiseki has a wonderful menu with an incredible number of fantastic dishes. Because it was difficult to choose, we let the kitchen staff surprise us. And honestly, what a rollercoaster it was for our palate: in a word, AMAZING. Perhaps the 7 courses were too much, because the portions were larger than we expected. Kaiseki isn't cheap, but it's not an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant and definitely worth it. So, if you want to pamper yourself for an evening with top-notch Wagju products and Bluefin tuna, you've come to the right place. The only advice is to just go for it and enjoy.

Super asset for Vught. We often eat here and often take friends with us because I know the food is always of consistently good quality. The host Zhinqin and the girls at the service make you feel welcome. Almost all dishes are recommended.

Modern atmosphere with good sound, great sushi and friendly staff, but very inhospitable, especially because of the lack of tap water. Addition: Just as a guest expects cutlery/chops and napkins to be available, tap water is not a luxury item, but a basic necessity. Offering it is not a concession, but an essential part of the hospitality standard. The cost of a glass of tap water is minimal, while the appreciation of guests is enormous. It contributes to a positive memory of your restaurant and can even ensure repeat visits and recommendations. "Offering tap water not only shows hospitality, but underlines respect, sustainability and care for your guests."

Nice compact and attractive location. You should definitely make a reservation if you want to be sure of a spot. Good and friendly reception where we could quickly get to the table. It was on the warm side inside, but after asking if it could be turned down a bit, the temperature became pleasant. We opted for the 4 course menu. Tasty and well thought out, little to complain about. I ate delicious sushi here that I had never had before. Finally, a delicious chocolate dessert. I will definitely go back here again.

This restaurant is, in a word, top-notch. We're used to high-quality sushi and dishes, which also come with a price tag. Kayseki truly stands out among culinary establishments, with an excellent price-quality ratio. It's also very customer-friendly and fast. Nothing to add, one of the best in the Netherlands.

We had dinner yesterday at Kaiseki in Vught and the food was really delicious! We had a great meal and very extensive! The atmosphere was really great, nice music plays in the background that makes the atmosphere cozy and the decor is very luxurious we had chosen the 4 course menu and were surprised by Kaiseki with delicious dishes! our favorite was the Beef truffle aburi! Really recommended if you want to eat out. Service was really great!

Both all-in menu, €98 pp, food was fine, nothing special. Main course was really not a complete course. Only salmon with teriyaki sauce, no vegetables or carbohydrates. They don't have a matching wine for dessert, which is quite strange for a wine pairing. Furthermore, the wine is only house wine and not well combined, the wait staff does its best, but selling this kind of menus is possible, but it does not suit the team. And the all-in only comes with 1 bottle of water... the rest is not all-in. And the matching wine comes EVERY COURSE, only after dinner.

Ordered at 7:00 PM and still nothing at 9:30 PM. I also called once at 8:30 PM, but that promise of “it will take another half hour” is certainly not true!

Pleasant restaurant with nice seating areas, beautiful decoration and friendly staff. There is an open kitchen and the toilets are clean and fresh. Free parking in front of the door. The menu is extensive, and for a comparable price to other restaurants, you can eat above average.

Lang geleden dat we in de buurt weer eens echt lekkere sushi gegeten hebben! Je krijgt hier waar voor je geld en we komen zeker terug! Zeer vriendelijke bediening en ruime keuze van gerechten a la carte.

Een dikke 10 van ons!! Heerlijk gegeten, goede service en de kaart is gevarieerd. Duurder dan een all you can eat maar echt vele malen beter. Beetje culinair eten mag wat ons betreft ook wat kosten. Wij komen zeker terug!

Vorige week met ons gezin gaan eten. Service was geweldig werd echt rekening gehouden met onze jongens. Was super lekker. Is wel een pak duurder dan gewone sushi maar zeker de moeite om eens te doen.

De sushi zelf is van ontzettend goede kwaliteit en de keuze is gevarieerd en veel breder dan bij de meeste restaurants! De bezorging duurde wat langer dan normaal, maar dat zat ons niet dwars. Uit eigen initiatief kwamen ze later nog wat extra sushi en sashimi brengen, vanwege de langere wachttijd. Nog nóóit zo’n vriendelijke en goede service gehad! Bij deze, erg bedankt Kaiseki!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und genussvollen Abend in diesem wunderbaren japanischen Restaurant. Das 5 Gang Menü war sehr abwechslungsreich und vor allem frisch zubereitet - echt lecker! Junger, sehr aufmerksamer Service - sehr nette Kommunikation auf Niederländisch und Englisch!

Heerlijk gegeten. Super goede bediening was het meer dan waard om eens langs te rijden. Enige minpunt was het toetje deze waren niet beschikbaar. De toetjes die er ter vervanging waren konden totaal niet tippen aan het eten wat we gehad hebben. Daarnaast waren ze verre van zo lekker als wat er op de kaart staat maar wel duurder zonder dat dit gedeeld is. Verder echt fantastisch gegeten ga zeker nog eens terug.

Heerlijke avond gehad. Smakelijke gerechten. Mooi gepresenteerd. Vriendelijke en attente bediening. Oké is iets duurder maar hier word je niet na 2,5 buiten gekieperd. En stuk minder massaal dan veel geprezen all you can eat tenten.

Een mooi restaurant op een goede, centrale locatie in Vught. Het eten is erg goed, het zijn de beste rolls die ik in Nederland heb gesproefd! Wel redelijk prijzig en de bediening vond ik niet fantastisch. Ik ga zeker nog een keer terug, dat wel!

Vol verwachting naar Vught gereden. Website veelbelovend. Gekozen voor het 7 gangen verrassingsmenu a €79,00 pp. Om zo alle smaken te kunnen proeven! Dit zou ik iedereen afraden. Echt ontzettend overrated . Eerste gang: carpaccio, tweede gang sashimi, 3e gepaneerde kipreepjes, 4e 6 stukjes sushi , 5e 1 coquille , 6e Iberico vleesblokjes en 8 e dessert. Dit alles plus 4 drankjes kostte bij elkaar €95,00 pp. Nu vind ik het niet erg om te betalen voor goed eten. Maar carpaccio, sashimi en kip kan je bij een gemiddelde allyoucaneat ook eten. De sushi en iberico wel op smaak. Als je dan een 7 gangen aanbiedt doe dan de specials van de kaart ipv kiezen voor gemak en de veilige standaard weg. Als je hier gaat eten kies dan voor a la card. Dan ben je denk ik net zo veel geld kwijt maar heb je wel wat bijzonderder gegeten. Dan eet je meer naar waarde. Ipv dat je naar huis rijdt en denkt: en waar heb ik dit bedrag voor neergeteld??

They call it "fine dining" and that is also what you pay for. However the quality and experience are not "fine dining". Good food but to expensive. You can do better.

Om 20.30 sushi besteld en dat werd om 21.00 netjes bezorg aan de poort van het vakantiepark. Het smaakte allemaal erg goed en het eten zag er ook nog eens goed uit.

Altijd heel erg lang wachten hier. Bezorgen of afhalen maakt daarin geen verschil. Eten is wel goed, maar wel duur voor wat je krijgt.

Heerlijk gegeten, verse ingrediënten, mooi opgemaakte gerechten, vriendelijke bediening, heel servicegericht. De manager zelf komt ook regelmatig even vragen of alles naar wens is.

je hebt soms restaurants waar alles klopt de bediening de kwaliteit van het eten (o'toro, wagyu) de passie de entourage en dat in vught een dikke vette 10!
