Kapadokya in Wijk 01 Centrum

The food was always good. But customer friendliness is nowhere to be found. So suddenly, ordering via kapadokya-purmerend.nl is no longer possible. At least, not if you tick something they supposedly don't have, but do offer on this site. My order was suddenly cancelled; I called to ask why this was happening, and I was told that it was because they don't have a product and never have had one. I pointed out that it was definitely listed on their own site. To that, this gentleman said that they don't have their own site (so www.kapadokya-Purmerend.nl is apparently not meant for ordering from Kapadokya Purmerend) and never have had one. And that I am ordering things they don't have at all. Well, great, thanks for the fantastic service. I would have liked to eat at your place again, but with the remark that I am a fool, I will pass on that in the future. And that doesn't seem to matter to them, because it was clearly stated that they don't need me.

I have never eaten so badly. Low quality, soggy stuff, and just Turkish pizzas from packets. Inedible. I warn the reader against ordering. Maybe it tastes different on location, straight from the packet. From now on, just good old reliable Babylon. Better quality, fresh, and the way it should be.

If you have no teeth and no sense of taste, the kapsalon might be something for you, but a pot of soggy, weird-tasting chicken (it's not chicken döner but fillet pieces) just don't do it…

It’s already been a few months since I ordered here, but the food (Calzone and a pizza with shawarma) was just good. Fresh, just crispy enough (especially tricky with the Calzone), very well-filled, and very tasty. And the service was great. Because of my on-call duties, I’m sometimes working late into the night, and I was hungry. I ordered around 1 o'clock (I think they were still frying especially for me), after which a car with a very nice gentleman appeared in front of our house in the countryside at 2 o'clock. So, with great food! I can't say anything about the atmosphere because I only ordered. I read quite a lot of negative reviews, so maybe there is a different owner now or something?

I have NEVER eaten such a disgusting, soggy kapsalon. I don't even want to sound rude, but I took two bites and then left the rest.

Delivered super fast, everything neatly packed. With the kapsalon, the lettuce and sauce were separate, and the hot and cold items were kept apart. The delivery and service were top-notch, and most importantly, the food tasted really good.

I got food poisoning and have been at home for a week now with a severe stomach flu. This is not what I am used to from you!!!

I actually always come here specifically for the chicken satay calzone. Years ago, someone sent me here with the tip that this is the best calzone place. He was right.

The food was delivered quickly and was actually quite palatable if you have an empty stomach. I had indicated that I would pay with €50 in cash, but the delivery person didn't have any change with him, so we agreed that the owner would send me a payment request. Once we started eating, my girlfriend was chewing on a piece of glass. It's a miracle that it stayed at that. I contacted them immediately, but the big-mouthed guy didn't believe a word of it and, according to him, I was making up a load of nonsense. He said he would send someone over to take the order back. I then said that was fine, but when I said we had two pieces left, he said, "Oh, it just so happened to be on the last piece." Someone was supposed to come by after all, but I didn't see anyone again. The owner sent me a payment request for only the kapsalon, because I had indicated that I wasn't going to pay for the pizza. In the end, I sent him a photo but haven't heard anything from them since. We are never ordering from this lousy place again!

We decided to try them and ordered a kapsalon and a Turkish calzone. Ok it was delivered, but we were disappointed. We won’t order from here again

I ordered a kapsalon there at 7:58 PM. The price was €16.75, but unfortunately, it was absolutely not worth the money. The fries were old and didn't taste fresh, and the meat was dry. It felt like the food had been prepared a while ago and then reheated. The only thing I liked was the melted cheese—it was good and added a bit of flavor to the dish. Unfortunately, the rest was very disappointing.

When your order is delivered, it's missing a product. I call the store and they answer with a "I'll send someone over right away." Forty minutes later, the food is cold and still no one. Customer service there is absolutely terrible; it seems like they don't care. The food has always been good, but this was the last time.

The kapsalon tasted expired, the meat tasted like minced meat instead of chicken, the cheese tasted rotten and there were only about 5 fries in it and my niece is now vomiting while the pizzas are always delicious when we order.

Turkish pizza was fluffy and resembled a wet pancake with filling. Fries had no chance. Pizzas were decent. Kebab sandwich was fine. In short: you can go here for a shawarma sandwich, otherwise it is a waste of money.

Perfect if you want to eat something quickly. There is a wide choice of pizzas or sandwiches and the sauces in particular make it perfect.

Ordered a Turkish calzone on Boxing Day. Delivered on time, just forgot to add the garlic sauce. When you then call them, they say that the sauce is in the calzone, which was not included and then the employee tells you that you have to order it separately. So not their fault. They called after 1 hour and they said they would come. Called again an hour and a half later and they still didn't come. The guy who answered the phone got angry. And the food was not even tasty and cold and there was no sauce.

The food and drinks were way too expensive, the bread dough was way too hard, the meat was almost inedible because it was not properly fried, the fries were black with dark orange, hard as a rock. It is recommended not to get food here.

Things used to be much better organized here. Canzone was inedible, meat has changed and size was smaller than before. It will take at least half an hour before you are helped. After you were helped it also took too long. Fries were completely hard and burnt as if they had been fried 4x.

Always delicious food, freshly prepared and ready quickly. The only place where I eat calzone, because the others don't even come close!

The Turkish calzones are very good. The atmosphere in the tent is a bit special. You can also forget about free parking nearby. So ordering online is probably your best option.

Due to my previous review, I received a burnt calzone with a bag of fries on the calzone :) While they were calling, they expressly turned up the music :):) Very mature.
