Troya lunchroom restaurant in Wijk 02 Overwhere

My girlfriend and I got delicious pizzas and fries from here and ate them at home. My girlfriend had the Pizza Diavola and I had the Pizza Picobello. We also had fries with truffle mayo and Parmesan cheese. The pizzas and fries were very tasty, and also well-topped and generously topped, especially the Picobello pizza. Especially for the low price. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The food was delicious and the atmosphere on the terrace was amazing and relaxed 🌿✨ Truly a wonderful experience, from the tasty food to the cozy atmosphere and the good service. Absolutely recommended and I will definitely be back here again! ❤️

Very friendly and delicious food. A new discovery for us. We ended up there by chance and were particularly surprised by the good quality and impeccable service. Unlike usual, here is a photo of two empty plates, to show that we enjoyed ourselves. When it's gone, it's gone, and our tummies are pleasantly full.

Cozy little eatery, good pizzas and generous portions. The ice cream was tasty too. Friendly staff and very affordable prices!

I recommend this lovely place to anyone who loves good food and appreciates the authentic taste of drinks. You are served incredibly friendly and with attention. My wife and I ate Pizza Margherita and Spaghetti Carbonara there. The taste and portions were exactly what you deserve. I also found my favorite Cortado coffee here, which I hadn't tasted anywhere with a truly authentic flavor for years. But now I know where to find my favorite food and drinks. You really must visit this place!

A very friendly atmosphere. A friend and I ate here and it was truly excellent; the staff is also friendly.

Very sweet gentleman who helped us! The food was very tasty.

We ordered four pizzas for an incredible price, we even got free sauce. Food was good and the employee was very nice!

I've already picked up food from this friendly place for the third time. Very tasty döner sandwiches and pizza!

After the renovation, it has become really great. Fresh and tasty food (we had takeaway).

We had a wonderful dining experience here with my brother. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing—warm, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing meal. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared. We were also very impressed by the friendly and attentive service from the lovely lady who served us. She was kind, welcoming, and made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed our visit. I highly recommend this place to anyone living in or around Purmerend. Definitely worth visiting—we will certainly be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The restaurant is called Picobello, and you might have guessed it already: the food was indeed picobello. Highly recommended!

What a lovely atmosphere! The staff is super polite and the food tastes very good. The prices are also very affordable. Definitely worth coming back!

Very tasty food, waited only 10 minutes at most, and the service is also very good.

I ate the Kapsalon platter menu for €16.50. If you are a big eater, order a large Kapsalon around the corner; it is more filling ;) Otherwise, it tasted pretty good. I just found the homemade sambal too mild/bland. The 2 mini rolls made from pizza dough tasted good. Just because of the 2 rolls, I will definitely go there again. Then I will try the pasta or pizza.

The food was tasty, and the portion was generous. Not expensive either. The service was better than expected, as you see in restaurants with a much higher price point. The only minor downside: it was very quiet, so I can't say much about the atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

The Club Sandwich is very tasty with warm chicken breast. And the service is very friendly. Thank you!

Yummy food and great service all around a nice spot too eat. Very nice people and a welcoming atmosphere.

Good menu. Something for everyone.

I thought it was a lovely place, only I was served by a minor with a very big back.

Exactly how I like it, very delicious medium steak 😋

Food delivered. Spare ribs menu plus Turkish filled pizza. Delivered after 45 minutes. The ribs were okay, but less than the promised 650g. The fries were stale and cold. Not lukewarm, but cold. The Turkish pizza smelled of wet cardboard, and the meat tasted strange. Two people felt unwell after just one bite of pizza. If you call, you're called a liar. The delivery driver had just left (camera footage), but the owner insists he was here 45 minutes ago and then demands to know why I'm calling so late. He couldn't/won't come to view the footage. I could get a new pizza. No refund or anything. Straight into the dumpster. Such a shame.

Delicious flavors and everything was great!

Super service and food!! Ordered online, ready within 6 minutes ❤️

I've never gotten a stomachache so quickly in my life, I'm nauseous, and I'm disappointed I paid for this. It's also a shame that I ordered for the whole family, and we only have one toilet. How do you give people food poisoning from five different dishes? Terror food, not from ordering.

Wow Wow Wow Beautiful new look and your boundless energy and passion for cooking gives me a warm feeling inside... See you soon gabbers.

I only got help after 5 minutes because she was on the phone. Then I asked to take it off and was told it would be on in a minute, as there wasn't one. I got the food with onion, which I asked for without. We started yelling at each other. Then the owner came to fix it and make it without onion. He was very friendly, but when we went to eat it, it looked like the Turkish pizza had just been opened and the onion had been plucked out. It wasn't folded anymore, but just stuffed shut. Then we ate it, and there was still onion in it. I don't recommend it to anyone. 11 euros for a Turkish pizza is also very expensive when the place next door sells it for 7 and it tastes much better.

Everything is fine and delicious

Ordered and received a delicious veal doner sandwich. Well filled, tasted good.

Quite a pricey menu that is certainly a bit unnecessarily over the top

I have been ordering from here for many years and have never had a bad experience. Always fresh, hot and tasty. I read negative comments here but they seem fake, hence this 5 star review.

I don’t understand the restaurant owners who take money for using toilet. What do you earn with getting one euro from me? You have earned a bad review for your side and bad experience from my side. Don’t go there!

Best food and the nicest employees

Something went wrong while delivering the food. Fortunately, top service at Troya and food delivered again. Thanks for the good service.

The food here is delicious and for a reasonable price, the owner is also super friendly! In short, highly recommended!

Really bad service, the delivery person was very rude and my food didn't arrive intact

Excellent salad, mint tea and bread. Nice people who go the extra mile.

Ordered food from Troya. Bulgur rice had no salt on it and didn't taste at all how it should taste. Fries tasted bland and had no salt on them. Veal spareribs also had no salt and tasted very unusual, not like veal. Veal and chicken doner dish did not look appetizing, no salt here either, tasted very dry and not at all like a doner. Even the salad was inedible, tasted very sour that it hurt to swallow.

Delicious "troya" pizza, richly topped and tasty. The artichoke salad was surprisingly good and fresh. The owner is pretty neat and my compliments to this man for his treatment of his employees.

Vegan food is simply delicious at Troya, and absolutely not expensive. I ordered vegan calzones and pizzas for a party, the owner sent baklava for dessert. Definitely come back here more often.

Disappointed. There was no cheese at all in my hair salon. I had indicated that I cannot open the door very quickly, but I was immediately tapped on the window very impatiently. Not to be repeated. Answer: it is a vegan dish. Hello, there is also vegan cheese. A hair salon simply requires cheese.

Very tasty food and kind owners. They delivered faster and served some coffee and desserts even though I came to pick up earlier than expected. I will definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Ice cream parlour. What a mockery. It's fine that you don't have 100 flavors. But that you pay 2 euros for 1 scoop!!) dare to count, really scandalous. Then my wife orders 2 scoops,,, and then the smallest container is taken,,,, that easily holds 2 scoops,,, and room enough for 2 more. So I don't order anything, not a cent more from me to over there. No atmosphere, no friendly Hello...

Delicious food. Big portion. Nice personel. Good price-performance ratio.

We tasted "Sweet chilly chicken" with my girlfriend. We are very satisfied with the taste and portion. Thank you!

So yummy tomato soup food delicious i love this restaurant owner very nice and smiling we also got appetizers warm bread with extras I am very happy 🤍🤍🤍🤍

Had a delicious Turkish pizza. And well delivered too. Make sure that little guy gets his tip

Paid for extra sambal and then received an empty jar with only 2 drops of sambal in it. kapsalon was cold and tasteless.

I liked the turkish pizza! Definitely come back again.

Bad donor. Seemed like a warm-up meal and super thick slices. Baklava was dry . I threw everything away after 2 bites.

This place is very bad, it takes too long to be delivered, you get your sandwich cold and it is way too sumptuous, bahbah, not recommended!!!!! This man is also unfriendly to customers who take away their permit!!!!!! Bad thing NEVER ORDER man is UNFRIENDLY if you say something he starts threatening

Hummus, tzatziki, eggplant salad, stuffed wine leaf... The meze menu is delicious! Enjoy... And what makes eating at Troya really fun is the hospitality of the sweet owner!

I recently ate spareribs here with a friend. Delicious!! The fries and tsatsiki are also delicious. Nice staff. Really great. Too bad you don't deliver to Zaandam

It takes so long for your order to arrive. Last time I order here

Always good food and drinks... The owner is very friendly and makes you quickly feel at ease and welcome.

Just got food from Troya. Deliciously tender doner meat, I asked for doner with only onion, and a mountain of onion on top! The gentleman who took the order is a real winner! Super nice. Recommended

Very pleasantly surprised! We once stepped in to have a cup of tea with a small snack, but we immediately received a sample dish with all kinds of vegan delicacies when the owner realized that we were eating vegan. There is even a completely vegan menu! Really great, and that in Purmerend. But most importantly: the taste of everything is really good. And the owner and staff are incredibly sweet and attentive. We now regularly order from them to our complete satisfaction! Do it yourself via their own site (because there is an extra discount and then this friendly business does not have to pay high commissions to Uber or Thuisbezorgd). We hope to enjoy Troya for a long time to come.

Delivered super fast. Friendly delivery person. Food looked great and was delicious. Just the right amount. Not too much or too little. Have enjoyed.

Ordered a doner and I have never eaten something so disgusting. The meat smells very bad and looks like cat food. (See picture) . Not a cucumber or tomato in sight. I ate 1 bite of it and it almost went over my neck and I also gave the delivery person a 3 euro tip. Paid 18 euros for a can of coke and fries.

We had a delicious meal again today. And whether you eat meat, are vegetarian or vegan, the choice is enormous. Always friendly people, good price quality and the portions are more than sufficient. There is no one else for me other than just Troya.

Very good price-quality ratio. And very good customer service!

The order will be there within an hour at most (45 minutes they said). I would also like to mention that not everything we ordered was present. The wrong thing was also delivered. Finally, the food was bad, so not recommended.

Very hospitable, friendliness. Had Calzone shawarma and vegan durum pizza. Something for everyone and certainly delicious! Everything is freshly prepared too! See you next time :)

Already ordered twice, GREAT EATING. Wonderful kapsalon and delicious chicken döner dishes. Today I was short of meat due to a small mistake, and they immediately brought a bowl of meat, top service.

We have gotten food here at different times of the day and on different days, had it delivered, picked it up and eaten there and I must honestly say, I have never had anything to complain about, the pizzas are great, much better than that crap from that American bagel. tents, the baklava is really heavenly, at least not as super sweet as that stuff that is bought one step at a time from the market in Beverwijk, the hair salon and spare ribs are fantastic. The owner is a very sweet guy who always does his best together with his son. Hard working family. I would recommend this place to everyone. And if there is ever something wrong or missing with your order, I am sure you can call them or drop by and it will be resolved

We had a very nice meal at Troya, the staff is very friendly and the food was very tasty. Definitely recommended to eat here.

Also Vegan dishes 😋 Tasty food for a good price. Completely happy here 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

There is not much wrong with the food, but if you order a Turkish pizza with veal döner and you only get a Turkish pizza, that is not really good, you still pay 4.50 extra for something that is not included, and if you order them If you want to call, the phone is not answered...

Delicious sandwiches and coffee, lovely people. When I'm on the square, I always recommend sitting on the terrace 👍😊

Always good food here...we like coming here...the people who work here are always nice...you can sit inside and outside...highly recommended

The owner is so disrespectful and he made dishes with THE BLOOD STILL inside the MEAT AND SOO MUCH MORE THERE EVEN WAS SOME PLASTIC IN MY FOOOD AND HE IS SO DISRESPECTFUL

Ice cream with whipped cream spray, doesn't match. Price 0.75 for too much whipped cream

Delicious delicious delicious today Tuesday, May 31, 2021 delicious food, too bad the sauces were forgotten. Payment was also stated on the receipt! But no onion and garlic sauce.. too bad

We wanted to eat there for the first time today, but we decided not to because of very bad comments from people. Thanks folks for comments.

It was really tasty food!! Definitely order more often

Can't eat bad food here, we will never order anything again, the taste is really bad and the products are old, I also worked in a restaurant and know a lot, so never ordering food from them again, highly recommended.

Absolutely disgusted with this food, way too much fat. Meatballs didn't even look like meatloaf. Hopefully I survive this.

Ordered a doner sandwich, the sandwich was torn and full of fat, took 1 bite, the sandwich fell apart, called and was told to get a new sandwich, received the sandwich. Even worse and torn than the last one, just falls apart again, called again, I get a big mouth that I keep calling because I want free food, no, I want good food for which I pay! Never again at this junk tent.

Very dissatisfied, I was standing in front of the door with a few friends, I think the owner comes out and says sarcastically, come inside, then he gets angry because we have gotten food from others and starts scolding us, we stand 7 meters further away. I walk out of Scheldt again, you better go to the kebab shop around the corner, at least have respect for 15 year olds Dear sir, my friend only threw away a piece of paper and that made you very angry, I don't know why, but I wanted to eat with you again and again, but that is now also very ruined

After a bad experience with Troya, we came to an agreement for a second chance! It tasted delicious and the owner was very friendly by phone! He is open to feedback and willing to think along!

Poor delivery and cold food. Unfortunately not recommended

Delivery was reasonably on time. But the food wasn't good. Worthless, better said. The garlic sauce was like water. It doesn't even come with a bowl of sambal as standard. At a hair salon the bowl is 75% fries. Better said, wilted fries. The container is also not completely filled. There was just a little layer to it. So worthless. Definitely don't order here. There are plenty of other things that do it better.

Delicious food & incredibly friendly owner. Recommended!

just ordered a double portion of spareribs and a single . I have never eaten such dirty spareribs, they were black, hard and chewy with a lot of fat. Unfortunately, there was some kind of coucous salad and tjatsiki with the spare ribs, so everything was warm and so I didn't eat it. This was the first time we ordered spareribs here, I wouldn't do this again

Ordered and we didn't get any cutlery even though we asked. We also didn't really have good food and we noticed that the next morning. Not recommended Even when we called and asked about cutlery and food, we were hung up during the conversation. (We had given another 15 euro tip)

Got an ice cream there yesterday! 😋 Can't wait until we can eat there again!!!

Ordered mixed grill and some hair salons today. Delivery time was over an hour and the meal was just enough. Shouldn't have lasted longer or it would have been lukewarm. Furthermore, the quality is good and the mixed grill is well stocked for the big eater.

This guy once threatened me by phone garlic sauce is more like water than garlic sauce They don't do anything to change it I have reported it several times Too bad I can't post comments It's strange that I can afford a holiday to Vietnam without any money

Tasty food, good price, friendly hospitable owner. You can also just have a nice cup of coffee there (outside of corona time of course). A real restaurant with a neighborhood function.

Was great!!!always good food and nice people👍

Received a wonderful hair salon from Troya! Friendly on the phone and very friendly at the door. I indicated that it was for a birthday and received a small present. I definitely recommend ordering here!

The pizza was burnt, they forgot the sauces. The owner was very rude. He hung up in front of me, and he also started yelling on the phone. The food took too long, I waited more than 45 minutes for the food. Really scandalous. They'd better open a chip shop.

Just ordered and received, but there was a hair in/between the Turkish pizza. Never again for us!

Very bad food. Kapsalon not to eat! Very watery garlic sauce. Soggy fries and dry meat. Tasted like nothing, threw everything away.

Friendly, experienced and hospitable! Always nice to have a chat with a nice bowl of ice cream or cup of espresso. If you are looking for a nice and honest place for your lunch and dinner, then you have come to the right place.

Kapselon was cold and messed up. Delivery guy was angry at the door. I couldn't eat it. I called them to report it. The man got angry and said I was lying. Never order here again and garlic sauce tasted like damn vegetable sauce.

Always fresh and delicious Super hygiene.

Ordered for the second time now and OMG!! How delicious is the hair salon with chicken😎 Fresh lettuce, tasty chicken, good garlic, delicious fries and everything nice and warm!!😍 Troya keep it up!

Always good food and nice service

It was delicious and cozy again and a delicious ice cream.
