Food served too cold. Restrooms dramatically poorly maintained. Fortunately, the staff was friendly.

Good food and nice workers but super dirty. Really bad experience.

I just ordered the Family Deal for 2 and didn't get the 2 medium fries that came with it. Driving back isn't an option either, because the food is already half cold. The staff is often too incompetent to deliver a complete order; it's better to check first, even if it's busy behind you.

Very bad food, cold chicken, cold fries, hamburger with hardly any toppings, fun for the kids to play, ice cream with sauce, (see photo) and the worst part is that they use old frying fat.

I had to wait over 45 minutes for my order after asking the counter several times. If the order couldn't be delivered, I wanted a refund, and then suddenly it arrived. There also seemed to be a gnawed-off piece of bone in my fries, which was disgusting. It really ruined my appetite. It's also this particular branch that's regularly so terribly bad. If the head office is reading this, PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

Over half of the ordering terminals were broken. You have to wait longer for your order than in a good restaurant. Completely overwhelmed – if you have to wait forever for fast food, you might as well go somewhere else.

I just placed an order for myself and my heavily pregnant wife, intending to receive a meal quickly. Despite the extra charge for priority delivery, after waiting an hour, I received a message that the order had been canceled.

All praise to Ricardo. We had to wait quite a while for our order, late at night. The host's fantastic service made up for everything!

Large KFC with somewhat dim lighting. Excellent food, very clean, and reasonably fast service depending on how busy it is. It's a bit hard to see that you can also order at the counter, but a simple wave was enough to get help.

Long lines, absolute chaos! We had to wait 45 minutes for our food. There was no structure to their work, which made it hard for them to keep up. The food gets a 5 out of 10! It's always delicious at KFC.

Incredibly long wait times. I waited over 40 minutes for my food and was about to ask for my money back.

The food was okay. However, we waited almost an hour for our food, which was fast food. Plus, it felt like a children's playground with lots of running, screaming, and loud children.

No words. Boneless box large = 3 small raw chicken pieces and 3 x something nugget-like, also delicious raw. Plus points: the mayo and water were good.

I came with my friend we ordered at the same I came with my friend, and we ordered the same thing at the same time. I even ordered a few minutes before her, but she got her order faster than me. I waited for 40 minutes and still didn’t get mine. When I went to the cashier and said that I had been waiting for my food for 40 minutes, the woman said something rude to me in another language and didn’t even apologize.

Always fast service and friendly staff, even during peak hours. My order was correct, the fries were nice and crispy, and the burger was nice and hot. Tables were cleared quickly, and the music was at a comfortable volume. Restrooms were clean, which is rare in fast-food restaurants. It's also convenient that there's plenty of parking. Everything is organized neatly and efficiently, exactly what you'd expect from such a chain.

The tables are all filthy. You have to go get someone to clean them. Hygiene is a real issue. Reusable cups aren't washed properly either, resulting in nasty cold sores! What a mess!

It takes ages every time, and the order is wrong again, and the staff isn't friendly. I've been back here three times, and each time I had to walk back to the cash register at least twice because the order was wrong or cold.

I could write many reviews about the quality of the food and quality (ha!) of the staff but that would take too long. Today was the final straw, I won't be back again.

Last night at 5:32 PM, I placed an order (time on the receipt). After 20 minutes, I went to ask how long it would take. The cashier looked at me as if I was asking a stupid question. I said, "We've already been waiting 20 minutes." It's not like it's full of people," she said, "I have no idea." I said, "Well, we'll just wait a little longer." PS, the push-through container for burgers and fries was quite full. After half an hour, I went back and asked for the shift leader. The same question was asked. Yes, they were already working on it, and it had been over half an hour. We were supposed to get an extra burger. After 43 minutes, our food finally arrived. The food was okay, except for one cola that looked like it had soapy water in it. Oh well. We'll just share our drinks then. Ugh, how bad. If it was busy, okay, understandable, but something's wrong. It's definitely not fast food anymore. I'd recommend sending a "Mystery Guest" over in the evening... truly awful. And it didn't look like they were understaffed. Three men at the counter, two in the kitchen, and as far as I could see, at least three more behind them preparing sandwiches and scooping fries... plus the shift leader and someone in the drive-thru.

The chicken is not crispy as it used to be!!

I don't recommend it to anyone. I thought it was a chicken restaurant, but apparently it's just a bread restaurant.

It's only getting worse, never better!! It takes ages for your order to be ready, the kitchen is a mess; just check out the floor when you're at the counter. The fries are always soggy, and the chicken is getting worse and worse, with the "Squid Game" hot wings being the icing on the cake... so awful!!! I'm completely done with it and will never go there again. Photos attached; the pretty ones show how to imagine the Squid Game hot wings, and the one with the mess is how you actually get them!!!... soft wings soaked in some sauce... looks nothing like the advertising photos, not even close!!... and the taste was also very disappointing... all in all, another pig in a poke... worthless, never again.

The "I want cheese" burger was awful. Cold, chemically flavorful, and way too expensive.

Fried chicken with good flavor and at a good price

A very unfriendly experience at the drive-through. While we were still choosing, we were simply pushed away and then ignored. When we asked if we could order, we were bluntly told that we "could have ordered long ago." The tone was also curt and rude when paying and handing over the food. Absolutely not customer-friendly service. It was also the manager, if I'm mistaken.

For us, this was a KFC that really needs to improve its staff and the food. The only thing that was properly fried were the fries. We had a large order, and the drinks we received with it were less than half the size. When we asked why, we were brushed off with the excuse that that was it. The sauce on our sandwiches was so small it felt like there wasn't any sauce at all. The chicken was incredibly dry. All I can say for now is that the decor and cleanliness were good, and the parking was good. But otherwise, they need some help to make it a great KFC.

Everything OK with table service

The staff was difficult to understand, but we ended up getting a good result. You can also order digitally at the terminal, but it was my first visit, and I wasn't sure what to order or how, and because of special requests. The chicken was cooked well, which I've had different experiences elsewhere. The taste was good. Although that's a personal preference. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star for the cleanliness of the restrooms. They weren't clean at the time of my visit.

It took a very long time to get our order, and then it turned out to be wrong, so some of us started eating while the rest waited for their orders to be complete. It wasn't busy when we got there, but almost all the tables were dirty when we arrived.

It was a decent KFC. The restroom was relatively clean compared to other KFCs. The food was good, hot, and fresh. I've seen worse KFCs!

Meat was totally dry, as if it had been three days old

It's visible that the place is cleaned in the morning but during the day no one it's concerned with that. I would say that the children corner is the only thing that makes me go there but unfortunatelly it's always out of service...

32 minutes waiting for a menu... it wasn't even busy and everyone had to wait a long time, so it wasn't that we were simply unlucky. out of boredom I filled out the survey, but when asked if I wanted free hot wings I just said no, I would have stood in line for half an hour for that too... the food was good (burger was tasty and the fries were hot)

Don't go there that often, but you immediately notice that it is not the well-oiled machine like McDonald's. The familiar chicken menus are of course certainly better, but their specials are often less.

Extremely disappointing food. The preparation was poor — the burger buns were stale, and the chicken pieces were nearly inedible - the original chicken pieces were dripping oil and It tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a long time. Every table was dirty, even though there were only a few customers. Visiting this KFC had become a routine whenever we went to IKEA. We’ve always known KFC isn’t the healthiest option, but we kept coming back. After this experience, though, it might be our last visit — not just to this location, but to any KFC.

After waiting an hour for Our order that we placed at 21:00 but called where our order was and if they were still working on it. After calling twice I got an employee on the phone and said that this problem would be with thuiszorgd until the moment this employee hung up the order was just visible and you could also see that it had been received while the employee said that he had not received it once when it was printed the order was suddenly gone "refused" every time there is something or you don't get sauce with your fries or they forget your corn Something always goes wrong with this we will not order anything anymore we think it is a great shame how this company treats their customers

In a world where everything is getting faster, KFC is getting slower… such a waste of time. We waited 50 minutes for a small order. Never again.

We had been queuing at the drive for a good fifteen minutes, when it was our turn the employee said “yes the drive is closed, there is a sign”. In the picture you can see what kind of sign was there :| Not OK. According to the opening hours the drive should be open. So we went somewhere else…

Old message: The chicken from KFC is always good. Unfortunately, after years, KFC Netherlands still hasn't managed to set up a FAST food restaurant in Heerlen. Even on a Monday evening, with a few people in front of me, I still have to wait 30 minutes for my order. 3 out of 5 ordering columns are broken and half of the employees are standing with their hands crossed or working at half strength. Bad management. Unfortunately, this has been the case for years with every visit to KFC Heerlen and there seems to be no improvement. Update: all ordering columns are now working again. Update 15/11/23: the ordering columns were all working again and the food arrived a lot faster! Update 05/06/25: Food arrived quickly, was hot and crispy. No broken ordering columns or broken staff. Great to see that KFC has taken on board the feedback and that everything is a lot better!

The experience did not meet expectations. The quality of the food was below what I had hoped for. Sadly, I do not think I will return to KFC

In itself a fine place but it remains KFC... is in a top location near the housing boulevard. Ample parking.

Worst customer service. The manager showed rude attitude towards a customer, who was actually right in his complaint. He shouted at him to go and complain wherever he could. So disappointing for a corporate business. We will not go there again, as we may face the same attitude.

I was at Ikea around lunchtime and only ordered a small meal. It's actually a cool place because they have different levels to sit on. However, I did have to wait quite a long time for my order even though it wasn't busy. In general, I don't think Kentucky Child's food is that great, especially since I always wonder where the chicken comes from. But whatever. The fries were actually pretty good, and when I'd finished eating, I noticed that they'd given me a deposit cup. You can return this at a special machine and then get a bong printed out. Apart from the fact that the machine didn't work that day because the cup hadn't been activated, and the same thing happened to another customer, it was a bit of a silly story, because you can only set up the bong using an app, and then you have to enter your bank account number or something. I find that very complicated, so I think I lost €1 or at least 50 cents. Oh well.

I was there yesterday with my husband. The service was great, the food was fresh, warm, and delicious. I definitely recommend the new salads, they're very tasty. I'd be happy to go again, thank you. The cleanliness was excellent.

It's good sometimes and crappy other times. 2 piece meal, a nice thigh piece and a wing... Worthless combination as a 2 piece meal. Update May 2025. They have changed their own App, you now have to fill in everything including your mobile number. I and many others think that is really not done. So on to the 1 star total! A bit of Trump's style.

3 out of 5 terminals defective, all tables are dirty, long waiting times and no way to get the food to the table. My buddy was also able to floss his teeth with a long black hair in his “chicken salon”. I never believe that this establishment is run as it should be…

I avoided this KFC for a long time because the food was really bad, the service was bad and the employees were rude, but yesterday the magic M was closed. And my mattie wanted to eat chicken, so I ignored it. To my amazement it was super tasty and the boy who took the order was like a comedian, so fun and delicious that I felt obliged to provide a top reference, great man!!!
