Wow, what a wonderful experience at KFC! The chicken was honestly the best I've had in a long time, perfectly crispy on the outside and wonderfully tender on the inside. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the service was also top-notch! Friendly and fast. Definitely recommended for anyone craving a delicious meal! I'll definitely be back soon.

I'd love to get a big fat zero everywhere! Let's start with the parking lot. Roda is playing great, great fun, isn't there a need for customer parking spaces?! Everything is packed, no room... so after driving around like a scumbag, you just stand in a corner because there's no room. As an American living in the Netherlands, I would like to let KFC corporate, the staff of this restaurant 495 and potential customers know that I had the best customer service (friendly, courteous and fast) and the freshest, hottest (temperature) (that's a good thing) and tastiest food I've had at a KFC establishment! I had lunch, ten chicken tenders and a Cinnamon bun shake. The chicken was hot, juicy and tender as it should be. The shake was surprisingly tasty too! I spoke with the staff today and I was very impressed by the courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism of each of them! Those on duty were: Martin, Eugenie, Vladimir, Mohammed, Mutaz, Andries and Diana. This is exactly how every restaurant should be. I hope my review will be seen by those in management who will give well deserved recognition to each and every one of these fine employees. Thank you everyone for serving me today! After waiting for over 15 minutes and not receiving any food, I requested a refund. It wasn't busy, and every customer after me (three or four) received their food. Standard procedure at this KFC is that after placing your order, you're sent away and have to wait for someone to bring your food. It's no wonder this KFC location has received such bad reviews. It's a disgrace to KFC Netherlands that this restaurant is so poorly managed. I called and requested a refund, but the woman who claimed to be the franchisee refused to transfer it. So, the only way to get it back is through KFC Netherlands. Customers here, just like me, regularly freak out about how things are run here.

Amazing ❤ I am grateful 🙏 Hmm 🤔 ... veggie food was pretty good. There was an issue with the touch screen, as I had issues getting it to work for some reason. Sit down for a moment. KFC IT guy, take note. I'm a vegetarian. KFC's vegan chicken is quite tasty. Communication is a bit of a challenge, though: I've ordered in-store a few times, and it doesn't always go smoothly. That's why I wanted to try online. First, I tried downloading the app on my Android phone and then creating an account. The first thing I did was scroll back to 1966, month after month. I ended up stopping at 1996; it's not relevant anyway. Then I have to enter my phone number. No matter what I try—0031, 31, +31, clicking the flag, 06 or 6, and any combination thereof—I keep getting a message that the format is incorrect. Entering a phone number is mandatory, so I couldn't get through in the end. Then I booted up the laptop and ordered from KFC. This was easier (now I could actually enter my phone number). "Pay in store" would have been a nice addition. I quickly took a screenshot and texted it to myself. That's a good thing, because I didn't receive any further feedback from KFC via WhatsApp about whether they were preparing it or whether it was ready. Once I got to the restaurant, it took me a while to realize that the number on the sign matched my order number, but that there were four more digits after it that represented some kind of internal serial number. Then I noticed that other, higher serial numbers were ready much faster. This was initially because my order apparently needed longer to heat up (I asked). Then they told me that the vegetarian chicken salad I'd ordered was out (isn't the inventory linked to the ordering system?). They made me a different salad with the vegan chicken in it. Thanks for the help, but it tasted rather bland, with far too little dressing for the amount of lettuce. I also ordered Korean and regular BBQ sauce online, and received two regular sauces. The medium fries are actually quite small and a bit salty. Those were the negative comments. As mentioned, the vegan chicken strips are quite tasty, as is the corn. My non-vegetarian wife enjoyed another bucket of Original.

We sat down with three people at the restaurant a good fifteen minutes before closing time for a bite to eat. We ordered our food at a kiosk (clicking "eat here"). We then waited 20 minutes (it was now 9:05 PM). When we finally received our food, we were presented with a takeaway order. After indicating that we'd chosen "eat here," we were told that wasn't possible. "We're closed," we were told. "Orders placed after 8:30 PM are only available for pickup." This is understandable, but nowhere is this clearly indicated. When everything (Google Maps, the restaurant signs, the door, etc.) says "closes at 9:00 PM," it's logical for customers to assume that the restaurant is still open for dining at 8:45 PM. If we didn't receive our food until 9:05 PM, it's also because the food preparation process is incredibly slow in a so-called "fast food" restaurant. We are extremely dissatisfied with this as well as previous experiences and will not be returning.

After my first review, a lot has changed. Since a couple of weeks the people at the drive through only seem to talk English. Not a problem for me, but I can imagine people running into issues with ordering because of this. Also, when the restaurant opened, the employees were friendly and answered questions without any issues. Nowadays you can barely get any contact with employees, because they are too busy talking to each other. The place also does not look clean anymore. My girlfriend has gotten sick from eating products from them two weeks in a row. I have no idea whether they changed something regarding recipes or not, but it's strange she never had this at other KFC's, nor at this place before the "changes".

We had to wait 20 minutes and there was no one for us. The people after us also have to wait even longer. The dark young gentleman behind the counter almost walked backwards, so slowly. Your feedback is always the same for everyone: 'we will pass it on'. Since the same problem occurs, these are empty promises and you are not pursuing this. We also only got 6 wings instead of 4. I only saw this during dinner so unfortunately I couldn't go back to file this complaint.

Having to wait 20 minutes for a boneless bucket on a Sunday afternoon at 12 o'clock in the drive inn with hardly any customers and without an announcement by the employee that it will take 20 minutes is really far too long. I expect fast food, this is more slow cooking. Only to miss 1 or 2 pieces in the bucket. We are very disappointed.

Quiet eatery. Easily accessible, not far from the A76 motorway. Food was tasty. But when ordering 4 menus, we did not receive fries. Went back and after some back and forth from them I got the fries. Also ordered 2 mayonnaise and ketchup, received 1 mayonnaise and 1 ketchup. I took my ticket, but did not get it back. Toilet visits, no soap and no way to dry your hands, No other option to disinfect your hands. Very unhygienic if you have to eat your food with your hands like here, after ordering your food on those large panels. I won't come here anymore...

My friends and I are never welcome; we're always respectful and tip. It's not appreciated. The food is fine. But our money isn't worth less than anyone else's. We're never allowed to eat here, only takeout. Ordering is done with a sigh. Such a shame!

We keep coming back here, even though we've lived a bit further away for almost 10 years. We still find the fries to be good and the snacks to be perfectly cooked. You can specify how you want your fries cooked (e.g., well done). The regular staff is very friendly and quick to understand. They know what's important. So, no young teenagers with little experience. The food is ready quickly and is good. We always get our fries here. I find it less pleasant to sit down and eat here.
