Went yesterday, the second day of Christmas, it was nice for me, a lovely festive lunch

Went there yesterday with friends. It was very tasty and the service was great.

Top very fast just in the drive, it seems that there is a faster person on Sunday than on other days.

Quickly helped by the dark woman, very friendly and helped me with my choice, I didn't know what to get, opted for a burger that was spicy.

Wow, what a wonderful experience at KFC! The chicken was honestly the best I've had in a long time, perfectly crispy on the outside and wonderfully tender on the inside. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the service was also top-notch! Friendly and fast. Definitely recommended for anyone craving a delicious meal! I'll definitely be back soon.

Waiting way too long in the drive

I'd love to get a big fat zero everywhere! Let's start with the parking lot. Roda is playing great, great fun, isn't there a need for customer parking spaces?! Everything is packed, no room... so after driving around like a scumbag, you just stand in a corner because there's no room. When you walk to the door, you're not allowed back in. 8:30 PM and I REPEAT 8:30 PM, it closes at 9:00 PM. Specially done for the competition, you're welcome!

As an American living in the Netherlands, I would like to let KFC corporate, the staff of this restaurant 495 and potential customers know that I had the best customer service (friendly, courteous and fast) and the freshest, hottest (temperature) (that's a good thing) and tastiest food I've had at a KFC establishment! I had lunch, ten chicken tenders and a Cinnamon bun shake. The chicken was hot, juicy and tender as it should be. The shake was surprisingly tasty too! I spoke with the staff today and I was very impressed by the courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism of each of them! Those on duty were: Martin, Eugenie, Vladimir, Mohammed, Mutaz, Andries and Diana. This is exactly how every restaurant should be. I hope my review will be seen by those in management who will give well deserved recognition to each and every one of these fine employees. Thank you everyone for serving me today! I'd love to give it a 0-0, but unfortunately that's not possible. Bad staff, bad cold chicken, burnt fries. And when you show the bucket (with four small legs and a burnt mini wing) to the staff, they say, "So what?" In short, DISGRACEFUL!! And that costs €37.00.

I was there with my grandparents, the atmosphere was bad, not helpful, the food was terrible, everything was burnt. We ordered a box and it was the wrong one again, as always, and they don't respond if you say something about it, don't go there again, everything is also dirty, terrible, 1 star or a 0 zero 😡😡😡🤢😭

There were youth who were being annoying

After waiting for over 15 minutes and not receiving any food, I requested a refund. It wasn't busy, and every customer after me (three or four) received their food. Standard procedure at this KFC is that after placing your order, you're sent away and have to wait for someone to bring your food. It's no wonder this KFC location has received such bad reviews. It's a disgrace to KFC Netherlands that this restaurant is so poorly managed. I called and requested a refund, but the woman who claimed to be the franchisee refused to transfer it. So, the only way to get it back is through KFC Netherlands. Customers here, just like me, regularly freak out about how things are run here.

Crazy. I thought I'd arrive 10 minutes before closing time, stupid me. But no problem for KFC Heerlenbaan! Everything's still in stock as long as they're open! Super service, the manager was incredibly helpful!

Mediocre staff and a bland space

Amazing ❤ I am grateful 🙏 Hmm 🤔 ... veggie food was pretty good. There was an issue with the touch screen, as I had issues getting it to work for some reason. Waited a bit longer than other numbers that were later than mine, could be due to the type of a request. Too bad there's no option to get rid of the ice from the drinks. Otherwise, the people working there are the heroes.

The best place to order "fast" food if you want to wait at least 30 minutes

Sit down for a moment. KFC IT guy, take note. I'm a vegetarian. KFC's vegan chicken is quite tasty. Communication is a bit of a challenge, though: I've ordered in-store a few times, and it doesn't always go smoothly. That's why I wanted to try online. First, I tried downloading the app on my Android phone and then creating an account. The first thing I did was scroll back to 1966, month after month. I ended up stopping at 1996; it's not relevant anyway. Then I have to enter my phone number. No matter what I try—0031, 31, +31, clicking the flag, 06 or 6, and any combination thereof—I keep getting a message that the format is incorrect. Entering a phone number is mandatory, so I couldn't get through in the end. Then I booted up the laptop and ordered from KFC. This was easier (now I could actually enter my phone number). "Pay in store" would have been a nice addition. I quickly took a screenshot and texted it to myself. That's a good thing, because I didn't receive any further feedback from KFC via WhatsApp about whether they were preparing it or whether it was ready. Once I got to the restaurant, it took me a while to realize that the number on the sign matched my order number, but that there were four more digits after it that represented some kind of internal serial number. Then I noticed that other, higher serial numbers were ready much faster. This was initially because my order apparently needed longer to heat up (I asked). Then they told me that the vegetarian chicken salad I'd ordered was out (isn't the inventory linked to the ordering system?). They made me a different salad with the vegan chicken in it. Thanks for the help, but it tasted rather bland, with far too little dressing for the amount of lettuce. I also ordered Korean and regular BBQ sauce online, and received two regular sauces. The medium fries are actually quite small and a bit salty. Those were the negative comments. As mentioned, the vegan chicken strips are quite tasty, as is the corn. My non-vegetarian wife enjoyed another bucket of Original.

The service is unfriendly. They're unhelpful, and the coupons don't work. The manager is a real idiot. Terribly poor customer service. I'll never come back here.

Keep away from here if you have any other choice! Never again. 1. Environment: The toilet had once no water and full of faeces. It stank terribly everywhere. 2. Food: Much less choices than any other KFC. 3. Service: I spent nearly 40 Euro and wanted just one more wood fork. No way.

Received the wrong box, there were three pieces too few in the staff, they were running around with their heads under their arms, half of them did nothing, it took almost 40 minutes before I got my food, the coke had more ice in it than coke and we won't even talk about the price anymore, you can almost buy 2 grilled chickens of 1200 grams each for that, in a word, worthless

We sat down with three people at the restaurant a good fifteen minutes before closing time for a bite to eat. We ordered our food at a kiosk (clicking "eat here"). We then waited 20 minutes (it was now 9:05 PM). When we finally received our food, we were presented with a takeaway order. After indicating that we'd chosen "eat here," we were told that wasn't possible. "We're closed," we were told. "Orders placed after 8:30 PM are only available for pickup." This is understandable, but nowhere is this clearly indicated. When everything (Google Maps, the restaurant signs, the door, etc.) says "closes at 9:00 PM," it's logical for customers to assume that the restaurant is still open for dining at 8:45 PM. If we didn't receive our food until 9:05 PM, it's also because the food preparation process is incredibly slow in a so-called "fast food" restaurant. We are extremely dissatisfied with this as well as previous experiences and will not be returning.

Super long waits even though it's not very busy, things just get forgotten..

We went to get dinner last night. There was a woman at the drive-thru who took our order. She couldn't even say "Have a good evening" or "Enjoy your meal." She didn't even ask our order, she just asked if we wanted fries sauce or something else with it. She wasn't hospitable at all and certainly not customer-friendly. She couldn't crack a smile. Apparently, she didn't feel like working... And the chicken we got was a real shame. It seems like the chicken is getting smaller and smaller.

Waiting over 20 minutes for 2 hamburgers and drinks is really long, especially since the place was completely empty at 2pm in the afternoon.

I've had several bad experiences with this KFC. Mediocre food, poor service, and long wait times. Today, they decided to turn everyone away from the drive-thru 20 minutes before closing. "Mattie, everything's gone, we're closing." Apparently, even the milkshakes are running out, especially right before closing. Addressing your customers professionally is asking too much.

The food here is incredibly delicious, always fresh, and they have the nicest staff ever! Definitely a 10/10 for me.

It was dirty, there was trash everywhere, the tables were dirty, much less choice and what you got was less than before, the burgers, raps you name it were smaller and fries were dry....is the last time we went there for what we got it was way too expensive...they lost us.

Very unfriendly staff. They throw caps and bottles, burgers are almost thrown on the tray. Even if you have a question or want to order something at the counter, you can wait a long time. There is no reaction. Even if you get your burger after a long wait, it seems like it was thrown into the box from 3 meters away. It was even in the box the wrong way around! Long waiting times, unfriendly staff, a mess; I will never go here again.

Good service. Fast too. Everything looks hygienic too! Edit: I've been there several times now and I have to say honestly the food is just bizarrely good and freshly prepared. It does take a bit longer than other (older) KFCs but that's why it's always fresh. As I said before the staff is extremely friendly and that's not always the case with KFC restaurants 🤣.

Went here for dinner with friends, there was a hair in one of the Hot Wings. It was really baked in, so it wasn't ours. We went to the counter with it, and the answer we got was: "It's not ours, it's a chicken hair." The last time I took biology, chickens still had feathers, not hair. Good food, but this service is really unacceptable.

After my first review, a lot has changed. Since a couple of weeks the people at the drive through only seem to talk English. Not a problem for me, but I can imagine people running into issues with ordering because of this. Also, when the restaurant opened, the employees were friendly and answered questions without any issues. Nowadays you can barely get any contact with employees, because they are too busy talking to each other. The place also does not look clean anymore. My girlfriend has gotten sick from eating products from them two weeks in a row. I have no idea whether they changed something regarding recipes or not, but it's strange she never had this at other KFC's, nor at this place before the "changes".

I ate there with my girlfriend yesterday. The meat on one of the burgers didn't look cooked well, according to my girlfriend, but she thought it was the chili sauce, so we tried it anyway. It was actually inedible and not really cooked. That same evening, we had severe stomach pains, and I was also struggling with nausea. So please be very careful with the food there, and if you eat there, check the meat.

Waited half an hour after many people arrived later and already had their food but asked where ours was. It would arrive soon but the tenders took five minutes longer I tell her I have been waiting for half an hour she says but we don't have enough anymore do you want something else I say no give me the rest of the order and leave the tenders there give me the money back I get alijn money back and it is ready. I also think it was better how long all the ready food was in the warming container before it arrived to the customer is not normal we went to the Berren for the same price better atmosphere and much tastier and certainly faster

Waiting half an hour in a virtually empty KFC restaurant for your order is not what I would call a fast food restaurant. Then the order turns out to be incomplete.

Waiting times are excessively long

The service (in Heerlen) is less than mediocre. Most of the staff is not friendly and they are very slow. It seems intentional. Once I thought that they are on a strike, but that would be a very long strike. Accordingly, the atmosphere is also quite bad because everybody is waiting for a long time. The food is ok, though.

Waiting times are excessively long. You don't expect to have to wait thirty minutes for your food. I wasn't the only customer at the time who had that same problem. Understaffing could be possible, but please let people know. Well, the food is just not as good as it was thirty years ago. Kipsalon has been quite successful for me. Could have had a little more chicken.

An objective assessment of this restaurant near the border would result in a maximum of one star. Despite low occupancy, our family had to wait 20 minutes for a nearly cold meal. Orders and reservations were not processed correctly. The menu is only available in Dutch and English; there is no German version – this is unacceptable. In summary: poor food quality, inadequate service, and serious communication difficulties. Therefore, a recommendation is not possible.

Very bad, employees very unfriendly.

Food was not complete when we received it, the bag was completely leaked, the food was really not tasty, we threw everything away, a zinger burger that tastes sour, no idea how they prepare it, fries have been fried so many times that they are limp and brown, we will not come back, 37 euros thrown away, I expect if I pay that much that I will get decent food.

We had to wait 20 minutes and there was no one for us. The people after us also have to wait even longer. The dark young gentleman behind the counter almost walked backwards, so slowly. Your feedback is always the same for everyone: 'we will pass it on'. Since the same problem occurs, these are empty promises and you are not pursuing this. We also only got 6 wings instead of 4. I only saw this during dinner so unfortunately I couldn't go back to file this complaint.

Having to wait 20 minutes for a boneless bucket on a Sunday afternoon at 12 o'clock in the drive inn with hardly any customers and without an announcement by the employee that it will take 20 minutes is really far too long. I expect fast food, this is more slow cooking. Only to miss 1 or 2 pieces in the bucket. We are very disappointed.

I'm often there and you wait far too long for the food. (15 - 20 minutes).

Quiet eatery. Easily accessible, not far from the A76 motorway. Food was tasty. But when ordering 4 menus, we did not receive fries. Went back and after some back and forth from them I got the fries. Also ordered 2 mayonnaise and ketchup, received 1 mayonnaise and 1 ketchup. I took my ticket, but did not get it back. Toilet visits, no soap and no way to dry your hands, No other option to disinfect your hands. Very unhygienic if you have to eat your food with your hands like here, after ordering your food on those large panels. I won't come here anymore...
