Unfortunately, this isn’t based on just one bad experience. I’ve visited this KFC multiple times, and every single visit has been exactly the same. The service is unbelievably slow. Waiting 30+ minutes for an order in a restaurant that has only three customers and is almost empty is completely unacceptable. This isn’t a one-time issue..it’s clearly how this location operates. The staff barely speaks English and couldn’t even understand the simple word “toilet.” Communicating with them is unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. To make things worse, the employees are unfriendly and don’t seem to care about customers or the excessive waiting times. There is no apology, no explanation, and no sense of urgency. This is honestly one of the worst KFC restaurants I’ve ever been to. Fast food is supposed to be fast, but this place completely fails at the basics. If you’re thinking about eating here, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. I definitely won’t be coming back until there are major improvements.

Outside and inside full of fellow fatbike enthusiasts. A big mess in front of the door. Definitely not worth the effort of finding a parking spot.

This is a redemption arc for KFC for us. I’ve never really gotten what I ordered before, but today they redeemed themselves. I ordered a spicy bucket menu for 12,99, and I usually don’t check until I get home. This time, there were 25 pieces instead of 14! Also at as they opened I left a bad review (earned) and they gave us gift vouchers! Honestly I am truly happy with KFC and their service! Also, just to be clear, we were the only people in the store at the time. So they could not mess this up on purpose.

First time at this restaurant The man behind the counter didn't understand me even though I spoke clearly. Didn't get the Wednesday deal; had to explain it a few times. A bit rude and uninterested, which is a huge shame. I don't know if I will come back; I'm used to something different from KFC. The restaurant smells like sewage; not a pleasant smell when you're waiting for your food. Quite disappointed in KFC.

Rude staff, I always enjoy going there, but the staff and 2 assistant managers treated me so disrespectfully. Arabic swear words and laughing out of their little office. Take your work seriously and treat each other with respect, and don't tell your other staff members to ignore us too. Very low.

Very poor staff, they don't think along with you and don't want to solve anything, even though they forgot to put a product in, and then you are treated very arrogantly.

Walid provides very good service and is very satisfied when we are there.

I find it outrageous that the toilets are chargeable, especially for paying guests. But I suppose that's common practice throughout the Netherlands. It's a shame. And the dining areas could be kept cleaner.

You order via the app so you can move on quickly, but they still have to start on it when I walk in... a bit of a shame that the app says the order is ready then...

This restaurant sets its own rules and doesn't follow KFC's overall policy. Also, the chicken isn't cooked through...

Placed an order, waited 1 hour and 45 minutes. The chicken was cold and inedible. Almost 23 euros for 10 pieces of chicken, ridiculous for this level of service and quality. They're also impossible to reach. If you apparently find it too difficult to just throw some chicken in a deep fryer and give it to go, then don't take any orders. Have a nice evening.

Update after eating at this location several times: Thursday, November 13th, we ate here again, with three people. Upon entering, there was a very intense chlorine smell. It really hit my lungs. I had to cough a lot that evening because of it, and I still feel it the next day. What's going on at this location? Last week (early November) I visited this location again. My cup of cola smelled strongly of chlorine. I asked for a new one, and promptly received one. However, I did have intense stomach pain that night. The chicken was nice and fresh today (June 29th), but the fries were absolutely inedible. First experience: Nice and clean restaurant. It wasn't busy, and the food arrived within a few minutes. Deliciously hot fries, and the chicken was fresh and nice and hot. We'll be going here more often from now on!

It couldn't be more inhospitable than this. The woman behind the counter was incredibly rude, so we left.

I ordered a viriety mega meal large menu with a milkshake (which cost me extra €2), The milkshake machine was broken, so I got a cola, but they didn't want to refund me the €2. Not sure how it works in the NL, but it should be mandatory to pay back what was not delivered

Super Bad Response From the Workers who work today, Ordered Soft Ice Cream, and the taste are Super Sour like yoghurt, and when am complaining about taste, they just ignoring me and Pretend like I even wasn’t there! What a shame. For such a big International Company. I’ve been visiting a couple places in the Netherland, but this is just unacceptable. And I might get Nauseous from the Ice cream right know while am typing. May God have mercy on this matter.

The burger was very dry, the wrapper smelled of pepper, very salty nuggets, very bad food, I was disappointed.

In principle it was good, not special but fine, the food was a bit dry but tasty for once.

I can't rate the food because we didn't go inside. Man, that was the bad news... we went in at around 9:10 p.m. 2 adults, 2 children. No lights on, the shop looked closed from the outside. I looked at the opening times and lo and behold, someone was moving around in the shop... but they looked at me as if I were really disturbing them. A group of motorbikes also drove into the parking lot 🤣 they turned around straight away too. So, dear owner, I would really take action... it didn't look inviting at all. Our children were completely put off by it. Sorry, not like that again.

We have been to the restaurant more than once and the food has been fresh and good - the last time they served us food that was not fresh and tasted bad (probably reheated).

One small item delivered out of a €40 order — this is disgraceful I placed a €40 order from this restaurant through Uber Eats. Only one small item arrived — the rest of the order was completely missing. Uber Eats refunded me €2, closed the case, and offered no way to speak to a human. Their support system is deliberately designed to block real complaints and avoid responsibility. It’s borderline theft. But let’s be clear: this restaurant is not innocent in this. You chose to use Uber Eats as your delivery platform. You took the money, and you allowed your food to go out via a service that clearly doesn’t care if it arrives or not. And when it didn’t — there was no contact, no follow-up, no accountability. If you continue to use Uber Eats, then you’re part of the problem. You’re benefiting from a system that fails customers, takes their money, and delivers next to nothing. You either need to demand better from Uber Eats, or stop using them altogether — because right now, your customers are paying for food they don’t receive, and you’re complicit in that. Avoid this place until they take some responsibility and stop partnering with a company that enables this kind of sham.
