Unfortunately, online ordering and pickup aren't available at KFC. KFC is hopelessly behind the times. The app doesn't work. A bit cheap. We'll just go back to pickup then.

A great location for a (fast-food) restaurant. It's located between the highway and the local roads leading to the Veluwe region. There are a few ordering kiosks and a slower counter. The staff was okay, but clearly not trained, and there was no manager present. All in all, a good meal.

Through the Drive, ordered 2x Meal deal with sauce & a burger, according to the offer of €1 extra for the burger. Food arrived on time, within 10 minutes. But we paid €20+ for something that should have been only €14. Special..

We went here on June 30th to have a quick lunch. It wasn't really busy for a fast food restaurant. Unfortunately we had to wait 1 hour and 12 minutes for our food. Too bad.

Extreme slow service, 20 min. for 2 menues, only 3 people in with us. Tables sticky and dirty. Don't use the male toilet, extreme strong smell of chlorine, my eyes were tearing up und my nose was "blind" for the next 30 minutes, need to flush with clear water outside....

The order took forever, even though it was barely busy. For €3.50, I got a sad, maybe 10cm-long corn on the cob – no salt, no butter, just dry and boring. Not even a hint of herb butter or seasoning. Absolutely disappointing. As if that weren't enough: There was no toilet paper in the restroom – totally unhygienic and embarrassing for a fast food chain of this size. I'd rather go somewhere else. Never again at KFC.

Tonight the kids went to get something nice, well that didn't go well at all, I ordered 3 medium drinks, it turns out there was no fizz in it, fries and burger and chicken, everything was cold, it was inedible and if you have to pay 1 euro per cup for plastic, then you are not right in the head and everything with everything, never get food from KFC and the staff is really disgusting, that man and then you have those guys who work there who want to interfere, well I hope the place closes, dirty company and above all how that man spoke to me and terrible, never, ever order food again

I come here often and every time again a very nice atmosphere, of course people make mistakes but it is also solved immediately. The nice manager with gray blouse and headscarf is really always ready to help you. I really like her! You can really put her in the spotlight. Love

They can't call it fast food here, if you have to wait 48 minutes for two menus.. There were too few people for a Saturday (5p) and those who were there walked as if they just got out of bed (because mega dull/slow). Food was also cold. We won't come here again.

Harderwijk top kfc! I don't understand why people are negative 😅 we come there every Friday as a standard outing and me cravings😂 What lovely staff members are there! Especially the young man I think (Turkish) who always takes our order in the evening before closing! I really don't experience anything negative here, the food is nice and warm, tastes good and we enjoy it time and time again! (fire zinger stacker for the win) this boy deserves more pay :p

You don't go to KFC for the atmosphere. You do go for the chicken bucket. It's very tasty

Dirty tables empty restaurant and still a huge waiting time. If I would wait that long but my order would at least be complete and correct I would say okay. But now half was wrong. Explicitly asked to get ice cream after I had finished eating what did I get my ice cream first. So it became a milkshake. In all honesty I should have gone to the Burger King which is right next door.

We arrived here at 7pm. The restaurant was half empty, but it still took 40 minutes for our food to arrive. This was only because we asked after 30 minutes if we could get our money back to go to Burger King. They said that this was not possible because their colleague had started making the food right away (just as we started complaining). According to the manager, it would take another 20 minutes. When we reacted a bit surprised, the manager got angry and said: because I am talking to you here, I cannot make your food. Well, we finally got our food (5-10 minutes later). Only the hygiene of the recyclable cups was really bad; there was everything in it, from old dirt from the previous person who drank from the cup to pieces in the drink. In addition, half of the food was cold. And as the icing on the cake, the toilet was incredibly dirty and without toilet paper. So: do NOT go here!! Go to Burger King, so you can quickly eat something tasty (which is clean) in all coziness and not at a tent with this grim atmosphere. Especially right after you have had a nice day at Walibi/Dolfinarium.

Nice KFC on a site together with la Place and Burger King, right on the A28 motorway. Easily accessible and not busy. Lots of young staff. Great for a bite to eat on the go!!

I don't often write a review, but in this case I would like to share my experience. We recently drove through the drive-thru of KFC Harderwijk to order an ice cream. I kindly asked if I could have some extra chocolate sauce. To my surprise, the employee responded unfriendly with: “No, that is not allowed.” I indicated that we come here regularly and that it has never been a problem until now. Her response: “I'm the manager, and we don't do that.” At no time was she friendly or helpful. When I arrived at the pickup window, I spoke to her about it again. Her response was, “I don't know anything about that.” I indicated that it is important that employees are properly instructed, so that one line is followed. Unfortunately, this “manager” came across as completely unmotivated and uninterested. Her attitude and appearance did not inspire confidence at all - she didn't seem to be in the mood, and she radiated it. KFC Harderwijk: this is no way to treat customers. Customer friendliness and consistency should be the basis, especially for someone in a managerial position. I'll get my ice cream at McDonald's from now on - at least they understand what service means.

Often go and get a snack box for a quick dinner. Always fine. This time we decided to take the advertised chicken parlour. The advertisement shows a real 'Rotterdam' container, but the actual contents were a lot less, snack box with lettuce and some tomato for that price. Too bad, missed opportunity. Next time two snack boxes. The lava sauce, also first time, was very spicy, be warned not to throw everything on top if you are not used to it.

I opted for table service when ordering at the kiosk, but the order was called for collection at the counter. When I got there the tray was there and no one was there. The employee first had to be interrogated, after which she indicated that it had been 10 minutes since I ordered, in other words, I let the fries get cold myself. I showed my receipt to the employee who spoke to me and he checked my receipt to see if my story was correct. Then I got new fries that were already in the container. This one was less old than the previous one. This was my first and last time at this KFC!

At the drive only the question "what do you want", no milkshakes and no napkins in the bag for a menu. But don't come anymore.

Got three milkshakes with the kids through the drive. Never had to wait so long and been treated so unfriendly/disinterested by the employee. Quality of the milkshakes was not good, ice cream and milk seemed separated from each other. I would choose the other options in this same area! No more KFC for us.

The food is fine. Unfortunately, the service of the employees is special. While you are waiting with a question about the food ordered and already delivered, 4 employees continue to chat cheerfully, look at you once but then continue chatting. They only stop when the customer asks more loudly whether she can be helped. With difficulty, 1 of the 4 comes to you, you have to repeat your question four times and you still get the wrong answer.

I have postponing this review for almost 5 years, I’m a regular there, and almost every time there’s an issue with the order, I go out of my way after work in a freezing weather because I have a craving for wings, I order wings and a sandwich, I take the bag to discover that there are no wings inside the bag, I’m not an A hole, this is one of many issues I faced there or I’d ignore a forgotten item

Work floor messy, food remains between the packaging boxes. Personal belongings on work table. Staff uninterested and unfriendly, not even a good evening. We ordered some food at the ordering post where I pressed “eat here”, but due to a technical error my food was listed as “take away” in the system. After paying, I immediately went to get a story and told them that I had pressed “eat here” but it had changed to “take away”. they didn't want to change it to “eat here” which seems easy to do to me. putting the food on a tray instead of in a bag/bag.
