Nice and fast and a good deal on the chicken....

I went to the restroom for just 2 minutes and was waiting for my order. Apparently, it was already ready on the counter without any notification. Deliciously lukewarm food. I don't think that is acceptable, and I believe they should proactively resolve this and not serve lukewarm food.

Look, sure the service isn't exactly what it should be like at restaurants, but the food is delicious and that really beats the negative comments. I've been coming here for 14 years and it's still nostalgic.

The line took an incredibly long time, but we saw that one boy at the second window was trying his best, so we didn't consider that a problem. Once we arrived at the second window, we saw that behind that one boy there were five other boys standing who were doing absolutely nothing. One boy had to handle the payment, talk via the ordering kiosk, and collect the food, while five men stood there doing nothing. Truly scandalous! And the food wasn't exactly great either; we don't know much about food, but we could tell that it had been sitting there for a while.

Been to the Drive, staff should speak better Dutch, which would improve communication.

Fine for a snack or an ice cream. You really shouldn't want to eat here for a meal! The burgers do taste better than at McDonald's, though.

I recently ordered an ice cream with a friend at KFC. The employee behind the counter was being difficult about it; he claimed that we hadn't paid for our food on one occasion. After talking to the manager for a bit, we got our ice creams. We sat down at a table and were then stared at strangely by a worker. When we walked out of the KFC, a worker stood outside and waited until we drove away.

It was late in the evening and the staff was very friendly. Good advice on what to order.

I don't understand why people are so crazy about this. Limp, lightly fried pieces of chicken. With little flavor.

Well, I have to tell you this... there were two of us and we didn't know how to order via the machine🫣 but there was a very sweet young employee who helped us through it, sweet, patient, and well-mannered❤️ Thank you, sweet boy.

The food is good, but the cleanliness of the place could be much better 👍 tables are clean but otherwise the floors are sticky, the walls are dirty, etc. The play area is also dirty, please do something about this. Your place is good for eating, but the fact that it is dirty in soggy areas is really a downside. And speak to the screaming youth.

Fast service, food was good. It wasn't busy on a Saturday around lunchtime. The toilet wasn't very clean.

The food was tasty and the wait was short, so it was a good place.

Very mediocre. Staff unfriendly, appear stressed. Had to wait a very long time. At least 40 minutes. And the fries were cold and tough, the bun very dry. The ice cream half melted. It is the second time it has been disappointing and probably my last visit as well.

The outdoor area was messy; inside, the floor and tables were sticky. The food was tasty and good, and the service was fast, but could be a lot friendlier and more welcoming.

I’ve been buying the chicken wings, original chicken, and chicken burgers from here for a long time and never had any problems before. Recently, though, after ordering the same items, I experienced stomach issues, which is unusual for me because I generally have a strong stomach and rarely react badly to food. I felt nauseous, like I was going to throw up, and had a pretty rough digestive experience afterward. The food itself tastes good, but whatever may have changed has me concerned. Of course, this is just my personal experience.

What a filthy mess at KFC in Veenendaal; they don't know what tidying up or cleaning is. Tables are sticky, food is everywhere on the floor. The question is what the kitchen is like and how hygienic it is there, not to mention the teenager with an attitude behind the counter... I don't think we will ever go there.

The food was bad and incomplete due to an employee who wasn't quite right in the head. I said the sauce was missing, but they said I had to pay. I also said that a cola was supposed to come with the meal, but they said there was nothing wrong with it. It was really very bad; the worst branch in the Netherlands, which is why it was empty.

Good food, very tasty, and good customer service

Tried KFC Veenendaal again after the last time (2 years ago), unfortunately just as bad as then. Uninterested staff where you easily have to wait 20 minutes or longer for your food. Today, Sunday, I have been standing here for half an hour now and I don't think it's going to come for the next half hour either. The place is understaffed as always for the crowds. Shame on you, KFC!

In drive thru they did not give us napkins or cleaning cloth for the last few times. Basically driving on with greasy fingers which is not great. But the food was good!

Loaded fries were unloaded, I waited fifteen minutes in an empty shop for nothing. 4 euros were ripped off.

Breaded chicken leg... The volume of bone and breading (plus the sludge/mucus under the breading) is greater than the amount of actual chicken meat. Every five years I check if it's still the same, and yes. Still.

You call this original piece? Sticky and oily chicken fat. And blood in the chicken.

2-hour delivery time, they really forgot the stupidest things, and no refund. Never again.

What a shame, they forgot two citizens. The staff was great.

I've been here a few times now, and every time I'm pleasantly surprised. If there were an award for the most awful KFC, they'd win it hands down. The staff here look sheepishly at each other while the order is being assembled, at a pace that would put even the Josti band to shame. This time, they even managed to take 33 minutes to prepare a relatively simple order. To top it all off, half the order was wrong. By then, any remaining patience had truly worn thin. Luckily, the food was somewhat manageable.

Reservation plates are being taken away, probably too much effort to serve at the table. It takes a long time to get your food, just like any KFC.

I don't even want to go into that much detail, but at KFC Veenendaal, absolutely everything is wrong. The staff is completely disinterested, the order is never quite right, and the service is terrible. There were two cars at the KFC... and still, everything took too long. After that, I went to McDonald's, 100 meters away, to get a burger. There were over fifty cars waiting, and yet everything went smoothly: friendly staff, fast service, everything was perfect. If you want to compete, get it right from the start. KFC Veenendaal is, right now, simply a disgrace.

I waited 45 minutes because the staff (manager) felt the need to talk to and serve friends who were going outside the line. She also stole food and drinks from the KFC by walking inside. The manager then decided to send his friends away. I asked for a three-cheese menu. It couldn't be made, which makes sense, so they went to his friends. Shame.

It's cold there, both in terms of temperature and atmosphere. It's suitable if you want to enjoy fast food in peace around dinnertime. Just be sure to bring a sweater.
