Delicious chicken and your food on time

In drive thru they did not give us napkins or cleaning cloth for the last few times. Basically driving on with greasy fingers which is not great. But the food was good!

Loaded fries were unloaded, I waited fifteen minutes in an empty shop for nothing. 4 euros were ripped off.

You call this original piece? Sticky and oily chicken fat. And blood in the chicken.

Breaded chicken leg... The volume of bone and breading (plus the sludge/mucus under the breading) is greater than the amount of actual chicken meat. Every five years I check if it's still the same, and yes. Still.

2-hour delivery time, they really forgot the stupidest things, and no refund. Never again.

What a shame, they forgot two citizens. The staff was great.

I had a terrible meal; they forgot half of it in my wrap, and I had to wait a long time for it. The staff wasn't very friendly either.

Nice atmosphere, but very expensive

I've been here a few times now, and every time I'm pleasantly surprised. If there were an award for the most awful KFC, they'd win it hands down. The staff here look sheepishly at each other while the order is being assembled, at a pace that would put even the Josti band to shame. This time, they even managed to take 33 minutes to prepare a relatively simple order. To top it all off, half the order was wrong. By then, any remaining patience had truly worn thin. Luckily, the food was somewhat manageable.

Reservation plates are being taken away, probably too much effort to serve at the table. It takes a long time to get your food, just like any KFC.

It is a lovely restaurant to eat in and a lovely atmosphere

I don't even want to go into that much detail, but at KFC Veenendaal, absolutely everything is wrong. The staff is completely disinterested, the order is never quite right, and the service is terrible. There were two cars at the KFC... and still, everything took too long. After that, I went to McDonald's, 100 meters away, to get a burger. There were over fifty cars waiting, and yet everything went smoothly: friendly staff, fast service, everything was perfect. If you want to compete, get it right from the start. KFC Veenendaal is, right now, simply a disgrace.

I waited 45 minutes because the staff (manager) felt the need to talk to and serve friends who were going outside the line. She also stole food and drinks from the KFC by walking inside. The manager then decided to send his friends away. I asked for a three-cheese menu. It couldn't be made, which makes sense, so they went to his friends. Shame.

It's cold there, both in terms of temperature and atmosphere. It's suitable if you want to enjoy fast food in peace around dinnertime. Just be sure to bring a sweater.

The staff is horrible in every way. I didn't get what I ordered, the person who took my order didn't even know how to speak well, I told him countless times what I wanted and he pretended not to understand. This is not the first time this has happened to me here. I didn't get the receipt, which seems unjustifiable to me considering the amount I paid. I didn't get everything on the menu. Horrible.

Very tasty fast food, go there. Everything is also well seasoned.

It took about 35 minutes for our food to arrive. I then had to point out to the employee that we were missing a burger and that it should come with cheese sauce. We eventually got it. When we finished eating the burger, we also realized there was no bacon on it, even though it's advertised everywhere. It was truly awful; we'll never be back :)

I hardly ever go to KFC, but the chicken parlor was absolutely delicious! It's a shame it's only available for a limited time. Unfortunately, I went twice for special offers, but it was sold out. They don't sell it anymore, but hopefully, it'll be back soon!

The food was ready quickly. The fries weren't quite as tasty; they were brown and clearly fried twice. But the chicken was incredibly delicious. Fresh, tender, and crispy. Just the way it should be. The upstairs was closed off, so only the accessible toilet downstairs was available. It was absolutely filthy. Urine was everywhere on the floor, on the seat, under the seat, and even on the toilet itself. I had to fight to keep my clothes free of other people's urine. It really needed a thorough cleaning.

What awful KFC! Everything was out of reach and what a mess, and then you finally get stuck in the car with what was there and it's not warm. Not here anymore.

I called home to see if they were still open since they close early. After calling a few times, I finally drove over. It was between 11:00 PM and 11:15 PM when I got there. Well, they had turned off all the appliances? Uh, what?? You're open until 12, right? 🧐

The food itself is delicious, but the service and accuracy at this branch are terrible. Several orders in a row are missing items, and the staff seems incapable of even a simple hello or goodbye.

We'd never been to KFC before, but our grandchildren really wanted to go. I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised. The chicken pieces were delicious and not dry. So we'll most likely be back with the grandchildren sometime.

The food was very good and served super hot—truly fantastic! Unfortunately, there was only a small seating area, which made eating in a bit less comfortable. Furthermore, only the accessible toilet was accessible, which is a shame if you don't have a disability but still want to use a regular toilet. Otherwise, definitely recommended for the food itself!

We had lunch in the afternoon. We barely had to wait. The Loaded Fries and chips were delicious. The toilet was dirty, though.

We had an excellent meal, the service was friendly and the staff was also very friendly.
